本申请要求于2018年4月3日提交中国专利局、申请号为201810292860.5、发明名称为“娱乐资源共享方法及装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及信息技术领域,尤其是涉及一种娱乐资源共享方法及装置。
背景技术
随着信息技术的不断发展,各种移动交通工具随之出现,如公交/地铁/大巴等,移动交通工具的出现为人们日常生活的通勤带来了极大便利。由于通勤过程较长,人们通常会通过移动终端看电影、听音乐等娱乐方式来打发时间,以降低在移动交通工具上等待的无聊感。当移动终端本地没有娱乐资源时,通常通过加载娱乐资源打发时间。
目前,在移动交通工具上移动终端通常利用移动流量加载娱乐资源;或者利用移动交通工具上的移动无线网络加载娱乐资源。然而,利用移动流量加载娱乐资源,会浪费用户的流量费;其次,移动交通工具上的移动无线网络覆盖率较低,本质上也是基于移动流量受基站、天气、移动交通工具的移动速度等影响,流量速度慢且不稳定,因此,利用移动交通工具上的移动无线网络加载娱乐资源,会造成娱乐资源的下载成功率较低。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种娱乐资源共享方法、装置及计算机可读存储介质,主要在于能够利用局域网实现移动交通工具上娱乐资源共享,从而能够避免用户流量费的浪费,同时能够提升娱乐资源的下载成功率。
根据本申请的第一个方面,提供一种娱乐资源共享方法,包括:
与移动交通工具上的各个移动终端建立局域网连接后,根据所述各个移动终端各自发送的娱乐资源标识生成娱乐资源菜单,所述娱乐资源标识对应存储在发送所述娱乐资源标识的移动终端内的娱乐资源;
当接收到第一移动终端通过所述娱乐资源菜单发送的娱乐资源获取请求时,根据所述娱乐资源获取请求携带的娱乐资源标识确定存储有对应的娱乐资源的第二移动终端,所述第一移动终端和所述第二移动终端均为所述各个移动终端中的移动终端;
将所述娱乐资源获取请求转发给所述第二移动终端,并将所述第二移动终端根据所述娱乐资源获取请求发送的娱乐资源共享给所述第一移动终端。
根据本申请的第二个方面,提供一种娱乐资源共享装置,包括:
生成单元,用于与移动交通工具上的各个移动终端建立局域网连接后,根据所述各个移动终端各自发送的娱乐资源标识生成娱乐资源菜单,所述娱乐资源标识对应存储在发送所述娱乐资源标识的移动终端内的娱乐资源;
确定单元,用于当接收到第一移动终端通过所述娱乐资源菜单发送的娱乐资源获取请求时,据所述娱乐资源获取请求携带的娱乐资源标识确定存储有对应的娱乐资源的第二移动终端;
共享单元,用于将所述娱乐资源获取请求转发给所述第二移动终端,并将所述第二移动终端根据所述娱乐资源获取请求发送的娱乐资源共享给所述第一移动终端。
根据本申请的第三个方面,提供一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机可读指令,该计算机可读指令被处理器执行时实现以下步骤:
与移动交通工具上的各个移动终端建立局域网连接后,根据所述各个移动终端各自发送的娱乐资源标识生成娱乐资源菜单,所述娱乐资源标识对应存储在发送所述娱乐资源标识的移动终端内的娱乐资源;
当接收到第一移动终端通过所述娱乐资源菜单发送的娱乐资源获取请求时,根据所述娱乐资源获取请求携带的娱乐资源标识确定存储有对应的娱乐资源的第二移动终端,所述第一移动终端和所述第二移动终端均为所述各个移动终端中的移动终端;
将所述娱乐资源获取请求转发给所述第二移动终端,并将所述第二移动终端根据所述娱乐资源获取请求发送的娱乐资源共享给所述第一移动终端。
根据本申请的第四个方面,提供一种服务器,包括存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机可读指令,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时实现以下步骤:
与移动交通工具上的各个移动终端建立局域网连接后,根据所述各个移动终端各自发送的娱乐资源标识生成娱乐资源菜单,所述娱乐资源标识对应存储在发送所述娱乐资源标识的移动终端内的娱乐资源;
当接收到第一移动终端通过所述娱乐资源菜单发送的娱乐资源获取请求时,根据所述娱乐资源获取请求携带的娱乐资源标识确定存储有对应的娱乐资源的第二移动终端,所述第一移动终端和所述第二移动终端均为所述各个移动终端中的移动终端;
将所述娱乐资源获取请求转发给所述第二移动终端,并将所述第二移动终端根据所述娱乐资源获取请求发送的娱乐资源共享给所述第一移动终端。
