一种饰条的冲床换模台车装置,包括底座(2)和升降座(4),底座(2)上布置有升降电机(3),升降电机(3)通过升降机构与升降座(4)连接,升降座(4)上布置有第一模具座(10)和第二模具座(11),第一模具座(10)的上端面布置有万向球,第二模具座(11)的上端面布置有多个万向球(12)。通过在升降座(4)上布置第一模具座(10)和第二模具座(11),在更换模具时,升降电机(3)驱使升降座(4)上升,使得第二模具座(11)或第一模具座(10)对着冲床上的旧模具,拆掉旧模具,将新模具推入,锁紧,完成新模具的安装。此换模过程,减少操作人员搬运的工序,降低操作人员的劳动强度。

一种饰条的冲床换模台车装置
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车生产研究领域中的一种换模装置,特别是一种饰条的冲床换模台车装置。
背景技术
一个冲床或油压冲切机对应多个模具。需根据生产需求,从模具架搬动到别的冲床或油压冲切机进行生产,这样导致了公司模具需要在冲床或油压冲切机及模具摆放架上不停更换。然而,目前换模台车高度是固定的,适用性差。当出现高度不一致时,需作业人员抬动模具,工作强度大,需求人员多。模具笨重,如出现丢落,危及人身安全。
发明内容
本发明的目的,在于提供一种饰条的冲床换模台车装置,其通过升降座提升,使得升降座中的模具与冲床或者油压冲切机齐平,便于将模具更换。
本发明解决其技术问题的解决方案是:一种饰条的冲床换模台车装置,包括底座和套装在底座上的升降座,所述底座上布置有升降电机,所述升降电机通过升降机构与升降座连接,所述升降座上布置有第一模具座和位于第一模具座上方的第二模具座,所述第一模具座的上端面布置有万向球,所述第二模具座的上端面布置有多个万向球。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述升降机构包括布置在底座上的丝杆滑块和直接或者间接与升降电机连接的升降丝杆,所述升降丝杆的上端与升降座连接,所述升降丝杆的下端向下依次穿过丝杆滑块和底座。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述第模具座和底座之间布置有四根导向杆,每根所述导向杆配置一块导向座。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述升降电机通过二级减速箱与升降丝杆连接。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述第一模具座的下端面布置有下降低位检测块,所述升降座上布置有上升高位检测块。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述底座的下端面布置有四个万向轮。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述第一模具座下端面的四个角分别布置有一根导向块,所述底座上端面的四个角分别安装有一个导向安装座,各所述导向安装座的外侧面布置有若干个导向轴承,所述导向轴承的外圆表面与相应的导向块接触。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述第一模具座和第二模具座的上端面分别布置有若干个防落块,位于同一个模具座上的所有所述防落块围成一个万向球放置区。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过在升降座上布置第一模具座和第二模具座,在更换模具时,先将模具架中的新模具放置到第一模具座或第二模具座中,将本发明移动到冲床前,升降电机驱使升降座上升,使得第二模具座或第一模具座对着冲床上的旧模具,旧模具沿着万向轮滑入第二模具座或第一模具座中,完成拆模后,第一模具座或第二模具座对着冲床的模具安装位置,将新模具推入,锁紧,完成新模具的安装。此换模过程,减少操作人员搬运的工序,降低操作人员的劳动强度,并利于升降电机驱使升降座沿竖直方向升降,适用于不同型号冲床的模具更换。

