本实施例中,所述应用服务器2可包括,但不仅限于,可通过系统总线相互通信连接存储器11、处理器12、网络接口13。需要指出的是,图1仅示出了具有组件11-13的应用服务器2,但是应理解的是,并不要求实施所有示出的组件,可以替代的实施更多或者更少的组件。
其中,所述应用服务器2可以是机架式服务器、刀片式服务器、塔式服务器或机柜式服务器等计算设备,该应用服务器2可以是独立的服务器,也可以是多个服务器所组成的服务器集群。
所述存储器11至少包括一种类型的可读存储介质,所述可读存储介质包括闪存、硬盘、多媒体卡、卡型存储器(例如,SD或DX存储器等)、随机访问存储器(RAM)、静态随机访问存储器(SRAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)、可编程只读存储器(PROM)、磁性存储器、磁盘、光盘等。在一些实施例中,所述存储器11可以是所述应用服务器2的内部存储单元,例如该应用服务器2的硬盘或内存。在另一些实施例中,所述存储器11也可以是所述应用服务器2的外部存储设备,例如该应用服务器2上配备的插接式硬盘,智能存储卡(Smart Media Card,SMC),安全数字(Secure Digital,SD)卡,闪存卡(Flash Card)等。当然,所述存储器11还可以既包括所述应用服务器2的内部存储单元也包括其外部存储设备。本实施例中,所述存储器11通常用于存储安装于所述应用服务器2的操作系统和各类应用软件,例如红头文件的红头模板制作系统200的程序代码等。此外,所述存储器11还可以用于暂时地存储已经输出或者将要输出的各类数据。
所述处理器12在一些实施例中可以是中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器、或其他数据处理芯片。该处理器12通常用于控制所述应用服务器2的总体操作。本实施例中,所述处理器12用于运行所述存储器11中存储的程序代码或者处理数据,例如运行所述的红头文件的红头模板制作系统200等。
所述网络接口13可包括无线网络接口或有线网络接口,该网络接口13通常用于在所述应用服务器2与其他电子设备之间建立通信连接。
至此,己经详细介绍了本申请相关设备的硬件结构和功能。下面,将基于上述介绍提出本申请的各个实施例。
首先,本申请提出一种红头文件的红头模板制作系统200。
参阅图2所示,是本申请红头文件的红头模板制作系统200第一实施例的程序模块图。
本实施例中,所述红头文件的红头模板制作系统200包括一系列 的存储于存储器11上的计算机程序指令,当该计算机程序指令被处理器12执行时,可以实现本申请各实施例的红头文件的红头模板制作操作。在一些实施例中,基于该计算机程序指令各部分所实现的特定的操作,红头文件的红头模板制作系统200可以被划分为一个或多个模块。例如,在图2中,所述红头文件的红头模板制作系统200可以被分割成界面创建模块201、第一选择模块202、编辑模块203和保存模块204。其中:
所述界面创建模块201,用于基于用户的创建指令,在办公自动化系统中创建红头模板的制作界面,所述制作界面包括工具区和模板编辑预览区。
具体地,基于用户的创建指令,界面创建模块201在办公自动化系统中创建一个红头文件的红头模板的创建页面,所述创建页面包括工具区和模板编辑预览区。所述模板编辑预览区用于在红头模板的制作过程中显示所有编辑操作以及显示制作完成的红头模板。所述工具区包括元素分类选择栏和组件显示区,所述元素分类选择栏中包括多个元素分类,所述组件显示区用于显示各个组件。
所述选择模块202,用于基于用户的选择指令,从所述工具区中选择红头标题、组件和红线并移动至所述模板编辑预览区,所述组件至少包括“打字”和“抄送”。
具体地,当需要生成一个红头模板,例如,党支部文件的红头模板时,基于用户的选择指令,选择模块202从所述工具区中选择与所述党支部红头模板相对应的红头标题、组件和红线,并将其移动至所述模板编辑预览区中。
所述编辑模块203,用于基于用户的编辑指令,对所述模板编辑预览区中的红头标题、组件和红线进行编辑。
具体地,当选择模块202将选择的内容移动至所述模板编辑预览区中后,基于用户的编辑指令,编辑模块203对所述模板编辑预览区中的红头标题、组件和红线进行相应编辑,以使编辑后的内容符合所需生成的所述党支部文件的红头模板的要求。
