本发明实施方式的中控台及用电设备的控制系统中,用户可以根据传感装置上的投影内容触摸传感装置,进而控制用电设备的状态,因而使用更加简便。并且,还可以实现一个中控台控制多个用电设备的目的,用户操作简单,有利于用户体验。

请参阅图1及图2,本发明实施方式的中控台100包括壳体10、投影装置20和传感装置30。壳体10形成有收容空间11。投影装置20收容于收容空间11内。传感装置30连接壳体10且位于投影装置20的投影路径上。投影装置20用于投影操作界面至传感装置30。传感装置30用于显示操作界面,传感装置30还用于基于用户在传感装置30所显示的操作界面上的触摸操作而产生输入指令,中控台100用于根据用户的输入指令控制预设的用电设备的状态。
本发明实施方式的中控台100中,用户可以根据传感装置30上的投影内容触摸传感装置30,进而控制不同的用电设备的状态,实现了一个中控台100可以控制多个用电设备的目的,用户操作简单,有利于用户体验。相比于机械按键,触摸操作更为简便,使用更为方便。
具体地,中控台100可以应用于家庭室内,以控制家用电器。例如,中控台100可以控制冰箱、空调、风扇、灯具等家用电器开启或关闭。中控台100也可以应用在多媒体室内以控制多媒体室内的用电设备。例如,中控台100可以控制多媒体室内的电脑、电灯、电动窗帘等用电设备。需要指出的是,中控台100的应用场所不限于上述的家庭室内或多媒体室内。
壳体10可以使用塑料制成,也可以是使用金属板制成。壳体10为空心的立柱体,壳体10可以呈立方形或多面体形等形状。
投影装置20大致呈长方体形,投影装置20可以将图像或视频投射至传感装置30上,从而使得传感装置30可以显示投影内容,例如传感装置30可以显示操作界面。可以理解,投影装置20的投影光线射向传感装置30。
传感装置30呈片状,传感装置30例如为柔性触摸屏或柔性压力传感器。柔性触摸屏例如为电容式、电阻式、超声波式等触摸屏。柔性触摸屏包括均呈片状的衬底层和覆盖层,衬底层上形成有多个感应电极以感应用户的输入,覆 盖层覆盖封装感应电极以避免感应电极被损坏。
用户的操作包括不同的手势操作,中控台100用于根据不同的手势操作控制不同的用电设备运行。例如,用户可以在传感装置30上进行点击、滑移等手势操作。
在一个例子中,用电设备为灯具,用户在传感装置30进行点击触摸操作时,可以控制灯具发光或熄灭;用户在传感装置30上进行滑移触摸操作时,可以控制灯具的亮度。
在某些实施方式中,壳体10的顶部形成有开口12,开口12与收容空间11连通且暴露。传感装置30连接在开口12处。
进一步地,传感装置30与开口12间隔设置而在传感装置30与开口12之间形成气流通道111,壳体10内部的热量通过开口12及气流通道111传输至壳体10外部。
如此,壳体10内的热量可以从开口12向外散发,从而可以降低壳体10内的温度,使得中控台100运行更加稳定。在图1的示例中,传感装置30自开口12的边缘向后上方的方向延伸,传感装置30在水平方向上的正投影与开口12在水平方向上的正投影至少部分重叠。
热量在气流通道111传输的方向与传感装置30朝传感装置30的投影方向成小于或等于90度的夹角。
具体地,壳体10包括主体13和后盖14。后盖14与主体13可拆卸地连接,主体13与后盖14围成收容空间11。如此,壳体10分体制造形成,有利于将投影装置20等电子零部件安装在壳体10内。后盖14可通过螺钉等紧固件安装在主体13上,也可以通过卡扣扣合的方式安装在主体13上。
进一步地,主体13包括前板131和两个侧板132。前板131与后盖14相对,两个侧板132分别连接在前板131两侧。后盖14连接两个侧板132,传感装置30连接于前板131的顶部。
如此,传感装置30连接于前板131的顶部有利于用户在传感装置30上操作,以控制用电设备。前板131与两个侧板132可以为一体结构,例如,前板131与两个侧板132的材质均为塑料,前板131与两个侧板132可以通过注塑成型的工艺形成一体结构。当然,前板131与两个侧板132也可以为分体结构。
在某些实施方式中,中控台100包括导光柱40,导光柱40被配置成将收容空间11内的光源发出的光线导出至壳体10外。具体地,光源可以显示中控台100的工作状态。例如,当中控台100工作时,光源处于发光状态,当中控台100停止工作时,光源处于熄灭状态。光源发出的光线可以透过导光柱40出射至中控台100外,从而为用户提供更佳的体验。具体地,导光柱40插设在侧板132中。
在某些实施方式中,中控台100包括支撑片50,支撑片50的一端固定在壳体10上的前板131,传感装置30贴合固定在支撑片50上。如此,支撑片50可以为传感装置30提供支撑,从而提高传感装置30的稳定性。
具体地,支撑片50呈弧状,支撑片50的一端固定在前板131上。支撑片50为透明体,以使支撑片50可以显示投影装置20的投影内容。当传感装置30为柔性触摸屏时,支撑片50可以柔性的片材,这样使得支撑片50与传感装置30可以一起产生柔性变形,提高了支撑片50与传感装置30抗冲击的能力。
