目前,各国标准对坐便器悬浮污物的排出效果都有相关的规定,尤其在主要使用后排冲落坐便器的欧洲地区,其EN997标准中,要求CLASSS 1坐便器全排及 CLASS 2坐便器半排时,投放在坐便器洗净面的纸巾要能全部排出,对坐便器污物排放功能提出较高的要求。
技术问题
而现有的后排坐便器一般采用冲落式冲水排污,水进入进水管路后喷向洗净面部导水圈形成回旋,而后带动污物排出。由于排出的水难以覆盖整个水封面上的悬浮污物,悬浮或者半悬浮在水里的污物容易在污物承接部里上下翻滚而难以排出坐便器。
同时市场上常见的后排坐便器其冲洗水出口由于结构设计原因通常高于进水管道,导致排水后部分水存于进水管道内,而在欧洲使用的后排坐便器一般会配置除臭风箱,在风箱工作时由于这部分水存在会发出咕噜异声,使客户体验变差。在此处键入技术问题描述段落。
技术解决方案
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种冲水坐便器,包括洗净面部、对所述洗净面部供给冲洗水进行冲刷的第一水路和具有与洗净面部底部连接的承接部的存水弯部,其特征在于,还包括设置在所述承接部的导引机构和往所述导引机构方向供给冲洗水的第二水路,所述第二水路流出的冲洗水在导引机构的作用下产生漩涡从而搅动污物从所述存水弯部排出。
作为优选,所述导引机构设置为,所述承接部底面向上凸设有导水台,所述导水台与承接部内壁形成低于导水台的引水槽,所述第二水路往所述导水台方向喷出冲洗水形成漩涡从而搅动污物从所述存水弯部排出。
作为优选,所述导水台设置于靠近洗净面部的前方,所述导水台与所述引水槽处于承接部的左右两侧。
作为优选,所述导水台顶部紧靠承接部左右方向的一侧,所述导水台由顶部往承接部左右方向的另一侧向下平滑过渡,所述引水槽呈弧形。
作为优选,所述存水弯部限定坐便器的水封面,所述导水台位于水封面以下。
作为优选,导水台顶部位于水封面下5mm-60mm。
作为优选,第二水路冲洗水产生的水流旋转方向与第一水路冲洗水流经洗净面部的旋转方向一致。
作为优选,所述洗净面部具有形成于其上缘的内缘部,所述第一水路流出的冲洗水沿所述内缘部的内周面形成回旋流。
作为优选,所述第二水路形成于洗净面部的后方,所述洗净面部具有遮蔽第二水路出水口的悬伸部分。
作为优选,所述第二水路形成于洗净面部的左侧或右侧,第二水路出水口与水封面的垂直距离为10mm-50mm。
作为优选,还包括进水路,所述第二水路整体低于进水路,使冲刷完成后进水路没有存水。
作为优选,所述导引机构设置为,形成于所述承接部内壁面的前部的导流部,所述导流部顶部在左右方向上由一侧向另一侧逐渐平滑倾斜,所述第二水路往所述导流部较高一侧供给冲洗水,从所述第二水路喷出的冲洗水在导流部的作用下从导流部顶部较高一侧往较低一侧流动,从而产生漩涡搅动污物从所述存水弯部排出。
作为优选,所述导流部位于水封面以下,导流部顶部在左右方向上由一侧向另一侧螺旋下降。
作为优选,所述第二水路沿所述导流部的螺旋切向供给冲洗水。
作为优选,所述导流部顶部较高一侧与较低一侧的垂直距离不大于30mm。
作为优选,所述第二水路沿所述导流部的螺旋切向供给冲洗水。
作为优选,所述导流部位于所述承接部内壁面的前部左右方向的中心处。
作为优选,所述导流部顶部与洗净面部底部的垂直距离不小于20mm。
作为优选,所述导流部具有导流部侧面,顶部向侧面平滑向下过渡。
作为优选,所述第二水路喷出的冲洗水不流经洗净面部、直接供给导流部。
作为优选,所述第二水路喷出的冲洗水首先流经导流部顶部最高处。
作为优选,所述第二水路喷出的冲洗水流经所述导流部产生的旋转方向与第一水路冲洗水流经洗净面部的旋转方向一致。
有益效果