所述保存模块204,当编辑模块203对所述模板编辑预览区的红头标题、组件和红线编辑结束之后,基于用户的保存指令,保存模块204保存所述编辑操作,生成红头模板。
参阅图3所示,是本申请红头文件的红头模板制作系统200第二实施例的程序模块图。本实施例中,所述的红头文件的红头模板制作系统200除了包括第一实施例中的所述界面创建模块201、选择模块202、编辑模块203和保存模块204之外,还包括组件创建模块205。
所述选择模块205还用于基于用户的元素分类选择指令,根据需 要制作的所述红头模板的元素分类,从所述元素分类选择栏中选择与需要制作的红头模板的元素分类对应的第一元素分类;在所述模板编辑预览区的预设位置处,显示与所述第一元素分类对应的预设内容,其中,所述预设内容包括所述红头标题;基于用户的组件选择指令,从与所述第一元素分类对应的一组组件中选择需要制作的红头模板所需的组件;基于用户的线条选择指令,从工具区域的所述线条工具区域中选择红线;及将选择的所述组件和所述红线从所述工具区移动至所述模板编辑预览区。
具体地,在本实施例中,所述多个元素分类通过所述元素分类栏被选择,每一个元素分类都对应有一组组件和一组预设内容。当任一所述元素分类被选择时,与被选择的元素分类对应的一组组件被显示在所述组件显示区,与被选择的元素分类对应的一组预设内容被显示在所述模板编辑预览区。
例如,当需要生成的红头模板为党支部文件的红头模板时,则所述党支部文件的红头模板的元素分类为“党支部文件”。选择模块202基于用户的元素分类选择指令,从所述元素分类选择栏中选择与所述红头模板的元素分类对应的第一元素分类(例如,“党支部文件”),则与“党支部文件”相对应的一组组件显示在所述工具区,与“党支部文件”所对应的一组预设内容显示在所述模板编辑预览区的预设位置处。选择模块202基于用户的组件选择指令,从与所述“党支部文件”对应的一组组件中选择所需组件,基于用户的线条选择指令,从所述工具区的所述线条工具区中选择所需红线,并将所选择的所述组件和所述红线从所述工具区移动至所述模板编辑预览区的相应位置处。
例如,当“党支部文件”被选择时,在所述工具区的组件显示区中,显示有组件“一校”、“打字”和“抄送”会显示在所述工具区。与“党支部文件”所对应的“股份有限公司支部委员会文件”、“关于的通知”、“股份有限公司支部委员会”和“年月日印发”会分别显示在所述模板编辑预览区的预设位置处。基于用户的组件选择指令和线条选择指令,选择模块202从所述工具区中分别选择“一校”、“抄送”和“打字”组件,从所述线条工具区中选择无箭头直线,并将所选的组件和直线分别移动至所述模板编辑预览区。
所述组件创建模块205用于基于用户的组件创建指令,在所述工具区的所述组件显示区创建新的组件。
具体地,所述工具区还包括组件创建区,基于用户的组件创建指令,组件创建模块205在所述组件创建区中为每一个元素分类所对应的一组组件创建新组件。以下继续以所述党支部文件的红头模板为例进行说明。所述第一元素分类“党支部文件”所对应的一组组件包括“一校”、“打字”和“抄送”,当需要创建新组件“二校”时,基于用户的 组件创建指令,组件创建模块205在所述组件创建区中通过编辑文字“二校”的方式为所述第一元素分类“党支部文件”创建新的组件。新组件“二校”生成后,显示在所述组件显示区中。在另一实施例中,组件创建模块205在所述组件创建区中还通过其他方式为所述第一元素分类“党支部文件”创建新的组件“二校”。
所述编辑模块203还用于基于用户的编辑指令,设置显示在所述模板编辑预览区的所述红头标题的格式,设置从所述工具区移动至所述模板编辑预览区的所述组件和所述红线的格式。
具体地,继续以所述继续以所述党支部文件的红头模板为例进行说明。当与“党支部文件”所对应的“股份有限公司支部委员会文件”、“关于的通知”、“股份有限公司支部委员会”和“年月日印发”显示在所述模板编辑预览区中,并且组件“一校”、“抄送”和“打字”被移动至所述模板编辑预览区之后,基于用户的编辑指令,编辑模块203设置所述模板编辑预览区域中线条的线条粗细和框线位置,调整两个线条之间的各个组件的间距,基于组件与线条的相对位置,调整框线与组件的上下间距和组件在两个线条之间的所处位置。以及,编辑模块203还基于用户的编辑指令,,设置“股份有限公司支部委员会文件”(红头标题)、“关于的通知”、“股份有限公司支部委员会”和“年月日印发”中的字的大小。如图4所示,为本实施例所制作出的所述党支部文件的红头模板的示意图。