参照图1,一种饰条的冲床换模台车装置,包括底座2和套装在底座2上的升降座4,所述底座2上布置有升降电机3,所述升降电机3通过升降机构与升降座4连接,所述升降座4上布置有第一模具座10和位于第一模具座10上方的第二模具座11,所述第一模具座10的上端面布置有万向球,所述第二模具座11的上端面布置有多个万向球12。所述底座2的下端面布置有四个万向轮1,便于将本发明在冲床和模具架之间周转。
通过在升降座4上布置第一模具座10和第二模具座11,在更换模具时,先将模具架中的新模具放置到第一模具座10或第二模具座11中,将本发明移动到冲床前,升降电机3驱使升降座4上升,使得第二模具座11或第一模具座10对着冲床上的旧模具,旧模具沿着万向轮1滑入第二模具座11或第一模具座10中,完成拆模后,第一模具座10或第二模具座11对着冲床的模具安装位置,将新模具推入,锁紧,完成新模具的安装。此换模过程,减少操作人员搬运的工序,降低操作人员的劳动强度,并利于升降电机3驱使升降座4沿竖直方向升降,适用于不同型号冲床的模具更换。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述升降机构包括布置在底座2上的丝杆滑块6和直接或者间接与升降电机3连接的升降丝杆7,所述升降丝杆7的上端与升降座4连接,所述升降丝杆7的下端向下依次穿过丝杆滑块6和底座2。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述第模具座和底座2之间布置有四根导向杆9,每根所述导向杆9配置一块导向座8。导向座8安装在底座2上,导向杆9的上端固定在第一模具座10的下端面,导向杆9的下端向下依次穿过导向座8和底座2。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述升降电机3通过二级减速箱5与升降丝杆7连接,采用了两级变速,使整个台车升降速度控制更小,更容易调整台车高度平面。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述第一模具座10的下端面布置有下降低位检测块14,所述升降座4上布置有上升高位检测块15。下降低位检测块14和上升高位检测块15限制了升降座4沿竖直方向上的移动范围。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述第一模具座10下端面的四个角分别布置有一根导向块,所述底座2上端面的四个角分别安装有一个导向安装座,各所述导向安装座的外侧面布置有若干个导向轴承16,所述导向轴承16的外圆表面与相应的导向块接触。底座2和升降座4之间除了四条导向杆9外,两者的四周增加了共8个导向轴承16,使台车升降过程更稳定。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述第一模具座10和第二模具座11的上端面分别布置有若干个防落块13,位于同一个模具座上的所有所述防落块13围成一个万向球12放置区,防落块13可拆卸。防止在升降过程中,位于第一模具座10或/和第二模具座11上的模座滑出万向球12放置区。

  1. 一种饰条的冲床换模台车装置,其特征在于:包括底座和套装在底座上的升降座,所述底座上布置有升降电机,所述升降电机通过升降机构与升降座连接,所述升降座上布置有第一模具座和位于第一模具座上方的第二模具座,所述第一模具座的上端面布置有万向球,所述第二模具座的上端面布置有多个万向球。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的饰条的冲床换模台车装置,其特征在于:所述升降机构包括布置在底座上的丝杆滑块和直接或者间接与升降电机连接的升降丝杆,所述升降丝杆的上端与升降座连接,所述升降丝杆的下端向下依次穿过丝杆滑块和底座。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的饰条的冲床换模台车装置,其特征在于:所述第模具座和底座之间布置有四根导向杆,每根所述导向杆配置一块导向座。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的饰条的冲床换模台车装置,其特征在于:所述升降电机通过二级减速箱与升降丝杆连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的饰条的冲床换模台车装置,其特征在于:所述第一模具座的下端面布置有下降低位检测块,所述升降座上布置有上升高位检测块。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的饰条的冲床换模台车装置,其特征在于:所述底座的下端面布置有四个万向轮。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的饰条的冲床换模台车装置,其特征在于:所述第一模具座下端面的四个角分别布置有一根导向块,所述底座上端面的四个角分别安装有一个导向安装座,各所述导向安装座的外侧面布置有若干个导向轴承,所述导向轴承的外圆表面与相应的导向块接触。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的饰条的冲床换模台车装置,其特征在于:所述第一模具座和第二模具座的上端面分别布置有若干个防落块,位于同一个模具座上的所有所述防落块围成一个万向球放置区。
