Description

A SECTION HANDLING MACHINE Technical Field
The present invention relates to a section handling machine used for handling sections made of materials such as aluminum, wood and plastics. Prior Art
Nowadays, computer controlled machines are used to handle the sections made of materials such as aluminum, plastic and wood. In the present three-axis aluminum handling machines, x-y-z axes move interdependently. Weights of the bodies that provide the movement in these axes affect each other. Therefore, power of remaining stable against load is very low. When all these situations are taken into account, a machine with more stable power than the existing machines is needed.
US patent document No US4463844 refers to the handling of aluminum and steel sections.
Short Description of the Invention
The aim of the present invention is to realize a section handling machine in which the vice carrier moves independently of the x and z axis on the y axis and the machine room on which the spindle body bearing is more stable against the load.
Another aim of the present invention is to realize a section handling machine in which the moment arm is not elongated due to the absence of any positioning on the Y axis and the spindle group has a more rigid structure and a faster positioning is achieved. Another aim of the present invention is to realize a section handling machine in which a high rigidity is provided by the fact that the vice carrier body moving on the y axis is directly connected to the machine body.
Another aim of the present invention is to realize a section handling tool which allows the weight imposed on the sudden deflection element to be reduced.
Another aim of the invention is to realize a section handling tool which enables to obtain high speed in x and z axis movements by alleviating the body to which the sudden direction changing motor is connected.
Disclosure of the Invention

Figure-1. Is a front perspective view of the section handling machine subject to invention.
Figure-2. Is an enlarged view of section A in Figure 1.
Figure-3. Is a rear detail view of the section handling machine subject to invention.
Parts in the figures are numbered individually and their correspondences are given below.
1. Section handling machine
2. Chassis
3. Spindle body
4. Spindle motor
5. Carrier body 6. Docking component
7. Compression component
8. Motion mechanism
9. Motor
The section handling machine (1) subject to invention includes:
- at least one chassis (2) formed by two body elements extending in the y and z axes, and in particular extending in the x-axis of the body elements,
- at least one spindle body (3) located on the body member extending in the -z axis,
- at least one spindle motor (4) provided with the movement required for the spindle body (3)
- at least one carrier body (5) moving in the y-axis on the body member extending in the y-axis,
- at least two docking components (6) situated opposite to each other on the carrier body (5) and supporting the section to be handled from its tips,
- multiple compression components (7) located on the carrier body (5), movable in the x-axis,
- at least one motion mechanism (8) comprising a linear rail, a threaded shaft and an intermediate on which the carrier body (5) is seated, located on the y-axis extending body member, which is used for y-axis movement of the carrier body
(5)
- at least one motor (9) used for movement of the motion mechanism (8) and the compression components (7).
In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the spindle body (3) moves on the chassis (2) in the x and z directions. By this means, the weight of the spindle body (3) bearing on the chassis (2) is reduced and there is no position on the y-axis, so the moment arm does not extend due to this movement. In this way, the position of the spindle body (3) is provided to have a more rigid structure and a faster positioning is realized. Higher speeds are achieved with the lightness gained by the spindle body (3) moving only in the x and z axes. In this way, possible errors that may occur when the part is handled are prevented.
In a section handling machine (1) subject to the invention, there are rails on the chassis (2) for the x-axis movement of the spindle body (3) on the chassis (2). The spindle motor (4) used for the movement of the spindle body (3) is a servo motor.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the carrier body (5) moves on the y- axis by means of the motion mechanism (8) on the y-axis part of the chassis (2). By this means, it is bearing as long as the motion mechanism (8) on the y-axis of the carrier body (5) permits, and the y-axis becomes more rigid. The motion mechanism (8) contained in the carrier body (5) and the movement in the y axis which is independent of the x and z axis imposes less weight on the point of attachment of the spindle body (3) to the chassis (2) than in the prior art and the moment arm does not extend due to this movement, since there is no positioning on the y-axis.
Docking component (6) is positioned opposite the two ends of the carrier body (5) and is of two. Docking component (5) is preferably a section docking group, the number of which on the carrier body (5) can be increased.
Compression component (7) can be moved back and forth in the x-axis on the carrier body (2) in the preferred embodiment. At this point, bearing is provided for a more stable handling according to the size of the section to be handled. Compression component (7) is a vice. In the preferred embodiment, four compression components (7) are present on the carrier body (5).
In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the motion mechanism (8) is located on the y-axis extending portion of the chassis (2), and on which the carrier body (5) is located. The carrier body (5) can be moved back and forth within the limits of the motion mechanism (8) on the y-axis, thanks to the vehicle which is triggered by the movement of the screw shaft and the linear rail.
In the section handling machine (1) subject to the invention, motor (9( moving the the motion mechanism (8) and the clamping components is a servo motor.
The present invention relates to a section handling machine (1), wherein is not carried out by the carrier body (5) but by the spindle body (3) in the y-axis relative to the prior art machines, and the movements are carried out on the y-axis movement on the carrier body, which has clamps, clamping plates and a threaded spindle and a linear motion mechanism. In addition, the parts forming a section handling machine (1) are made of steel material.
Around these basic concepts,; it is possible to develop a wide variety of applications with the invention of the section handling machine (1) subject to the invention, the invention can not be limited to the examples disclosed herein, it is essentially as specified in the claims.