为了防止传感装置30受到撞击或磨损,传感装置30贴合在支撑片50朝向下方的表面。在一个例子中,传感装置30可以通过粘胶贴合固定在支撑片50上,例如,在安装传感装置30时,可以先在支撑片50上涂上粘胶(例如光学胶),然后将传感装置30通过粘胶粘接贴合在支撑片50上。
本实施方式中,传感装置30从壳体10朝向开口11弯曲。
请结合图3,在某些实施方式中,中控台100包括压板52和第一减震元件54,压板52通过第一减震元件54抵靠压紧支撑片50的一端以使支撑片50的一端固定在壳体10上。
如此,压板52可以压紧支撑片50在壳体10上,使得支撑片50的位置固定。例如,压板52可以通过螺钉穿过支撑片50、压板52后旋入壳体10内,从而使得压板52将支撑片50压紧固定在壳体10上。
可以理解,第一减震元件54位于压板52和支撑片50之间且连接压板52和支撑片50。第一减震元件54可以使用橡胶、泡棉等弹性的材料制成,从而使得第一减震元件54可以吸收来自压板52的震动,防止支撑片50和传感装置30损坏。
在某些实施方式中,壳体10与支撑片50的一端之间设置有第二减震元件56。由于壳体10较硬,第二减震元件56可以防止支撑片50与壳体10接触而损坏。第二减震元件56可以使用橡胶、泡棉等弹性的材料制成。第二减震元件56与第一减震元件54夹紧支撑片50的一端,或者说,支撑片50的一端夹设第二减震元件56与第一减震元件54之间。
请参阅图4,在某些实施方式中,中控台100包括设置在壳体10上的活动装置60,投影装置20可活动地连接活动装置60,投影装置20通过活动装置60可相对于壳体10转动。
如此,投影装置20可以调整投影角度,使得投影装置20的投影内容可以落在传感装置30上。活动装置60例如为关节轴承或其他结构。如图4的示例中,活动装置60设置在前板131上。当然,在其他实施方式中,活动装置可以设置在后盖等其他元件上。
请一并参阅图5及图6,在某些实施方式中,活动装置60包括支架61和第一转动件62。支架61固定在壳体10上。第一转动件62活动连接支架61。第一转动件62相对于支架61绕第一轴线102转动,投影装置20连接第一转动件62,投影装置20通过第一转动件62相对于壳体10绕第一轴线102转动。
具体地,支架61固定在前板131上,支架61可以通过螺钉等紧固件固定在壳体10上。第一转动件62相对于支架61绕第一轴线102转动时,投影装置 20可以相对于壳体10绕第一轴线102转动,从而使得投影装置20可以调整以第一轴线102为中心的圆周角度,有利于投影装置20将投影画面投射至传感装置30上。
本发明实施方式中,第一轴线102沿中控台100的纵向延伸,需要指出的是,第一轴线102沿中控台100的纵向延伸可以指的是第一轴线102沿竖直方向延伸,也可以指第一轴线102沿偏离竖直方向一定角度(小于±45度)的方向延伸。例如,第一轴线102的延伸方向偏离竖直方向的角度为±5度、±10度、±30度等角度。如图5所示,第一轴线102方向为Z向。
进一步地,支架61包括卡片611和两个支耳612。卡片611固定在壳体10上。两个支耳612分别自卡片611两端延伸。第一转动件62连接两个支耳612,活动装置60还包括第一止动件63,第一止动件63穿过支耳612并插入第一转动件62,第一止动件63用于限制第一转动件62相对于支架61的转动。
如此,支架61通过卡片611固定在壳体10上,卡片611可以先卡在壳体10上预固定,然后通过螺钉等紧固件固定在壳体10上。第一止动件63例如为螺钉,螺钉旋入第一转动件62内并旋紧在支耳612上后,可以限制第一转动件62相对于支架61活动,从而可以限制投影装置20相对于壳体10活动,即可以通过第一止动件63、支耳612及第一转动件62之间的相互摩擦将第一转动件62定位于所需要的角度。投影装置20绕第一轴线102转到预定位置后可以固定不动,提高了投影装置20投射在传感装置30上的投影图像的稳定性。
在某些实施方式中,活动装置60包括第二转动件64,第二转动件64活动连接第一转动件62,第二转动件64相对于第一转动件62绕第二轴线104转动,投影装置20设置在第二转动件64上,投影装置20通过第二转动件64相对于壳体10绕第二轴线104转动。
如此,第二转动件64相对于第一转动件62绕第二轴线104转动时,投影装置20可以相对于壳体10绕第二轴线104转动,从而使得投影装置20可以调 整以第二轴线104为中心的圆周角度,有利于投影装置20将投影画面投射至传感装置30上。具体地,第一轴线102垂直于第二轴线104,第一轴线102及第二轴线104均穿过第一转动件62。第一转动件62大致呈十字状,投影装置20通过第二转动件64连接第一转动件62。
本发明实施方式中,第二轴线104沿中控台100的横向延伸。需要指出的是,第二轴线104沿中控台100的横向延伸可以指的是第二轴线104沿水平方向延伸,也可以指第二轴线104沿偏离水平方向一定角度(小于±45度)的方向延伸。例如,第二轴线104的延伸方向偏离水平方向的角度为±5度、±10度、±30度等角度。如图5所所示,第二轴线104方向为X向。
