在步骤S10中,搜索框主要用于输入机构名称关键词,即表示机构名称中最关键的识别信息,例如,“深圳16营业部”中的“16”,即根据该机构名称关键字可以与其他机构名称进行区分,该搜索框可以用在高级搜索中,仅对应机构名称关键字的搜索,当然,也可以设置为搜索其他关键词,例如地域名称,根据机构名称关键词在业务数据库中检索包括该关键词的机构名称,并形成机构名称列表。
步骤S11.判断检索到的机构名称是否包括地域名称,是,则执行步骤S12,否,则执行步骤S13;
在步骤S11中,具体判断的方法可以根据地域特征词典对机构名称进行匹配搜索,其中,地域特征词典中记录有地域特征词,如某某省、某某市、某某县、某某区等,当在机构名称中发现有在地域特征词典中记录的地域特征词时,判定检索到的机构名称包括地域名称。
步骤S12.显示检索到的机构名称。
在步骤S12中,当机构名称中包括地域名称,则直接显示机构名称,可以采用列表的形式将机构名称显示出来。
步骤S13.获取检索到的机构名称所对应的地域名称,并基于所获取的地域名称对机构名称进行扩展得到扩展机构名称,并显示所述扩展机构名称。
在步骤S13中,当机构名称中不包括地域名称时,获取该机构名称所在的地点,可以通过服务器获取其存储的和该机构名称对应的地点。
作为一种实施方式,如图2所示,步骤S13包括:
步骤S131.获取业务数据库中存储的与检索到的机构名称对应的地域名称,所述地域名称为业务人员上传的地点或者预设地点或者上传检索到的机构名称的终端所在的上传地点。
在步骤S131中,业务数据库接收业务人员上传的机构信息包,机构信息包包括机构信息和位置信息,机构信息可以是文本、图像、音频和/或视频,并至少包括机构名称,位置信息为业务人员上传的地点位置信息或预设地点位置信息,即用户上传的机构信息包可以通过业务人员上传设备自带的GPS进行定位,附带上业务人员上传所在地地理位置的信息,或者,业务人员可以利用地图(点击地图位置)或输入地理信息(如经纬度坐标、省市位置、建筑物信息),使得机构包信息附带业务人员自定义的位置信息。
也可以是业务数据库接收业务人员上传设备上传的机构信息时,向上传设备发出位置信息请求,上传设备根据位置信息请求上传其所在的位置。
步骤S132.将所述地域名称与检索到的机构名称进行合并获取扩展机构名称。
在步骤S132中,例如,获取检索词为“16”,根据该检索词检索到机构名称为“16营业部”,获取该营业部所在的上传地点为“上海”,根据汉字习惯用语,通常将位置信息置于名称的开头,因此上传地点与机构名称的合并通常指:将上传地点置于机构名称之前,而当机构名称中具有数量序列信息时,如 前所述的“16营业部”,则在数字“16”与上传地点之间加入“第”,以使合并后的名称规范易懂,应当理解的是,“第”字的加入并不是必要的。作为示例,将上传地点与检索到的机构名称进行合并获取扩展机构名称“上海第16营业部”。当然,上传地点与机构名称的合并方式并不限于此,在其他实施方式中,还可以将上传地点置于机构名称之后,并且上传地点加上括号,以示出相同机构名称下的不同位置信息。
步骤S133.将所述业务数据库中的扩展前的机构名称替换为所述扩展机构名称。
在步骤S133中,结合步骤S132中的例子,服务器中存储的是“16营业部”,获取扩展机构名称“上海第16营业部”,将服务器中存储的“16营业部”替换为“上海第16营业部”。
本申请实施例提供一种机构名称的检索方法,获取机构名称关键词,根据机构名称关键词在业务数据库中检索机构名称,判断检索到的机构名称是否包括地域名称,包含地域名称的机构名称则直接显示,而未包含地域名称的机构名称则先获取地域名称,并基于所获取的地域名称对机构名称进行扩展得到扩展机构名称后再显示扩展机构名称,本申请通过对未包含地域名称的机构名称进行扩展,提高了机构名称和数据的准确识别率,减少了误操作,解决现有技术中存在现有的机构名称检索方法无法准确识别搜索的机构名称的地域的问题。
本申请另一种实施例提供一种机构名称的检索方法,请参阅图3,该机构名称的检索方法包括:
步骤S20.将业务数据中所有机构名称按照预设规则转换为缩写名称。
在步骤20中,预设规则可以为缩写名称包括字母缩写和数字,字母缩写可以为拼音缩写或者英文缩写,预先获取机构名称的缩写名称,并将机构名称和缩写名称形成对应关系,例如以字母缩写为拼音缩写为例,“上海第16营业部” 的缩写名称为“SHD16YEB”,“第16营业部”的缩写名称为“D16YEB”。
本步骤中,由于业务数据库中的机构名称数据量较大,检索机构名称时由于数据量大会出现检索速度慢的问题,此时,将机构名称转换为缩写名称,通过对缩写名称的检索提升了检索速度。
作为一种实施方式,如图4所示,步骤S20具体包括:
步骤S201.将业务数据库中的所有机构名称自动切分为地名、标识、类型三部分。
在步骤S201中,业务数据库中的机构名称包括两种,一种机构名称中包括地名,另一种机构名称中不包括地名,例如很多子机构名称,对包括地名的机构名称进行切分时会得到地名、标识、类型三部分,对不包括地名的机构名称进行切分时仅会得到标识、类型两部分。
