Abstract

Description

一种淋浴房用玻璃连接结构,包括:
玻璃组件,其包括两块玻璃和第一固定型材,所述第一固定型材将所述两块玻璃固定安装到一起,使得所述两块玻璃处于同一平面;以及

玻璃固定型材22还包括从第一凹槽221的两侧壁部分向第一凹槽221的外侧延伸形成的抵接部223。抵接部223为板状,其与第一凹槽221的侧壁夹角不大于90度,从而,第一凹槽两侧的抵接部223之间可以形成钝角,使玻璃固定型材22的抵接部223与后述的第一固定型材12的定位凹部124相抵时, 螺栓23旋紧过程中,抵接部223容易产生弹性变形,有利于螺栓23的旋紧。
如图6-图8所示,固定玻璃组件1包括第一固定型材12、第一玻璃11和第二玻璃13。第一固定型材12包括用于容纳第一玻璃11的一个边缘的第三凹槽121、用于容纳第二玻璃13的一个边缘的第四凹槽122和用于容纳玻璃固定型材22的至少一部分的第五凹槽123。
第三凹槽121的开口方向和第四凹槽122的开口方向相反,第三凹槽121的开口向上可以将第一玻璃11的下边缘嵌入第三凹槽121内,第四凹槽122的开口向下可以将第二玻璃13的上边缘嵌入第四凹槽122内。第一玻璃11装入第三凹槽121、第二玻璃13装入第四凹槽122而使两块玻璃形成一个平面。
第一玻璃11和第二玻璃13的宽度方向W的尺寸均大于第一固定型材12在这一方向的尺寸(即第一固定型材12的长度)。即第一玻璃11的下边缘和第二玻璃13的上边缘的两端部分没有嵌入第一固定型材12中。
第一玻璃11和第二玻璃13的两侧边缘分别装入第二固定型材14和第三固定型材15。第二固定型材14和第三固定型材15均与第一固定型材12垂直。第二固定型材14可以将第一玻璃11和第二玻璃13的左边缘嵌入,第三固定型材15可以将第一玻璃11和第二玻璃13的右边缘嵌入。第二固定型材14的高度方向H的两端嵌入装饰盖17,装饰盖17覆盖第二固定型材14两端的切割面,可以防止触碰时被割伤,并且起到装饰作用。第三固定型材15的高度方向H的两端嵌入固定件18,固定件18用于和后述的转轴35连接。
第二玻璃13的下边缘嵌入到第四固定型材16中,第四固定型材16的长度与第一固定型材12的长度相同。
第五凹槽123的开口方向与第三凹槽121的开口方向和第四凹槽122的开口方向均垂直。第五凹槽123的开口边缘部分设置有与玻璃固定型材22的抵接部223配合的定位凹部124,抵接部223抵接定位到定位凹部124可以方便定位玻璃固定型材22的安装高度,并且定位凹部124可以承受置物板组件2的部 分重量。
将玻璃固定型材22嵌入第五凹槽内,并且螺栓23穿过第五凹槽123的底部的两个通孔,抵接部223抵接定位到定位凹部124。通过螺栓23与连接套24旋合使玻璃固定型材22和第一固定型材12连接(参照图11),进而使置物板组件2和固定玻璃组件1连接。螺栓23与连接套24旋紧过程中,抵接部223与定位凹部124相抵,玻璃固定型材22没有接触到第五凹槽123的底部,使得抵接部223有空间产生弹性变形,弹性变形有利于螺栓23与连接套24旋紧。
如图9-图11所示,连接套24连接有置物杆组件4,由于连接套24露在表面影响美观,通过置物杆组件4遮住连接套24。
置物杆组件4包括置物杆41和连接在置物杆41的两端的支撑座42。支撑座42为圆柱状,支撑座42的一端沿支撑座42的径向设置有第一安装孔421,支撑座42的另一端沿支撑座42的轴向设置有第二安装孔422,第一安装孔421和第二安装孔422通过第一螺纹孔连通。置物杆41插入第一安装孔421中,第一螺纹孔旋入第一顶丝423可以将置物杆41与支撑座42连接。在第二安装孔422的侧壁还设有贯通支撑座42该侧壁的第二螺纹孔,连接套24插入第二安装孔422后,第二螺纹孔在支撑座42轴向的位置与连接套24的环形凹槽241对应,第二顶丝424旋入第二螺纹孔可以将连接套24与支撑座41连接。置物杆41方便搭挂毛巾、衣物等。
如图1、2所示,在将固定玻璃组件1连接到墙体时,贴墙型材事先固定连接于墙体,第二固定型材14插入贴墙型材并调整至合适位置后将第二固定型材14与贴墙型材固定,从而将固定玻璃组件1与墙体固定。
为了保证固定玻璃组件1的稳固,除了第二固定型材14通过贴墙型材与墙体固定之外,第三固定型材15通过拉杆组件5与另一面墙体固定。拉杆组件5包括拉杆51、拉杆固定座52和拉杆底座53。第三固定型材15的上端的固定件18连接有拉杆固定座52,拉杆固定座52通过螺栓连接拉杆51,拉杆51通过拉杆底座53连接到另一面墙体。
活动玻璃组件3包括活动玻璃31、下防水胶条32和活动玻璃型材33,活动玻璃31嵌入活动玻璃型材33内,活动玻璃型材33的长度方向的两端连接转轴35,转轴35与第三固定型材15两端的固定件18转动连接,从而使活动玻璃组件3与固定玻璃组件1转动连接。在第三固定型材15和活动玻璃型材33之间设置有防水胶条34,防水胶条34能够填充第三固定型材15和活动玻璃型材33之间的缝隙。活动玻璃31的下边设置有下防水胶条32,下防水胶条32能够填充活动玻璃31和地面之间的缝隙。
