下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。

下面参考图1-图5描述根据本发明实施例的烹饪器具100。这里,烹饪器具100可以为蒸烤箱,烹饪器具100也可以为蒸箱、烤箱、微波一体,如此,能够更好地满足用户的烹饪需求,有利于提高用户的操作体验。
如图1所示,根据本发明实施例的烹饪器具100包括烹饪腔体10、门体20、风机和烤盘组件30。
具体地,在烹饪腔体10内部设置有烹饪腔10a和排气通道,排气通道具有第一进气口和出气口,第一进气口朝向烹饪腔10a的一侧设置,出气口朝向烹饪器具100的外部设置,门体20设在烹饪腔体10上(如图1所示门体20位于烹饪腔体10的前侧),门体20用于打开或者关闭烹饪腔10a。
风机可以驱动排气通道内的气体朝向出气口排出,以将排气通道内的空气排出烹饪腔体10外,烹饪腔10a内的空气通过第一进气口进入排气通道内,经过风机将排气通道内的气体吹向出气口处,进而排出外界。
此外,烤盘组件30既可以在烹饪腔10a内对食物进行加热,也可以在烹饪腔10a外对食物进行加热,其中,在烹饪腔体10的外侧设有第二进气口,第二进气口与排气通道相连通,具体地,在烹饪腔体10的前表面设有第二进气口,第二进气口与排气通道相连通,在烹饪腔体10上还设有风门40,风门40可以打开或者关闭第二进气口。
由此,当烤盘组件30在烹饪腔10a内对食物进行加热时,此时风门40关闭第二进气口,烹饪腔10a内的空气通过第一进气口进入排气通道内,当烤盘组件30在烹饪腔10a外部对食物进行加热时,此时风门40打开第二进气口,由于加热食物产生的烟气通过第二进气口被吸入排气通道内,进入排气通道内的空气由风机吹向出气口,然后排出外部。
根据本发明实施例的烹饪器具100,通过在烹饪腔体10的外侧设置有第二进气口以及开关第二进气口的风门40,第二进气口与排气通道相连通,这样烤盘组件30位于烹饪腔体10外加热时风门40打开第二出气口,加热食物产生的烟气可以经过第二进气口被吸入排气通道内,防止在烹饪腔体10外加热食物时烟气随处扩散,既使得加热操作便利,又保证室内空气环境的清洁卫生,用户体验好。
需要说明的是,烤盘组件30与风机通过电连接,当烤盘组件30进行加热时,同时启动风机,将产生的烟气吸入排气通道内,并吹向朝向出气口的方向。此外,风门40与风机之间还可以通过连动相连,如烤盘组件30位于烹饪腔体10外加热时,风门40打开第二进气口,同时控制启动风机,以将烟气由排气通道吹向朝向出气口的方向。
如图1所示,根据本发明的一个实施例,门体20处于打开位置时呈水平状态放置,此时烤盘组件30可以由烹饪腔10a内拉动至门体20上进行加热,即烤盘组件30可以从烹饪腔10a内移动到门体20上对食物进行加热,第二进气口设在烹饪腔体10的前侧,即朝向水平状态的门体20的一侧,这样,在门体20上的烤盘组件30(即在烹饪腔10a外)对食物进行加热时产生的烟气通过第二进气口进入排气通道内,防止加热产生的烟气到处扩散影响周围环境。
需要理解的是,根据本发明的另一个实施例,烹饪腔体10和烤盘组件30之间通过伸缩导电线进行连接,具体地,在烤盘组件30位于烹饪腔体10内时,伸缩导电线处于收缩状态,节省空间,在烤盘组件30由烹饪腔体10内拉动到烹饪腔体10外的过程中,伸缩导电线伸长,以使烤盘组件30在位于烹饪腔10a外时可加热,保证烤盘组件30在烹饪腔10a外的正常加热性能。
根据本发明的又一个实施例,风门40设在烹饪腔体10上,且相对于烹饪腔体10可以活动,例如,风门40的上端与烹饪腔体10枢转连接,风门40的下端相对于烹饪腔体10活动以打开或者关闭第二进气口。此外,烹饪器具100还包括驱动器,驱动器用于控制风门40进行活动,例如驱动器为电机,通过电机为风门40的活动提供动力,驱动风门40打开或关闭第二进气口。
根据本发明进一步的示例,烹饪器具还包括驱动器以及控制开关50,驱动器用于控制风门40活动,控制开关50用于控制驱动器驱动风门40。
具体地,在烹饪腔10a外对食物进行加热时,风门40可以打开第二进气口,加热产生的烟气通过第二进气口进入排气通道然后排出,在烹饪腔10a内加热或者不工作状态时,风门40关闭第二进气口。
具体地,例如驱动器为电机,通过电机为风门40的活动提供动力,驱动风门40打开或关闭第二进气口。控制开关50为按钮或者触摸开关,需要打开第二进气口时,按下按钮或者手指接触触摸开关,风门40打开第二进气口,用于吸入烤盘组件加热食物产生的空气,需要关闭第二进气口时,再按下按钮或者手指接触触摸开关,风门40关闭第二进气口。
如图1所示,可选地,在邻近第二进气口处设置有控制开关50,控制开关50用于控制风门40的动作,具体地,控制开关50可以为按钮或者触摸开关,需要打开第二进气口时,按下按钮或者手指接触触摸开关,风门40打开第二进气口,用于吸入烤盘组件30加热食物产生的空气,需要关闭第二进气口时,再按下按钮或者手指接触触摸开关,风门40关闭第二进气口。
参照图2,根据本发明的再一个实施例,烹饪器具100还包括过滤装置60,在排气通道内设有过滤装置60,由第二进气口吸入的烟气进入排气通道内,通过过滤装置60对烟气进行过滤,使得排出后烟气清洁卫生,在室内使用烹饪器具100时,不会污染室内环境,保证室内环境的清洁健康,用户体验好。