本申请提供的一种娱乐资源共享方法、装置及计算机可读存储介质,与目前在移动交通工具上移动终端通常利用移动流量加载娱乐资源;或者利用移动交通工具上的移动无线网络加载娱乐资源相比,本申请与移动交通工具上的各个移动终端建立局域网连接后,能够根据所述各个移动终端各自发送的娱乐资源标识生成娱乐资源菜单,所述娱乐资源标识对应存储在发送所述娱乐资源标识的移动终端内的娱乐资源。与此同时,当接收到第一移动终端通过所述娱乐资源菜单发送的娱乐资源获取请求时,能够根据所述娱乐资源获取请求携带的娱乐资源标识确定存储有对应的娱乐资源的第二移动终端;将所述娱乐资源获取请求转发给所述第二移动终端,并能够将所述第二移动终端根据所述娱乐资源获取请求发送的娱乐资源共享给所述第一移动终端,从而能够利用局域网实现移动交通工具上各个移动设备的娱乐资源互通共享,无需消耗流量即可以获取相关的娱乐资源,能够避免用户流量费浪费,且移动交通工具内的局域网不受气候、移动速度等影响,能够提升娱乐资源的下载成功率。

下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本申请。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
本申请实施例提供一种娱乐资源共享方法,如图1所示,所述方法包括:
101、与移动交通工具上的各个移动终端建立局域网连接后,根据所述各个移动终端各自发送的娱乐资源标识生成娱乐资源菜单。
其中,所述娱乐资源标识对应存储在发送所述娱乐资源标识的移动终端内的娱乐资源。本申请实施例的执行主体可以为移动交通工具上的固定移动终端。为了实现建立局域网连接,固定移动终端可以预先建立一个无线热点,然后以这个热点作为中心节点,在固定移动终端开启服务后,移动交通工具上的其他移动终端会主动请求与所述固定移动终端建立局域网连接。
此外,各个移动终端上可以部署“娱乐资源搜索模块”,然后通过“娱乐资源搜索模块”搜索本地娱乐资源,具体地,所述模块可以通过部分特征码,如文件关键字、消息摘要算法第五版(Message Digest Algorithm 5,MD5)值、娱乐资源的属性信息等找到本设备中的非用户隐私的娱乐资源,所述娱乐资源的属性信息可以为音乐、电影等娱乐资源中附带的专辑名、出品方等。本申请实施例确定娱乐资源的方式可以包括:(一)、通过指定路径获取,如读取网易云音乐、QQ音乐的存储路径获取音乐资源;读取迅雷、比特流等下载工具获取视频资源等。(二)、通过一些信息组合获取,如识别的音乐资源的比特率大于160kps且有专辑名;识别的视频资源具有字幕信息等。
需要说明的是,移动交通工具可以为公交/地铁/大巴等。所述娱乐资源标识可以为娱乐资源的名称,也可以为娱乐资源的身份标识。例如,音乐资源的名称为:Superstar.mp3,视频资源的名称为:疯狂原始人.mp3。移动交通工具上固定移动终端为移动终端A,其他移动终端包括移动终端B、移动终端C、…移动终端D等,移动终端A可以根据移动终端A的本地娱乐资源标识和其他移动终端各自发送的娱乐资源标识,生成的娱乐资源菜单,娱乐资源菜单的表示形式可以如下所示,但不限于此:

其中,“Superstar.mp3”可以为移动终端A的本地娱乐资源,“我们的明天.mp3”可以为移动终端B的本地娱乐资源,“小情歌.mp3”可以为移动终端C的本地娱乐资源等等。
102、当接收到第一移动终端通过所述娱乐资源菜单发送的娱乐资源获取请求时,根据所述娱乐资源获取请求携带的娱乐资源标识确定存储有对应的娱乐资源的第二移动终端。
在本申请实施例中,所述第一移动终端和所述第二移动终端均为所述各个移动终端中的移动终端。固定移动终端生成所述娱乐资源菜单后,所述娱乐资源菜单可以供移动交通工具上的其他移动终端设备请求查看。用户可以通过点击所述娱乐资源菜单上的娱乐资源向固定移动终端发送娱乐资源获取请求。具体地,用户通过其他移动终端选中娱乐资源菜单上的某个娱乐资源后,向固定移动终端设备发出所述娱乐资源获取请求,固定移动终端设备收到请求后,确定拥有此娱乐资源的移动终端,从而能够向拥有此娱乐资源的移动终端转发所述娱乐资源获取请求。
例如,固定移动终端为移动终端A,第一移动终端为移动终端B,移动终端B所对应的用户在查看到娱乐资源菜单后,想看本地没有的“疯狂原始人.mp4”,可以点击所述娱乐资源菜单上的“疯狂原始人.mp4”,此时移动终端A能够接收到移动终端B发送的“疯狂原始人.mp4”获取请求,移动终端A根据名称“疯狂原始人.mp4”,能够确定“疯狂原始人.mp4”所属的第二移动终端为移动终端D。