根据上述对本发明的描述可知,与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1.本发明第二水路流出的冲洗水在导引机构的作用下产生漩涡从而搅动污物从所述存水弯部排出,具体地,通过第二水路与导水台、引水槽的配合,冲洗水从所述第二水路往所述导水台方向喷出,通过所述引水槽形成漩涡从而搅动污物从所述存水弯部排出,大大提高了坐便器的冲刷能力。
2.所述导水台设置于靠近洗净面部的前方,所述导水台与所述引水槽处于承接部的左右两侧,因此产生的漩涡更为强烈,利于污物的排出。
3.所述导水台顶部紧靠承接部左右方向的一侧,所述导水台由顶部往承接部左右方向的另一侧向下平滑过渡,所述引水槽呈弧形,由此一方面污物不容易残留在导水台及引水槽中,另一方面产生的漩涡也更为强烈,利于污物的排出。
4.所述存水弯部限定坐便器的水封面,所述导水台位于水封面以下,导水台顶部位于水封面下5mm-60mm,由此,导水台及引水槽隐藏在水封面以下,提高美观性,同时水封面到导水台顶部的水位较低,可以防止污水污物溅起。
5.冲洗水流经所述引水槽的旋转方向与洗净面部冲洗水旋转方向一致,使洗净面部流入承接部与第二水路喷到水封面引起搅动的旋转方向一致,从而使漩涡更加强烈,污物更加容易从存水弯部流出。
6.所述洗净面部具有形成于其上缘的内缘部,所述第一水路流出的冲洗水沿所述内缘部的内周面形成回旋流,通过该回旋流与第二水路引起的漩涡配合,可以更好的将悬浮物排出。
7.所述第二水路形成于洗净面部的后方,所述洗净面部具有遮蔽第二水路出水口的悬伸部分,由此,用户从坐便器的前方观察坐便器时,无法看到第二水路出水口,从而提高坐便器的整体美观度及用户感受到的清洁感。
8.所述第二水路形成于洗净面部的左侧或右侧,第二水路出水口与水封面的垂直距离为10mm-60mm,因此第二水路喷到水封面的冲洗水引起的声音也较小,可以降低坐便器冲刷时的噪音。
9.所述第二水路整体低于进水路,因此冲刷完成后进水路没有存水,解决了坐便器配套防臭风箱工作时产生异声的问题。
10.由于导流部形成于承接部内壁面的前部,位于水封面以下,且导流部顶部在左右方向上由一侧向另一侧逐渐平滑倾斜,因此从使用者常见的角度看该坐便器,导流部并不明显,符合大众的审美。
11.导流部顶部在左右方向上由一侧向另一侧螺旋下降,所述第二水路沿所述导流部的螺旋切向供给冲洗水,而第二水路喷出的冲洗水流经所述导流部产生的旋转方向与第一水路冲洗水流经洗净面部的旋转方向一致,由此产生的漩涡更为强烈,利于污物的排出。
12.所述导流部顶部较高一侧与较低一侧的垂直距离不大于30mm,因此导流部顶部在左右方向倾斜十分平滑。
13.所述导流部位于所述承接部内壁面的前部左右方向的中心处,所述导流部顶部与洗净面部底部的垂直距离不小于20mm,所述导流部具有导流部侧面,顶部向侧面平滑向下过渡,由此从使用者常见的角度看该坐便器,导流部顶部与洗净面部底部高度差不明显且基本左右对称,整个导流部并不明显,符合大众的审美。
14.所述第二水路喷出的冲洗水不流经洗净面部、直接供给导流部,且首先流经导流部顶部最高处,因此能直接利用流体压力,减少能量损失,利于产生漩涡。

本发明的实施方式
以下通过结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明,为方便描述,下述中的“前、后、左、右”的位置关系说明如下:坐便器一般靠近墙体放置,而供水管路从墙体引出,当人体靠近坐便器,俯视坐便器时可以看到图1/图6视图,定义:图1/图6中的“下”为以下描述中的“前”,图1/图6中的“上”为以下描述中的“后”,图1/图6中的“左”为以下描述中的“左”,图1/图6中的“右”为以下描述中的“右”。
第一实施例
如图1所示,冲水坐便器具有洗净面部1,在洗净面部1的底部设置有存水弯部2,存水弯部2具有从洗净面部1的底部向下方延伸的承接部4和从承接部4的下端向后方延伸的排污部5。承接部4的上端在洗净面部1的底部朝向上方开口,排污部5的后端朝向后方开口。排污部5的后端开口的下端位置决定了冲洗水的水位,存水弯部2内的该水位位置成为该坐便器的水封面3。
