- Table 1 is an example of the contact table. Only the telephone number may be registered as the contact in the contact table. Only the e-mail address may be registered as the contact in the contact table. As another example, the contact table for registering so-called talk applications may be registered in the contact table.
- FIG. 5 is a flowchart showing an operation example of the communication apparatus 8 in the first embodiment.
- the communication device 8 determines whether or not the failure code has been received, for example, in a fixed cycle (S201).
- the failure code output from the code output unit 13 is received by the receiving unit 21 (Yes in S201).
- the data creating unit 22 creates first request data (S202).
- the first request data is data for requesting dispatch of maintenance staff of the elevator.
- the first request data may be voice data or text data.
- the first request data includes, for example, information for identifying the elevator apparatus and information indicating that a failure has occurred.
- the determining unit 23 determines a data transmission destination for transmitting the first request data (S203).
- the determination unit 23 determines a data transmission destination from among the plurality of contacts registered in the contact table based on the priority. For example, when the receiving unit 21 receives a failure code, the determining unit 23 determines a contact with the highest priority among the plurality of contacts registered in the contact table as a data transmission destination.
- the determining unit 23 determines the contact of the device 9 possessed by the maintenance worker A as the data transmission destination.
- the device 9A the device possessed by the maintenance worker A
- the contact point of the device 9A is referred to as the contact A.
- a device possessed by the maintenance worker B is referred to as a device 9B
- a contact point of the device 9B is referred to as a contact B.
- the device possessed by the maintenance worker C is referred to as the device 9C
- the contact point of the device 9C is referred to as the contact C.
- the device possessed by the maintenance worker D is denoted as device 9D
- the contact point of the device 9D is denoted as contact D.
- the transmission unit 24 transmits the first request data generated by the data generation unit 22 in S202 to the data transmission destination determined by the determination unit 23 in S203 (S204). For example, the transmitting unit 24 transmits the first request data to the contact A.
- the first request data transmitted from the transmitter 24 is received by the device 9A, for example.
- the device 9A includes, for example, a display. When the device 9A receives the first request data, the device 9A causes the display to display information for identifying the elevator device in which the failure has occurred.
- the device 9A may include a speaker. When the device 9A receives the first request data, the device 9A may output the above information from the speaker.
- maintenance staff A can know in which elevator device a failure has occurred. Further, the maintenance worker A can know that a dispatch request has been made to him. According to the example described in the first embodiment, a dispatch request for maintenance personnel can be made without requiring a monitoring center that centrally monitors the elevator apparatus.
- the communication device 8 After transmitting the first request data in S204, the communication device 8 determines whether there is a response from the transmission destination (S205). For example, when the contact A is called in S204, if the other party appears on the call, it is determined as Yes in S205. If an e-mail is sent to the contact address A in S204, if a notice of opening the e-mail is received, it is determined as Yes in S205. When the talk application is used, if the message transmitted in S204 is read, it is determined as Yes in S205.
- the communication device 8 determines whether the maintenance staff can handle the dispatch request (S206). For example, the maintenance worker A responds by e-mail from the device 9A that has received the first request data to the effect that it can respond. The communication device 8 determines that the maintenance staff A can cope by receiving the reply mail (Yes at S206). The communication device 8 may determine that the maintenance worker A can handle the request by performing another specific operation in the device 9A that has received the first request data.
- the communication device 8 determines whether or not the recovery work has been started (S207). For example, the maintenance worker A who has replied from the device 9A that the response is possible goes to the installation site of the elevator apparatus in order to perform recovery work. When the maintenance worker A arrives at the site, for example, the maintenance switch provided in the control device 7 is turned on in order to perform restoration work. The communication device 8 determines that the recovery work has been started by turning on the maintenance switch (Yes in S207). The communication device 8 may determine that the recovery work has been started in S207 by receiving a specific signal from the device 9A or another device. The communication device 8 may determine that the recovery work has been started by another method.
- the communication device 8 determines whether a predetermined time has elapsed since the transmission unit 24 transmitted the first request data. It determines (S208). If the predetermined time has elapsed without being determined as Yes in S205 (Yes in S208), the process of the communication device 8 returns to S202.
- the maintenance worker can not always respond to the dispatch request. For example, maintenance personnel who are performing maintenance work with other elevator apparatuses can not respond to the request even if they receive a dispatch request.
- the maintenance worker responds by e-mail to the effect that it can not cope.
- the communication device 8 determines that the maintenance worker can not respond to the dispatch request by receiving the reply mail (No in S206). If the maintenance worker can not respond to the dispatch request, the process of the communication device 8 returns to S202.
- the determination unit 23 determines the next data transmission destination for transmitting the first request data (S203). .
- the determination unit 23 determines a contact with the second highest priority among the plurality of contacts registered in the contact table as the next data transmission destination. In the example shown in Table 1, the determination unit 23 determines the contact B as the next data transmission destination.
- the transmitting unit 24 transmits the first request data to the latest data transmission destination determined by the determining unit 23, that is, the contact destination B (S204).
- determination unit 23 When maintenance staff B is not dispatched, determination unit 23 has the highest priority among the contacts who have not transmitted the first request data among the contacts registered in the contact table. Determine high contacts as data destinations. Thereby, the dispatch request of maintenance personnel can be sequentially performed based on the preset priority.
- the determination unit 23 determines the data transmission destination based on only the preset priority order. This is an example.
- the determination unit 23 may determine the data transmission destination based on the priority and the other factors. For example, the determination unit 23 determines a data transmission destination from among the plurality of contacts registered in the contact table, based on the priority and the failure code received by the receiver 21.
- Table 2 shows another example of the contact address table stored in the storage unit 20.
