Description

一种LED显示屏单元及其联装锁扣、联装方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED显示屏单元的快速联装结构及其LED显示屏单元、联装方法。
背景技术
现有技术中,LED显示屏随着目前技术的发展,已经出现户外的大面积LED显示屏,而尤其是针对某些活动所需要,常需要快速安装和拆卸重新组装形成大屏幕的LED显示屏。这种独特的LED显示屏常见应用在室外舞台搭建,或者临时会议背景显示屏的搭建等,这种大屏幕的宽度和高度一般都在2-3米以上,而每个LED显示屏单元一般在50cmX50cm左右。这种可以快速组装的LED显示屏单元一般重量也比较中,其主要沟通是LED显示屏灯排和处理电路,因此重量一般在10公斤以上,在户外的安装过程并不容易。
尤其存在的问题是,由于需要形成大面积的LED显示屏(一般用来显示图像或播放视频),一般需要几十上百块的LED显示屏单元来进行拼装,而现有的拼接结构一般都是采用螺栓联接,显示屏单元之间在拼装过程中并不容易完全平整,所以在拼装到最后,往往由于对形变和误差的积累导致最后几块的显示屏极难装配完成。强制用力进行的装配容易导致显示屏毁坏,或即使不毁坏,也容易造成整个显示屏严重不平整,在尚未通电工作时就可以通过肉眼看到整个显示屏存在变形,从而导致客户的投诉和拒绝接受产品。
因此,现有技术还有待于改进和发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种LED显示屏单元及其联装锁扣、联装方法,针对现有技术的户外大屏幕LED显示屏单元需要临时快速装配时所存在的问题,提供一种能够更容易装配且装配后的效果更佳的LED显示屏单元及联装锁扣以及联装方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种LED显示屏的联装锁扣,其包括一固定到一侧LED显示屏单元上的第一挡片,以及固定在另一LED显示屏的对应侧上的第二挡片,其中,所述第二挡片上固定设置有空心套,以及配合该空心套内设置有一轴螺杆;所述第二挡片 上相对所述空心套的另一侧还设置有一限位套,在所述限位套底端侧壁上设置有至少一顶珠;所述轴螺杆的下端用于向下顶持所述顶珠,以配合连接固定所述第一挡片;在所述限位套内还设置内螺纹,用于适配所述轴螺杆上的外螺纹。
所述的LED显示屏的联装锁扣,其中,所述顶珠设置为三个,分别沿所述限位套底端侧壁呈匀称分布。
所述的LED显示屏的联装锁扣,其中,在所述限位套和所述空心套之间还设置有一弹性件,用于顶持所述轴螺杆及所述限位套到锁固位置。
所述的LED显示屏的联装锁扣,其中,所述轴螺杆的上端还设置有一锁紧把手,用于方便对所述轴螺杆的旋拧。
所述的LED显示屏的联装锁扣,其中,所述第一挡片内还设置有一预定深度的配合套,用于方便所述顶珠的适配固定连接。
一种采用所述联装锁扣的LED显示屏单元,其中,在一侧装配设置至少一第一挡片,并在另一侧的对应位置设置用于配合其他LED显示屏单元的第一挡片之轴螺杆及限位套结构。
所述的LED显示屏单元,其中,所述第一挡片及对应的轴螺杆结构设置为两组,并且分别在横向和纵向上都设置两组。
一种实现所述LED显示屏单元的联装方法,其包括以下步骤:
A、建立用于挂接所述LED显示屏单元的框架;
B、在所述框架上从上向下针对每一列,采用所述轴螺杆与所述第一挡片的配合方式先行装配;
C、从上向下,依照每一行采用所述轴螺杆与所述第一挡片的配合方式横向装配相邻的LED显示屏单元。
本发明所提供的一种LED显示屏单元及其联装锁扣、联装方法,由于采用了在限位套上设置的顶珠结构,实现了对户外LED大屏幕显示屏的快速装配和拆卸结构,并能够保证装配后的显示屏平整度更容易符合使用要求。

具体实施方式
以下对本发明的较佳实施例加以详细说明。
本发明所提供的一种LED显示屏的联装锁扣,如图1a和图1b及图1c所示,其主要设置用在户外大屏幕的LED显示屏上,用来联装装配作为舞台或临时会议所需要的大屏幕LED显示屏上。本发明所述联装锁扣100,包括一固定到一侧LED显示屏单元上的第一挡片110,所述LED显示屏单元200如图2a和图2b所示的不同角度,为实现装配和联装,在同一LED显示屏单元200上需要同时设置第一挡片110和对应配合该第一挡片110的相应联接结构,即设置在不同侧,分别用来连接相邻LED显示屏单元的对应侧联接结构,这样在联装时可以顺次对LED显示屏单元进行装配。