当然,本发明不限于上述实施方式,本领域技术人员在本发明的教导下可以对本发明的上述实施方式做出各种改变和变型,而不脱离本发明的范围。
(1)紧固件不限于螺栓23,还可以为螺母,但这时与其配合的连接套需要具有外螺纹的连接套。
(2)上述实施方式中螺栓23不限于插入第二凹槽与玻璃固定型材22滑动连接,还可以通过例如焊接等其他方式与玻璃固定型材22连接。
(3)上述实施方式中使用一个第一固定型材12连接两块固定玻璃,从而连接了一个置物板组件2,还可以使用两个或多个第一固定型材12连接三个或更多个固定玻璃,从而连接多个置物板组件2,使置物板21设有多层。
(4)上述实施方式中的第一玻璃11和第二玻璃12不限定其材料,可以是钢化玻璃、普通玻璃或有机玻璃等。
(5)可以在第一固定型材12上仅设置置物板组件2或置物杆组件4。还可以将例如篮状的置物架安装到第一固定型材12。
置物板组件2和/或置物杆组件4还可以安装到活动玻璃组件3。在将本发明的玻璃连接结构应用到活动玻璃组件3的情况下,可以将拉手组件安装到活动玻璃组件3(即,两个活动玻璃之间的固定型材),拉手组件可以具有与置物杆组件4类似的结构。
下面说明本发明的淋浴房用玻璃连接结构的优点:
通过第一固定型材12固定两块玻璃,将现有技术需要在玻璃上设置的安装孔设置到第一固定型材12,避免了在玻璃上加工孔,从而降低玻璃爆裂的风险。
通过粘接的方式使玻璃固定型材22与置物板21连接,避免使用现有技术常用的支撑钉,使置物板21表面没有凸起的支撑钉影响,从而使置物板21容易清洁,不易产生卫生死角。
通过玻璃固定型材22与置物板21连接,从而摆脱了支撑钉尺寸对于置物板21的尺寸限制,能够使用尺寸更大的置物板21来满足更多的置物需求。
Claims (15)
- 一种淋浴房用玻璃连接结构,其特征在于,包括:玻璃组件,其包括两块玻璃和第一固定型材,所述第一固定型材将所述两块玻璃固定安装到一起,使得所述两块玻璃处于同一平面;以及安装配件,其被安装到所述第一固定型材。
- 根据权利要求1所述的淋浴房用玻璃连接结构,其特征在于,所述安装配件包括置物板、置物架和拉手组件中的一者或多者。
- 根据权利要求1所述的淋浴房用玻璃连接结构,其特征在于,所述安装配件包括置物板和紧固件,所述紧固件通过玻璃固定型材与所述置物板连接,所述玻璃固定型材包括容纳所述置物板的一个边缘的第一凹槽。
- 根据权利要求3所述的淋浴房用玻璃连接结构,其特征在于,所述玻璃固定型材还包括容纳所述紧固件的第二凹槽。
- 根据权利要求4所述的淋浴房用玻璃连接结构,其特征在于,所述紧固件为螺栓,所述紧固件的头部以仅能够在所述第二凹槽内滑动的方式与所述玻璃固定型材连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的淋浴房用玻璃连接结构,其特征在于,所述第一固定型材包括:容纳所述两块玻璃中的第一玻璃的一个边缘的第三凹槽;容纳所述两块玻璃中的第二玻璃的一个边缘的第四凹槽;以及容纳所述玻璃固定型材的至少一部分的第五凹槽。
- 根据权利要求6所述的淋浴房用玻璃连接结构,其特征在于,所述第三凹槽的开口方向和所述第四凹槽的开口方向相反,所述第五凹槽的开口方向和所述第三凹槽的开口方向、所述第四凹槽的开口方向均垂直。
- 根据权利要求3所述的淋浴房用玻璃连接结构,其特征在于,所述玻璃固定型材设置有抵接部,所述第一固定型材设置有定位凹部,所述抵接部抵接定位到所述定位凹部。
- 根据权利要求8所述的淋浴房用玻璃连接结构,其特征在于,所述抵接部从所述第一凹槽的两侧壁部分向所述第一凹槽的外侧延伸形成为板状,所述第一凹槽两侧的所述抵接部之间形成钝角。
- 根据权利要求3所述的淋浴房用玻璃连接结构,其特征在于,通过连接套与所述紧固件的螺纹连接,将所述玻璃固定型材和所述玻璃组件连接到一起。
- 根据权利要求10所述的淋浴房用玻璃连接结构,其特征在于,另一置物板、置物架或拉手组件安装到所述连接套。
- 根据权利要求11所述的淋浴房用玻璃连接结构,其特征在于,通过插入所述连接套的顶丝将所述另一置物板、置物架或拉手组件安装到所述连接套。
- 根据权利要求1至12中任一项所述的淋浴房用玻璃连接结构,其特征在于,所述玻璃组件为固定玻璃组件或活动玻璃组件。
- 根据权利要求1至12中任一项所述的淋浴房用玻璃连接结构,其特征在于,所述两块玻璃上下布置。
- 一种淋浴房,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至14中任一项所述的淋浴房用玻璃连接结构。
