本发明的工作原理是:本发明将砂石通过进料管投入粉碎箱中,在栅格的作用下将其中的树枝等垃圾排出,提高砂石的纯净,通过破碎辊带动破碎齿转动,将砂石或石块破碎成更细小颗粒的砂石,利于不同建筑的原料使用,导轮方便装置移动,省时省力,通过凸轮带动筛板震动,方便砂石的筛选,通过第一筛板和第二筛板将砂石分级筛选出来,水流清洗后的不同砂石排出,对不同颗粒大小的砂石做不同用途,方便使用,通过回流泵和回流管将分离出来的水回流到水箱中循环使用,节省资源和成本,通过旋转辊转动带动清洗刷翻转,方便对第二筛板上的砂石进行翻转移动,利于砂石的筛选,提高工作效率,通过滤水板将回流的水中的淤泥等杂质过滤,工作完成后沉淀物通过沉淀物滑出板滑落排出,清水穿过滤水板通过喷排喷出,对砂石进行清洗,提高工作效率和效果。
上面对本专利的较佳实施方式作了详细说明,但是本专利并不限于上述实施方式,在本领域的普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本专利宗旨的前提下做出各种变化。
Claims (6)
- 一种高效市政施工砂石筛选设备,包括粉碎箱(2)、喷排(7)、输料管(8)、破碎辊(9)、破碎齿(10)、喷水管(11)、滤水板(12)、水箱(13)、回流管(15)、筛选箱(16)、筛板、出水管(22)、清洗刷(24)和旋转辊(25),其特征在于,所述的粉碎箱(2)顶端设有进料管(6),进料管(6)内部倾斜设有栅格(5),粉碎箱(2)内部安装设有多组破碎辊(9),破碎辊(9)外壁均匀设有破碎齿(10),多组破碎辊(9)上的破碎齿(10)相互咬合设置,粉碎箱(2)底端出口端通过输料管(8)与筛选箱(16)连通,筛选箱(16)底面设有导轮(1),筛选箱(16)内倾斜设有筛板,筛板下方设有凸轮(21),筛板包括第一筛板(17)和第二筛板(19),第一筛板(17)最低端与第二筛板(19)最高端设置在同一侧,第一筛板(17)最低端设有粗制砂石排出管(18),第二筛板(19)最低端设有次级砂石排出管(20),筛选箱(16)底端倾斜设有导板(23),导板(23)最低端设有出水管(22),出水管(22)与回流管(15)一端连通,回流管(15)另一端与水箱(13)上端侧壁连接,回流管(15)上安装回流泵(14),第一筛板(17)和第二筛板(19)之间设有旋转辊(25),旋转辊(25)外沿壁均匀清洗刷(24),旋转辊(25)与外部电机连接,水箱(13)顶端设有进水口(3),水箱(13)内部竖直设置滤水板(12),水箱(13)底端设有喷水管(11),喷水管(11)出口端设有喷排(7),喷排(7)安装在水箱(13)顶端内部,水箱(13)底端设有沉淀物滑出板(4)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的高效市政施工砂石筛选设备,其特征在于,所述的栅格(5)最低端设有垃圾排出管。
- 根据权利要求1所述的高效市政施工砂石筛选设备,其特征在于,所述的破碎辊(9)中心轴与外部电机连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的高效市政施工砂石筛选设备,其特征在于,所述的导轮(1)上设有手刹。
- 根据权利要求1所述的高效市政施工砂石筛选设备,其特征在于,所述的筛板与筛选箱筛选箱(16)内壁活动连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的高效市政施工砂石筛选设备,其特征在于,所述的喷水管(11)与水箱(13)连接处和回流管(15)与水箱(13)连接处分别设置在滤水板(12)两侧。根据权利要求1所述的高效市政施工砂石筛选设备,其特征在于,所述的沉淀物滑出板(4)最低端设有沉淀物排出管,沉淀物滑出板(4)和回流管(15)与水箱(13)连接处设置在滤水板(12)的同一侧。
