  10. 如权利要求7所述的一种可局部擦拭液晶手写装置,其特征在于,所述液晶手写面板单元包含一第一透明导电膜、一第二透明绝缘基材与一双稳态液晶层,所述双稳态液晶层配置在所述第一透明导电膜与所述第二透明绝缘基材之间;所述双稳态液晶层在断电状态且无任何施压形变的情况下,所述双稳态液晶层呈现透明的样态,此时,所述双稳态液晶层为所述透明液晶层;在断电状态下,对所述液晶手写面板单元施以特定压力造成所述双稳态液晶层产生形变,所述双稳态液晶层变换成可以反射光的样态,此时,所述双稳态液晶层为所述可反射液晶层。