如图2-4所示,洗净面部1的上部设置进水路7、第一水路8和第二水路9,水从进水路7流入后分成两路分别流往第一水路8和第二水路9。作为优选,第一水路8对洗净面部1供给回旋流,即第一水路8构成为沿着洗净面部1的周向喷出冲洗水。
本实施方式中,洗净面部1的左右方向的某一方向一侧的上部设置对洗净面部1供给回旋流的第一水路8。具体来说,在洗净面部1的左右方向的一方(图3中为左侧)的上部后端部设置第一水路8,第一水路8具有第一水路出水口10。本实施方式中,在洗净面部1具有形成于其上缘的内缘部6,内缘部6遍及洗净面部1的上缘的全周而形成,内缘部6形成为向内侧悬伸或者竖直向上。从第一水路8流出的冲洗水从第一水路出水口10沿着内缘部6形成为回旋流而流动,在洗净面部1周向上没有遗漏地进行清洗。当然本发明中也可以采用其他冲刷方式(如复数个清洗孔、左右侧均设出水口)来实现洗净面部1的清洗。
本实施方式中,承接部4设有导引机构,第二水路9往所述导引机构方向供给冲洗水,第二水路9流出的冲洗水在导引机构的作用下产生漩涡从而搅动污物从所述存水弯部排出。具体地,该导引机构设置为:承接部4底面向上凸设有导水台11,该导水台11与承接部4内壁形成低于导水台11的引水槽12,第二水路9往导水台11方向喷射冲洗水,在导水台11和引水槽12的共同作用下,冲洗水形成漩涡搅动污物从存水弯部2排出。当然,在本发明构思的引导下,本领域技术人员还可能有其他导引机构的设置方式,在此不一一列举,本实施方式以上述结构作为优选。
本实施方式中,该导水台11设置于靠近洗净面部1的前方,该导水台11与该引水槽12处于承接部4的左右两侧。具体实施中,该导水台11顶部紧靠承接部4左右的一侧,该导水台11由顶部往承接部4左右方向的另一侧向下平滑过渡,引水槽12呈弧形,引水槽12的后端朝向排污部5。该导水台11最好位于水封面3以下,优选为导水台11顶部与水封面3的距离H(如图4)为5mm-60mm。
本实施方式中,该第二水路9形成于洗净面部1的后方,具有第二水路出水口20。当然,第二水路9也可以形成于洗净面部1的左侧或右侧,优选第二水路出水口20与水封面3的垂直距离为10mm-60mm,因此第二水路9喷到水封面3的冲洗水引起的声音也较小,可以降低坐便器冲刷时的噪音。同时,第二水路9最好整体低于进水路7,因此冲刷完成后进水路7没有存水,解决了坐便器配套防臭风箱工作时产生异声的问题。
作为优选,该洗净面部1具有遮蔽第二水路出水口20的悬伸部分13,如图4所示,悬伸部分13与第二水路出水口20最低位置存在一定的横向距离L,横向距离L的大小设置使得用户从坐便器的前方观察坐便器时,无法看到第二水路出水口20,从而提高坐便器的整体美观度及用户感受到的清洁感。
本实施方式中,第一水路出水口10设置在洗净面部1 的左侧,相应地,导水台11也设置在承接部4的左侧方向,承接部4的右侧则形成引水槽12,故承接部4前端形成左高右低的形态。因此,第二水路9喷出的冲洗水流经引水槽12的旋转方向与第一水路9喷出的冲洗水流经洗净面部1的旋转方向一致,从而使漩涡更加强烈,污物更加容易从存水弯部流出。
下面对本发明的冲水坐便器的工作过程作进一步描述:
冲洗水从进水路7流入后分成两路分别流往第一水路8和第二水路9。第一水路8 的水流从第一水路出水口10喷出,水流沿着洗净面部1的内缘部6形成为回旋流,在洗净面部1周向上进行清洗,洗净面部1上的污物被带往存水弯部2的承接部4。
同时,第二水路9 的水流从第二水路出水口20往导水台11方向喷出,水流落在导水台11上方的水封上,在导水台11和引水槽12的共同作用下,冲洗水形成漩涡搅动污物从存水弯部2的排污部5排出。由于第二水路9喷出的冲洗水流经引水槽12的旋转方向与第一水路9喷出的冲洗水的旋转方向一致,因此漩涡得到加强,污物更加容易从排污部5流出。