步骤S202.分别获取地名、标识以及类型的缩写并形成缩写列表,所述缩写列表中包括地名栏、标识栏、类型栏以及缩写名称栏。
在步骤S201中,对于包括地名的机构名称,缩写列表中的地名栏、标识栏、类型栏以及缩写名称栏均有对应的缩写名称,对于不包括地名的机构名称,缩写列表中的地名栏处于缺醒状态。
在步骤S201和步骤S202中,首先将业务数据中的所有机构名称划分为地名、标识和类型,对于包括地名的机构名称,再分别提取地名、标识以及类型的缩写,对于不包括地名的机构名称,则分别提取标识以及类型的缩写,具体的,将包括地名的机构名称中的地名、标识以及类型或者不包括地名的机构名称中标识和类型分别转换为拼音;提取每个汉语拼音首字母或英文单词的首字母形成机构名称的缩写名称。
以“深圳保险营业部”为例,经过切分所获取“深圳”、“保险”以及“营业部”三部分,分别转换成拼音再提取每个汉语拼音首字母“SZ”、“BX”以及“YYB”,而“SZ”、“BX”、“YYB”以及“SZBXYYB”分别位于地名栏、标识栏、类型栏以及缩写名称栏下,在该实施例中,即地名、标识以及类 型组合形成缩写名称。
具体的,可通过如下方法对机构名称进行分割,设定机构名称为a,长度为b,记Ci表示机构名称a的第i个字符至第n个字符组成的子串的分割结果,分割步骤如下:
(1)初始化i=n+1,Cn+1={}。
(2)令i=i-1,依次查看字典Q中的各个单词q,设q的长度为m,如果满足q=aiai+1…ai+m-1,即m出现在用户名a中的第i个字符的位置,这时如果Ci未赋值或满足|Ci+m|+1<|Ci|,则令Ci=w∪Ci+m。如果检查完Q中所有的单词之后Ci仍未赋值,则令Ci=a[i]∪Ci+m。其中a[i]表示a的第i个字符。
(3)重复第(2)步,直到i=0为止,此时C0就是机构名称a的分割结果。
在对机构名称进行分割之后,取分割结果中每个片段的首字符组成一个新字符串作为机构名称的缩写形式。
步骤S20之后执行步骤S21。
步骤S21.获取所述机构名称关键词的缩写,在所述缩写名称中检索并获取包括所述机构名称关键词的缩写的缩写名称。
在步骤S21中,当关键词为数字时,直接对该数字在标识栏中进行检测,当关键词为缩写字母时,根据该缩写字母在标识栏中进行检索,当关键词为汉字时,将汉字转换为拼音字母缩写,根据该拼音字母缩写在标识栏中进行检索。
步骤S22.根据检索到的缩写名称获取机构名称。
在步骤S22中,根据缩写名称与机构名称之间的对应关系表获取机构名称。
步骤S23.判断所述缩写列表中缩写名称对应的地名栏中是否具有地名,是,则执行步骤S24,否,则执行步骤S25。
在步骤S23中,由于缩写名称与机构名称之间的对应关系表中的每一行数据中包括地名,如果该行数据中包括地名,说明该机构形成包括地域名称,此时直接显示即可,如果该行数据中没有包括地名,说明机构名称中没有包括地域名称,则进入步骤S25。
步骤S24.显示检索到的机构名称;
步骤S25.获取检索到的机构名称所对应的地域名称,并基于所获取的地域名称对机构名称进行扩展得到扩展机构名称,并显示所述扩展机构名称。
本申请实施例提供一种机构名称的检索方法,获取机构名称关键词缩写,将检索到的所有机构名称自动切分为地名,标识,类型三部分,获取机构名称的缩写,根据机构名称关键词缩写在业务数据库中的机构名称式中缩写,判断检索到的机构名称是否包括地域名称,包含地域名称的机构名称则直接显示,而未包含地域名称的机构名称则先获取地域名称,对机构名称进行扩展得到扩展机构名称后再显示扩展机构名称。通过机构名称缩写的检索,提高了检索效率,同时解决现有技术中存在现有的机构名称检索方法无法准确识别搜索的机构名称的地域的问题。
本申请另一种实施例提供一种机构名称的检索装置30,如图5所示,所述机构名称的检索装置30包括:
机构名称获取模块301,用于获取检索框内的机构名称关键词,并根据所述机构名称关键词在业务数据库中检索机构名称;
地域名称判断模块302,用于判断检索到的机构名称是否包括地域名称;
机构名称显示模块303,当判断结果为是时,用于显示检索到的机构名称,当判断结果为否时,用于获取检索到的机构名称所对应的地域名称,并基于所获取的地域名称对机构名称进行扩展得到扩展机构名称,并显示所述扩展机构名称。
进一步地,如图6所示,所述机构名称获取模块301包括:
缩写名称转换单元3011,用于将业务数据库中所有机构名称按照预设规则转换为缩写名称;
缩写名称检索单元3012,用于根据所述预设规则获取所述机构名称关键词的缩写,在所述缩写名称中检索并获取包括所述机构名称关键词的缩写的缩写 名称;
机构名称获取单元3013,用于根据检索到的缩写名称获取机构名称。
进一步的,缩写名称转换单元3011还用于将业务数据中的所有机构名称自动切分为地名、标识、类型三部分,并分别获取地名、标识以及类型的缩写并形成缩写列表,所述缩写列表中包括地名栏、标识栏、类型栏以及缩写名称栏。