参阅图5所示,是本申请红头文件的红头模板制作系统200第三实施例的程序模块图。本实施例中,所述红头文件的红头模板制作系统200除了包括第二实施例中的所述组件创建模块205之外,还包括匹配定义模块206。
所述匹配定义模块206,用于基于用户的匹配定义指令,将所述签报内容中的多个栏位分别与生成的所述红头模板中的所述组件和所述预设内容进行匹配定义。
具体地,在所述办公自动化系统中,签报内容中包括了许多栏位,不同栏位中填写有不同内容,当红头模板生成后,基于用户的匹配定义指令,匹配定义模块206将生成的红头模板中的各个组件和各个预设内容需要匹配的内容定义为匹配所述办公自动化系统中的签报内容中对应栏位内所填写的内容。当一个具体的签报内容套用生成的红头模板时,生成的红头模板中的各个组件和各个预设内容与所述具体的签报内容中的相应栏位内的内容进行匹配,生成相应的红头文件。
例如,如图6所示为一个办公自动化系统中具体的签报内容示意图,所述签报内容中包括了多个栏位,如“一校”和“二校”,其中,栏位“一校”内的内容为“XXX”,栏位“二校”内的内容为“YY”。当匹配定 义模块206基于用户的匹配定义指令,将生成的红头模板中的各个组件需要匹配的内容定义为匹配所述办公自动化系统中的签报内容中对应栏位内所填写的内容之后,当所述具体的签报内容套用生成的红头模板,进行红头文件的生成时,红头模板中的组件“一校”需要匹配的内容为“XXX”,组件“二校”需要匹配的内容为“YY”,即,在生成的红头文件中,“一校”对应的内容为“XXX”,“二校”对应的内容为“YY”。
此外,本申请还提出一种红头文件的红头模板制作方法。
参阅图7所示,是本申请红头文件的红头模板制作方法第一实施例的流程示意图。在本实施例中,根据不同的需求,图7所示的流程图中的步骤的执行顺序可以改变,某些步骤可以省略。
步骤S500,基于用户的创建指令,在办公自动化系统中创建红头模板的制作界面,所述制作界面包括工具区和模板编辑预览区。
具体地,基于用户的创建指令,在办公自动化系统中创建一个红头文件的红头模板的创建页面,所述创建页面包括工具区和模板编辑预览区。所述模板编辑预览区用于在红头模板的制作过程中显示所有编辑操作以及显示制作完成的红头模板。所述工具区包括元素分类选择栏和组件显示区,所述元素分类选择栏中包括多个元素分类,所述组件显示区用于显示各个组件。
步骤S502,基于用户的选择指令,从所述工具区中选择红头标题、组件和红线,并将其移动至所述模板编辑预览区,所述组件至少包括“打字”和“抄送”。
具体地,当需要生成一个红头模板,例如,党支部文件的红头模板时,基于用户的选择指令,从所述工具区中选择相应的内容并将其移动至所述模板编辑预览区中。
步骤S504,基于用户的编辑指令,对所述模板编辑预览区中的红头标题、组件和红线进行编辑。
具体地,当将选择的红头标题、组件和红线移动至所述模板编辑预览区中后,基于用户的编辑指令,对所述模板编辑预览区中的与所述党支部红头模板相对应的红头标题、组件和红线进行相应编辑,以使编辑后的内容符合所需生成的所述党支部文件的红头模板的要求。
步骤S506,基于用户的保存指令,保存针对所述模板编辑预览区的编辑操作,生成所述红头模板。具体地,当对所述模板编辑预览区的内容编辑结束之后,基于用户的保存指令,保存所述编辑操作,生成所述党支部文件的红头模板。
如图8所示,是本申请红头文件的红头模板制作方法的第二实施 例的流程示意图。在本实施例中,根据不同的需求,图8所示的流程图中的步骤的执行顺序可以改变,某些步骤可以省略。本实施例中,所述模板文件的制作方法的步骤S600与S616与第一实施例的步骤S500与S506相类似,区别在于该方法包括步骤S602-S614。
该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S602,基于用户的元素分类选择指令,根据需要制作的所述红头模板的元素分类,从所述元素分类选择栏中选择与需要制作的红头模板的元素分类对应的第一元素分类。