第二实施例
如图5-8所示,本实施例与第一实施例的不同之处在于导引机构的不同,本实施例中导引机构设置为,形成于承接部内壁面4-1的前部导流部21,且位于水封面3以下,导流部顶部22在左右方向上由一侧向另一侧逐渐平滑倾斜。第二水路9往导流部21较高一侧供给冲洗水,从第二水路9喷出的冲洗水在导流部21的作用下从导流部顶部22较高一侧往较低一侧流动,从而产生漩涡搅动污物从该存水弯部2排出。由于导流部形成于承接部内壁面的前部,位于水封面以下,且导流部顶部在左右方向上由一侧向另一侧逐渐平滑倾斜,因此从使用者常见的角度看该坐便器,导流部并不明显,符合大众的审美。当然,在本实用新型构思的引导下,本领域技术人员还可能有其他导流部的设置方式,在此不一一列举,本实施方式以上述结构作为优选。
本实施方式中,该导流部21设置于靠近洗净面部1的前方,具有导流部侧面23,导流部顶部22向导流部侧面23平滑向下过渡,优选导流部顶部22在左右方向上由一侧向另一侧螺旋下降,而第二水路9沿该导流部的螺旋切向供给冲洗水,本申请所指的螺旋并不限于螺旋成一圈一圈,也可以指截取螺旋圈中的一部分,即导流部顶部22的形状类似于螺旋圈中的一部分。该导流部顶部22较高一侧与较低一侧的垂直距离不大于30mm。该导流部21位于该承接部内壁面的前部左右方向的中心处。该导流部顶部与洗净面部底部的垂直距离不小于20mm。
本实施例中,该第二水路9喷出的冲洗水不流经洗净面部1、直接供给导流部21,第二水路9喷出的冲洗水首先流经导流部顶部22最高处,该第二水路9喷出的冲洗水流经该导流部21产生的旋转方向与第一水路8冲洗水流经洗净面部1的旋转方向一致。
本实施方式中,该第二水路9形成于洗净面部1的后方,具有第二水路出水口,第二出水口处于偏心位置。当然,第二水路9也可以形成于洗净面部1的左侧或右侧,优选第二水路出水口与水封面3的垂直距离为10mm-60mm,因此第二水路9喷到水封面3的冲洗水引起的声音也较小,可以降低坐便器冲刷时的噪音。
本实施方式中,第一水路出水口设置在洗净面部1 的左侧,相应地,导流部顶部22较高一侧也设置在承接部4的左侧方向,故导流部21形成左高右低逐渐平滑倾斜的形态。因此,第二水路9喷出的冲洗水流经导流部21后的旋转方向与第一水路8喷出的冲洗水流经洗净面部1的旋转方向一致,从而使漩涡更加强烈,污物更加容易从存水弯部流出。

工业实用性
本发明第二水路流出的冲洗水在导引机构的作用下产生漩涡从而搅动污物从所述存水弯部排出,具体地,通过第二水路与导水台、引水槽的配合,冲洗水从所述第二水路往所述导水台方向喷出,通过所述引水槽形成漩涡从而搅动污物从所述存水弯部排出,大大提高了坐便器的冲刷能力。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种冲水坐便器,包括洗净面部、对所述洗净面部供给冲洗水进行冲刷的第一水路和具有与洗净面部底部连接的承接部的存水弯部,其特征在于,还包括设置在所述承接部的导引机构和往所述导引机构方向供给冲洗水的第二水路,所述第二水路流出的冲洗水在导引机构的作用下产生漩涡从而搅动污物从所述存水弯部排出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的冲水坐便器,其特征在于:所述导引机构设置为,所述承接部底面向上凸设有导水台,所述导水台与承接部内壁形成低于导水台的引水槽,所述第二水路往所述导水台方向喷出冲洗水形成漩涡从而搅动污物从所述存水弯部排出。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的冲水坐便器,其特征在于:所述导水台设置于靠近洗净面部的前方,所述导水台与所述引水槽处于承接部的左右两侧。