进一步的,机构名称显示模块301还用于获取业务数据库中存储的与检索到的机构名称对应的地域名称,所述地域名称为业务人员上传的地点或者预设地点或者上传检索到的机构名称的终端所在的上传地点;将所述地域名称与检索到的机构名称进行合并获取扩展机构名称。
上述终端设备中模块的具体工作过程,可以参考前述方法实施例中的对应过程,在此不再赘述。
本申请另一种实施例提供一计算机可读存储介质,该计算机可读存储介质上存储有计算机可读指令,该计算机可读指令被处理器执行时实现上述实施例中的一种机构名称的检索方法,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。或者,该计算机可读指令被处理器执行时实现上述实施例中一种机构名称的检索装置中各模块/单元的功能,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
图7是本实施例中终端设备的示意图。如图7所示,终端设备6包括处理器60、存储器61以及存储在存储器61中并可在处理器60上运行的计算机可读指令62。处理器60执行计算机可读指令62时实现上述实施例中一种机构名称的检索方法的各个步骤,例如图1所示的步骤S10、S11和S13。或者,处理器60执行计算机可读指令62时实现上述实施例中机构名称的检索装置各模块/单元的功能。
示例性的,计算机可读指令62可以被分割成一个或多个模块/单元,一个或者多个模块/单元被存储在存储器61中,并由处理器60执行,以完成本申请。 一个或多个模块/单元可以是能够完成特定功能的一系列计算机可读指令段,该指令段用于描述计算机可读指令62在终端设备6中的执行过程。例如,计算机可读指令62可以被分割成如图5所示机构名称获取模块301、地域名称判断模块302、机构名称显示模块303的功能。
该终端设备6可以是桌上型计算机、笔记本、掌上电脑及云端服务器等计算设备。终端设备可包括,但不仅限于,处理器60、存储器61。本领域技术人员可以理解,图7仅仅是终端设备6的示例,并不构成对终端设备6的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件,例如终端设备还可以包括输入输出设备、网络接入设备、总线等。
所称处理器60可以是中央处理单元(Central Processing Unit,CPU),还可以是其他通用处理器、数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor,DSP)、专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、现场可编程门阵列(Field-Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件等。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等。
存储器61可以是终端设备6的内部存储单元,例如终端设备6的硬盘或内存。存储器61也可以是终端设备6的外部存储设备,例如终端设备6上配备的插接式硬盘,智能存储卡(Smart Media Card,SMC),安全数字(Secure Digital,SD)卡,闪存卡(Flash Card)等。进一步地,存储器61还可以既包括终端设备6的内部存储单元也包括外部存储设备。存储器61用于存储计算机可读指令以及终端设备所需的其他程序和数据。存储器61还可以用于暂时地存储已经输出或者将要输出的数据。
所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到,为了描述的方便和简洁,仅以上述各功能单元、模块的划分进行举例说明,实际应用中,可以根据需要而将上述功能分配由不同的功能单元、模块完成,即将所述装置的内部结构划分成不同的功能单元或模块,以完成以上描述的全部或者部分功能。
另外,在本申请各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能单元的形式实现。
所述集成的模块/单元如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本申请实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,也可以通过计算机可读指令来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的计算机可读指令可存储于一计算机可读存储介质中,该计算机可读指令在被处理器执行时,可实现上述各个方法实施例的步骤。其中,所述计算机可读指令包括计算机可读指令代码,所述计算机可读指令代码可以为源代码形式、对象代码形式、可执行文件或某些中间形式等。所述计算机可读介质可以包括:能够携带所述计算机可读指令代码的任何实体或装置、记录介质、U盘、移动硬盘、磁碟、光盘、计算机存储器、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、电载波信号、电信信号以及软件分发介质等。需要说明的是,所述计算机可读介质包含的内容可以根据司法管辖区内立法和专利实践的要求进行适当的增减,例如在某些司法管辖区,根据立法和专利实践,计算机可读介质不包括是电载波信号和电信信号。
