一种电子产品的摩擦转轴机构,包括支架结构(1)、电子产品的连接结构以及轴;支架结构(1)为整体的钣金件,包括处在两侧的第一支撑板(11)及第二支撑板(12)、以及第一支撑板(11)和第二支撑板(12)之间的连接板(13),电子产品的连接结构包括第一侧连接板(21)和第二侧连接板(22);第一支撑板(11)和第一侧连接板(21)之间、第二支撑板(12)和第二侧连接板(22)之间设置轴,且通过板中的轴孔壁对轴夹紧形成的摩擦配合而提供电子产品随时停止转动随时被定位的功能;支架结构(1)形成电子产品的容纳空间(10)。摩擦转轴机构结构简单,厚度方向占用空间小,能够实现电子产品的安装,空间占用小,并提供即时停止转动即时定位的功能,且整体强度高,适用于小型电子产品的安装和使用。同时,扭矩的大小可以通过调整钣金厚度、轴和支架的干涉量来实现。

本发明涉及一种电子产品的摩擦转轴机构。
背景技术
对于一些非常小型的电子产品。比如眼镜上的显示屏,既要考虑到电子产品转动功能和定位功能,又要考虑到整体的重量和强度,往往很难兼顾。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种电子产品的摩擦转轴机构,能够兼顾电子产品的安装、转动、定位和整体强度。为此,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种电子产品的摩擦转轴机构,包括支架结构、电子产品的连接结构以及轴;其特征在于:
所述支架结构为整体的钣金件,包括处在两侧的第一支撑板及第二支撑板、以及第一支撑板和第二支撑板之间的连接板,电子产品的连接结构包括第一侧连接板和第二侧连接板;第一支撑板和第一侧连接板之间、第二支撑板和第二侧连接板之间设置所述轴,且通过板中的轴孔壁对轴夹紧形成的摩擦配合而提供电子产品随时停止转动随时被定位的功能;
所述支架结构形成所述电子产品的容纳空间。
进一步地,第一支撑板及第二支撑板分别设置第一轴孔和第二轴孔,第一轴孔和第二轴孔具有共同的中心线,所述轴包括第一轴和第二轴;第一轴孔的轴孔壁对第一轴夹紧形成摩擦配合,第二轴孔的轴孔壁对第二轴夹紧形成摩擦配合。
进一步地,所述第一轴孔和第二轴孔分别处在第一支撑板的第一槽及第二支撑板的第二槽中,第一槽和第二槽的槽口至轴孔处形成转动连接结构的塞入通道。
进一步地,所述第一轴孔和第二轴孔分别处在第一槽及第二槽的前部。
进一步地,所述第一支撑板在第一槽的一侧设置有第三槽以对第一槽的槽壁提供一定的弹性,所述第二支撑板在第二槽的一侧设置有第四槽以对第二槽的槽壁提供一定的弹性。
进一步地,所述第一侧连接板和第二侧连接板分别设置有第一限位部和第二限位部,第一限位部和第二限位部分别和第三槽和第四槽形成电子产品转动角度限位结构。
进一步地,所述第一支撑板在第一槽和第三槽之间设置连接孔,所述第二支撑板在第二槽和第四槽之间设置连接孔。
进一步地,轴孔设置在槽中,所述槽的槽口至轴孔之间形成轴的塞入通道。
进一步地,所述轴采用销钉。
进一步地,所述支架结构呈U形结构,其U形结构的内部形成所述电子产品的容纳空间。
由于采用本发明的技术方案,本发明通过钣金件之间的直接轴连接及钣金冲压切面包轴的方式来实现摩擦转轴,结构简单,厚度方向占用空间小,能够实现电子产品的安装,空间占用小,并提供即时停止转动即时定位的功能,且整体强度高,适于小型电子产品的安装和使用。同时,扭矩的大小可以通过调整钣金厚度、轴和支架的干涉量来实现。

