S13:将至少一个离职业务人员ID对应的业务单,确定为至少一个孤儿单。
由孤儿单的概念可知,离职业务人员的业务单即指孤儿单,则可以通过离职业务人员ID确定孤儿单。本实施例中,根据离职业务人员ID获取对应的至少一个业务单,通过孤儿单处理管理系统选择至少一个业务单,将至少一个业务单确定为孤儿单,达到获取孤儿单的目的。
S20:基于孤儿单金额对孤儿单进行金额分类,获取金额分类结果。
金额分类结果是指根据孤儿单金额对孤儿单进行分类所获取的分类结果。本实施例中,根据孤儿单金额实现孤儿单在金额维度上的分类,通过对孤儿单金额分类,获取金额分类结果。
在一具体实施方式中,步骤S20中,基于孤儿单金额对孤儿单进行金额分类,获取金额分类结果,具体包括如下步骤:
基于孤儿单金额查询预设的金额分类配置表,其中,金额分类配置表包括金额分类区间和对应的分类结果;根据金额分类配置表确定孤儿单金额所属的目标金额分类区间,并将目标金额分类区间对应的分类结果作为金额分类结果。
其中,金额分类配置表是指对孤儿单金额进行分类的参考表,该金额分类配置表包括金额分类区间和对应的分类结果。金额分类区间是指按金额大小对不同金额进行划分的区间,其对应的金额分类结果可以通过每一金额分类区间所设置的金额分类等级来体现。
本实施例中,通过孤儿单处理管理系统获取预先设置好的金额分类配置表,根据该金额分类配置表,按照孤儿单金额根据金额分类区间进行分类,判断每一孤儿单金额分别落入的对应的金额分类区间(即判断每一孤儿单金额所属的目标金额分类区间),并根据目标金额分类区间对应的分类结果,获取金额分类结果。例如,将金额分类区间设为[0,1W)、[1W,5W)、[5,10W)、[10W,100W)和[100W,+∞)的五个金额分类区间。每个金额分类区间代表一对应的分类结果。如将[0,1W)区间设为等级1,将[1W,5W)区间设为等级2,将[5,10W)区间设为等级3,将[10W,100W)区间设为等级4,将[100W,+∞)区间设为等级5。通过金额分类结果,可以将孤儿单按照孤儿单金额维度对孤儿单进行合理划分,能够有效和客观地突出每一孤儿单的重要和紧急程度,有助于在孤儿单金额维度上确定孤儿单处理的优先级。
S30:基于孤儿单地址对孤儿单进行区域分类,获取区域分类结果。
区域分类是指根据区域维度对孤儿单进行的分类。区域分类结果是指基于孤儿单区域对孤儿单进行分类所获取的分类结果。本实施例中,基于孤儿单地址实现孤儿单在区域维度上(即孤儿单的地理分布)的分类,以实现基于孤儿单区域进行分类,获取区域分类结果。
在一具体实施方式中,如图4所示,步骤S30中,基于孤儿单地址对孤儿单进行区域分类,获取区域分类结果,具体包括如下步骤:
S31:基于孤儿单地址在预设的电子地图上标示对应的孤儿单,获取孤儿单标示结果。
其中,预设的电子地图是指预先设置的在终端设备上展示的模拟地图,该电子地图可以通过MapXtreme Java创建。在电子地图上标示孤儿单可以通过WebGIS实现,其中GIS(Geographic Information System,地理信息系统)是一种基于计算机的工具,它可以对在地球上存在的东西和发生的事件进行成图和分析。GIS技术把地图这种独特的视觉化效果和地理分析功能与一般的数据库操作(例如查询和统计分析等)集成在一起。这种能力使GIS与其他信息系统相区别,从而使其在广泛的公众和个人企事业单位中解释事件、 预测结果和规划战略等中具有实用价值。相应地,WebGIS是Internet技术应用于GIS开发的产物。GIS通过WWW(万维网)功能得以扩展,从WWW的任意一个节点,Internet用户可以浏览WebGIS站点中的空间数据和制作专题图,以及进行各种空间检索和空间分析等操作。孤儿单标示结果是指对孤儿单在电子地图上进行标示的标示结果,该标示结果还包括与孤儿单相关的信息(如孤儿单的保单信息、孤儿单数量等)。
本实施例中,基于孤儿单地址在预先设置的电子地图上,通过WebGIS技术标示孤儿单,在电子地图上显示孤儿单的地理分布。此外,还能够通过每一在电子地图上标示的孤儿单获取孤儿单的具体信息(即查看该孤儿单的保单信息)和其他与孤儿单相关的信息。