此外,过滤装置60可拆卸地设在排气通道内,当烹饪器具100在烹饪腔10a内对食物进行加热时,产生的烟气由第一进气口进入排气通道内,进入排气通道内的空气由风机吹向朝向出气口的方向,且经过过滤装置60对烟气进行过滤,使得由出气口排出的空气清洁,保证室内环境的无污染。
根据本发明实施例的烹饪器具100,通过将过滤装置60可拆卸地设置在排气通道内,且在烹饪腔体10外侧设置有与排气通道相连通的安装口10b,不仅可以对烹饪器具100加热产生的烟气进行过滤,防止污染室内环境,同时打开装饰盖70即可直接从安装口10b将过滤装置60取出,便于对过滤装置60和排气通道进行清洁,进而确保对排气通道内的空气进行有效过滤。
如图3所示,根据本发明的一个可选的示例,在烹饪腔体10的外侧设有安装口10b,安装口10b与排气通道相连通,可以在安装口10b处将过滤装置60安装到排气通道内,也可在安装口10b处将过滤装置60从排气通道内抽拉出来,通过在烹饪腔体10的外侧设置安装口10b,方便过滤装置60与排气通道的拆装,便于过滤装置60的更换、清洁,同时有助于对排气通道的清洁。
具体地,在烹饪腔体10内设有烹饪腔10a和排气通道,排气通道具有第一进气口和出气口,第一进气口朝向烹饪腔10a设置,出气口朝向外部设置,烹饪腔体10的外侧设有安装口10b。
如图3和图4所示,根据本发明的进一步的示例,烹饪器具100还包括装饰盖70,装饰盖70的形状与安装口10b的截面形状一致,装饰盖70盖合在安装口10b处,用来遮盖过滤装置60,这样,使得烤箱的外部整体简洁美观,且可以防止杂物落入排气通道内。
需要对过滤装置60进行清洁或者更换时,打开装饰盖70直接将过滤装置60从安装口10b取出即可,清洁或者更换完毕后装饰盖70关闭安装口10b,将过滤装置60封盖在排气通道内,操作方便,节省了拆装步骤,便于对过滤装置60和排气通道进行清洁。
如图3所示,根据本发明再一个可选的示例,在过滤装置60上还设置有提手13,在对过滤装置60进行安装或者拆卸过程中,手指捏住提手13即可拿起过滤装置60,便于操作,除此之外,提手13的设置还具有防呆的作用,操作者容易识别,提高了装配 效率。
如图2所示,根据本发明的一个实施例,装饰盖70设在烹饪腔体10的外侧,且装饰盖70在烹饪腔体10可以进行抽拉动作,需要对过滤装置60以及排气通道进行清洁时,将装饰盖70从烹饪腔体10上抽出,取出过滤装置60,清洁完毕后,将过滤装置60放置在排气通道内,然后装饰盖70关闭安装口10b,将过滤装置60封盖在排气通道内,操作方便。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,装饰盖70设在烹饪腔体10上,且装饰盖70相对于烹饪腔体10可以转动,具体地,需要对过滤装置60以及排气通道进行清洁时,旋转装饰盖70打开安装口10b,取出过滤装置60,清洁完毕后,将过滤装置60放置在排气通道内,然后转动装饰盖70关闭安装口10b,将过滤装置60封盖在排气通道内,这样,通过转动装饰盖70即可控制安装口10b的打开和关闭,操作方便。
根据本发明的又一个实施例,装饰盖70处于关闭安装口10b的位置时装饰盖70与烹饪腔体10卡扣配合相连,具体地,需要对过滤装置60以及排气通道进行清洁时,拆卸装饰盖70打开安装口10b,取出过滤装置60,清洁完毕后,将过滤装置60放置在排气通道内,然后使得装饰盖70上的卡扣与烹饪腔体10上相配合连接,关闭安装口10b,将过滤装置60封盖在排气通道内,连接可靠,拆装方便。
根据本发明的再一个实施例,在装饰盖70与烹饪腔体10之间设置有密封件,这样,当装饰盖70关闭安装口10b后,可以将过滤装置60密封在排气通道内,有效地防止异物进入排气通道内影响过滤效果。
参照图3,进一步地,在安装口10b的内周壁上设有定位筋11,定位筋11环绕在过滤装置60的外周,定位筋11所限定出的空腔,空腔的宽度与过滤装置60的厚度一致,可以将过滤装置60正好放入空腔内,装饰盖70陷入安装口10b内且配合在定位筋11上,即装饰盖70的下表面止抵在定位筋11上,以将过滤装置60封盖在排气通道内。
如图3所示,根据本发明另一个可选的示例,安装口10b的至少一侧设有手位凹槽12,即可以在安装口10b的周侧设有手位凹槽12,可以在安装口10b的一侧设置手位凹槽12,两侧设置有手位凹槽12,三侧设置有手位凹槽12等,这样,在对过滤装置60进行拆装操作时,在安装口10b的至少一侧设置有手位凹槽12,可以通过手位凹槽12将装饰盖70取出,操作方便。
如图3所示,根据本发明可选的实施例,过滤装置60包括安装框61和过滤网62,过滤网62设在安装框61上,安装框61对过滤网62具有保护作用,且通过在过滤网62的周边设置有安装框61,便于对过滤装置60进行操作。
如图3所示,根据本发明可选的实施例,烹饪腔体10限定出烹饪腔10a,烹饪腔10a向前敞开,烹饪器具100的炉门设在烹饪腔体10的前侧,炉门可以打开或者关闭烹饪腔10a,在烹饪腔体10的顶壁内设有排气通道,安装口10b设置在烹饪腔体10的顶壁上,这样,加热食物产生的烟气进入排气通道内,且过滤装置60对烟气进行过滤后排出,从安装口10b处可以取出过滤装置60,对过滤装置60和排气通道进行清洁,以保证过滤效果。