在某些实施方式中,活动装置60包括第二止动件65,第二止动件65穿过第二转动件64并插入第一转动件62内,第二止动件65用于限制第二转动件64相对于第一转动件62的转动。
如此,第二止动件65不仅可以连接第一转动件62和第二转动件64,防止第二转动件64从第一转动件62上脱落,还可以在限制第二转动件64相对于第一转动件62活动,从而限定投影装置20的位置。
第二止动件65例如为螺钉,螺钉旋入第一转动件62内并旋紧在第二转动件64上后,可以限制第二转动件64相对于第一转动件62转动,从而可以限制投影装置20相对于壳体10活动,即第二止动件65、第一转动件62及第二转动件64相互之间的摩擦可将第二转动件64定位于所需角度。投影装置20绕第二轴线104转到预定位置后可以固定不动,提高了投影装置20投射在传感装置30上的投影图像的稳定性。
在某些实施方式中,投影装置20与第二转动件64活动连接,投影装置20相对于第二转动件64绕第三轴线106转动,第三轴线106垂直于第一轴线102和第二轴线104,投影装置20通过第二转动件64相对于壳体10绕第三轴线106转动。
如此,投影装置20可以相对于壳体10绕第三轴线106转动,从而使得投影装置20可以调整以第三轴线106为中心的圆周角度,有利于投影装置20将投影画面投射至传感装置30上。如图5所所示,第三轴线106方向为Y向。
在某些实施方式中,活动装置60包括第三止动件66,第三止动件66穿过第二转动件64并插入投影装置20内,第三止动件66用于成限制投影装置20相对于第二转动件64的转动,即第三止动件66、第二转动件64及投影装置20之间的相互摩擦可将投影装置20定位在所需角度。
如此,第三止动件66不仅可以连接第二转动件64和投影装置20,防止投影装置20从第二转动件64上脱落,还可以限制投影装置20相对于第二转动件64活动,从而限定投影装置20的位置。第三止动件66例如为螺钉等紧固件。
在某些实施方式中,活动装置60包括设置在第二转动件64与投影装置20之间的垫片67。如此,垫片67可以调整第二转动件64与投影装置20之间的间隙,使得投影装置20与第二转动件64连接更加稳定。
综上,本发明实施方式中,第一轴线102、第二轴线104、第三轴线106相互垂直,投影装置20可以绕第一轴线102、第二轴线104及第三轴线106转动,从而调整至预定位置,以将投影内容投影至传感装置30上。
为了使得中控台100的更加美观,在某些实施方式中,壳体10的外表面设置有装饰件70。
请再次参阅图2,在某些实施方式中,中控台100包括信号处理装置80,信号处理装置80收容于收容空间11内,信号处理装置80连接投影装置20和传感装置30,信号处理装置80用于处理音视频信号。
如此,信号处理装置80接收音视频信号后,可以将信号进一步处理,进而输出满足要求的音视频信号。例如,信号处理装置80将接受到的音频信号放大后输出,外界的音响装置收到放大的音频信号后转换成声音播放。信号处理装置80通过托架81安装在壳体10上,信号处理装置80可以通过导线与投影装 置20电连接。
如图2的示例中,信号处理装置80位于投影装置20下方。当然,在其他实施方式中,信号处理装置与投影装置可以并列设置。
请再次参阅图1,在某些实施方式中,中控台100包括设置在壳体10上的开关90,开关90控制中控台100开启或关闭。
如此,开关90可以控制中控台100是否工作。例如,当按下开关90时,中控台100开机,当再次按下开关90时,中控台100关机。在中控台100开机后,投影装置20向传感装置30投影内容,用户可以在传感装置30上操作以控制相应的用电设备。
本发明实施方式的用电设备的控制系统包括用电设备和以上任一实施方式的中控台100,中控台100连接用电设备。
上述中控台100的解释说明可以用于本发明的用电设备的控制系统,请参考上述中控台100相同或类似的部分,在此不再赘述。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种中控台,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体,所述壳体形成有收容空间;
    收容于所述收容空间内的投影装置;和