特别地,若一个客户同时对应有多个孤儿单,则该客户对应的多个孤儿单都属于同一孤儿单地址(若孤儿单地址采用的是用户的签单地址,则同一签单地址同理也可以对应有多个孤儿单,本实施例孤儿单地址采用的是用户的签单地址,其他类型的孤儿单地址与本实施例采用的用户的签单地址原理相同),此时若要获取该孤儿单地址上某一具体孤儿单时,可以通过列表展示或者进入孤儿单选择界面等方式实现孤儿单的选择,以确定在孤儿单地址上要获取的具体是哪一个孤儿单。
特别地,由于在电子地图上进行孤儿单标示,标示的孤儿单可能属于同一孤儿单地址,此时将无法直观地获知在某一区域上孤儿单数量的多少。对属于同一孤儿单地址的孤儿单,可以通过设置孤儿单数量区间,将每一孤儿单数据区间与不同的每一颜色相对应,以达到区分孤儿单数量的效果。例如,可以设置孤儿单数量区间为[0,5)、[5,20)、[20,100)、[100,1000)和[1000,+∞),每一孤儿单数量区间对应的颜色分别为:[0,5)为浅蓝色,[5,20)为蓝色,[20,100)为绿色,[100,1000)为黄色,[1000,+∞)为红色。采用不同颜色进行区分同一孤儿单地址的多个孤儿单数量,可以直观获知在某一地址上孤儿单的数量情况,有助于分配决策。
进一步地,在每一孤儿单地址上可以通过点击查询或者输入命令等操作获取与孤儿单相关的信息,包括但不限于上述的孤儿单数量。可以理解地,孤儿单标示结果可以将孤儿单地址通过电子地图实现可视化展示。该可视化展示不仅能够直观地展示孤儿单的分布情况,还可以客观地展示孤儿单的保单信息、同一孤儿单地址上的孤儿单数量和其他与孤儿单相关的信息。通过直观获知孤儿单数量有助于孤儿单分配者快速判断孤儿单的地理分布和数量密集等状况,通过获取与孤儿单相关的信息(如孤儿单数量)能够使孤儿单分配者在直观获知的基础上确定孤儿单的地理分布和数量密集状况,以实现对电子地图进行合理划分的目的,能够帮助孤儿单分配者作出合理的决策。
S32:获取区域划分请求,区域划分请求包括区域范围。
其中,区域划分请求是指用于对电子地图进行划分的请求。区域范围是指对电子地图进行区域划分时选择的区域的范围。本实施例中,孤儿单处理管理系统获取区域划分请求,该区域划分请求包括区域范围。可以理解地,首先在步骤S31中,根据直观和客观的结合分析,孤儿单分配者能够基于孤儿单标示结果作出合理的区域划分。例如,可以根据孤儿单的地理分布和数量密集状况按区、街道或者自定义区域等区域范围确定区域范围。孤儿单分配者基于该区域范围,通过客户端向孤儿单处理管理系统发送该区域划分请求。
S33:根据区域范围对电子地图进行划分,获取至少两个对比区域。
本实施例中,孤儿单处理管理系统执行区域划分请求,即根据区域范围对电子地图进行划分,划分后获取到至少两个对比区域。对比区域是指根据区域划分后得到的进行区域间对比的区域。例如,如果孤儿单在电子地图上的深圳市地理分布上数量比较多且同一个孤儿单地址数量比较密集时,其区域范围是采用街道划分进行区域划分得到的,则获取的对比区域可以包括深圳市内的各个街道,其中各个街道作为对比的基本单位,即每个街道为一对比区域。
S34:基于每一对比区域和孤儿单标示结果,获取每一对比区域的区域粒度。
本实施例中,基于每一对比区域和孤儿单标示结果,由对比区域确定区域范围,由孤儿单标示结果确定孤儿单在该区域上的孤儿单数量。然后,根据确定的区域范围和确定的孤儿单数量,能够获取对比区域的区域粒度。例如,深圳市民治街道是其中的一个对比区域,民治街道即确定的区域范围。在民治街道上有相对应的孤儿单标示结果,采用WebGIS对电子地图上民治街道的孤儿单进行统计分析,可以获取民治街道上的孤儿单数量。该孤儿单数量(民治街道的孤儿单总数)反映了在该对比区域(民治街道)上孤儿单数量与空间(对比区域)的关系,该关系即对比区域的区域粒度。
S35:基于每一对比区域的区域粒度对孤儿单进行区域分类,获取区域分类结果。
区域分类结果是指根据孤儿单区域粒度对孤儿单进行分类所获取的分类结果。本实施例中,根据孤儿单区域粒度实现孤儿单在区域维度上的分类,通过对孤儿单区域分类,获取区域分类结果。
在一具体实施方式中,步骤S35中,基于孤儿单地址对孤儿单进行区域分类,获取区域分类结果,具体包括如下步骤:
基于每一对比区域的区域粒度查询预设的区域粒度分类配置表,其中,区域粒度分类配置表包括区域粒度区间和对应的分类结果;根据区域粒度分类配置表确定每一对比区域 的区域粒度所属的目标每一对比区域的区域粒度分类区间,并将目标区域粒度分类区间对应的分类结果作为每一对比区域的区域分类结果。
其中,区域粒度分类配置表是指对孤儿单区域进行分类的参考表,该区域粒度分类配置表包括区域粒度分类区间和对应的分类结果。区域粒度分类区间是指按区域粒度大小对不同区域进行划分的区间,其对应的区域分类结果可以通过每一区域分类区间所设置的区域分类等级来体现。
本实施例中,通过孤儿单处理管理系统获取预先设置好的区域粒度分类配置表,根据该区域粒度分类配置表,将对比区域根据区域粒度分类区间进行分类,判断每一对比区域的区域粒度分别落入对应的区域粒度分类区间(即判断每一孤儿单金额所属的目标金额分类区间),根据目标区域粒度分类区间对应的分类结果,获取区域分类结果。例如,将对比区域的区域粒度分类区间设为[0,2W)、[2W,10W)、[10,50W)、[50W,100W)和[100W,+∞)的五个区域粒度分类区间(单位为个)。每个区域粒度分类区间代表一对应的区域分类结果。如将[0,2W)区间设为等级A,将[2W,10W)区间设为等级B,将[10,50W)区间设为等级C,将[50W,100W)区间设为等级D,将[100W,+∞)区间设为等级E。通过区域分类结果,可以将孤儿单按照孤儿单区域维度对孤儿单进行合理划分,能够有效地突出每一比对区域的重要和紧急程度,有助于在孤儿单区域维度上确定孤儿单处理的优先级。
S40:基于金额分类结果和区域分类结果,确定孤儿单的处理优先级。
本实施例中,根据孤儿单的金额维度的金额分类结果和区域维度的区域分类结果,从个体和群体的维度综合考量孤儿单的重要和紧急程度,以确定孤儿单的处理优先级。其中个体代表的是高端用户个体,以金额分类结果为参考;而群体代表的是高密集人群,以区域分类结果为参考;因此,个体和群体都是孤儿单处理的重要考量维度。基于金额分类结果和区域分类结果,通过孤儿单的金额维度和区域维度,确定孤儿单的处理优先级。
在一具体实施方式中,如图5所示,步骤S40中,基于金额分类结果和区域分类结果,确定孤儿单的处理优先级,具体包括如下步骤:
S41:若金额分类结果属于预设的优先处理结果,则需处理金额分类结果为预设的优先处理结果的孤儿单。
其中,预设的优先处理结果是指对分类结果(这里具体是指金额分类结果)按优先级划分后得到的结果。本实施例中,可以将金额分类区间设为[0,1W)、[1W,5W)、[5,10W)、[10W,100W)和[100W,+∞)的五个金额分类区间。每个金额分类区间代表一对应的金额分类结果。如将[0,1W)区间设为等级1,将[1W,5W)区间设为等级2,将[5,10W)区间设为 等级3,将[10W,100W)区间设为等级4,将[100W,)区间设为等级5。根据金额分类结果预先设置等级不小于4的金额分类区间为优先区间,则当孤儿单金额不小于10W时,该孤儿单判定为重要且紧急的孤儿单,将优先进行处理。
可以理解地,该预设的优先处理结果应根据实际情况进行划分,例如在短时间内处理孤儿单(即分配孤儿单)两次,由于上一次已将大多数金额较高的孤儿单优先处理,则本次进行优先处理结果预设时,可以设置等级不小于3的金额分类区间为优先区间。通过判断金额分类结果是否属于预设的优先处理结果,从高端用户个体的维度考量优先级,可以进一步地划分孤儿单重要程度,以更好地实现对孤儿单的分配。
S42:若区域分类结果属于预设的优先处理结果,则需根据金额分类结果对区域分类结果为预设的优先处理结果的对比区域上的孤儿单进行处理。
本实施例中,可以将区域粒度分类区间设为[0,2W)、[2W,10W)、[10,50W)、[50W,100W)和[100W,+∞)的五个区域粒度分类区间(单位为个)。每个区域粒度分类区间代表一对应的区域分类结果。如将[0,2W)区间设为等级A,将[2W,10W)区间设为等级B,将[10,50W)区间设为等级C,将[50W,100W)区间设为等级D,将[100W,+∞)区间设为等级E。根据区域分类结果预先设置等级不小于D的区域分类区间为优先区间,则当对比区域的区域粒度不小于50W时,该区域判定为重点关注的区域,将优先进行处理。