以上所述实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本申请进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施例技术方案的精神和范围,均应包含在本申请的保护范围之内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种机构名称的检索方法,其特征在于:所述机构名称的检索方法包括如下步骤:
    步骤S1.获取检索框内的机构名称关键词,根据所述机构名称关键词在业务数据库中检索机构名称;
    步骤S2.判断检索到的机构名称是否包括地域名称,是,则执行步骤S3,否,则执行步骤S4;
    步骤S3.显示检索到的机构名称;
    步骤S4.获取检索到的机构名称所对应的地域名称,基于所获取的地域名称对机构名称进行扩展得到扩展机构名称,并显示所述扩展机构名称。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的机构名称的检索方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1包括:
    将所述业务数据库中所有机构名称按照预设规则转换为缩写名称;
    根据所述预设规则获取所述机构名称关键词的缩写,在所述缩写名称中检索并获取包括所述机构名称关键词的缩写的缩写名称;
    根据检索到的缩写名称获取机构名称。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的机构名称的检索方法,其特征在于,将业务数据库中所有机构名称按照预设规则转换为缩写名称,包括:
    将业务数据库中的所有机构名称切分为地名、标识、类型三部分;
    分别获取地名、标识以及类型的缩写并形成缩写列表,所述缩写列表中包括地名栏、标识栏、类型栏以及缩写名称栏。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的机构名称的检索方法,其特征在于,判断检索到的机构名称是否包括地域名称,包括:
    判断所述缩写列表中缩写名称对应的地名栏中是否具有地名。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的机构名称的检索方法,其特征在于,获取检索到的机构名称所对应的地域名称,基于所获取的地域名称对机构名称进行扩展得 到扩展机构名称,包括:
    获取业务数据库中存储的与检索到的机构名称对应的地域名称,所述地域名称为业务人员上传的地点或者预设地点或者上传检索到的机构名称的终端所在的上传地点;
    将所述地域名称与检索到的机构名称进行合并获取扩展机构名称。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的机构名称的检索方法,其特征在于,将所述地域名称与检索到的机构名称进行合并获取扩展机构名称,之后还包括:
    将所述业务数据库中的扩展前的机构名称替换为所述扩展机构名称。
  7. 一种机构名称的检索装置,其特征在于,所述机构名称的检索装置包括:
    机构名称获取模块,用于获取检索框内的机构名称关键词,并根据所述机构名称关键词在业务数据库中检索机构名称;
    地域名称判断模块,用于判断检索到的机构名称是否包括地域名称;
    机构名称显示模块,当判断结果为是时,用于显示检索到的机构名称,当判断结果为否时,用于获取检索到的机构名称所对应的地域名称,并基于所获取的地域名称对机构名称进行扩展得到扩展机构名称,并显示所述扩展机构名称。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的机构名称的检索装置,其特征在于,所述机构名称获取模块包括:
    缩写名称转换单元,用于将业务数据库中所有机构名称按照预设规则转换为缩写名称;
    缩写名称检索单元,用于根据所述预设规则获取所述机构名称关键词的缩写,在所述缩写名称中检索并获取包括所述机构名称关键词的缩写的缩写名称;
    机构名称获取单元,用于根据检索到的缩写名称获取机构名称。
  9. 一种终端设备,包括存储器、处理器以及存储在所述存储器中并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机可读指令,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时实现如下步骤:
    步骤S1.获取检索框内的机构名称关键词,根据所述机构名称关键词在业务数据库中检索机构名称;
    步骤S2.判断检索到的机构名称是否包括地域名称,是,则执行步骤S3,否,则执行步骤S4;