所述联接结构包括固定在该LED显示屏单元的另一侧对应位置的第二挡片120,即前述第一挡片110需要配合装配的是另一LED显示屏上对应侧位置上设置具有所述第二挡片120,所述第二挡片120上固定设置有空心套121,如图1a所示,该空心套121可以与所述第二挡片120一体设置,并设置为中空,在中空的轴孔122中设置有弹簧。配合该空心套,设置有一轴螺杆123,穿过所述轴孔122设置。
在所述第二挡片120上,相对所述空心套121的另一侧位置还设置有一限位套124,该限位套124也中空设置,但形成一靠近底端的盲端,在所述限位套124内设置有内螺纹,与所述轴螺杆123上的外螺纹相适配,所述轴螺杆123可以伸入所述限位套124内,在由螺纹旋拧后可以顶持到所述限位套124的底端。在所述限位套124的底端盲端位置侧壁上设置有至少一顶珠125,较佳的是设置对称的多个顶珠,例如三个,匀称分布在所述限位套的外侧壁周边上,通过所述轴螺杆123的向下顶持,将所述顶珠顶持到固定连接第一挡片110的位置上,如图1b和图1c所示。所述轴螺杆123的下端可以向下顶持所述顶珠125,以配合连接固定所述第一挡片110。为配合所述轴螺杆123的工作,在所述联接结构中, 可以设置其其他位置具有与该轴螺杆123相适配的内螺纹,例如在所述空心套121中,只需能实现对所述轴螺杆123的螺进即可。

本发明采用顶珠的设置方式可以方便在多个显示屏单元装配时形成弹性的挤压,尤其是三个匀称分布的顶珠可以保证两个相邻的LED显示屏单元之间没有缝隙且平稳的接合,顶珠的被顶持与第一挡片的配合,方便在联装锁固过程中,保证两个相邻LED显示屏单元之间的稳定弥合,比其他任何现有的锁扣更稳固,更容易保证多个LED显示屏拼合成大屏幕显示屏之后的平整度。
本发明较佳的实施例中,所述LED显示屏的联装锁扣,在所述限位套124和所述空心套121之间还设置有一弹性件126,用于顶持所述轴螺杆123及所述限位套124到锁固位置,此种情况下,所述限位套124与所述第二挡片120采用相对可活动的设置方式。在未装配之前,所述限位套124及所述轴螺杆123(所述轴螺杆123此时处于尚未顶持所述顶珠的位置上,并且其下端处在所述限位套124之内)露出在LED显示屏装配边缘的外侧一段距离,如图2a和图2b所示,对于每一个LED显示屏单元来说,在相对的两侧对应位置,例如上下两侧或者左右两侧,一侧设置为公头(轴螺杆及限位套、第二挡片等),另一侧设置为母头(第一挡片等),用来与相邻的LED显示屏单元的对应母头或公头配合联装。
该弹性件126的作用可以保持所述限位套124的外伸,这样在装配时,两个相邻的LED显示屏单元边靠边准备安装时,具有母头的一侧显示屏单元会首先压顶另一侧的显示屏单元之限位套124及轴螺杆123,从而将其向内压入形成对弹簧的储能形变。当将两个LED显示屏单元公头和母头对齐时,所述弹性件126将会释能恢复,此时将会听到“卡塔”声响,并且手感中也能感觉得到两个相邻的LED显示屏单元已经进行了联装挂接,如图1b和图1c所示,当限位套124滑入第一挡片110后,可以通过旋拧所述轴螺杆123实现装配锁固,因此,非常方便现场操作。
而在两个相邻LED显示屏挂接之后,须要进一步的旋拧所述轴螺杆123,以顶持和驱使所述顶珠125的外移,顶持锁固到所述第一挡片110上的连接孔111内壁上。因此,轴螺杆123的旋拧操作是进一步加强和锁固两个显示屏单元之间的联装。
本发明较好地挂架联装方式是:首先,建立用于挂接所述LED显示屏单元的框架,例如根据屏幕尺寸所需确定所需要的显示屏单元数量。其次,在所述框架上从上向下针对每一列需要装配的LED显示屏单元,采用本发明上述所述轴螺杆与所述第一挡片的配合结构方式先行装配;然后,再从上向下,将已经挂接完毕的各列LED显示屏单元依照每一行采用所述轴螺杆与所述第一挡片的配合方式,横向装配相邻的LED显示屏单元。这样先纵向各列装配后横向行装配,可以利用重力形成垂直下坠,自动纠正错位,保证横向变形均衡平衡,方便形成较大屏幕的拼装过程。