可以理解地,该预设的优先处理结果应根据实际情况进行划分,例如在短时间内处理孤儿单(即分配孤儿单)两次,由于上一次已将区域粒度较高的对比区域优先处理,则本次进行优先处理结果预设时,可以设置等级不小于C的区域分类区间为优先区间。此外,在短时间内处理孤儿单两次的情况下,也可以根据实际情况对区域粒度分类区间进行重新设计,以到达合理分配孤儿单的目的。在确定区域分类结果为预设的优先处理结果的对比区域后,由于在确定后的对比区域的区域范围内孤儿单数量较多,仍需对区域范围内孤儿单进行优先级分配处理,此时根据该确定后的对比区域的金额分类结果对区域范围内的孤儿单进行优先级处理,具体过程参考步骤S41,在此不再赘述。通过判断区域分类结果是否属于预设的优先处理结果,从基于区域的人群密集程度的维度考量优先级,可以进一步地划分孤儿单在区域维度上的重要程度,以更好地实现对孤儿单的分配。
需要特别说明的是,步骤S41和步骤S42是并列关系,步骤S41是从高端用户个体的维度考量和确定优先级,步骤S42是从人群密集程度的维度考量和确定优先级。两者并不冲突,能够从两个维度上综合确定孤儿单的处理优先级。例如,某一孤儿单的金额为20W,处在的对比区域的区域粒度为60W,则可以根据金额分类结果确定该孤儿单的等级4,对 应的金额分类区间[10W,100W);可以根据区域分类结果确定该孤儿单的等级为D,对应的区域分类区间为[50W,100W)。此时该孤儿单的处理优先级可以用向量(4,D)来表示,等级4和等级D分别代表的是金额维度(关注高端用户个体)和区域维度(关注人群密集程度)。可以理解地,只要该孤儿单的金额维度和区域维度任意一个维度上的等级处于预设的优先处理结果,如孤儿单的处理优先级用向量表示为(5,A)或(1,E)时,都需要对孤儿单进行优先级的处理。特别地,对于金额维度和区域维度的等级都处于预设的优先处理结果的孤儿单,如孤儿单的处理优先级为(4,D),在孤儿单分配阶段时根据金额维度或者区域维度任意一维度处理该孤儿单后,将不再重复处理该孤儿单,只处理一次即可。
S50:根据孤儿单的处理优先级,对孤儿单进行分配。
本实施例中,通过孤儿单处理管理系统将孤儿单根据孤儿单的处理优先级进行分配,以实现将孤儿单分配给相关业务人员的目的。具体地,根据孤儿单的处理优先级,即根据孤儿单的金额维度和区域维度上的等级进行分配,可以先对金额维度上处于预设的优先处理结果的孤儿单进行分配,接着再根据区域维度上处于预设的优先处理结果的孤儿单按金额维度上的等级进行分配(此时由于先前已经根据金额维度对孤儿单进行了处理,根据金额维度处理完成的孤儿单将不再重新处理)。需要说明的是,分配方式也可以先根据区域维度上处于预设的优先处理结果的孤儿单按金额维度上的等级进行分配,接着再根据金额维度上处于预设的优先处理结果的孤儿单进行分配。通过优先级对孤儿单进行分配,能够高效提高孤儿单的处理效率。通过针对高端客户和人群密集区域,从个人维度和群体维度上对孤儿单进行了科学和合理的分配,实现了对孤儿单高效和合理的分配处理。

本实施例提供一计算机可读存储介质,该计算机可读存储介质上存储有计算机可读指令,该计算机可读指令被处理器执行时实现实施例1中孤儿单处理方法,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。或者,该计算机可读指令被处理器执行时实现实施例2中孤儿单处理装置中各模块/单元的功能,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
实施例4
图7是本实施例中终端设备的示意图。如图7所示,终端设备70包括处理器71、存储器72以及存储在存储器72中并可在处理器71上运行的计算机可读指令73。处理器71执行计算机可读指令73时实现实施例1中孤儿单处理方法的各个步骤,例如图1所示的步骤S10、S20、S30、S40和S50。或者,处理器71执行计算机可读指令73时实现实施例2中孤儿单处理装置各模块/单元的功能,如图6所示孤儿单获取模块10、金额分类结果获取模块20、区域分类结果获取模块30、优先级处理模块40和孤儿单分配模块50的功能。
