- 根据权利要求19所述的方法,其特征在于,所述网络设备根据所述多个上行信道/信号中的每一个上行信道/信号相关的第一信息的时域位置和所述每一个上行信道/信号相关的第一信息的类别,确定接收所述多个上行信道/信号中的一个上行信道/信号,包括:所述网络设备按照以下准则,确定接收所述每一个上行信道/信号相关的第一信息中,优先级最高的第一信息对应的上行信道/信号:下行控制信息优先级高于高层信令的优先级;所述第一信息的类别相同时,在时域上,起始位置在后的第一信息的优先级较起始位置在前的第一信息的优先级高。
- 根据权利要求17至20中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一信息的类别包括:下行控制信息和/或高层信令。
- 根据权利要求12至21中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述上行信道/信号相关的第一信息,包括:所述上行信道/信号为动态调度PUSCH,所述相关的第一信息为用于调度PUSCH的 下行控制信息;所述上行信道/信号为承载包含动态调度的PDSCH对应的确认/非确认ACK/NACK反馈信息的PUCCH,所述相关的第一信息为用于调度PDSCH的下行控制信息;所述上行信道/信号为承载非周期信道状态信息CSI的PUCCH,所述相关的第一信息为用于触发非周期CSI传输的下行控制信息;所述上行信道/信号为非周期SRS,所述相关的第一信息为用于触发非周期SRS传输下行控制信息;所述上行信道/信号为准持续调度SPS PUSCH,所述相关的第一信息为指示SPS PUSCH传输参数的高层信令;所述上行信道/信号为承载准持续调度的PDSCH对应的确认/非确认ACK/NACK反馈信息的PUCCH,所述相关的第一信息为用于指示PUCCH传输参数的高层信令;所述上行信道/信号为承载周期信道状态信息CSI的PUCCH,所述相关的第一信息为用于指示PUCCH传输参数的高层信令;所述上行信道/信号为承载准持续性信道状态信息SPS CSI的PUCCH,所述相关的第一信息为用于指示PUCCH传输参数的高层信令;以及所述上行信道/信号为周期SRS,所述相关的第一信息为用于指示SRS传输参数的高层信令。
- 一种终端设备,其特征在于,包括:确定单元,用于确定待传输的多个上行信道/信号,所述多个上行信道/信号在时域上至少部分重叠;传输单元,用于根据所述多个上行信道/信号中至少一个上行信道/信号相关的第一信息,确定传输所述多个上行信道/信号中的一个上行信道/信号。
- 根据权利要求23所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述上行信道/信号包括以下中的至少一项:物理上行共享信道PUSCH;物理上行控制信道PUCCH;以及探测参考信号SRS。
- 根据权利要求23或24所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述传输单元具体用于:根据所述至少一个上行信道/信号相关的第一信息的时域位置和/或所述至少一个上行信道/信号相关的第一信息的类别,确定传输所述多个上行信道/信号中的一个上行信道/信号。
- 根据权利要求23或24所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述传输单元具体用于:根据所述多个上行信道/信号中的每一个上行信道/信号相关的第一信息的时域位置,确定传输所述多个上行信道/信号中的一个上行信道/信号。
- 根据权利要求26所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述传输单元更具体用于:按照以下准则,确定传输所述每一个上行信道/信号相关的第一信息中,优先级最高的第一信息对应的上行信道/信号:在时域上,起始位置在后的第一信息的优先级较起始位置在前的第一信息的优先级高。
- 根据权利要求23或24所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述传输单元具体用于:根据所述多个上行信道/信号中的每一个上行信道/信号相关的第一信息的类别,确定传输所述多个上行信道/信号中的一个上行信道/信号。
- 根据权利要求28所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述传输单元更具体用于:按照以下准则,确定传输所述每一个上行信道/信号相关的第一信息的类别中,优先级最高的第一信息的类别对应的上行信道/信号:下行控制信息优先级高于高层信令的优先级。
- 根据权利要求23或24所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述传输单元具体用于:根据所述多个上行信道/信号中的每一个上行信道/信号相关的第一信息的时域位置和所述每一个上行信道/信号相关的第一信息的类别,确定传输所述多个上行信道/信号中的一个上行信道/信号。
- 根据权利要求30所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述传输单元更具体用于:按照以下准则,确定传输所述每一个上行信道/信号相关的第一信息中,优先级最高的第一信息对应的上行信道/信号:下行控制信息优先级高于高层信令的优先级;所述第一信息的类别相同时,在时域上,起始位置在后的第一信息的优先级较起始位置在前的第一信息的优先级高。
- 根据权利要求28至31中任一项所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述第一信息的类别包括:下行控制信息和/或高层信令。

- 根据权利要求34所述的网络设备,其特征在于,所述上行信道/信号包括以下中的至少一项:物理上行共享信道PUSCH;物理上行控制信道PUCCH;以及探测参考信号SRS。
- 根据权利要求34或35所述的网络设备,其特征在于,所述接收单元具体用于:根据所述至少一个上行信道/信号相关的第一信息的时域位置和/或所述至少一个上行信道/信号相关的第一信息的类别,确定接收所述多个上行信道/信号中的一个上行信道 /信号。
- 根据权利要求34或35所述的网络设备,其特征在于,所述接收单元具体用于:根据所述多个上行信道/信号中的每一个上行信道/信号相关的第一信息的时域位置,确定接收所述多个上行信道/信号中的一个上行信道/信号。
- 根据权利要求37所述的网络设备,其特征在于,所述接收单元更具体用于:按照以下准则,确定接收所述每一个上行信道/信号相关的第一信息中,优先级最高的第一信息对应的上行信道/信号:在时域上,起始位置在后的第一信息的优先级较起始位置在前的第一信息的优先级高。
- 根据权利要求34或35所述的网络设备,其特征在于,所述接收单元具体用于:根据所述多个上行信道/信号中的每一个上行信道/信号相关的第一信息的类别,确定接收所述多个上行信道/信号中的一个上行信道/信号。
- 根据权利要求39所述的网络设备,其特征在于,所述接收单元更具体用于:按照以下准则,确定接收所述每一个上行信道/信号相关的第一信息的类别中,优先级最高的第一信息的类别对应的上行信道/信号:下行控制信息优先级高于高层信令的优先级。
- 根据权利要求34或35所述的网络设备,其特征在于,所述接收单元具体用于:根据所述多个上行信道/信号中的每一个上行信道/信号相关的第一信息的时域位置和所述每一个上行信道/信号相关的第一信息的类别,确定接收所述多个上行信道/信号中的一个上行信道/信号。
- 根据权利要求41所述的网络设备,其特征在于,所述接收单元更具体用于:按照以下准则,确定接收所述每一个上行信道/信号相关的第一信息中,优先级最高的第一信息对应的上行信道/信号:下行控制信息优先级高于高层信令的优先级;所述第一信息的类别相同时,在时域上,起始位置在后的第一信息的优先级较起始位置在前的第一信息的优先级高。
- 根据权利要求39至42中任一项所述的网络设备,其特征在于,所述第一信息的类别包括:下行控制信息和/或高层信令。