103、将所述娱乐资源获取请求转发给所述第二移动终端,并将所述第二移动终端根据所述娱乐资源获取请求发送的娱乐资源共享给所述第一移动终端。
对于本申请实施例,所述第二移动终端可以通过无线热点网络将所述娱乐资源发送给所述固定移动终端,所述固定移动终端可以通过流媒体方式将所述娱乐资源共享给所述第一移动终端,通过流媒体方式所述第一移动终端可以边接收娱乐资源边观看娱乐资源,能够节省等待娱乐资源的时间。
如步骤102所涉及的例子,移动终端A确定“疯狂原始人.mp4”所属的第二移动终端为移动终端D后,将“疯狂原始人.mp4”获取请求转发给移动终端D,移动终端D接收到所述娱乐资源获取请求后,将“疯狂原始人.mp4”通过无线热点网络发送给移动终端A,移动终端A收到“疯狂原始人.mp4”后,即可将“疯狂原始人.mp4”以流媒体方式返回给移动终端B,使得移动终端B可以开始观看这部电影。
本申请实施例提供的一种娱乐资源共享方法,与目前在移动交通工具上移动终端通常利用移动流量加载娱乐资源;或者利用移动交通工具上的移动无线网络加载娱乐资源相比,本申请实施例与移动交通工具上的各个移动终端建立局域网连接后,能够根据所述各个移动终端各自发送的娱乐资源标识生成娱乐资源菜单,所述娱乐资源标识对应存储在发送所述娱乐资源标识的移动终端内的娱乐资源。与此同时,当接收到第一移动终端通过所述娱乐资源菜单发送的娱乐资源获取请求时,能够根据所述娱乐资源获取请求携带的娱乐资源标识确定存储有对应的娱乐资源的第二移动终端;将所述娱乐资源获取请求转发给所述第二移动终端,并能够将所述第二移动终端根据所述娱乐资源获取请求发送的娱乐资源共享给所述第一移动终端,从而能够利用局域网实现移动交通工具上各个移动设备的娱乐资源互通共享,无需消耗流量即可以获取相关的娱乐资源,能够避免用户流量费浪费,且移动交通工具内的局域网不受气候、移动速度等影响,能够提升娱乐资源的下载成功率。。
进一步的,为了更好的说明上述娱乐资源共享的过程,作为对上述实施例的细化和扩展,本申请实施例提供了另一种娱乐资源共享方法,如图2所示,所述方法包括:
201、与移动交通工具上的各个移动终端通过建立的无线热点发送的局域网连接请求时,根据所述连接请求对所述各个移动终端进行扫描或者身份鉴别。
对于本申请实施例,固定移动终端可以预先建立一个无线热点,使得在固定移动终端开启服务后,移动交通工具上的其他移动终端能够主动请求与所述固定移动终端建立局域网连接。通过建立局域网络,移动终端无需消耗移动流量,也无需上网娱乐资源,即可以实现移动交通工具上的娱乐资源互享。
202、在确定所述各个移动终端为安全终端时,响应所述连接请求与所述各个移动终端建立局域网连接。
对于本申请实施例,通过步骤201和步骤202,能够避免固定移动终端被某个或者某些存在病毒的移动终端感染,以及能够避免固定移动终端把病毒传染给其他移动终端,从而能够避免造成娱乐资源共享时整个移动交通工具上的各个移动终端安全性较低的问题。
203、根据所述各个移动终端各自发送的娱乐资源标识生成娱乐资源菜单。
其中,所述娱乐资源标识对应存储在发送所述娱乐资源标识的移动终端内的娱乐资源。所述本地娱乐资源标识可以为所述各个移动终端在与所述固定移动终端建立连接后,由“娱乐资源搜寻模块”主动发送给所述固定移动终端的,具体地,为了提升本地娱乐资源标识的发送效率,可以以娱乐资源目录的形式发送本地娱乐资源标识。
204、当接收到第一移动终端通过所述娱乐资源菜单发送的娱乐资源获取请求时,根据所述娱乐资源获取请求携带的娱乐资源标识确定存储有对应的娱乐资源的第二移动终端。
对于本申请实施例,所述第一移动终端和所述第二移动终端均为所述各个移动终端中的移动终端。此外,还提供了两种确定存储有对应的娱乐资源的第二移动终端的方式:
第一种方式:为了保证移动终端的安全性,本申请实施例中,固定移动终端设备可以生成仅供自己查看对应表,具体地,在根据所述娱乐资源获取请求携带的娱乐资源标识确定存储有对应的娱乐资源的第二移动终端之前:生成各娱乐资源标识与发送所述各娱乐资源标识的移动终端之间的对应表。因此,固定移动终端设备可以根据所述娱乐资源获取请求携带的娱乐资源标识和所述对应表,查找所述第二移动终端。
例如,移动终端A可以根据各个移动终端(含移动终端A本身)发送过来的娱乐资源信息和所属的终端信息,生成一个对应表。从而可以清晰的找到此娱乐资源的所属设备。所述对应表示形式可以如下所示,但不限于此:

需要说明的是,各个移动终端还可以向固定移动终端发送娱乐资源的其他属性信息,使得固定移动终端可以根据其他属性信息与所属的移动终端建立所述对应表,具体地,可以根据娱乐资源的存储路径和所属的移动终端建立所述对应表,娱乐资源superStart.mp3的存储路径可以为:“sd/music/superStart.mp3”。
第二种方式:由于同时向固定移动终端娱乐资源的其他移动终端可能会较多,为了节省固定移动终端设备查询娱乐资源所属的移动终端所消耗的时间,提升娱乐资源的下载效率,所述娱乐资源菜单还保存有各娱乐资源和发送所述各娱乐资源标识的移动终端之间的对应关系,因此,所述根据所述娱乐资源获取请求携带的娱乐资源标识确定存储有对应的娱乐资源的第二移动终端具体包括:根据所述娱乐资源获取请求携带的移动终端标识,确定所述第二移动终端为唯一标识所述各个移动终端中任一移动终端的标识。需要说明的是,第一移动终端在发送所述娱乐资源获取请求时,可以根据所述娱乐资源菜单直接在获取请求中添加发送娱乐资源的移动终端标识,使得固定移动终端能够直接确定所述移动终端,并直接将所述娱乐资源获取请求转发给所述第二移动终端。
205、将所述娱乐资源获取请求转发给所述第二移动终端,并将所述第二移动终端根据所述娱乐资源获取请求发送的娱乐资源共享给所述第一移动终端。
对于本申请实施例,为了避免第二移动终端因剩余空间不足,导致下载失败而影响娱乐资源下载效率的问题,提升移动交通工具上的各个移动终端还可以向固定移动终端发送娱乐资源所占空间大小,使得固定移动终端可以在娱乐资源菜单上添加娱乐资源所占空间大小,此外,所述第一移动终端发送所述娱乐资源获取请求时还可以携带有所述第一移动终端的剩余空间大小,从而使得固定移动终端在所述娱乐资源获取请求转发给所述第二移动终端之前,可以根据所述娱乐资源获取请求携带的娱乐资源标识和所述娱乐资源菜单,查找娱乐资源所占空间大小;根据查找的所占空间大小和所述剩余空间大小,确定所述第一移动终端是否能够存储娱乐资源。具体地,若查找的所占空间大小小于或者等于所述剩余空间大小,则确定第一移动终端能够存储娱乐资源;若查找的所占空间大小大于所述剩余空间大小,则确定第一移动终端无法存储娱乐资源。因此,在确定第一移动终端能够存储娱乐资源时,将所述娱乐资源获取请求转发给所述第二移动终端。若确定第一移动终端无法存储娱乐资源时,则可以向所述第一移动终端发送“空间不足,请求失败”的提示信息,使得所述第一移动终端能够及时获知请求情况,避免等待较长的时间。
此外,通过在娱乐资源菜单上添加娱乐资源所占空间大小,所述第一终端设备还可以自行将本地的剩余空间大小与待请求的娱乐资源所占用的空间大小进行对比,若本地剩余的空间大小足够存储请求的娱乐资源,则请求获取娱乐资源,否则放弃请求获取娱乐资源。
为了更好的理解本申请实施例,本申请实施例提供了如下两个例子:在移动交通工具上有移动终端A、移动终端B、移动终端C。移动终端B、移动终端C分别连接了移动终端A,其中,移动终端B本地有一首歌曲1、移动终端C本地有一部电影1。
例子1、移动终端A生成的娱乐资源菜单有歌曲1和电影1,移动终端B通过请求查看娱乐资源菜单,发现娱乐资源菜单里有本地没有的电影1,便向移动终端A发出获取电影1请求,移动终端A接收到所述请求后,根据娱乐资源-所属移动终端对应表,确定移动终端C为电影1的拥有终端,则向移动终端C转发所述请求,移动终端C接收到所述请求后,将电影1通过热点网络发送给移动终端A,移动终端A接收电影1后,即可以以流媒体方式将电影1共享给移动终端B,使得移动终端B可以开始播放这部电影1。如若移动终端C通过请求查看娱乐资源菜单,发现娱乐资源菜单里有本地没有的歌曲1,也同理向移动终端A发出请求,移动终端A向移动终端B请求歌曲1,并共享给移动终端C,使得移动终端C可以开始播放这部歌曲1。
例子2、移动终端B通过请求查看娱乐资源菜单,发现娱乐资源菜单里有本地没有的电影1,且该电影1为移动终端C所拥有,便向移动终端A发出获取电影1请求,且请求中携带有电影1为移动终端C所拥有,移动终端A接收到所述请求后,直接向移动终端C发出获取电影1请求。移动终端C接收到所述请求后,将电影1通过热点网络发送给移动终端A,移动终端A接收电影1后,即可以以流媒体方式将电影1共享给移动终端B,使得移动终端B可以开始播放这部电影1。如若移动终端C通过请求查看娱乐资源菜单,发现娱乐资源菜单里有本地没有的歌曲1,也同理向移动终端A发出请求,移动终端A向移动终端B请求歌曲1,并共享给移动终端C,使得移动终端C可以开始播放这部歌曲1。