示例性的,计算机可读指令73可以被分割成一个或多个模块/单元,一个或者多个模块/单元被存储在存储器72中,并由处理器71执行,以完成本申请。一个或多个模块/单元可以是能够完成特定功能的一系列计算机可读指令73的指令段,该指令段用于描述计 算机可读指令73在终端设备70中的执行过程。例如,计算机可读指令73可被分割成实施例2中的孤儿单获取模块10、金额分类结果获取模块20、区域分类结果获取模块30、优先级处理模块40和孤儿单分配模块50,各模块的具体功能如实施例2所示,为避免重复,此处不一一赘述。
终端设备70可以是桌上型计算机、笔记本、掌上电脑及云端服务器等计算设备。终端设备可包括,但不仅限于,处理器71、存储器72。本领域技术人员可以理解,图7仅仅是终端设备70的示例,并不构成对终端设备70的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件,例如终端设备还可以包括输入输出设备、网络接入设备、总线等。
所称处理器71可以是中央处理单元(Central Processing Unit,CPU),还可以是其他通用处理器、数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor,DSP)、专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、现场可编程门阵列(Field-Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件等。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等。
存储器72可以是终端设备70的内部存储单元,例如终端设备70的硬盘或内存。存储器72也可以是终端设备70的外部存储设备,例如终端设备70上配备的插接式硬盘,智能存储卡(Smart Media Card,SMC),安全数字(Secure Digital,SD)卡,闪存卡(Flash Card)等。进一步地,存储器72还可以既包括终端设备70的内部存储单元也包括外部存储设备。存储器72用于存储计算机可读指令以及终端设备所需的其他程序和数据。存储器72还可以用于暂时地存储已经输出或者将要输出的数据。
所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到,为了描述的方便和简洁,仅以上述各功能单元、模块的划分进行举例说明,实际应用中,可以根据需要而将上述功能分配由不同的功能单元、模块完成,即将所述装置的内部结构划分成不同的功能单元或模块,以完成以上描述的全部或者部分功能。
另外,在本申请各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能单元的形式实现。
所述集成的模块/单元如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本申请实现上述实施例 方法中的全部或部分流程,也可以通过计算机可读指令来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的计算机可读指令可存储于一计算机可读存储介质中,该计算机可读指令在被处理器执行时,可实现上述各个方法实施例的步骤。其中,所述计算机可读指令包括计算机可读指令代码,所述计算机可读指令代码可以为源代码形式、对象代码形式、可执行文件或某些中间形式等。所述计算机可读介质可以包括:能够携带所述计算机可读指令代码的任何实体或装置、记录介质、U盘、移动硬盘、磁碟、光盘、计算机存储器、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、电载波信号、电信信号以及软件分发介质等。需要说明的是,所述计算机可读介质包含的内容可以根据司法管辖区内立法和专利实践的要求进行适当的增减,例如在某些司法管辖区,根据立法和专利实践,计算机可读介质不包括是电载波信号和电信信号。
