使用时,餐厨垃圾从进料口11投入,经过粉碎后较大的部分或者难以粉碎的部分会滑动到二级粉碎腔室4中继续粉碎,较小部分穿过过滤通孔31落入接料筒5内。从生物菌入口12投入生物菌,启动搅拌装置不断对接料筒5内垃圾与生物菌进行充分混合,同时采用带温控器的陶瓷加热带对垃圾在一定的温度范围内进行控温,利用保温材料8进行保温,使生化处理过程的环境达到最佳。由于出气口一13与抽气泵98相连形成负压口,在处理过程中产生的水汽经过出气口一13导出,进入废气除臭装置内;水汽在壳体9内向上逸散的同时,抽水泵95抽取壳体9下方的除臭溶剂,通过喷嘴96持续或者间断向下喷洒形成雾墙,水汽经过雾墙时臭味被过滤掉,在经过出气口二91排出,通过设置合理的程序,以上步骤可实现智能无人化操作。生物菌可采用已有的公知技术,在这里不作详细描述。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:本发明采用多级粉碎机构使垃圾粉碎更加细化,搅拌装置和加热装置的合理使用保证了垃圾与生物菌混合充分及降解所需的温度环境,促进了垃圾降解处理效率和效果,通过喷淋清洗处理过程中产生 的水汽,有效去除臭味,不造成环境二次污染。
上述实施例只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并加以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围,凡根据本发明精神实质所作的等效变化或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (7)
- 一种餐厨垃圾智能生化处理一体机,包括箱本体和设置在箱本体外侧的废气除臭装置,其特征在于:所述箱本体上方设有进料口,侧壁上设有出气口和生物菌入口;所述进料口与箱本体之间设有初级粉碎腔室;所述初级粉碎腔室内设有初级粉碎机构;所述箱本体内设有隔板、二级粉碎腔室和接料筒;所述隔板倾斜布置,隔板上设有过滤通孔;所述二级粉碎腔室位于隔板向下倾斜端一侧下方;所述二级粉碎腔室设有上方的入口和下方的出口,内部设有二级粉碎机构;所述隔板与二级粉碎腔室入口平滑连接;所述接料筒位于二级粉碎腔室下方;所述接料筒的上端为向外张开的接料口,底部设有出料口;所述接料筒内设有搅拌装置;所述接料筒外壁与箱本体内壁之间形成夹层;所述夹层由内向外依次设有加热装置和保温材料;所述加热装置可自动控制加热温度;所述出气口一和生物菌入口位于隔板和接料筒之间;所述废气除臭装置与出气口一相连。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种餐厨垃圾智能生化处理一体机,其特征在于:所述初级粉碎机构包括滚刀一和驱动电机;所述滚刀一沿水平方向左右布置,两端分别与初级粉碎腔室侧壁转动连接;所述驱动电机设置在箱本体外侧,驱动滚刀一转动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种餐厨垃圾智能生化处理一体机,其特征在于:所述二级粉碎机构包括滚刀二和驱动机构,所述滚刀二为两组,相互啮合,沿水平方向前后布置;所述滚刀二两端分别通过轴承固定在箱本体上;所述驱动机构设置在箱本体外侧,驱动滚刀二转动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种餐厨垃圾智能生化处理一体机, 其特征在于:所述搅拌装置包括转轴和叶轮;所述转轴水平布置,两端分别穿过接料筒和箱本体侧壁,并与接料筒侧壁通过轴承转动连接;所述叶轮设置于接料筒内,叶轮与转轴固定连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种餐厨垃圾智能生化处理一体机,其特征在于:所述废气除臭装置包括壳体;所述壳体侧面底部设有出水口,侧面中部设有进气口,顶部设有出气口二,顶端内侧设有喷嘴;所述喷嘴方向朝下;所述壳体外侧设有喷淋管路;所述喷淋管路一端与出水口相连;另一端穿过壳体与喷嘴相连;所述进气口和出气口一通过抽气泵相连;所述喷淋管路上设有抽水泵。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种餐厨垃圾智能生化处理一体机,其特征在于:所述壳体内水平设有过滤网;所述过滤网位于进气口和出水口之间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种餐厨垃圾智能生化处理一体机,其特征在于:所述加热装置为带有温控器的陶瓷加热带。
