中医服务是运用中医学“治未病”、“整体观念”、“辨证论治”的核心思想,结合现代健康管理学的理论方法,通过对健康人群、亚健康人群及患病人群进行中医的全面信息采集、监测、分析、评估,以维护个体和群体健康为目的,提供中医方面的健康咨询指导、中医健康教育以及对健康危险因素进行中医相关的各种干预。
为了服务更多的人群,采用互联网的方式对上述中医服务进行推广能够提高人群的覆盖率,使得更多人群了解并使用中医服务。然而,现有的医疗云平台仅仅用于医疗数据的存储、分析及处理,并没有引入群组的方式实现中医服务的网络营销,用户也无法评估网络营销的效果。
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种中医服务分发评估系统及方法,旨在解决了现有的医疗云平台无法通过群组进行网络营销及对营销进行评估的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种中医服务分发评估系统,运行于服务器中,该服务器包括适于实现各种计算机程序指令的处理器以及适于存储多条计算机程序指令的存储器,所述服务器通过网络与医疗云平台通信连接,所述计算机程序指令由处理器加载并执行如下步骤:
对每个分发群组生成一个对应的识别标签;
根据医疗云平台的二维码生成机制生成一个公众号二维码,该公众号二维码对应中医服务公众号;
上传推广文章至中医服务公众号,并在推广文章内附带公众号二维码;
设置关键字,将设置的关键字与推广文章关联;
根据设置的关键字对分发群组中的展示信息进行解析;
当解析后的展示信息中包含所设置的关键字时,根据每个分发群组对应的识别标签将推广文章内的公众号二维码更新为该分发群组对应的公众号二维码,并将更新后的推广文章发送至该分发群组中;
根据每个分发群组对应的公众号二维码,统计预设时间段内每个分发群组带来的对中医服务公众号的用户关注量及消费次数;
根据每个分发群组带来的对中医服务公众号的用户关注量及消费次数对每个分发群组进行评估,以计算得到每个分发群组的评估值。
优选的,所述计算机程序指令由处理器加载还执行如下步骤:设置一个列表并在该列表中添加分发群组的用户名,所述列表中每一个分发群组均与中医服务公众号关联。
优选的,所述识别标签包括所述识别标签是包括分发群组的用户名、创建时间、群主名称、用户数量及该分发群组的二维码所形成的哈希值。
优选的,所述计算机程序指令由处理器加载还执行如下步骤:
在中医服务公众号中根据关键字找到对应的推广文章;
识别出对应的推广文章中的公众号二维码并识别出该公众号二维码对应的URL;
在识别的URL中加入识别标签以生成新的URL;
调用服务器内的二维码生成器以将新的URL生成更新的公众号二维码;
将更新的公众号二维码附带于该对应的推广文章内;及
将新的URL与中医服务公众号关联,以便用户的医疗云平台账号扫描该更新的公众号二维码时能够访问中医服务公众号。
另一方面,本发明还提供一种中医服务分发评估方法,应用于服务器中,所述服务器通过网络与医疗云平台通信连接,该方法包括如下步骤:
对每个分发群组生成一个对应的识别标签;
根据医疗云平台的二维码生成机制生成一个公众号二维码,该公众号二维码对应中医服务公众号;
上传推广文章至中医服务公众号,并在推广文章内附带公众号二维码;
设置关键字,将设置的关键字与推广文章关联;
根据设置的关键字对分发群组中的展示信息进行解析;
当解析后的展示信息中包含所设置的关键字时,根据每个分发群组对应的识别标签将推广文章内的公众号二维码更新为该分发群组对应的公众号二维码,并将更新后的推广文章发送至该分发群组中;
根据每个分发群组对应的公众号二维码,统计预设时间段内每个分发群组带来的对中医服务公众号的用户关注量及消费次数;
根据每个分发群组带来的对中医服务公众号的用户关注量及消费次数对每个分发群组进行评估,以计算得到每个分发群组的评估值。

本发明采用在医疗云平台中设置群组的方式进行网络营销,并及时对营销效果进行 营销效果,有利于精准营销并提高了网络营销的效率。

为更进一步阐述本发明为达成预定发明目的所采取的技术手段及功效,以下结合附图及较佳实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式、结构、特征及其功效,详细说明如下。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