本发明所述LED显示屏的联装锁扣中,所述轴螺杆123的上端还设置有一锁紧把手127,如图1a和图1b所示,所述锁紧把手127可以采用带防滑纹的滚柱型状,可以采用其他方便旋拧的方式,例如柱杆结构,可以用于方便对所述轴螺杆123的旋拧。为方便装配,所述第一挡片110内还设置有一预定深度的配合套112,用于方便所述顶珠125的适配固定连接。在所述配合套112内还可以设置更方便所述顶珠125固定的内部结构,例如内凹部,或从外向内的台阶部等。在本发明较佳实施例中,如图3a和图3b所示(图中环圈位置),但不限于的是,所述顶珠125可以伸入到所述第一挡片110及其配合套112的内侧,从而形成足够强的阻挡作用防止两个显示屏单元的脱离。
本发明还请求保护一种采用上述联装锁扣的LED显示屏单元,如图2a、图2b、图3a和图3b所示的,在所述LED显示屏单元200的一侧装配设置至少一第一挡片110,并在另一侧的对应位置设置有用于配合其他LED显示屏单元200的第一挡片之轴螺杆及限位套结构。本发明所述LED显示屏单元200中采用的是上、下和左、右各一组结构,当然也可以设置采用所述第一挡片及对应的轴螺杆和限位套结构设置为两组,并且分别在横向和纵向上都设置两组,这样可以增强挂接能力,形成更稳固、更大屏幕的显示屏。
在每一所述LED显示屏单元中,设置具有较强的支撑框架201,并在支撑 框架201的一侧设置有LED芯片面板,在所述支撑框架201的后侧还设置有一电路模块202。多块LED显示屏单元形成的大屏幕装置中,可以先每四个显示屏单元形成一个组,然后将多组显示屏进行拼接,如图3a和图3b所示。
本发明所述LED显示屏单元及其联装锁扣、联装方法中,通过对顶珠和轴螺杆以及限位套的使用,可以很方便地实现两块LED显示屏单元的快速拼接,方便了在户外临时拼接大屏幕显示屏的实现,而且拼接后的显示屏更加平整。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

  1. 一种LED显示屏的联装锁扣,其包括一固定到一侧LED显示屏单元上的第一挡片,以及固定在另一LED显示屏的对应侧上的第二挡片,其特征在于,所述第二挡片上固定设置有空心套,以及配合该空心套内设置有一轴螺杆;所述第二挡片上相对所述空心套的另一侧还设置有一限位套,在所述限位套底端侧壁上设置有至少一顶珠;所述轴螺杆的下端用于向下顶持所述顶珠,以配合连接固定所述第一挡片;在所述限位套内还设置内螺纹,用于适配所述轴螺杆上的外螺纹。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的LED显示屏的联装锁扣,其特征在于,所述顶珠设置为三个,分别沿所述限位套底端侧壁呈匀称分布。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的LED显示屏的联装锁扣,其特征在于,在所述限位套和所述空心套之间还设置有一弹性件,用于顶持所述轴螺杆及所述限位套到锁固位置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的LED显示屏的联装锁扣,其特征在于,所述轴螺杆的上端还设置有一锁紧把手,用于方便对所述轴螺杆的旋拧。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的LED显示屏的联装锁扣,其特征在于,所述第一挡片内还设置有一预定深度的配合套,用于方便所述顶珠的适配固定连接。
  6. 一种采用如权利要求1所述联装锁扣的LED显示屏单元,其特征在于,在一侧装配设置至少一第一挡片,并在另一侧的对应位置设置用于配合其他LED显示屏单元的第一挡片之轴螺杆及限位套结构。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的LED显示屏单元,其特征在于,所述第一挡片及对应的轴螺杆结构设置为两组,并且分别在横向和纵向上都设置两组。
  8. 一种实现如权利要求6所述LED显示屏单元的联装方法,其包括以下步骤:
    建立用于挂接所述LED显示屏单元的框架;
    在所述框架上从上向下针对每一列,采用所述轴螺杆与所述第一挡片的配合方式先行装配;
    从上向下,依照每一行采用所述轴螺杆与所述第一挡片的配合方式横向装配相邻的LED显示屏单元。