根据本发明可选的实施例,排气通道设置在烹饪腔体10的顶壁内,第二进气口设在烹饪腔体10的前表面上,出气口设在烹饪腔体10的后表面上,烤盘组件30在烹饪腔体10外进行加热时,产生的烟气由第二进气口进入排气通道内,风机将烟气吹向朝向出气口的方向,同时经过过滤装置60的过滤作用,过滤后的清洁空气通过出气口排出到烹饪腔体10外。
根据本发明实施例的烹饪器具100(例如烤箱)的其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种烹饪器具,其特征在于,包括:
    烹饪腔体,所述烹饪腔体内设有烹饪腔和排气通道,所述排气通道具有朝向所述烹饪腔的第一进气口和朝向外部的出气口;
    门体,所述门体设在所述烹饪腔体上以打开或者关闭所述烹饪腔;
    风机,所述风机用于驱动所述排气通道内的气体朝向所述出气口排出;
    烤盘组件,所述烤盘组件可位于所述烹饪腔内加热,所述烤盘组件也可位于所述烹饪腔外加热;其中,
    所述烹饪腔体的外侧设有连通所述排气通道的第二进气口,所述烹饪腔体上设有可开关所述第二进气口处的风门。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述门体处于打开位置时呈水平状态,所述烤盘组件可由所述烹饪腔内拉动至所述门体上进行加热,所述第二进气口设在所述烹饪腔体的朝向水平状态的所述门体的一侧。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述烹饪腔体和所述烤盘组件之间通过伸缩导电线相连,以使所述烤盘组件在位于所述烹饪腔外时可加热。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述风门可活动地设在所述烹饪腔体上,所述烹饪器具还包括用于控制所述风门活动的驱动器以及用于控制所述驱动器的控制开关。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述风门的控制开关邻近所述第二进气口设置。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,还包括:过滤装置,所述过滤装置设在所述排气通道内,所述烹饪腔体的外侧设有连通所述排气通道的安装口。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,包括:装饰盖,所述装饰盖用于打开或者关闭所述安装口,所述过滤装置可拆卸地设在所述排气通道内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述装饰盖可抽拉地设在所述烹饪腔体上。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述过滤装置从所述安装口可抽拉地设置在所述排气通道内。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述装饰盖盖合在所述安装口 处以遮盖所述过滤装置。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述装饰盖可转动地设在所述烹饪腔体上。
  12. 根据权利要求7所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述装饰盖处于关闭所述安装口的位置时可与所述烹饪腔体卡扣配合。
  13. 根据权利要求7所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述装饰盖与所述烹饪腔体之间设有密封件。
  14. 根据权利要求7所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述安装口的内周壁上设有定位筋,所述定位筋环绕在所述过滤装置的外周,所述装饰盖配合在所述定位筋上。
  15. 根据权利要求6所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述安装口的至少一侧设有手位凹槽。
  16. 根据权利要求7所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述过滤装置上设有提手。
  17. 根据权利要求7所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述过滤装置包括:安装框和过滤网,所述过滤网可拆卸地设在所述安装框上。
  18. 根据权利要求1所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述烹饪腔体向前敞开形成所述烹饪腔,所述烹饪器具的炉门可开合地设在所述烹饪腔体的前侧,所述烹饪腔体的顶壁内设有所述排气通道,所述安装口设在所述烹饪腔体的顶壁上。
  19. 根据权利要求1所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述第二进气口设在所述烹饪腔体的前表面上,所述出气口设在所述烹饪腔体的后表面上。
  20. 根据权利要求1-19中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述烹饪器具为烤箱。