    连接所述壳体且位于所述投影装置的投影路径上的传感装置,所述投影装置用于投影操作界面至所述传感装置,所述传感装置用于显示所述操作界面,所述传感装置还用于基于用户在所述传感装置所显示的所述操作界面上的触摸操作而产生输入指令,所述中控台用于根据所述输入指令控制预设的用电设备的状态。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的中控台,其特征在于,所述壳体的顶部形成有与所述收容空间连通且暴露的开口,所述传感装置连接在所述开口处。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的中控台,其特征在于,所述传感装置与所述开口间隔设置而在所述传感装置与所述开口之间形成气流通道,所述壳体内部的热量通过所述开口及所述气流通道传输至所述壳体外部。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的中控台,其特征在于,所述热量在所述气流通道传输的方向与所述传感装置朝所述传感装置的投影方向成小于或等于90度的夹角。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的中控台,其特征在于,所述传感装置从所述壳体朝向所述开口弯曲。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的中控台,其特征在于,所述中控台包括导光柱,所 述导光柱被配置成将所述收容空间内的光源发出的光线导出至所述壳体外。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的中控台,其特征在于,所述中控台包括支撑片,所述支撑片的一端固定在所述壳体上,所述传感装置贴合固定在所述支撑片上。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的中控台,其特征在于,所述中控台包括压板和第一减震元件,所述压板通过所述第一减震元件抵靠压紧所述支撑片的一端以使所述支撑片的一端固定在所述壳体上。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的中控台,其特征在于,所述壳体内还设置有第二减震元件,所述支撑片的一端夹设在所述第一减震元件与所述第二减震元件之间。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的中控台,其特征在于,所述中控台包括设置在所述壳体上的活动装置,所述投影装置可活动地连接所述活动装置,所述投影装置通过所述活动装置可相对于所述壳体转动。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的中控台,其特征在于,所述活动装置包括:
    固定在所述壳体上的支架;和
    活动连接所述支架的第一转动件,所述第一转动件相对于所述支架绕第一轴线转动,所述投影装置连接所述第一转动件,所述投影装置通过所述第一转动件相对于所述壳体绕所述第一轴线转动。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的中控台,其特征在于,所述支架包括固定在所述壳体上的卡片和分别自所述卡片两端延伸的两个支耳,所述第一转动件连接所述两个支耳,所述活动装置包括穿过所述支耳并插入所述第一转动件的第一止动件,所述第一止动件用于限制所述第一转动件相对于所述支架的转动。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的中控台,其特征在于,所述活动装置包括活动连接所述第一转动件的第二转动件,所述第二转动件相对于所述第一转动件绕第二轴线转动,所述第二轴线垂直于所述第一轴线,所述投影装置设置在所述第二转动件上,所述投影装置通过所述第二转动件相对于所述壳体绕所述第二轴线转动。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的中控台,其特征在于,所述活动装置包括穿过所述第二转动件并插入所述第一转动件内的第二止动件,所述第二止动件用于限制所述第二转动件相对于所述第一转动件的转动。
  15. 如权利要求13所述的中控台,其特征在于,所述投影装置与所述第二转动件活动连接,所述投影装置相对于所述第二转动件绕第三轴线转动,所述第三轴线垂直于所述第一轴线和所述第二轴线,所述投影装置通过所述第二转动件相对于所述壳体绕所述第三轴线转动。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的中控台,其特征在于,所述活动装置包括穿过所述第二转动件并插入所述投影装置内的第三止动件,所述第三止动件用于限制所述投影装置相对于所述第二转动件的转动。
  17. 如权利要求13所述的中控台,其特征在于,所述活动装置包括设置在所述第二转动件与所述投影装置之间的垫片。
  18. 如权利要求1所述的中控台,其特征在于,所述中控台包括收容于所述收容空间内的信号处理装置,所述信号处理装置连接所述投影装置和所述传感装置,所述信号处理装置用于处理音视频信号。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的中控台,其特征在于,所述信号处理装置位于所 述投影装置下方,所述传感装置位于所述投影装置上方。
  20. 一种用电设备的控制系统,其特征在于,包括用电设备和权利要求1-19任意一项所述的中控台,所述中控台连接所述用电设备。