    步骤S3.显示检索到的机构名称;
    步骤S4.获取检索到的机构名称所对应的地域名称,基于所获取的地域名称对机构名称进行扩展得到扩展机构名称,并显示所述扩展机构名称。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述步骤S1包括:
    将所述业务数据库中所有机构名称按照预设规则转换为缩写名称;
    根据所述预设规则获取所述机构名称关键词的缩写,在所述缩写名称中检索并获取包括所述机构名称关键词的缩写的缩写名称;
    根据检索到的缩写名称获取机构名称。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的终端设备,其特征在于,将业务数据库中所有机构名称按照预设规则转换为缩写名称,包括:
    将业务数据库中的所有机构名称切分为地名、标识、类型三部分;
    分别获取地名、标识以及类型的缩写并形成缩写列表,所述缩写列表中包括地名栏、标识栏、类型栏以及缩写名称栏。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的终端设备,其特征在于,判断检索到的机构名称是否包括地域名称,包括:
    判断所述缩写列表中缩写名称对应的地名栏中是否具有地名。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的终端设备,其特征在于,获取检索到的机构名称所对应的地域名称,基于所获取的地域名称对机构名称进行扩展得到扩展机构名称,包括:
    获取业务数据库中存储的与检索到的机构名称对应的地域名称,所述地域名称为业务人员上传的地点或者预设地点或者上传检索到的机构名称的终端所在的上传地点;
    将所述地域名称与检索到的机构名称进行合并获取扩展机构名称。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的终端设备,其特征在于,将所述地域名称与检索到的机构名称进行合并获取扩展机构名称之后,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时还实现如下步骤:
    将所述业务数据库中的扩展前的机构名称替换为所述扩展机构名称。
  15. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机可读指令,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
    步骤S1.获取检索框内的机构名称关键词,根据所述机构名称关键词在业务数据库中检索机构名称;
    步骤S2.判断检索到的机构名称是否包括地域名称,是,则执行步骤S3,否,则执行步骤S4;
    步骤S3.显示检索到的机构名称;
    步骤S4.获取检索到的机构名称所对应的地域名称,基于所获取的地域名称对机构名称进行扩展得到扩展机构名称,并显示所述扩展机构名称。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述步骤S1包括:
    将所述业务数据库中所有机构名称按照预设规则转换为缩写名称;
    根据所述预设规则获取所述机构名称关键词的缩写,在所述缩写名称中检索并获取包括所述机构名称关键词的缩写的缩写名称;
    根据检索到的缩写名称获取机构名称。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,将业务数据库中所有机构名称按照预设规则转换为缩写名称,包括:
    将业务数据库中的所有机构名称切分为地名、标识、类型三部分;
    分别获取地名、标识以及类型的缩写并形成缩写列表,所述缩写列表中包括地名栏、标识栏、类型栏以及缩写名称栏。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,判断检索 到的机构名称是否包括地域名称,包括:
    判断所述缩写列表中缩写名称对应的地名栏中是否具有地名。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,获取检索到的机构名称所对应的地域名称,基于所获取的地域名称对机构名称进行扩展得到扩展机构名称,包括:
    获取业务数据库中存储的与检索到的机构名称对应的地域名称,所述地域名称为业务人员上传的地点或者预设地点或者上传检索到的机构名称的终端所在的上传地点;
    将所述地域名称与检索到的机构名称进行合并获取扩展机构名称。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,将所述地域名称与检索到的机构名称进行合并获取扩展机构名称之后,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时还实现如下步骤:
    将所述业务数据库中的扩展前的机构名称替换为所述扩展机构名称。
