Service,个人通信系统),其可以组合语音、数据处理、传真和/或数据通信能力;PDA(Personal Digital Assistant,个人数字助理),其可以包括射频接收器、寻呼机、互联网/内联网访问、网络浏览器、记事本、日历和/或GPS(Global Positioning System,全球定位系统)接收器;常规膝上型和/或掌上型计算机或其他设备,其具有和/或包括射频接收器的常规膝上型和/或掌上型计算机或其他设备。这里所使用的“终端”、“终端设备”可以是便携式、可运输、安装在交通工具(航空、海运和/或陆地)中的,或者适合于和/或配置为在本地运行,和/或以分布形式,运行在地球和/或空间的任何其他位置运行。这里所使用的“终端”、“终端设备”还可以是通信终端、上网终端、音乐/视频播放终端,例如可以是PDA、MID(Mobile Internet Device,移动互联网设备)和/或具有音乐/视频播放功能的移动电话,也可以是智能电视、机顶盒等设备。
本技术领域技术人员可以理解,这里所使用的服务器,其包括但不限于计算机、网络主机、单个网络服务器、多个网络服务器集或多个服务器构成的云。在此,云由基于云计算(Cloud Computing)的大量计算机或网络服务器构成,其中,云计算是分布式计算的一种,由一群松散耦合的计算机集组成的一个超级虚拟计算机。本发明的实施例中,服务器、终端设备与WNS服务器之间可通过任何通信方式实现通信,包括但不限于,基于3GPP、LTE、WIMAX的移动通信、基于TCP/IP、UDP协议的计算机网络通信以及基于蓝牙、红外传输标准的近距无线传输方式。
参照图1,提出本发明的语音翻译方法第一实施例,所述方法包括以下步骤:
S11、主控模块接收到待翻译的语音信息后,从加密模块获取密钥。
本发明实施例中,加密模块中存储了离线翻译所需要的密钥,该加密模块优选为加密芯片。主控模块接收到待翻译的语音信息后,首先向加密模块发送密钥传输请求,加密模块根据密钥传输请求调取预存的密钥,并将密钥发送给主控模块。
S12、主控模块向离线翻译模块发送语音信息和密钥。
主控模块获取密钥后,则将语音信息连同密钥发送给离线翻译模块,请求离线翻译模块对语音信息进行翻译。
S13、离线翻译模块对密钥进行验证。
离线翻译模块接收到语音信息和密钥后,首先对密钥进行验证,判断该密钥是否正确。当密钥正确时,则判定密钥验证成功。当密钥错误时,则判定密钥验证失败。
S14、当密钥验证成功时,离线翻译模块利用翻译包对语音信息进行翻译。
当密钥验证成功时,离线翻译模块则利用翻译包进行翻译,具体的:先进行语音识别,将语音信息识别为文字信息;然后进行文本翻译,将文字信息从一种语言翻译为另一种语言,得到目标文字信息。进一步地,还可以进行语音合成,将目标文字信息合成为目标语音信息。
离线翻译模块翻译完毕后,可以通过显示屏输出目标文字信息,通过发声装置(如喇叭)输出目标语音信息;也可以将目标文字信息或目标语音信息发送给外部设备,如发送给移动终端。
进一步地,当密钥验证失败时,离线翻译模块则拒绝翻译,并向主控模块反馈验证失败的信息,主控模块则根据验证失败的信息对用户进行提示,如提示用户“密钥验证失败”、“无法使用离线翻译”、“密钥验证失败,无法使用离线翻译”等。
在某些实施例中,当密钥验证失败时,离线翻译模块和主控模块也可以不予响应。
从而,通过密钥验证进行离线翻译,避免了翻译包被复制窃取的问题,提高了翻译数据的安全性。
更进一步地,统计模块还统计密钥的使用频率,并将统计出的使用频率发送给服务器,以使服务器根据使用频率更新密钥,例如,当使用频率超过阈值时,服务器则更新密钥,将新的密钥发送给加密模块。加密模块接收服务器发送的新的密钥并进行密钥更新,如存储新的密钥而覆盖旧的密钥,或者存储新的密钥并删除旧的密钥。