步骤S604,在所述模板编辑预览区的预设位置处,显示与所述第一元素分类对应的预设内容,其中,所述预设内容包括所述红头标题。
步骤S606,基于用户的组件选择指令,从与所述第一元素分类对应的一组组件中选择需要制作的红头模板所需的组件。
步骤S608,基于用户的线条选择指令,从工具区域的所述线条工具区域中选择红线。
步骤S610,将选择的所述组件和所述红线从所述工具区移动至所述模板编辑预览区。
具体地,在本实施例中,所述多个元素分类通过所述元素分类栏被选择,每一个元素分类都对应有一组组件和一组预设内容。当任一所述元素分类被选择时,与被选择的元素分类对应的一组组件被显示在所述组件显示区,与被选择的元素分类对应的一组预设内容被显示在所述模板编辑预览区。
例如,当需要生成的红头模板为党支部文件的红头模板时,则所述党支部文件的红头模板的元素分类为“党支部文件”。基于用户的元素分类选择指令,从所述元素分类选择栏中选择与所述红头模板的元素分类对应的第一元素分类(例如,“党支部文件”),则与“党支部文件”相对应的一组组件显示在所述工具区,与“党支部文件”所对应的一组预设内容显示在所述模板编辑预览区的预设位置处。基于用户的组件选择指令,从与所述“党支部文件”对应的一组组件中选择所需组件,基于用户的线条选择指令,从所述工具区的所述线条工具区中选择所需的红线,并将所选择的所述组件和所述红线从所述工具区移动至所述模板编辑预览区的相应位置处。
例如,当“党支部文件”被选择时,在所述工具区的组件显示区中,显示有组件“一校”、“打字”和“抄送”会显示在所述工具区。与“党支部文件”所对应的“股份有限公司支部委员会文件”、“关于的通知”、“股份有限公司支部委员会”和“年月日印发”会分别显示在所述模板编辑预览区的预设位置处。基于用户的组件选择指令和线条选择指令,从所述工具区中分别选择“一校”、“抄送”和“打字”组件,从所述线条工 具区中选择无箭头直线,并将所选的组件和直线分别移动至所述模板编辑预览区。
步骤S612,基于用户的组件创建指令,在所述工具区的所述组件显示区创建新的组件。
具体地,所述工具区还包括组件创建区,基于用户的组件创建指令,在所述组件创建区中为每一个元素分类所对应的一组组件创建新组件。以下继续以所述党支部文件的红头模板为例进行说明。所述第一元素分类“党支部文件”所对应的一组组件包括“一校”、“打字”和“抄送”,当需要创建新组件“二校”时,基于用户的组件创建指令,在所述组件创建区中通过编辑文字“二校”的方式为所述第一元素分类“党支部文件”创建新的组件。新组件“二校”生成后,显示在所述组件显示区中。在另一实施例中,在所述组件创建区中还通过其他方式为所述第一元素分类“党支部文件”创建新的组件“二校”。
步骤S614,基于用户的编辑指令,设置显示在所述模板编辑预览区的所述红头标题的格式,设置从所述工具区移动至所述模板编辑预览区的所述组件和所述红线的格式。
具体地,继续以所述继续以所述党支部文件的红头模板为例进行说明。当与“党支部文件”所对应的“股份有限公司支部委员会文件”、“关于的通知”、“股份有限公司支部委员会”和“年月日印发”显示在所述模板编辑预览区中,并且组件“一校”、“抄送”和“打字”被移动至所述模板编辑预览区之后,基于用户的编辑指令,设置所述模板编辑预览区域中线条的线条粗细和框线位置,调整两个线条之间的各个组件的间距,基于组件与线条的相对位置,调整框线与组件的上下间距和组件在两个线条之间的所处位置。以及,基于用户的编辑指令,设置“股份有限公司支部委员会文件”(红头标题)、“关于的通知”、“股份有限公司支部委员会”和“年月日印发”中的字的大小。如图4所示,为本实施例所制作出的所述党支部文件的红头模板的示意图。
如图9所示,是本申请红头文件的红头模板制作方法的第三实施例的流程示意图。本实施例中,所述红头文件的红头模板制作方法的步骤S700-S716与第二实施例的步骤S600-S616相类似,区别在于该方法还包括步骤S718。
该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S718,基于用户的匹配定义指令,将所述签报内容中的多个栏位分别与生成的所述红头模板中的所述组件和所述预设内容进行匹配定义。
