Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication pour un élément d'un afficheur arqué, en particulier pour un couvercle en verre ou en plastique arqué relié à un champ d'affichage ou à plusieurs champs d'affichage, ainsi qu'un produit correspondant. En tant que liant, une colle silicone OCA est utilisée de préférence. Le champ d'affichage ou les champs d'affichage sont ainsi d'abord reliés au couvercle à l'état plat puis traités sous vide, de qui permet une orientation particulièrement simple et précise. Seulement ensuite, la forme arquée finale de l'élément d'affichage est fabriquée en l'assemblant avec un matériau porteur (cadre porteur) préfabriqué dans la forme arquée souhaitée.