从而,通过密钥更新,防止密钥被泄露或窃取,进一步提高了翻译数据的安全性。
进一步地,如图2所示,在本发明的语音翻译方法第二实施例中,步骤S11之前还包括以下步骤:
S08、翻译请求模块向服务器发送待翻译的语音信息。
本实施例中,翻译请求模块获取待翻译的语音信息,如通过麦克风采集用户的语音信息,然后向服务器发送该语音信息,以进行在线翻译。
翻译请求模块可以直接向服务器发送语音信息,也可以通过移动终端向服务器发送语音信息。例如,翻译请求模块通过蓝牙模块、WIFI模块等无线通信模块将语音信息发送给移动终端,移动终端再通过WIFI网络或蜂窝网络将语音信息转发给服务器。
S09、翻译请求模块判断是否在预设时间内接收到服务器的反馈信息。当没有在预设时间内接收到服务器的反馈信息时,进入下一步骤S10;当在预设时间内接收到了服务器的反馈信息时,则说明在线翻译成功,结束流程。
当没有网络或网络信号不佳,翻译请求模块或移动终端与服务器断开连接时,语音信息就无法送达服务器,翻译请求模块就无法接收到服务器的反馈信息。因此,当语音信息发送给服务器之后,翻译请求模块就开始计时,判断是否在预设时间内接收到服务器的反馈信息。
S10、翻译请求模块向主控模块发送语音信息。
当没有在预设时间内接收到服务器的反馈信息时,翻译请求模块就确定当前无法连接服务器,无法进行在线翻译,因此向主控模块发送语音信息,以进行离线翻译。
从而,通过优选进行在线翻译保证翻译更加准确,当无法进行在线翻译时再进行离线翻译,保证了翻译的可靠性。
更进一步地,如图3所示,在本发明的语音翻译方法第三实施例中,步骤S08之前还包括以下步骤:
S07、翻译请求模块获取待翻译的语音信息后,判断当前是否处于离线翻译模式。当不处于离线翻译模式时,进入步骤S08,即翻译请求模块向服务器发送待翻译的语音信息,以进行在线翻译;当处于离线翻译模式时,进入步骤S10,即翻译请求模块向主控模块发送语音信息,以进行离线翻译。
本实施例中,设置了离线翻译模式和在线翻译模式,用户可以选择任意一种模式。翻译请求模块获取待翻译的语音信息,首先判断当前所处的翻译模式;当处于离线翻译模式时则直接向主控模块发送语音信息,以进行离线翻译;当处于在线翻译模式时则向服务器发送语音信息,以进行在线翻译。
从而,使得用户可以自主选择翻译模式,既可以选择离线翻译,又可以选择在线翻译,提升了用户体验。
本发明实施例的语音翻译方法,通过设置加密模块存储密钥,当需要离线翻译,由主控模块从加密模块获取密钥,离线翻译模块验证密钥,当密钥验证成功时离线翻译模块才进行翻译。从而避免了翻译包被复制窃取的问题,提高了翻译数据的安全性,保护了翻译公司的核心资产,降低了经济损失。
参照图4,提出本发明的语音翻译装置第一实施例,所述装置包括主控模块10、加密模块20和离线翻译模块30,所述加密模块20优选为加密芯片,其中:主控模块10,设置为接收到待翻译的语音信息后,从加密模块20获取密钥,并向离线翻译模块30发送语音信息和密钥;离线翻译模块30,设置为对密钥进行验证,当密钥验证成功时,利用翻译包对语音信息进行翻译。
本发明实施例中,加密模块20中存储了离线翻译所需要的密钥。主控模块10接收到待翻译的语音信息后,首先向加密模块20发送密钥传输请求,加密模块20根据密钥传输请求调取预存的密钥,并将密钥发送给主控模块10。
主控模块10获取密钥后,则将语音信息连同密钥发送给离线翻译模块30,请求离线翻译模块30对语音信息进行翻译。
离线翻译模块30接收到语音信息和密钥后,首先对密钥进行验证,判断该密钥是否正确。当密钥正确时,则判定密钥验证成功。当密钥错误时,则判定密钥验证失败。