以上所述实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本申请进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施例技术方案的精神和范围,均应包含在本申请的保护范围之内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种孤儿单处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取至少一个孤儿单,每一所述孤儿单包括孤儿单金额和孤儿单地址;
    基于所述孤儿单金额对所述孤儿单进行金额分类,获取金额分类结果;
    基于所述孤儿单地址对所述孤儿单进行区域分类,获取区域分类结果;
    基于所述金额分类结果和所述区域分类结果,确定所述孤儿单的处理优先级;
    根据所述孤儿单的处理优先级,对所述孤儿单进行分配。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的孤儿单处理方法,其特征在于,所述获取至少一个孤儿单,包括:
    获取当前业务人员表和与所述当前业务人员表相对应的上次业务人员表,所述当前业务人员表包括至少一个当前业务人员ID和对应的业务单,所述上次业务人员表包括至少一个上次业务人员ID和对应的业务单;
    基于至少一个所述当前业务人员ID和至少一个所述上次业务人员ID,确定至少一个离职业务人员ID;
    将至少一个所述离职业务人员ID对应的业务单,确定为至少一个所述孤儿单。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的孤儿单处理方法,其特征在于,所述基于至少一个所述当前业务人员ID和至少一个所述上次业务人员ID,确定至少一个离职业务人员ID,包括:
    基于至少一个所述当前业务人员ID和至少一个所述上次业务人员ID,确定至少一个交集业务人员ID;
    将至少一个所述上次业务人员ID和至少一个所述交集业务人员ID的差值,确定为至少一个所述离职业务人员ID。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的孤儿单处理方法,其特征在于,所述基于所述孤儿单金额对所述孤儿单进行金额分类,获取金额分类结果,包括:
    基于所述孤儿单金额查询预设的金额分类配置表,其中,所述金额分类配置表包括金额分类区间和对应的分类结果;根据所述金额分类配置表确定所述孤儿单金额所属的目标金额分类区间,并将所述目标金额分类区间对应的分类结果作为所述金额分类结果。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的孤儿单处理方法,其特征在于,所述基于所述孤儿单地址对所述孤儿单进行区域分类,获取区域分类结果,包括:
    基于所述孤儿单地址在预设的电子地图上标示对应的所述孤儿单,获取孤儿单标示结 果;
    获取区域划分请求,所述区域划分请求包括区域范围;
    根据所述区域范围对所述电子地图进行划分,获取至少两个对比区域;
    基于每一所述对比区域和所述孤儿单标示结果,获取每一所述对比区域的区域粒度;
    基于每一对比区域的区域粒度对所述孤儿单进行区域分类,获取区域分类结果。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的孤儿单处理方法,其特征在于,所述基于每一对比区域的区域粒度对所述孤儿单进行区域分类,获取区域分类结果,包括:
    基于每一所述对比区域的区域粒度查询预设的区域粒度分类配置表,其中,所述区域粒度分类配置表包括区域粒度区间和对应的分类结果;根据所述区域粒度分类配置表确定每一所述对比区域的区域粒度所属的每一所述对比区域的目标区域粒度分类区间,并将所述目标区域粒度分类区间对应的分类结果作为所述每一所述对比区域的区域分类结果。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的孤儿单处理方法,其特征在于,所述基于所述金额分类结果和所述区域分类结果,确定所述孤儿单的处理优先级,包括:
    若所述金额分类结果属于预设的优先处理结果,则需处理所述金额分类结果为预设的优先处理结果的所述孤儿单;
    若所述区域分类结果属于预设的优先处理结果,则需根据所述金额分类结果对所述区域分类结果为预设的优先处理结果的所述对比区域上的所述孤儿单进行处理。
  8. 一种孤儿单处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    孤儿单获取模块,用于获取至少一个孤儿单,每一所述孤儿单包括孤儿单金额和孤儿单地址;
    金额分类结果获取模块,用于基于所述孤儿单金额对所述孤儿单进行金额分类,获取金额分类结果;
    区域分类结果获取模块,用于基于所述孤儿单地址对所述孤儿单进行区域分类,获取区域分类结果;
    优先级处理模块,用于基于所述金额分类结果和所述区域分类结果,确定所述孤儿单的处理优先级;
    孤儿单分配模块,用于根据所述孤儿单的处理优先级,对所述孤儿单进行分配。
  9. 一种终端设备,包括存储器、处理器以及存储在所述存储器中并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机可读指令,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时实现如下步骤:
    获取至少一个孤儿单,每一所述孤儿单包括孤儿单金额和孤儿单地址;
    基于所述孤儿单金额对所述孤儿单进行金额分类,获取金额分类结果;
    基于所述孤儿单地址对所述孤儿单进行区域分类,获取区域分类结果;
    基于所述金额分类结果和所述区域分类结果,确定所述孤儿单的处理优先级;
    根据所述孤儿单的处理优先级,对所述孤儿单进行分配。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述获取至少一个孤儿单,包括:
    获取当前业务人员表和与所述当前业务人员表相对应的上次业务人员表,所述当前业务人员表包括至少一个当前业务人员ID和对应的业务单,所述上次业务人员表包括至少一个上次业务人员ID和对应的业务单;
    基于至少一个所述当前业务人员ID和至少一个所述上次业务人员ID,确定至少一个离职业务人员ID;
    将至少一个所述离职业务人员ID对应的业务单,确定为至少一个所述孤儿单。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述基于所述孤儿单金额对所述孤儿单进行金额分类,获取金额分类结果,包括:
    基于所述孤儿单金额查询预设的金额分类配置表,其中,所述金额分类配置表包括金额分类区间和对应的分类结果;根据所述金额分类配置表确定所述孤儿单金额所属的目标金额分类区间,并将所述目标金额分类区间对应的分类结果作为所述金额分类结果。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述基于所述孤儿单地址对所述孤儿单进行区域分类,获取区域分类结果,包括:
    基于所述孤儿单地址在预设的电子地图上标示对应的所述孤儿单,获取孤儿单标示结果;
    获取区域划分请求,所述区域划分请求包括区域范围;
    根据所述区域范围对所述电子地图进行划分,获取至少两个对比区域;
    基于每一所述对比区域和所述孤儿单标示结果,获取每一所述对比区域的区域粒度;
    基于每一对比区域的区域粒度对所述孤儿单进行区域分类,获取区域分类结果。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述基于每一对比区域的区域粒度对所述孤儿单进行区域分类,获取区域分类结果,包括:
    基于每一所述对比区域的区域粒度查询预设的区域粒度分类配置表,其中,所述区域粒度分类配置表包括区域粒度区间和对应的分类结果;根据所述区域粒度分类配置表确定每一所述对比区域的区域粒度所属的每一所述对比区域的目标区域粒度分类区间,并将所 述目标区域粒度分类区间对应的分类结果作为所述每一所述对比区域的区域分类结果。