具体实施方式
参照附图。本发明所提供的电子产品的摩擦转轴机构,包括支架结构1、电子产品的连接结构以及轴。所述支架结构1为整体的钣金件,能够在小尺寸下提供更简单的制造方式、更高的结构强度,同时也能在箱体外形下提供更多的内部空间,并且可以调整钣金的厚度。
所述支架结构1包括处在两侧的第一支撑板11及第二支撑板12、以及第一支撑板和第二支撑板之间的连接板13,连接板13的长度和第一支撑板11及第二支撑板12的宽度界定了支架结构1的容纳空间10,该空间可以用来设置电子产品或者电子产品的电路等。该电子产品可以是有调节角度需求的屏幕、显示器等。所述支架结构1优选呈U形结构,其U形结构的内部形成所述电子产品的容纳空间。
所述电子产品的连接结构包括第一侧连接板21和第二侧连接板22,第一侧连接板21和第二侧连接板22可以是单独的零件,也可结合为电子产品的一部分,第一侧连接板21和第 二侧连接板22可分别设置连接孔,用来连接安装电子产品。第一支撑板11和第一侧连接板21之间、第二支撑板12和第二侧连接板22之间设置所述轴,且通过板中的轴孔壁对轴夹紧形成的摩擦配合而提供电子产品随时停止转动随时被定位的功能;轴孔优选设置在支架结构1上,轴和所述电子产品的连接结构固定连接,这样能够提高扭力机构的性能和结构的寿命,轴孔也可设置在所述电子产品的连接结构上,而使轴和支架结构1固定连接。
所述轴可以是一整根,优选为本实施例的分为两根,所述轴包括第一轴41和第二轴42,这样,可以提供更大的容纳空间10利用率,第一轴41和第二轴42可采用销钉。第一支撑板11及第二支撑板12分别设置第一轴孔31和第二轴孔32,第一轴孔31和第二轴孔32具有共同的中心线,第一轴孔31的轴孔壁对第一轴41夹紧形成摩擦配合,第二轴孔32的轴孔壁对第二轴42夹紧形成摩擦配合。
所述第一轴孔31和第二轴孔32分别处在第一支撑板11的第一槽51及第二支撑板12的第二槽52中,第一槽51和第二槽52的槽口至轴孔处形成转动连接结构的塞入通道50。
所述第一轴孔31和第二轴孔32优选分别处在第一槽51及第二槽52的前部,这样,第一槽51及第二槽52的后部槽段能够提供弹性变形空间,而提高夹紧摩擦转动效果并避免应力集中而降低寿命。
所述第一支撑板11在第一槽51的一侧的外部设置有第三槽53以对第一槽51的槽壁提供一定的弹性,所述第二支撑板12在第二槽52的一侧的外部设置有第四槽54以对第二槽52的槽壁提供一定的弹性。
第三槽53、第四槽54还可用来作为限位槽,所述第一侧连接板11和第二侧连接板12分别设置有第一限位部61和第二限位部62,这两个限位部同样在钣金时成型,为弯折部,第一限位部61和第二限位部62分别和第三槽53和第四槽54形成电子产品转动角度限位结构。
所述第一支撑板11在第一槽51和第三槽53之间设置连接孔71,所述第二支撑板12在第二槽52和第四槽54之间设置连接孔72,这两个连接孔用来将直接结构安装到其所依附的结构上。

  1. 一种电子产品的摩擦转轴机构,包括支架结构、电子产品的连接结构以及轴;其特征在于:
    所述支架结构为整体的钣金件,包括处在两侧的第一支撑板及第二支撑板、以及第一支撑板和第二支撑板之间的连接板,电子产品的连接结构包括第一侧连接板和第二侧连接板;第一支撑板和第一侧连接板之间、第二支撑板和第二侧连接板之间设置所述轴,且通过板中的轴孔壁对轴夹紧形成的摩擦配合而提供电子产品随时停止转动随时被定位的功能;
    所述支架结构形成所述电子产品的容纳空间。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种电子产品的摩擦转轴机构,其特征在于:第一支撑板及第二支撑板分别设置第一轴孔和第二轴孔,第一轴孔和第二轴孔具有共同的中心线,所述轴包括第一轴和第二轴;第一轴孔的轴孔壁对第一轴夹紧形成摩擦配合,第二轴孔的轴孔壁对第二轴夹紧形成摩擦配合。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种电子产品的摩擦转轴机构,其特征在于:所述第一轴孔和第二轴孔分别处在第一支撑板的第一槽及第二支撑板的第二槽中,第一槽和第二槽的槽口至轴孔处形成转动连接结构的塞入通道。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种电子产品的摩擦转轴机构,其特征在于:所述第一轴孔和第二轴孔分别处在第一槽及第二槽的前部。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的一种电子产品的摩擦转轴机构,其特征在于:所述第一支撑板在第一槽的一侧设置有第三槽以对第一槽的槽壁提供一定的弹性,所述第二支撑板在第二槽的一侧设置有第四槽以对第二槽的槽壁提供一定的弹性。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种电子产品的摩擦转轴机构,其特征在于:所述第一侧连接板和第二侧连接板分别设置有第一限位部和第二限位部,第一限位部和第二限位部分别和第三槽和第四槽形成电子产品转动角度限位结构。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的一种电子产品的摩擦转轴机构,其特征在于:所述第一支撑板在第一槽和第三槽之间设置连接孔,所述第二支撑板在第二槽和第四槽之间设置连接孔。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的一种电子产品的摩擦转轴机构,其特征在于:轴孔设置在槽中,所述槽的槽口至轴孔之间形成轴的塞入通道。