本申请实施例提供的另一种娱乐资源共享方法,与目前在移动交通工具上移动终端通常利用移动流量加载娱乐资源;或者利用移动交通工具上的移动无线网络加载娱乐资源相比,本申请实施例与移动交通工具上的各个移动终端建立局域网连接后,能够根据所述各个移动终端各自发送的娱乐资源标识生成娱乐资源菜单,所述娱乐资源标识对应存储在发送所述娱乐资源标识的移动终端内的娱乐资源。与此同时,当接收到第一移动终端通过所述娱乐资源菜单发送的娱乐资源获取请求时,能够根据所述娱乐资源获取请求携带的娱乐资源标识确定存储有对应的娱乐资源的第二移动终端;将所述娱乐资源获取请求转发给所述第二移动终端,并能够将所述第二移动终端根据所述娱乐资源获取请求发送的娱乐资源共享给所述第一移动终端,从而能够利用局域网实现移动交通工具上各个移动设备的娱乐资源互通共享,无需消耗流量即可以获取相关的娱乐资源,能够避免用户流量费浪费,且移动交通工具内的局域网不受气候、移动速度等影响,能够提升娱乐资源的下载成功率。。此外,通过移动交通工具上的固定移动终端生成娱乐资源菜单,能够实现各个移动终端无需与较多的移动终端建立连接,通过仅与固定移动终端建立一次连接,即可获取较多的娱乐资源,能够简化娱乐资源的下载步骤,从而能够提升娱乐资源的下载效率。
进一步地,作为图1的具体实现,本申请实施例提供了一种娱乐资源共享装置,如图3所示,所述装置包括:生成单元31、确定单元32和共享单元33。
所述生成单元31,可以用于与移动交通工具上的各个移动终端建立局域网连接后,根据所述各个移动终端各自发送的娱乐资源标识生成娱乐资源菜单,所述娱乐资源标识对应存储在发送所述娱乐资源标识的移动终端内的娱乐资源。所述生成单元31是本装置中与移动交通工具上的各个移动终端建立局域网连接后,根据所述各个移动终端各自发送的娱乐资源标识生成娱乐资源菜单的主要功能模块。
所述确定单元32,可以用于当接收到第一移动终端通过所述娱乐资源菜单发送的娱乐资源获取请求时,根据所述娱乐资源获取请求携带的娱乐资源标识确定存储有对应的娱乐资源的第二移动终端。所述确定单元32是本装置中当接收到第一移动终端通过所述娱乐资源菜单发送的娱乐资源获取请求时,根据所述娱乐资源获取请求携带的娱乐资源标识确定存储有对应的娱乐资源的的主要功能模块。
所述共享单元33,可以用于将所述娱乐资源获取请求转发给所述第二移动终端,并将所述第二移动终端根据所述娱乐资源获取请求发送的娱乐资源共享给所述第一移动终端。所述共享单元33是本装置中将所述娱乐资源获取请求转发给所述第二移动终端,并将所述第二移动终端根据所述娱乐资源获取请求发送的娱乐资源共享给所述第一移动终端。
对于本申请实施例,所述生成单元31,还可以用于生成各娱乐资源标识与发送所述各娱乐资源标识的移动终端之间的对应表。
所述确定单元32,具体可以用于根据所述娱乐资源获取请求携带的娱乐资源标识和所述对应表,查找所述第二移动终端。
所述确定单元32,具体还用于当所述娱乐资源菜单还保存有娱乐资源和娱乐资源所属的移动终端之间的对应关系时,根据所述娱乐资源获取请求携带的移动终端标识,确定所述第二移动终端,所述移动终端标识为唯一标识所述各个移动终端中任一移动终端的标识。
对于本申请实施例,为了避免移动终端因剩余空间不足,导致下载失败而影响娱乐资源下载效率的问题,所述娱乐资源菜单还保存有娱乐资源所占空间大小,所述娱乐资源获取请求还携带有所述第一移动终端的剩余空间大小,如图4所示,所述装置还包括:查找单元34。
所述查找单元34,用于根据所述娱乐资源获取请求携带的娱乐资源标识和所述娱乐资源菜单,查找娱乐资源所占空间大小。
所述确定单元32,还用于比较所述查找的所占空间大小和所述剩余空间大小。
所述共享单元33,具体可以用于若所述查找的所占空间大小小于所述剩余空间大小,则将所述娱乐资源获取请求转发给所述第二移动终端。
进一步地,为了避免某个或者某些移动终端存在病毒,造成娱乐资源共享时整个移动交通工具上的各个移动终端安全性较低的问题,所述装置还可以包括:扫描单元35和连接单元36。
所述扫描单元35,可以用于当接收到各个移动终端通过建立的无线热点发送的局域网连接请求时,根据所述连接请求对所述各个移动终端进行扫描或者身份鉴别。
所述连接单元36,可以用于在确定所述各个移动终端为安全终端时,响应所述连接请求与所述各个移动终端建立局域网连接。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例提供的一种娱乐资源共享装置所涉及各功能模块的其他相应描述,可以参考图1所示方法的对应描述,在此不再赘述。