当密钥验证成功时,离线翻译模块30则利用翻译包进行翻译,具体的:先进行语音识别,将语音信息识别为文字信息;然后进行文本翻译,将文字信息从一种语言翻译为另一种语言,得到目标文字信息。进一步地,还可以进行语音合成,将目标文字信息合成为目标语音信息。
离线翻译模块30翻译完毕后,可以通过显示屏输出目标文字信息,通过发声装置(如喇叭)输出目标语音信息;也可以将目标文字信息或目标语音信息发送给外部设备,如发送给移动终端。
进一步地,当密钥验证失败时,离线翻译模块30则拒绝翻译,并向主控模块10反馈验证失败的信息,主控模块10则根据验证失败的信息对用户进行提示,如提示用户“密钥验证失败”、“无法使用离线翻译”、“密钥验证失败,无法使用离线翻译”等。
在某些实施例中,当密钥验证失败时,离线翻译模块30和主控模块10也可以不予响应。
从而,通过密钥验证进行离线翻译,避免了翻译包被复制窃取的问题,提高了翻译数据的安全性。
进一步地,如图5所示,在本发明的语音翻译装置第二实施例中,该装置还包括统计模块40,该统计模块40设置为:统计密钥的使用频率,并将统计出的使用频率发送给服务器,以使服务器根据使用频率更新密钥。例如,当使用频率超过阈值时,服务器则更新密钥,将新的密钥发送给加密模块20。此时,加密模块20还设置为:接收服务器发送的新的密钥并进行密钥更新,如存储新的密钥而覆盖旧的密钥,或者存储新的密钥并删除旧的密钥。
从而,通过密钥更新,防止密钥被泄露或窃取,进一步提高了翻译数据的安全性。
更进一步地,如图6所示,在本发明的语音翻译装置第三实施例中,该装置还包括翻译请求模块50,该翻译请求模块50设置为:向服务器发送待翻译的语音信息,判断是否在预设时间内接收到服务器的反馈信息,当没有在预设时间内接收到服务器的反馈信息时,向主控模块10发送语音信息。
本实施例中,翻译请求模块50获取待翻译的语音信息,如通过麦克风采集用户的语音信息,然后向服务器发送该语音信息,以进行在线翻译。
翻译请求模块50可以直接向服务器发送语音信息,也可以通过移动终端向服务器发送语音信息。例如,该装置还包括蓝牙模块、WIFI模块等无线通信模块,翻译请求模块50通过无线通信模块将语音信息发送给移动终端,移动终端再通过WIFI网络或蜂窝网络将语音信息转发给服务器。
当没有网络或网络信号不佳,翻译请求模块50或移动终端与服务器断开连接时,语音信息就无法送达服务器,翻译请求模块50就无法接收到服务器的反馈信息。因此,当语音信息发送给服务器之后,翻译请求模块50就开始计时,判断是否在预设时间内接收到服务器的反馈信息。
当没有在预设时间内接收到服务器的反馈信息时,翻译请求模块50就确定当前无法连接服务器,无法进行在线翻译,因此向主控模块10发送语音信息,以进行离线翻译。
从而,通过优选进行在线翻译保证翻译更加准确,当无法进行在线翻译时再进行离线翻译,保证了翻译的可靠性。
进一步地,还可设置离线翻译模式和在线翻译模式的选择,用户可以选择任意一种模式。翻译请求模块50还设置为:获取待翻译的语音信息后,判断当前是否处于离线翻译模式;当不处于离线翻译模式时,向服务器发送待翻译的语音信息,以进行在线翻译;当处于离线翻译模式时,向主控模块10发送语音信息,以进行离线翻译。
从而,使得用户可以自主选择翻译模式,既可以选择离线翻译,又可以选择在线翻译,提升了用户体验。
本发明实施例的语音翻译装置,通过设置加密模块存储密钥,当需要离线翻译,由主控模块从加密模块获取密钥,离线翻译模块验证密钥,当密钥验证成功时离线翻译模块才进行翻译。从而避免了翻译包被复制窃取的问题,提高了翻译数据的安全性,保护了翻译公司的核心资产,降低了经济损失。

Claims (16)
- 一种语音翻译方法,包括以下步骤:主控模块接收到待翻译的语音信息后,从加密模块获取密钥;所述主控模块向离线翻译模块发送所述语音信息和所述密钥;所述离线翻译模块对所述密钥进行验证;当密钥验证成功时,所述离线翻译模块利用翻译包对所述语音信息进行翻译。