参照图1所示,图1是本发明中医服务分发评估系统的应用环境示意图。本发明中的中医服务分发评估系统40运行于服务器4上。所述服务器4通过网络3与医疗云平台2通信连接。
所述医疗云平台2用于储存各类医疗数据的数据存储中心,该医疗云平台2还提供即时通讯服务的免费应用程序并且支持多人群聊。
一般而言,企业可以通过在医疗云平台2内设置企业公众号推广该企业的服务或业务。在本实施例中,所述企业为健康管理企业,通过设置中医服务公众号推广各种类型的健康服务。当用户关注中医服务公众号时,可以获取中医服务公众号内的健康信息及服务。
所述医疗云平台2上设置有预设数量(例如,一百个)的分发群组。在本实施例中,所述医疗云平台2设置预设数量的分发群组的方式如下:设置一个列表,该列表中添加分发群组的用户名,所述列表中每一个分发群组均与中医服务公众号关联(即每个分发群组均关注中医服务公众号)。需要说明的是,所述分发群组实际上就是医疗云平台2上多个注册的医疗云平台账号组成的群组,所述分发群组用于转发中医服务公众号内的推广文章,以扩大中医服务公众号的宣传力度。一般而言,企业可以将市场人员推荐的群组设置为分发群组。
所述医疗云平台2提供API接口,在所述医疗平台2授权的基础上(即授权接入所述医疗云平台2提供的API接口),其它设备或装置可以通过API接口获取所述分发群组并将分发群组授权给个人。
需要说明的是,所述医疗云平台2是数据中心的某一台服务器,通过数据中心的数据传输能力及数据存储能力,可以更好地管理及/或协助与该医疗云平台2连接的设备或装置。
所述服务器4用于管理中医服务公众号,并评估中医服务公众号的推广效果。例如,在中医服务公众号内发布文章,并及时评估通过该文章获取的用户关注量等效果。所述服务器4对评估中医服务公众号的推广效果的技术方案将在图2中做详细描述。
进一步地,所述网络3可以是有线通讯网络或无线通讯网络。所述网络优选为无线通讯网络,包括但不限于,GSM网络、GPRS网络、CDMA网络、TD-SCDMA网络、WiMAX网络、TD-LTE网络、FDD-LTE网络等无线传输网络。
参照图2所示,是本发明中医服务分发评估系统的优选实施例的模块示意图。在本实施例中,所述中医服务分发评估系统40应用于服务器4。该服务器4包括,但不仅限于,中医服务分发评估系统40、存储单元41、处理单元42、及通讯单元43。
所述的存储单元41可以为一种只读存储单元ROM,电可擦写存储单元EEPROM、快闪存储单元FLASH或固体硬盘等。
所述的处理单元42可以为一种中央处理器(Central
Processing Unit,CPU)、微控制器(MCU)、数据处理芯片、或者具有数据处理功能的信息处理单元。
所述的通讯单元43为一种具有远程通讯功能的通讯接口,例如支持GSM、GPRS、WCDMA、CDMA、TD-SCDMA、WiMAX、TD-LTE、FDD-LTE等无线通讯技术的通讯接口,支持USB、网线的有线通讯接口。
所述中医服务分发评估系统40包括,但不局限于,生成模块411、上传模块412、分析模块413、更新模块414、统计模块415及计算模块416,本发明所称的模块是指一种能够被所述服务器4的处理单元42执行并且能够完成固定功能的一系列计算机程序指令段,其存储在所述服务器4的存储单元41中。
所述生成模块411用于对每个分发群组生成一个对应的识别标签。在本实施例中,所述识别标签包括所述识别标签可以是预设的字符(例如,数字)或包括分发群组的用户名、创建时间、群主名称、用户数量及该分发群组的二维码所形成的哈希值。需要说明的是,所述识别标签也可以认定为分发群组的属性信息。在其他实施例中,所述识别标签还可以是一个简单的数字。具体地说,假设设置了一百个分发群组,所述生成模块411按照预设规则(例如,按照数字递增顺序)给每个分发群组关联一个数字,则该关联的数字即为分发群组的识别标签。举例而言,数字1001至1100这一百个数字中,每个数字对应一个分发群组,数字1001至1100即为识别标签。
所述生成模块411还用于根据医疗云平台2的二维码生成机制生成一个公众号二维码,该公众号二维码对应中医服务公众号。具体地说,若用户通过医疗云平台账号的扫一扫功能扫描该公众号二维码,则用户的医疗云平台账号会关注到中医服务公众号(需要用户确认后才能完成关注)。
所述上传模块412用于上传推广文章至中医服务公众号,并在推广文章内附带公众号二维码。在本实施例中,所述推广文章可以是对中医服务管理机构的简介、中医服务的介绍、中医服务的介绍、中医服务方案的介绍、特色服务的接收等文章内容。