基于上述如图1所示方法,相应的,本申请实施例还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质可以为非易失性可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机可读指令,该计算机可读指令被处理器执行时实现以下步骤:与移动交通工具上的各个移动终端建立局域网连接后,根据所述各个移动终端各自发送的娱乐资源标识生成娱乐资源菜单,所述娱乐资源标识对应存储在发送所述娱乐资源标识的移动终端内的娱乐资源;当接收到第一移动终端通过所述娱乐资源菜单发送的娱乐资源获取请求时,根据所述娱乐资源获取请求携带的娱乐资源标识确定存储有对应的娱乐资源的第二移动终端,所述第一移动终端和所述第二移动终端均为所述各个移动终端中的移动终端;将所述娱乐资源获取请求转发给所述第二移动终端,并将所述第二移动终端根据所述娱乐资源获取请求发送的娱乐资源共享给所述第一移动终端。
基于上述如图1所示方法和如图3所示装置的实施例,本申请实施例还提供了一种娱乐资源共享装置的实体结构图,如图5所示,该装置包括:处理器41、存储器42、及存储在存储器42上并可在处理器上运行的计算机可读指令,其中存储器42和处理器41均设置在总线43上所述处理器41执行所述计算机可读指令时实现以下步骤:与移动交通工具上的各个移动终端建立局域网连接后,根据所述各个移动终端各自发送的娱乐资源标识生成娱乐资源菜单,所述娱乐资源标识对应存储在发送所述娱乐资源标识的移动终端内的娱乐资源;当接收到第一移动终端通过所述娱乐资源菜单发送的娱乐资源获取请求时,根据所述娱乐资源获取请求携带的娱乐资源标识确定存储有对应的娱乐资源的第二移动终端,所述第一移动终端和所述第二移动终端均为所述各个移动终端中的移动终端;将所述娱乐资源获取请求转发给所述第二移动终端,并将所述第二移动终端根据所述娱乐资源获取请求发送的娱乐资源共享给所述第一移动终端。
通过本申请的上述技术方案,能够利用局域网实现移动交通工具上各个移动设备的娱乐资源互通共享,无需消耗流量即可以获取相关的娱乐资源,能够避免用户流量费浪费,且移动交通工具内的局域网不受气候、移动速度等影响,能够提升娱乐资源的下载成功率。此外,通过移动交通工具上的固定移动终端生成娱乐资源菜单,能够实现各个移动终端无需与较多的移动终端建立连接,通过仅与固定移动终端建立一次连接,即可获取较多的娱乐资源,从而能够提升娱乐资源的下载效率。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种娱乐资源共享方法,其特征在于,包括:
    与移动交通工具上的各个移动终端建立局域网连接后,根据所述各个移动终端各自发送的娱乐资源标识生成娱乐资源菜单,所述娱乐资源标识对应存储在发送所述娱乐资源标识的移动终端内的娱乐资源;
    当接收到第一移动终端通过所述娱乐资源菜单发送的娱乐资源获取请求时,根据所述娱乐资源获取请求携带的娱乐资源标识确定存储有对应的娱乐资源的第二移动终端,所述第一移动终端和所述第二移动终端均为所述各个移动终端中的移动终端;
    将所述娱乐资源获取请求转发给所述第二移动终端,并将所述第二移动终端根据所述娱乐资源获取请求发送的娱乐资源共享给所述第一移动终端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述娱乐资源获取请求携带的娱乐资源标识确定存储有对应的娱乐资源的第二移动终端之前,所述方法还包括:
    生成各娱乐资源标识与发送所述各娱乐资源标识的移动终端之间的对应表;
    所述根据所述娱乐资源获取请求携带的娱乐资源标识确定存储有对应的娱乐资源的第二移动终端,包括:
    根据所述娱乐资源获取请求携带的娱乐资源标识和所述对应表,查找所述第二移动终端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述娱乐资源菜单还保存有各娱乐资源和发送所述各娱乐资源标识的移动终端之间的对应关系,所述根据所述娱乐资源获取请求携带的娱乐资源标识确定存储有对应的娱乐资源的第二移动终端,包括:
    根据所述娱乐资源获取请求携带的移动终端标识,确定所述第二移动终端,所述移动终端标识为唯一标识所述各个移动终端中任一移动终端的标识。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述娱乐资源菜单还保存有娱乐资源所占空间大小,所述娱乐资源获取请求还携带有所述第一移动终端的剩余空间大小,所述将所述娱乐资源获取请求转发给所述第二移动终端之前,所述方法还包括:
    根据所述娱乐资源获取请求携带的娱乐资源标识查找对应的娱乐资源所占空间大小;
    比较所述查找的所占空间大小和所述剩余空间大小;