具体地,在所述办公自动化系统中,签报内容中包括了许多栏位,不同栏位中填写有不同内容,当红头模板生成后,基于用户的匹配定 义指令,将生成的红头模板中的各个组件和各个预设内容需要匹配的内容定义为匹配所述办公自动化系统中的签报内容中对应栏位内所填写的内容。当一个具体的签报内容套用生成的红头模板时,生成的红头模板中的各个组件和各个预设内容与所述具体的签报内容中的相应栏位内的内容进行匹配,生成相应的红头文件。
例如,如图6所示为一个办公自动化系统中具体的签报内容示意图,所述签报内容中包括了多个栏位,如“一校”和“二校”,其中,栏位“一校”内的内容为“XXX”,栏位“二校”内的内容为“YY”。当基于用户的匹配定义指令,将生成的红头模板中的各个组件需要匹配的内容定义为匹配所述办公自动化系统中的签报内容中对应栏位内所填写的内容之后,当所述具体的签报内容套用生成的红头模板,进行红头文件的生成时,红头模板中的组件“一校”需要匹配的内容为“XXX”,组件“二校”需要匹配的内容为“YY”,即,在生成的红头文件中,“一校”对应的内容为“XXX”,“二校”对应的内容为“YY”。

- 一种红头文件的红头模板制作方法,应用于应用服务器,其特征在于,所述方法包括步骤:基于用户的创建指令,在办公自动化系统中创建红头模板的制作界面,所述制作界面包括工具区和模板编辑预览区;基于用户的选择指令,从所述工具区中选择红头标题、组件和红线,并将其移动至所述模板编辑预览区,所述组件至少包括“打字”和“抄送”;基于用户的编辑指令,对所述模板编辑预览区中的红头标题、组件和红线进行编辑;及基于用户的保存指令,保存针对所述模板编辑预览区的编辑操作,生成所述红头模板。
- 如权利要求1所述的红头文件的红头模板制作方法,其特征在于,所述工具区包括元素分类选择栏、组件显示区和线条工具区,所述元素分类选择栏中包括多个元素分类,其中,每一个元素分类对应有一组显示在所述组件显示区的组件和一组显示在所述模板编辑预览区中的预设位置处的预设内容。

- 如权利要求4所述的红头文件的红头模板制作方法,其特征在于,所述办公自动化系统包括具有多个栏位的签报内容,所述方法还包括步骤:基于用户的匹配定义指令,将所述签报内容中的多个栏位分别与生成的所述红头模板中的所述组件和所述预设内容进行匹配定义。
- 如权利要求5所述的红头文件的红头模板制作方法,其特征在于,所述办公自动化系统包括具有多个栏位的签报内容,所述方法还包括步骤:基于用户的匹配定义指令,将所述签报内容中的多个栏位分别与生成的所述红头模板中的所述组件和所述预设内容进行匹配定义。
- 一种应用服务器,其特征在于,所述应用服务器包括存储器、处理器,所述存储器上存储有可在所述处理器上运行的红头文件的红头模板制作系统,所述红头文件的红头模板制作系统被所述处理器执行时实现以下步骤:基于用户的创建指令,在办公自动化系统中创建红头模板的制作界面,所述制作界面包括工具区和模板编辑预览区;基于用户的选择指令,从所述工具区中选择红头标题、组件和红线,并将其移动至所述模板编辑预览区,所述组件至少包括“打字”和“抄送”;基于用户的编辑指令,对所述模板编辑预览区中的红头标题、组件和红线进行编辑;及基于用户的保存指令,保存针对所述模板编辑预览区的编辑操作,生成所述红头模板。
- 如权利要求8所述的应用服务器,其特征在于,所述工具区包括元素分类选择栏、组件显示区和线条工具区,所述元素分类选择栏中包括多个元素分类,其中,每一个元素分类对应有一组显示在所述组件显示区的组件和一组显示在所述模板编辑预览区中的预设位置处的预设内容。
- 如权利要求9所述的应用服务器,其特征在于,所述红头文件的红头模板制作系统被所述处理器执行时还实现以下步骤:基于用户的元素分类选择指令,根据需要制作的所述红头模板的 元素分类,从所述元素分类选择栏中选择与需要制作的红头模板的元素分类对应的第一元素分类;在所述模板编辑预览区的预设位置处,显示与所述第一元素分类对应的预设内容,其中,所述预设内容包括所述红头标题;基于用户的组件选择指令,从与所述第一元素分类对应的一组组件中选择需要制作的红头模板所需的组件;基于用户的线条选择指令,从工具区域的所述线条工具区域中选择红线;及将选择的所述组件和所述红线从所述工具区移动至所述模板编辑预览区。