所述上传模块412用于设置关键字,将设置的关键字与推广文章关联。在本实施例中,每一篇推广文章设置一个或多个关键字。所述关键字可以是,但不限于,一个问句、一个词组等。一般而言,所述关键字摘取所关联的推广文章。例如,所述推广文章为有关咳嗽的内容,则该推广文章所关联的关键字可以是“咳嗽”、“咳的厉害”、“咳的有痰”、“咳嗽的原因”、“晚上咳嗽”、“咳嗽如何处理”、“晚上咳嗽的坏处”、“今天咳的厉害了么?”、“如何改善咳嗽?”、“咳嗽的注意事项”等等关键词。
所述分析模块413用于根据设置的关键字对分发群组中的展示信息进行解析。在本实施例中,所述分析模块413逐个分析群组中的展示信息,并判断展示信息中是否有设置的关键字。具体地说,若所述展示信息问文本信息,则通过关键字检索的方式判断所述文本信息是否存在设置的关键字。此外,若展示信息为语音信息,则通过调用设置于服务器4内的语音识别模组对语音信息进行识别并输出文本信息,之后通过关键字检索的方式判断输出的文本信息是否存在关键字。所述展示信息是指医疗云平台2的用户账户在分发群组中的沟通信息。
所述更新模块414用于当解析后的展示信息中包含所设置的关键字时,根据每个分发群组对应的识别标签将对应的推广文章内的公众号二维码更新为该分发群组对应的公众号二维码,并将更新后的推广文章发送至该分发群组中。
具体地说,将每个分发群组对应的识别标签嵌入至公众号二维码内,使得每个分发群组都有一个对应的公众号二维码。用户通过医疗云平台账号扫描公众号二维码时,不但可以关注到中医服务公众号,还可以让管理员知道是通过那个分发群组对应的公众号二维码进行关注的,管理员可以评估每个分发群组的推广效果。一般而言,二维码为一个可扫描的访问地址(通常为URL地址),用户的医疗云平台账号扫描二维码后,识别出对应的访问地址并访问该URL链接的公众号或网站。
在本实施例中,当解析后的展示信息中包含所设置的关键字时,所述更新模块414在中医服务公众号中根据关键字找到对应的推广文章,并根据分发群组对应的识别标签将对应的推广文章内的公众号二维码更新为该分发群组对应的公众号二维码。具体地说,所述更新模块414识别出推广文章中的公众号二维码并识别出该公众号二维码对应的URL,并在URL中加入识别标签以生成新的URL,之后调用服务器4内的二维码生成器以将新的URL生成更新的公众号二维码,所述更新模块414将更新的公众号二维码附带于该推广文章内。此外,生成更新推广文章内的公众号二维码时,更新模块414将新的URL与中医服务公众号关联,以便用户的医疗云平台账号扫描该更新的公众号二维码时能够访问中医服务公众号。
所述统计模块415用于根据每个分发群组对应的公众号二维码,统计预设时间段(例如,一个月)内每个分发群组带来的对中医服务公众号的用户关注量及消费次数。 在本实施例中,由于每个分发群组对应的一个公众号二维码,每个医疗云平台账号扫描一次公众号二维码,则该公众号二维码被调用一次,所述统计模块415统计每个分发群组对应的公众号二维码被调用的次数就可知道每个分发群组带来的对中医服务公众号的用户关注量。所述用户关注量是指关注中医服务公众号的医疗云平台账号的数量。所述消费次数可以在所述中医服务公众号中进行统计,当医疗云平台用户在所述中医服务公众号中完成一笔支付,所生成的支付信息中不仅包括支付金额、支付项目、支付日期,及相关的分发群组的信息。所述统计模块415可以通过支付进行统计每个分发群组带来的消费次数。在本实施例中,所述中医服务公众号提供各种健康服务,例如,慢性病干预服务、医学影像鉴定服务、中医理疗服务等其它医疗服务。医疗云平台用户关注所述中医服务公众号后,可以直接查看中医服务公众号中的服务并通过医疗云平台2提供的医疗云平台支付机制完成电子支付。
所述计算模块416用于根据每个分发群组带来的对中医服务公众号的用户关注量及消费次数对每个分发群组进行评估,以计算得到每个分发群组的评估值。所述评估值的计算方式采用如下公式:Z=a*X+b*Y,其中,Z为评估值、X为关注量、Y为每次的消费次数,a为关注量在评估值中的权重,b为消费次数在评估值中的权重,其中,a及b为固定值。