    所述将所述娱乐资源获取请求转发给所述第二移动终端,具体包括:
    若所述查找的所占空间大小小于所述剩余空间大小,则将所述娱乐资源获取请求转发给所述第二移动终端。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述各个移动终端各自发送的娱乐资源标识生成娱乐资源菜单之前,所述方法还包括:
    当接收到所述各个移动终端通过建立的无线热点发送的局域网连接请求时,根据所述连接请求对所述各个移动终端进行扫描或者身份鉴别;
    在确定所述各个移动终端为安全终端时,响应所述连接请求,并与所述各个移动终端建立局域网连接。
  6. 一种娱乐资源共享装置,其特征在于,包括:
    生成单元,用于与移动交通工具上的各个移动终端建立局域网连接后,根据所述各个移动终端各自发送的娱乐资源标识生成娱乐资源菜单,所述娱乐资源标识对应存储在发送所述娱乐资源标识的移动终端内的娱乐资源;
    确定单元,用于当接收到第一移动终端通过所述娱乐资源菜单发送的娱乐资源获取请求时,根据所述娱乐资源获取请求携带的娱乐资源标识确定存储有对应的娱乐资源的第二移动终端;
    共享单元,用于将所述娱乐资源获取请求转发给所述第二移动终端,并将所述第二移动终端根据所述娱乐资源获取请求发送的娱乐资源共享给所述第一移动终端。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    所述生成单元,还用于生成各娱乐资源标识与发送所述各娱乐资源标识的移动终端之间的对应表;
    所述确定单元,具体用于根据所述娱乐资源获取请求携带的娱乐资源标识和所述对应表,查找所述第二移动终端。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    所述确定单元,具体用于当所述娱乐资源菜单还保存有娱乐资源和娱乐资源所属的移动终端之间的对应关系时,根据所述娱乐资源获取请求携带的移动终端标识,确定所述第二移动终端,所述移动终端标识为唯一标识所述各个移动终端中任一移动终端的标识。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    查找单元,用于根据所述娱乐资源获取请求携带的娱乐资源标识查找对应的娱乐资源所占空间大小;
    所述确定单元,还用于比较所述查找的所占空间大小和所述剩余空间大小;
    所述共享单元,还用于若所述查找的所占空间大小小于所述剩余空间大小,则将所述娱乐资源获取请求转发给所述第二移动终端。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    扫描单元,用于当接收到所述各个移动终端通过建立的无线热点发送的局域网连接请求时,根据所述连接请求对所述各个移动终端进行扫描或者身份鉴别;
    连接单元,用于在确定所述各个移动终端为安全终端时,响应所述连接请求,并与所述各个移动终端建立局域网连接。
  11. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机可读指令,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被处理器执行时实现以下步骤:
    与移动交通工具上的各个移动终端建立局域网连接后,根据所述各个移动终端各自发送的娱乐资源标识生成娱乐资源菜单,所述娱乐资源标识对应存储在发送所述娱乐资源标识的移动终端内的娱乐资源;
    当接收到第一移动终端通过所述娱乐资源菜单发送的娱乐资源获取请求时,根据所述娱乐资源获取请求携带的娱乐资源标识确定存储有对应的娱乐资源的第二移动终端,所述第一移动终端和所述第二移动终端均为所述各个移动终端中的移动终端;
    将所述娱乐资源获取请求转发给所述第二移动终端,并将所述第二移动终端根据所述娱乐资源获取请求发送的娱乐资源共享给所述第一移动终端。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被处理器执行时还实现以下步骤:
    生成各娱乐资源标识与发送所述各娱乐资源标识的移动终端之间的对应表;
    所述根据所述娱乐资源获取请求携带的娱乐资源标识确定存储有对应的娱乐资源的第二移动终端,包括:
    根据所述娱乐资源获取请求携带的娱乐资源标识和所述对应表,查找所述第二移动终端。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述娱乐资源菜单还保存有各娱乐资源和发送所述各娱乐资源标识的移动终端之间的对应关系,所述根据所述娱乐资源获取请求携带的娱乐资源标识确定存储有对应的娱乐资源的第二移动终端,包括:
    根据所述娱乐资源获取请求携带的移动终端标识,确定所述第二移动终端,所述移动终端标识为唯一标识所述各个移动终端中任一移动终端的标识。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被处理器执行时还实现以下步骤:
    根据所述娱乐资源获取请求携带的娱乐资源标识查找对应的娱乐资源所占空间大小;
    比较所述查找的所占空间大小和所述剩余空间大小;
    所述将所述娱乐资源获取请求转发给所述第二移动终端,具体包括:
    若所述查找的所占空间大小小于所述剩余空间大小,则将所述娱乐资源获取请求转发给所述第二移动终端。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被处理器执行时还实现以下步骤:
    当接收到所述各个移动终端通过建立的无线热点发送的局域网连接请求时,根据所述连接请求对所述各个移动终端进行扫描或者身份鉴别;
    在确定所述各个移动终端为安全终端时,响应所述连接请求,并与所述各个移动终端建立局域网连接。
  16. 一种娱乐资源共享装置,包括存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机可读指令,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时实现以下步骤:
    与移动交通工具上的各个移动终端建立局域网连接后,根据所述各个移动终端各自发送的娱乐资源标识生成娱乐资源菜单,所述娱乐资源标识对应存储在发送所述娱乐资源标识的移动终端内的娱乐资源;
    当接收到第一移动终端通过所述娱乐资源菜单发送的娱乐资源获取请求时,根据所述娱乐资源获取请求携带的娱乐资源标识确定存储有对应的娱乐资源的第二移动终端,所述第一移动终端和所述第二移动终端均为所述各个移动终端中的移动终端;
    将所述娱乐资源获取请求转发给所述第二移动终端,并将所述第二移动终端根据所述娱乐资源获取请求发送的娱乐资源共享给所述第一移动终端。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的装置,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时还实现以下步骤:
    生成各娱乐资源标识与发送所述各娱乐资源标识的移动终端之间的对应表;
    所述根据所述娱乐资源获取请求携带的娱乐资源标识确定存储有对应的娱乐资源的第二移动终端,包括:
    根据所述娱乐资源获取请求携带的娱乐资源标识和所述对应表,查找所述第二移动终端。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的装置,其特征在于,所述娱乐资源菜单还保存有各娱乐资源和发送所述各娱乐资源标识的移动终端之间的对应关系,所述根据所述娱乐资源获取请求携带的娱乐资源标识确定存储有对应的娱乐资源的第二移动终端,包括:
    根据所述娱乐资源获取请求携带的移动终端标识,确定所述第二移动终端,所述移动终端标识为唯一标识所述各个移动终端中任一移动终端的标识。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的装置,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被处理器执行时还实现以下步骤:
    根据所述娱乐资源获取请求携带的娱乐资源标识查找对应的娱乐资源所占空间大小;
    比较所述查找的所占空间大小和所述剩余空间大小;
    所述将所述娱乐资源获取请求转发给所述第二移动终端,具体包括:
    若所述查找的所占空间大小小于所述剩余空间大小,则将所述娱乐资源获取请求转发给所述第二移动终端。
  20. 根据权利要求16所述的装置,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被处理器执行时还实现以下步骤:
    当接收到所述各个移动终端通过建立的无线热点发送的局域网连接请求时,根据所述连接请求对所述各个移动终端进行扫描或者身份鉴别;
    在确定所述各个移动终端为安全终端时,响应所述连接请求,并与所述各个移动终端建立局域网连接。