- 根据权利要求1所述的语音翻译方法,其中,所述方法还包括:统计模块统计所述密钥的使用频率,并将统计出的使用频率发送给服务器,以使所述服务器根据所述使用频率更新密钥;所述加密模块接收所述服务器发送的新的密钥并进行密钥更新。
- 根据权利要求1所述的语音翻译方法,其中,所述主控模块从加密模块获取密钥的步骤之前还包括:翻译请求模块向服务器发送待翻译的语音信息;所述翻译请求模块判断是否在预设时间内接收到所述服务器的反馈信息;当没有在预设时间内接收到所述服务器的反馈信息时,所述翻译请求模块向所述主控模块发送所述语音信息。
- 根据权利要求3所述的语音翻译方法,其中,所述翻译请求模块向服务器发送待翻译的语音信息的步骤之前还包括:所述翻译请求模块获取待翻译的语音信息后,判断当前是否处于离线翻译模式;当不处于离线翻译模式时,进入下一步骤:翻译请求模块向服务器发送待翻译的语音信息;当处于离线翻译模式时,所述翻译请求模块向所述主控模块发送所述语音信息。
- 根据权利要求3所述的语音翻译方法,其中,所述翻译请求模块向服务器发送待翻译的语音信息的步骤包括:所述翻译请求模块通过移动终端向所述服务器发送所述语音信息。
- 根据权利要求5所述的语音翻译方法,其中,所述翻译请求模块通过移动终端向所述服务器发送所述语音信息的步骤包括:所述翻译请求模块通过无线通信模块向移动终端发送所述语音信息,以使所述移动终端将所述语音信息发送给所述服务器。
- 根据权利要求6所述的语音翻译方法,其中,所述无线通信模块为蓝牙模块或WIFI模块。
- 根据权利要求1所述的语音翻译方法,其中,所述离线翻译模块对所述密钥进行验证的步骤之后还包括:当密钥验证失败时,所述离线翻译模块向所述主控模块反馈验证失败的信息;所述主控模块根据所述验证失败的信息对用户进行提示。
- 一种语音翻译装置,包括主控模块、加密模块和离线翻译模块,其中:所述主控模块,设置为接收到待翻译的语音信息后,从所述加密模块获取密钥,并向离线翻译模块发送所述语音信息和所述密钥;所述离线翻译模块,设置为对所述密钥进行验证,当密钥验证成功时,利用翻译包对所述语音信息进行翻译。
- 根据权利要求9所述的语音翻译装置,其中,所述装置还包括统计模块,所述统计模块设置为:统计所述密钥的使用频率,并将统计出的使用频率发送给服务器,以使所述服务器根据所述使用频率更新密钥;所述加密模块设置为:接收所述服务器发送的新的密钥并进行密钥更新。
- 根据权利要求9所述的语音翻译装置,其中,所述装置还包括翻译请求模块,所述翻译请求模块设置为:向服务器发送待翻译的语音信息,判断是否在预设时间内接收到所述服务器的反馈信息,当没有在预设时间内接收到所述服务器的反馈信息时,向所述主控模块发送所述语音信息。
- 根据权利要求11所述的语音翻译装置,其中,所述翻译请求模块还设置为:获取待翻译的语音信息后,判断当前是否处于离线翻译模式;当不处于离线翻译模式时,向服务器发送待翻译的语音信息;当处于离线翻译模式时,向所述主控模块发送所述语音信息。
- 根据权利要求11所述的语音翻译装置,其中,所述翻译请求模块设置为:通过移动终端向所述服务器发送所述语音信息。
- 根据权利要求13所述的语音翻译装置,其中,所述装置还包括无线通信模块,所述翻译请求模块设置为:通过所述无线通信模块向移动终端发送所述语音信息,以使所述移动终端将所述语音信息发送给所述服务器。
- 根据权利要求14所述的语音翻译装置,其中,所述无线通信模块为蓝牙模块或WIFI模块。
- 根据权利要求9所述的语音翻译装置,其中,所述离线翻译模块还设置为:当密钥验证失败时,向所述主控模块反馈验证失败的信息;所述主控模块还设置为:根据所述验证失败的信息对用户进行提示。