参照图3所示,是本发明中医服务分发评估方法的优选实施例的流程图。结合图2所示,在本实施例中,在本实施例中,所述中医服务分发评估方法的各种方法步骤通过计算机软件程序来实现,该计算机软件程序以计算机程序指令的形式存储于计算机可读存储介质中,存储介质可以包括:只读存储器、随机存储器、磁盘或光盘等,所述计算机程序指令能够被处理器(例如处理单元32)加载并执行如下步骤S11至步骤S20。该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S11:对每个分发群组生成一个对应的识别标签。在本实施例中,所述识别标签包括所述识别标签可以是预设的字符(例如,数字)或包括分发群组的用户名、创建时间、群主名称、用户数量及该分发群组的二维码所形成的哈希值。需要说明的是,所述识别标签也可以认定为分发群组的属性信息。在其他实施例中,所述识别标签还可以是一个简单的数字。具体地说,所述设置了一百个分发群组,按照预设规则(例如,按照数字递增顺序)给每个分发群组关联一个数字,则该关联的数字即为分发群组的识别标签。举例而言,数字1001至1100这一百个数字中,每个数字对应一个分发群组,数字1001至1100即为识别标签。
步骤S12:根据医疗云平台2的二维码生成机制生成一个公众号二维码,该公众号二维码对应中医服务公众号。具体地说,若用户通过医疗云平台账号的扫一扫功能扫描该公众号二维码,则用户的医疗云平台账号会关注到中医服务公众号(需要用户确认后才能完成关注)。
步骤S13:上传推广文章至中医服务公众号,并在推广文章内附带公众号二维码。在本实施例中,所述推广文章可以是对中医服务管理机构的简介、中医服务的介绍、中医服务的介绍、中医服务方案的介绍、特色服务的接收等文章内容。
步骤S14:设置关键字,将设置的关键字与推广文章关联。在本实施例中,每一篇推广文章设置一个或多个关键字。所述关键字可以是,但不限于,一个问句、一个词组等。一般而言,所述关键字摘取所关联的推广文章。例如,所述推广文章为有关咳嗽的内容,则该推广文章所关联的关键字可以是“咳嗽”、“咳的厉害”、“咳的有痰”、“咳嗽的原因”、“晚上咳嗽”、“咳嗽如何处理”、“晚上咳嗽的坏处”、“今天咳的厉害了么?”、“如何改善咳嗽?”、“咳嗽的注意事项”等等关键词。
步骤S15:根据设置的关键字对分发群组中的展示信息进行解析。在本实施例中,所述逐个分析群组中的展示信息,并判断展示信息中是否有设置的关键字。具体地说,若所述展示信息问文本信息,则通过关键字检索的方式判断所述文本信息是否存在设置的关键字。此外,若展示信息为语音信息,则通过调用设置于服务器4内的语音识别模组对语音信息进行识别并输出文本信息,之后通过关键字检索的方式判断输出的文本信息是否存在关键字。
步骤S16:当解析后的展示信息中包含所设置的关键字时,根据每个分发群组对应的识别标签将对应的推广文章内的公众号二维码更新为该分发群组对应的公众号二维码,并将更新后的推广文章发送至该分发群组中。

步骤S17:根据每个分发群组对应的公众号二维码,统计预设时间段(例如,一个月)内每个分发群组带来的对中医服务公众号的用户关注量及消费次数。 在本实施例中,由于每个分发群组对应的一个公众号二维码,每个医疗云平台账号扫描一次公众号二维码,则该公众号二维码被调用一次,统计每个分发群组对应的公众号二维码被调用的次数就可知道每个分发群组带来的对中医服务公众号的用户关注量。所述用户关注量是指关注中医服务公众号的医疗云平台账号的数量。所述消费次数可以在所述中医服务公众号中进行统计,当医疗云平台用户在所述中医服务公众号中完成一笔支付,所生成的支付信息中不仅包括支付金额、支付项目、支付日期,及相关的分发群组的信息。可以通过支付进行统计每个分发群组带来的消费次数。
步骤S18:根据每个分发群组带来的对中医服务公众号的用户关注量及消费次数对每个分发群组进行评估,以计算得到每个分发群组的评估值(可以根据评估值判断营销效果,评估值越大,营销效果越好)。所述评估值的计算方式采用如下公式:Z=a*X+b*Y,其中,Z为评估值、X为关注量、Y为每次的消费次数,a为关注量在评估值中的权重,b为消费次数在评估值中的权重,其中,a及b为固定值。
本发明采用在医疗云平台2中设置群组的方式进行网络营销推广,有利于精准营销并提高了网络营销的效率。

- 如权利要求5所述的中医服务分发评估方法,其特征在于,所述根据每个分发群组对应的识别标签将对应的推广文章内的公众号二维码更新为该分发群组对应的公众号二维码的方式如下:在中医服务公众号中根据关键字找到对应的推广文章;识别出对应的推广文章中的公众号二维码并识别出该公众号二维码对应的URL;在识别的URL中加入识别标签以生成新的URL;调用服务器内的二维码生成器以将新的URL生成更新的公众号二维码;将更新的公众号二维码附带于该对应的推广文章内;及将新的URL与中医服务公众号关联,以便用户的医疗云平台账号扫描该更新的公众号二维码时能够访问中医服务公众号。
