Description

一种针织内衣生产用布料缠绕装置 技术领域
本发明涉及服装生产设备技术领域,具体为一种针织内衣生产用布料缠绕装置。
背景技术
所谓内衣是指穿着于外衣里面与体肤比较接近的衣服。针织内衣是纺织服装市场最受消费者关注的服装品种之一,有“人体第二皮肤”之称。内衣的主要功能是保暖、吸汗、保护人的体肤以及避免弄污外衣等。随着人们生活水平的提高,现代的内衣还要求能调整人体体型、起某些装饰和保健作用,因此内衣的概念已经发生了很大的变化,针织内衣在生产过程中往往需要用到布料缠绕装置,但是现有的布料缠绕装置无法根据需要调整中心直径,且不能满足不同宽度的布料使用,同时布料在缠绕过程中易发生卷折和褶皱。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种针织内衣生产用布料缠绕装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种针织内衣生产用布料缠绕装置,包括缠绕箱体、主轴、皮带传动机构、底架、伺服电机、托板、拉绳、第一齿轮、转轴、第二齿轮、进料口、抚平板、支撑板、液压伸缩杆、定滑轮、第一通孔、拉环、第二通孔、滑块和滑槽,所述底架的内侧下方安装有托板,所述托板的顶部固定安装有伺服电机,所述伺服电机的输出轴通过皮带传动机构与主轴连接,所述主轴通过第二通孔与缠绕箱体贯穿连接,所述第二通孔开设于缠绕箱体的两侧中央,所述主轴的两端均通过第一齿轮与第二齿轮啮合连接,所述第二齿轮靠近缠绕箱体的一侧通过转轴与缠绕箱体一侧连接,所述转轴上缠绕有拉绳,所述拉绳的另一端穿过第一通孔经由定滑轮与拉环连接,所述定滑轮对应固定安装在缠绕箱体的顶部内壁,所述拉环对应安装在抚平板的顶部,所述主轴的表面均匀开设有四条滑槽,所述滑槽内安装有滑块,所述滑块的另一面通过液压伸缩杆与支撑板连接,所述进料口开设于缠绕箱体的一侧底部。
进一步的,所述主轴与缠绕箱体通过轴承连接。
进一步的,所述伺服电机与托板通过螺栓连接。
进一步的,所述第一齿轮与第二齿轮的传动比为5:1。
进一步的,所述转轴与缠绕箱体通过轴承连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明所达到的有益效果是:该针织内衣生产用布料缠绕装置,通过伺服电机旋转带动皮带传动机构旋转,从而使得主轴转动将布料缠绕,布料从进料口进入缠绕箱体内部,可提前将布料一端固定连接在支撑板上,同时可以通过液压伸缩杆调整支撑板与主轴之间的距离,可适应多种生产需要,便于操作,主轴旋转的同时通过第一齿轮与第二齿轮带动转轴旋转,主轴的两端均通过第一齿轮与第二齿轮啮合连接,第一齿轮与第二齿轮的传动比为5:1,避免抚平板距离支撑板过远导致抚平效果差,将拉绳卷绕在转轴上,可以使得抚平板随着缠绕布料的半径的加大,抚平板可以避免布料在缠绕过程中发生卷折,重新进行缠绕工作时,利用伺服电机反转即可将抚平板恢复至起始部位,通过滑块和滑槽可以调整支撑板之间的距离,可适应不同尺寸的布料缠绕使用。

请参阅图1-3,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种针织内衣生产用布料缠绕装置,包括缠绕箱体1、主轴2、皮带传动机构3、底架4、伺服电机5、托板6、拉绳7、第一齿轮8、转轴9、第二齿轮10、进料口11、抚平板12、支撑板13、液压伸缩杆14、定滑轮15、第一通孔16、拉环17、第二通孔18、滑块19和滑槽20,底架4的内侧下方安装有托板6,托板6的顶部固定安装有伺服电机5,伺服电机5与托板6通过螺栓连接,保证了连接的稳定性,伺服电机5的输出轴通过皮带传动机构3与主轴2连接,主轴2通过第二通孔18与缠绕箱体1贯穿连接,主轴2与缠绕箱体1通过轴承连接,减少了连接处的摩擦力,第二通孔18开设于缠绕箱体1的两侧中央,主轴2的两端均通过第一齿轮8与第二齿轮10啮合连接,第一齿轮8与第二齿轮10的传动比为5:1,避免抚平板12距离支撑板13过远导致抚平效果差,第二齿轮10靠近缠绕箱体1的一侧通过转轴9与缠绕箱体1一侧连接,转轴9与缠绕箱体1通过轴承连接,减少了连接处的摩擦力,转轴9上缠绕有拉绳7,拉绳7的另一端穿过第一通孔16经由定滑轮15与拉环17连接,定滑轮15对应固定安装在缠绕箱体1的顶部内壁,拉环17对应安装在抚平板12的顶部,主轴2的表面均匀开设有四条滑槽20,滑槽20内安装有滑块19,滑块19的另一面通过液压伸缩杆14与支撑板13连接,进料口11开设于缠绕箱体1的一侧底部;通过伺服电机5旋转带动皮带传动机构3旋转,从而使得主轴2转动将布料缠绕,布料从进料口11进入缠绕箱体1内部,可提前将布料一端固定连接在支撑板13上,同时可以通过液压伸缩杆14调整支撑板13与主轴2之间的距离,可适应多种生产需要,便于操作,主轴2旋转的同时通过第一齿轮8与第二齿轮10带动转轴9旋转,将拉绳7卷绕在转轴9上,可以使得抚平板12随着缠绕布料的半径的加大,抚平板12可以避免布料在缠绕过程中发生卷折,重新进行缠绕工作时,利用伺服电机5反转即可将抚平板12恢复至起始部位,通过滑块19和滑槽20可以调整支撑板13之间的距离,可适应不同尺寸的布料缠绕使用。

  1. 一种针织内衣生产用布料缠绕装置,包括缠绕箱体(1)、主轴(2)、皮带传动机构(3)、底架(4)、伺服电机(5)、托板(6)、拉绳(7)、第一齿轮(8)、转轴(9)、第二齿轮(10)、进料口(11)、抚平板(12)、支撑板(13)、液压伸缩杆(14)、定滑轮(15)、第一通孔(16)、拉环(17)、第二通孔(18)、滑块(19)和滑槽(20),其特征在于:所述底架(4)的内侧下方安装有托板(6),所述托板(6)的顶部固定安装有伺服电机(5),所述伺服电机(5)的输出轴通过皮带传动机构(3)与主轴(2)连接,所述主轴(2)通过第二通孔(18)与缠绕箱体(1)贯穿连接,所述第二通孔(18)开设于缠绕箱体(1)的两侧中央,所述主轴(2)的两端均通过第一齿轮(8)与第二齿轮(10)啮合连接,所述第二齿轮(10)靠近缠绕箱体(1)的一侧通过转轴(9)与缠绕箱体(1)一侧连接,所述转轴(9)上缠绕有拉绳(7),所述拉绳(7)的另一端穿过第一通孔(16)经由定滑轮(15)与拉环(17)连接,所述定滑轮(15)对应固定安装在缠绕箱体(1)的顶部内壁,所述拉环(17)对应安装在抚平板(12)的顶部,所述主轴(2)的表面均匀开设有四条滑槽(20),所述滑槽(20)内安装有滑块(19),所述滑块(19)的另一面通过液压伸缩杆(14)与支撑板(13)连接,所述进料口(11)开设于缠绕箱体(1)的一侧底部。