  14. 根据权利要求9所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述基于所述金额分类结果和所述区域分类结果,确定所述孤儿单的处理优先级,包括:
    若所述金额分类结果属于预设的优先处理结果,则需处理所述金额分类结果为预设的优先处理结果的所述孤儿单;
    若所述区域分类结果属于预设的优先处理结果,则需根据所述金额分类结果对所述区域分类结果为预设的优先处理结果的所述对比区域上的所述孤儿单进行处理。
  15. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机可读指令,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
    获取至少一个孤儿单,每一所述孤儿单包括孤儿单金额和孤儿单地址;
    基于所述孤儿单金额对所述孤儿单进行金额分类,获取金额分类结果;
    基于所述孤儿单地址对所述孤儿单进行区域分类,获取区域分类结果;
    基于所述金额分类结果和所述区域分类结果,确定所述孤儿单的处理优先级;
    根据所述孤儿单的处理优先级,对所述孤儿单进行分配。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述获取至少一个孤儿单,包括:
    获取当前业务人员表和与所述当前业务人员表相对应的上次业务人员表,所述当前业务人员表包括至少一个当前业务人员ID和对应的业务单,所述上次业务人员表包括至少一个上次业务人员ID和对应的业务单;
    基于至少一个所述当前业务人员ID和至少一个所述上次业务人员ID,确定至少一个离职业务人员ID;
    将至少一个所述离职业务人员ID对应的业务单,确定为至少一个所述孤儿单。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述基于所述孤儿单金额对所述孤儿单进行金额分类,获取金额分类结果,包括:
    基于所述孤儿单金额查询预设的金额分类配置表,其中,所述金额分类配置表包括金额分类区间和对应的分类结果;根据所述金额分类配置表确定所述孤儿单金额所属的目标金额分类区间,并将所述目标金额分类区间对应的分类结果作为所述金额分类结果。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述基于所述孤儿单地址对所述孤儿单进行区域分类,获取区域分类结果,包括:
    基于所述孤儿单地址在预设的电子地图上标示对应的所述孤儿单,获取孤儿单标示结 果;
    获取区域划分请求,所述区域划分请求包括区域范围;
    根据所述区域范围对所述电子地图进行划分,获取至少两个对比区域;
    基于每一所述对比区域和所述孤儿单标示结果,获取每一所述对比区域的区域粒度;
    基于每一对比区域的区域粒度对所述孤儿单进行区域分类,获取区域分类结果。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述基于每一对比区域的区域粒度对所述孤儿单进行区域分类,获取区域分类结果,包括:
    基于每一所述对比区域的区域粒度查询预设的区域粒度分类配置表,其中,所述区域粒度分类配置表包括区域粒度区间和对应的分类结果;根据所述区域粒度分类配置表确定每一所述对比区域的区域粒度所属的每一所述对比区域的目标区域粒度分类区间,并将所述目标区域粒度分类区间对应的分类结果作为所述每一所述对比区域的区域分类结果。
  20. 根据权利要求15所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述基于所述金额分类结果和所述区域分类结果,确定所述孤儿单的处理优先级,包括:
    若所述金额分类结果属于预设的优先处理结果,则需处理所述金额分类结果为预设的优先处理结果的所述孤儿单;
    若所述区域分类结果属于预设的优先处理结果,则需根据所述金额分类结果对所述区域分类结果为预设的优先处理结果的所述对比区域上的所述孤儿单进行处理。