- Table 2 shows an example in which the corresponding technical field of the maintenance staff is registered in the contact table in association with each of the contacts.
- a failure code is registered as a corresponding technical field.
- the failure code 0001-0050 is registered as a corresponding technical field of the maintenance worker A.
- the failure code 0001-0200 is registered as a technical field corresponding to the maintenance worker B.
- the failure code 0100-0180 is registered as a field corresponding to the maintenance staff C.
- the failure code 0020-0150 is registered as a technical field corresponding to the maintenance worker D.
- the determining unit 23 determines a data transmission destination in consideration of the technical field to which the maintenance worker deals in S203. For example, consider the case where the receiving unit 21 receives a failure code of 0080. The failure code registered as the corresponding technical field of the maintenance worker A does not include the failure code 0080 received by the receiving unit 21. Therefore, although the contact A has the highest priority among the contacts registered in the contact table, the determination unit 23 does not select the contact A as a data transmission destination.
- the fault code 0080 received by the receiving unit 21 is included in the fault code registered as the corresponding technical field of the maintenance worker B.
- the determination unit 23 determines, as a data transmission destination, the contact destination B having the next highest priority to the contact A among the contacts registered in the contact table.
- the failure code registered as the corresponding technology field of the maintenance worker C does not include the failure code 0080 received by the receiving unit 21. Therefore, when the maintenance worker B is not dispatched to the first request data transmitted to the contact destination B, the determination unit 23 determines the contact destination D as the next data transmission destination.
- the data creation unit 22 may change the content of the first request data in accordance with the failure code received by the receiving unit 21 in S202.
- the first request data may include information for identifying the elevator apparatus and information indicating the content of the failure.
- information for identifying an elevator in which a failure has occurred and information indicating the content of the failure are reported.
- the data creation unit 22 may create the first request data so that the device 9 to which the first request data is transmitted may notify in the appropriate language.
- the contact destination table shown in Table 3 is stored. Table 3 shows an example of the contact table.
- Table 3 shows an example in which language information for specifying a language used is registered in the contact table in association with each contact.
- the country code is registered as the language information.
- JP is registered as a country code of maintenance personnel A. This means that maintenance staff A uses Japanese.
- JP is registered as the country code of maintenance staff B.
- KR is registered as the country code of maintenance staff C. This means that maintenance worker C uses Korean.
- CN is registered as the country code of maintenance worker D. This means that the maintenance worker D uses Chinese.
- the data creating unit 22 makes a first request so that the data transmission destination determined by the determination unit 23 is notified in the language used corresponding to the data transmission destination.
- Create data The first request data includes, for example, information for identifying the elevator apparatus and information indicating that a failure has occurred.
- the determination unit 23 determines the contact destination A as a data transmission destination.
- the language used for the contact point A that is, the language used by the maintenance worker A is Japanese.
- the data creation unit 22 creates the first request data so that notification in Japanese is performed in the device 9A.
- the determination unit 23 determines the maintenance worker C as a data transmission destination
- the data creation unit 22 creates first request data so that notification is performed in Korean in the device 9C.
- the data creation unit 22 may change the content of the first request data according to the failure code received by the reception unit 21. For example, in the data transmission destination determined by the determination unit 23, the data creation unit 22 transmits the first request data so that the content of the failure data received by the reception unit 21 is notified to the data transmission destination in the corresponding language.
- the storage unit 20 stores a failure code table in which the content of the failure code is registered in a plurality of languages. Table 4 shows an example of the failure code table.
- the determining unit 23 determines the contact destination A as a data transmission destination based on the priority order registered in the contact destination table.
- the language used for the contact point A that is, the language used by the maintenance worker A is Japanese. Therefore, the data creation unit 22 creates the first request data so that the content of the failure data is notified in Japanese in the device 9A. For example, when the receiving unit 21 receives the failure code of 0001, the data creating unit 22 creates the first request data so that the device 9A is notified of the failure of the motor in Japanese.
- the determination unit 23 determines the contact point C as the next data transmission destination.
- the language used for the contact C that is, the language used by the maintenance worker C is Korean.
- the data creation unit 22 creates the first request data so that the content of the failure data is notified in Korean in the device 9C.
- the content of the failure code may be registered in multiple languages in the failure code table.
- the failure code table at least the content of the failure code is registered in the language used specified from the language information registered in the contact address table.
- the contents of the failure code are registered in Japanese, Korean, and Chinese in the failure code table.
- the contents of the failure code may be registered even for a language that can not be identified from the language information registered in the contact address table.
- the contents of the failure code may be registered in English and Spanish in the failure code table.
- the same failure code table can also be used with elevator devices installed in English-speaking or Spanish-speaking countries.
- each of the contact addresses may be linked to further register the corresponding technical field of the maintenance staff.
- the determination unit 23 determines the data transmission destination based on the priority and the failure code received by the reception unit 21.

- the communication device 8 detects that the recovery work has been started, for example, by turning on the maintenance switch provided in the control device 7 (S301). When the recovery work is started, the communication device 8 determines whether the recovery work is completed (S302). The maintenance worker A turns off the maintenance switch, for example, when the recovery work is completed. The communication device 8 determines that the recovery work is completed by switching the maintenance switch from on to off (Yes in S302). The communication device 8 may determine that the recovery work has been completed in S302 by receiving a specific signal from the device 9A or another device. The communication device 8 may determine that the recovery work has been completed by another method.
- FIG. 6 shows an example where the support request condition is satisfied when a predetermined time has elapsed since the start of the recovery work. In such a case, while the recovery work is being performed, the communication device 8 determines whether a predetermined time has elapsed since the start of the recovery work (S303). Other conditions may be adopted as the support request condition.