- 如权利要求9所述的应用服务器,其特征在于,所述红头文件的红头模板制作系统被所述处理器执行时还实现以下步骤:基于用户的编辑指令,设置显示在所述模板编辑预览区的所述红头标题的格式;及基于用户的编辑指令,设置从所述工具区移动至所述模板编辑预览区的所述组件和所述红线的格式。
- 如权利要求10所述的应用服务器,其特征在于,所述红头文件的红头模板制作系统被所述处理器执行时还实现以下步骤:基于用户的编辑指令,设置显示在所述模板编辑预览区的所述红头标题的格式;及基于用户的编辑指令,设置从所述工具区移动至所述模板编辑预览区的所述组件和所述红线的格式。
- 如权利要求11所述的应用服务器,其特征在于,所述办公自动化系统包括具有多个栏位的签报内容,所述方法还包括步骤:基于用户的匹配定义指令,将所述签报内容中的多个栏位分别与生成的所述红头模板中的所述组件和所述预设内容进行匹配定义。
- 如权利要求12所述的应用服务器,其特征在于,所述办公自动化系统包括具有多个栏位的签报内容,所述方法还包括步骤:基于用户的匹配定义指令,将所述签报内容中的多个栏位分别与生成的所述红头模板中的所述组件和所述预设内容进行匹配定义。
- 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有红头文件的红头模板制作系统,所述红头文件的红头模板制作系统可被至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器执行如下步骤:基于用户的创建指令,在办公自动化系统中创建红头模板的制作界面,所述制作界面包括工具区和模板编辑预览区;基于用户的选择指令,从所述工具区中选择红头标题、组件和红线,并将其移动至所述模板编辑预览区,所述组件至少包括“打字”和“抄送”;基于用户的编辑指令,对所述模板编辑预览区中的红头标题、组件和红线进行编辑;及基于用户的保存指令,保存针对所述模板编辑预览区的编辑操作,生成所述红头模板。
- 如权利要求15所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述工具区包括元素分类选择栏、组件显示区和线条工具区,所述元素分类选择栏中包括多个元素分类,其中,每一个元素分类对应有一组显示在所述组件显示区的组件和一组显示在所述模板编辑预览区中的预设位置处的预设内容。
- 如权利要求16所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述基于用户的选择指令,从所述工具区中选择红头标题、组件和红线并将其移动至所述模板编辑预览区的步骤具体为:基于用户的元素分类选择指令,根据需要制作的所述红头模板的元素分类,从所述元素分类选择栏中选择与需要制作的红头模板的元素分类对应的第一元素分类;在所述模板编辑预览区的预设位置处,显示与所述第一元素分类对应的预设内容,其中,所述预设内容包括所述红头标题;基于用户的组件选择指令,从与所述第一元素分类对应的一组组件中选择需要制作的红头模板所需的组件;基于用户的线条选择指令,从工具区域的所述线条工具区域中选择红线;及将选择的所述组件和所述红线从所述工具区移动至所述模板编辑预览区。
- 如权利要求16所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述基于用户的编辑指令,对所述模板编辑预览区中的红头标题、组件和红线进行编辑的步骤具体为:基于用户的编辑指令,设置显示在所述模板编辑预览区的所述红头标题格式;及基于用户的编辑指令,设置从所述工具区移动至所述模板编辑预览区的所述组件和所述红线的格式。
- 如权利要求17所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述基于用户的编辑指令,对所述模板编辑预览区中的红头标题、组件和红线进行编辑的步骤具体为:基于用户的编辑指令,设置显示在所述模板编辑预览区的所述红头标题格式;及基于用户的编辑指令,设置从所述工具区移动至所述模板编辑预览区的所述组件和所述红线的格式。
- 如权利要求18所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于, 所述办公自动化系统包括具有多个栏位的签报内容,所述方法还包括步骤:基于用户的匹配定义指令,将所述签报内容中的多个栏位分别与生成的所述红头模板中的所述组件和所述预设内容进行匹配定义。
