Description
本实用新型涉及工件加工设备技术领域,具体而言,特别涉及一种用于固定超轻钢工件的夹具。
现在建设工程中,各式各样的型材或者多种材质类的超轻钢工件需要切割成不用形状或者不同尺寸来满足实际生产的需要,但现阶段人们采取的方法大部分是人工按压或者半机械化式的夹具来进行工件的固定,采用人工按压时危险性太高,而半机械化式的夹具往往只能单一使用,结构不合理,使用时也不太方便,费工费力。
发明内容
本实用新型旨在至少在一定程度上解决现有技术中的上述技术问题之一。有鉴于此,本实用新型需要提供一种具有使用方便,结构紧凑合理,安全稳固,通用性强的用于固定超轻钢工件的夹具。
本实用新型提供一种用于固定超轻钢工件的夹具,包括:底板、齿杆、第一支撑座、第二支撑座、第一齿轮、第二齿轮、夹爪机构和气缸,所述第一支撑座和所述第二支撑座分设在所述齿杆的两端,且与所述底板拆卸地连接;所述第一齿轮设在靠近所述第一支撑座内侧与所述齿杆齿轮传动;所述第二齿轮靠所述第二支撑座内侧设置,与所述第一齿轮啮合传动;所述气缸设置在所述第二支撑座的外侧且与所述齿杆的一端连接;所述夹爪机构一侧与所述底板固定连接,所述夹爪机构与所述第一齿轮、所述第二齿轮同轴转动;在所述气缸 的驱动下,所述齿杆做直线往复运动,通过所述齿杆与所述第一齿轮的齿轮传动、所述第一齿轮与第二齿轮的啮合传动,进而带动所述夹爪机构的夹持和放松动作的完成。
根据本实用新型的一个实施例,所述夹爪机构包括夹爪支撑座、第一夹爪、第二夹爪、第一连接杆和第二连接杆,所述夹爪支撑座垂直于所述底板设置在所述齿杆的一侧,且与所述底板螺栓连接;所述第一夹爪固定连接在所述第一连接杆上,所述第一连接杆的至少一端与所述夹爪支撑座转动连接;所述第二夹爪固定连接在所述第二连接杆上,所述第二连接杆的至少一端与所述夹爪支撑座转动连接,所述第一连接杆、第二连接杆沿同一水平高度平行设置在所述齿杆的上侧,且所述第一连接杆、第二连接杆的延伸方向与所述齿杆的延伸方向相垂直。

本实用新型的一种用于固定超轻钢工件的夹具,在具体设计过程中,气缸带动齿杆做直线往复运动,通过齿杆与第一齿轮的齿轮传动和第二齿轮与第一齿轮的啮合传动,进而实现第一齿轮与第二齿轮的相对转动,再通过夹爪机构与第一齿轮和第二齿轮的同轴转动,最终到达夹爪机构的夹持和放松动作的实现,夹具的调节使用过程简单方便,结构紧凑合理,而且该夹具适合多种材质的工件夹持固定,通用性强。

根据本实用新型的实施例的一种用于固定超轻钢工件的夹具100,需要理解的是,在具体设计过程中,首先,气缸8在气源的驱动下,顶杆可做伸缩活动,而齿杆2与气缸8的顶杆相连接,故齿杆2根据顶杆的伸缩可以做直线方向上的往复运动,其次,通过齿杆2与第一齿轮5的齿轮传动、第一齿轮5与第二齿轮6的啮合传动,将齿杆2的直线往复运行过程转化成第一齿轮5与第二齿轮6的相对转动过程,最后,通过第一齿轮5、第二齿轮6与夹爪机构7的同轴转动,来实现夹爪机构7的夹持和放松动作,这种设计的夹具结构合理,使用过程简单方便,且适合用于多种材质的超轻钢工件的固定,通用性强。
如图2和图3所示,夹爪机构7包括夹爪支撑座9、第一夹爪10、第二夹爪11、第一连接杆12和第二连接杆13,夹爪支撑座9垂直于底板1设置在齿杆2的一侧,且与底板2螺栓连接,方便装拆和更换;第一夹爪10固定连接在第一连接杆12上,第二夹爪11固定连接在第二连接杆13上,第一连接杆12与第二连接杆13沿同一水平高度平行设置在齿杆2的上侧,且第一连接杆12、第二连接杆13的延伸方向与齿杆2的延伸方向相垂直,需要理解的是,根据具体设计,第一夹爪10和第二夹爪11的固定连接方式优选为顶丝固定。
进一步地,根据本实用新型的实施例,第一连接杆12的至少一端与夹爪支撑座9转动连接,第二连接杆13的至少一端与夹爪支撑9座转动连接,为了使转动连接更加灵活且延长夹爪支撑座9的使用寿命,第一连接杆12和第二连接杆13与夹爪支撑座9的连接位置分别设有轴承套16。
如图1所示,气缸8和齿杆2之间设有联动装置14,例如通过联轴器连接将气缸8与齿杆2连接在一起,齿杆2随着气缸8的伸缩过程可以做对应的直线往复运动。
如图1和图2所示,根据本实用新型的实施例,一种用于固定超轻钢工件的夹具100进一步的包括罩板15,罩板15扣在第一齿轮5、第二齿轮6和齿杆2上侧,且可拆卸的与底板1连接,在实际使用过程中,罩板15可以避免施工者在使用过程中碰到第一齿轮5或者第二齿轮6发生意外事故,提高了夹具100的安全性。
如图1和图2所示,第一齿轮5与第一连接杆12的一端键连接,第二齿轮6与第二连接杆13的一端键连接,键连接结构简单,装拆和维护灵活方便。
如图2和图3所示,为了便于加工,第一夹爪5、第二夹爪6为L型结构板材制作而成,第一夹爪5、第二夹爪6的顶部开设有V型卡槽17,为了使工 件的夹持更加稳定和牢固,第一夹爪5的V型卡槽17与第二夹爪6的V型卡槽17相对设置。
尽管上面已经示出和描述了本实用新型的实施例,可以理解的是,上述实施例是示例性的,不能理解为对本实用新型的限制,本领域的普通技术人员在本实用新型的范围内可以对上述实施例进行变化、修改、替换和变型。