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的冲水坐便器,其特征在于:所述导水台顶部紧靠承接部左右方向的一侧,所述导水台由顶部往承接部左右方向的另一侧向下平滑过渡,所述引水槽呈弧形。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的冲水坐便器,其特征在于:所述存水弯部限定坐便器的水封面,所述导水台位于水封面以下。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的冲水坐便器,其特征在于:导水台顶部位于水封面下5mm-60mm。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的冲水坐便器,其特征在于:第二水路冲洗水产生的水流旋转方向与第一水路冲洗水流经洗净面部的旋转方向一致。
  8. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的冲水坐便器,其特征在于:所述第二水路形成于洗净面部的后方,所述洗净面部具有遮蔽第二水路出水口的悬伸部分。
  9. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的冲水坐便器,其特征在于:所述第二水路形成于洗净面部的左侧或右侧,第二水路出水口与水封面的垂直距离为10mm-60mm。
  10. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的冲水坐便器,其特征在于:还包括进水路,所述第二水路整体低于进水路,使冲刷完成后进水路没有存水。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的冲水坐便器,其特征在于:所述导引机构设置为,形成于所述承接部内壁面的前部的导流部,所述导流部顶部在左右方向上由一侧向另一侧逐渐平滑倾斜,所述第二水路往所述导流部较高一侧供给冲洗水,从所述第二水路喷出的冲洗水在导流部的作用下从导流部顶部较高一侧往较低一侧流动,从而产生漩涡搅动污物从所述存水弯部排出。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的冲水坐便器,其特征在于:所述导流部位于水封面以下,导流部顶部在左右方向上由一侧向另一侧螺旋下降。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的冲水坐便器,其特征在于:所述第二水路沿所述导流部的螺旋切向供给冲洗水。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的冲水坐便器,其特征在于:所述导流部顶部较高一侧与较低一侧的垂直距离不大于30mm。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的冲水坐便器,其特征在于:所述导流部位于所述承接部内壁面的前部左右方向的中心处。
  16. 根据权利要求11所述的冲水坐便器,其特征在于:所述导流部顶部与洗净面部底部的垂直距离不小于20mm。
  17. 根据权利要求11所述的冲水坐便器,其特征在于:所述第二水路喷出的冲洗水首先流经导流部顶部最高处。
  18. 根据权利要求11所述的冲水坐便器,其特征在于:所述第二水路喷出的冲洗水不流经洗净面部、直接供给导流部。
  19. 根据权利要求11所述的冲水坐便器,其特征在于:所述导流部具有导流部侧面,导流部顶部向导流部侧面平滑向下过渡。
  20. 根据权利要求11所述的冲水坐便器,其特征在于:所述第二水路喷出的冲洗水流经所述导流部产生的旋转方向与第一水路冲洗水流经洗净面部的旋转方向一致。
