优选地,所述上盖11与所述下盖10采用螺纹连接、卡扣连接或过盈配合的方式可拆卸连接,从而方便上盖与下盖的拆装,进而方便对该智能药箱盖的维修与保养。
优选地,所述通信模块4为无线通信模块,例如蓝牙通信模块,其与所述无人机进行无线通信。通过将智能药箱盖100与无人机之间的通信设成无线通信,可避免了通信线缆的布线难题。
应当理解地,本实施方式中,所述智能药箱盖与无人机通过蓝牙通信模块通信,但不排除智能药箱盖与无人机通过通信线缆通信。
可选地,所述隔板12下表面设有用以加强隔板强度的横向加强筋(图 未示)。
优选地,所述电源模块5包括纽扣电池。
在其他实施方式中,所述电源模块5还可包括开设于所述下盖10侧壁上的充电接口及设于电路板上的充电电路、可充电电池,以通过多种方式对所述智能药箱盖供电,防止在所述纽扣电池电量不足时影响液位检测结果。对应地,所述充电接口处进行密封处理,以避免液体通过所述充电接口进入所述上空腔内。
可选地,所述下盖10的侧壁均匀开设有多个凹槽101,以改变所述下盖的外周形状,增大使用时下盖10与使用者的手掌之间的摩擦力,便于药箱盖100的打开或盖合。
另一方面,本实用新型还涉及一种智能药箱,包括药箱主体及上述智能药箱盖,其盖设于所述药箱主体的顶端,并且所述探头伸入所述药箱主体内,以自动对药箱主体内的液体液位高度进行测量。
由于智能药箱盖全部的电子元件都位于密闭的容纳空间,与外界无可导电的物理接触,在使用时,仅液位测量模块会浸入被测量液体中对液位高度进行自动测量,提高了智能药箱的稳定性、准确性和耐久性。其中,上盖与下盖通过过盈配合等方式可拆卸连接,易用程度高,降低了药箱的维护操作难度;另外,由于,使用的配件较少,无需特别的防水密封设计,降低了生产成本。
优选地,所述药箱主体呈倒L型设置,药箱主体内设置为装设药液的空间也呈L型。一方面,方便所述智能药箱与无人机的插接安装;另一方面,可避免药剂在喷洒过程中的晃动,保证液位测量结果的精确度。
作为第三方面,本实用新型还涉及一种飞行器,包括飞行器主体,所述飞行器主体上设有上述的智能药箱,其中所述通信模块与所述飞行器主体电连接。由于采用上述智能药箱,对药箱中液体液位检测精度高,所述无人机的喷洒精度较高、稳定性较好。
以上所述仅是本实用新型的部分实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种智能药箱盖,包括药箱盖主体,均设于所述药箱盖主体的液位测量模块、控制模块、通信模块及电源模块,所述液位测量模块、通信模块均与所述控制模块电连接,所述控制模块接收、处理所述液位测量模块的检测结果并输出控制指令驱使所述通信模块与外部设备通信,所述电源模块为该智能药箱盖供电,
    所述药箱盖主体包括下盖和上盖,所述下盖由隔板分隔出上空腔和下空腔,所述上盖可拆卸地盖合于所述上空腔并与所述下盖限定出密闭的容纳空间;
    所述控制模块、通信模块及电源模块均设于所述容纳空间内;
    所述液位测量模块包括探头,其一端穿过所述隔板与所述控制模块电连接,另一端设置为在该智能药箱盖盖合于箱体时伸入箱体内且可抵接于箱体的底壁。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能药箱盖,其中,所述上空腔内设有电路板,所述控制模块、通信模块及电源模块集成于所述电路板;
    所述液位测量模块于所述隔板设有导电触点,所述导电触点与所述电路板上的控制模块电连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的智能药箱盖,其中,所述电路板上开设有多个固定孔,所述隔板对应每一所述固定孔设有螺母柱,以借助螺钉穿过所述固定孔与螺母柱连接而将所述电路板固定于所述隔板。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的智能药箱盖,其中,所述上盖与所述下盖螺纹连接、卡扣连接或过盈配合。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的智能药箱盖,其中,所述通信模块为无线通信模块,设置为与外部设备进行无线通信。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的智能药箱盖,其中,所述隔板下表面设有设置为加强隔板强度的横向加强筋。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的智能药箱盖,其中,所述电源模块包括纽扣电池。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任意一项所述的智能药箱盖,其中,所述下盖的侧壁均匀开设有多个凹槽。
  9. 一种智能药箱,包括药箱主体及药箱盖,所述药箱盖为权利要求1至7中任意一项所述的智能药箱盖,其盖设于所述药箱主体的顶端,并且所述探头伸入所述药箱主体内。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的智能药箱,其中,所述药箱主体呈倒L型设置。
  11. 一种飞行器,包括飞行器主体,所述飞行器主体上设有权利要求9或10所述的智能药箱,其中所述通信模块与所述飞行器主体电连接。
