Description
本发明涉及油烟净化技术领域,尤其涉及一种油烟处理装置和烹饪系统。
随着智能技术的发展,如今社会正在快速步入智能化时代。而传统的厨房设备中除了电饭锅、电压锅、电磁炉等设备能够实现自动化,还有一部分设备需要用户手动操作,比如炒锅,这些设备已不能满足智能化的需求,需要人们花费时间在烹饪程序上。在自动化需求的驱动下,市场上出现了一些具有自动炒菜功能的炒菜机,并具有广泛应用的趋势。对于自动炒菜机的设计,其油烟处理一直都是其中的一个难题。而在自动炒菜机的炒菜的过程中,油烟污染问题也造成用户的困扰。具体地,现有的炒菜机普遍存在以下这些问题:
1、由于缺少油烟清除系统,所以清洗非常麻烦,一旦油烟进入机器的夹缝中,就不太容易清洗,容易滋生细菌,影响用户健康;
2、油烟排放不及时,影响机器的使用寿命;
3、对油烟处理不彻底,导致处理后仍然有大量的油烟被排放到空气中,对周边环境造成污染;
4、使用专用的油烟处理设备往往造价昂贵,成本较高。
发明内容

参见图1,所述油烟接口11设于所述喷淋室1内部一侧的底部,用于连接油烟管道6,所述油烟管道6穿过所述油烟接口11,将油烟排放到所述喷淋室1内部。所述喷淋室1的内部还设有若干所述过滤网13。优选地,所述喷淋室1的内部设有若干上隔板14和若干下隔板15,所述上隔板14和所述下隔板15交替分布,所述上隔板14的上端均安装在所述喷淋室1的顶部,所述下隔板15的下端均保留缝隙地贴近所述喷淋室1的底部,所述上隔板14和所述下隔板15均竖直安装在所述喷淋室1的内部,将所述喷淋室1的内部空间分隔成多个首尾依次相连的喷淋区间,形成多弯折烟道,以延长油烟在所述喷淋室1中的路程,增强喷淋过滤的效果。在本实施例中,所述油烟处理装置包括两块所述上隔板14和两块所述下隔板15,将所述喷淋室1分隔成首级喷淋区间、次级喷淋区间、三级喷淋区间、四级喷淋区间和末级喷淋区间,所述油烟接口11设于所述首级喷淋区间,所述喷淋室出口12设于所述末级喷淋区间。在其他情况下,所述油烟处理装置也可以包括更多或更少的所述上隔板14,也可以包括更多或更少的所述下隔板15,不影响本发明取得的有益效果。优选地,所述过滤网13均围成环形,并且可拆卸地竖直安装在多个所述喷淋区间中,在过滤油烟的同时,防止因油烟淤结在所述过滤网13上导致所述烟道堵塞。
所述四个喷淋器21一一对应地设于所述次级喷淋区间的顶端、所述三级喷
淋区间的顶端、所述四级喷淋区间的顶端和所述末级喷淋区间的顶端,并且所述喷淋器21均与所述喷水连接管22连接,。
优选地,所述喷淋室出口12连通到蓄水室4的进口,所述喷水连接管22连接到所述蓄水室4,并且所述喷水连接管22还设有至少一个循环水泵23,所述循环水泵23用于抽取所述蓄水室4内部的积水用于所述喷淋器21的喷淋。
优选地,所述管道装置2还包括进水喷淋器24和进水管25,所述进水喷淋器24设于所述首级喷淋区间中,所述进水喷淋器24的高度低于所述油烟管道6的管口,防止所述进水喷淋器24进行喷淋工作时水花进入所述油烟管道6。并且所述进水喷淋器24通过所述进水管25与外部水源连接,为所述蓄水室4提供充足的水量以供喷淋循环。优选地,所述管道装置2还包括进水水泵26,所述进水水泵26设于所述进水管25上。所述蓄水室4还设有溢水管41,用于在所述蓄水室4的水位过高时,排出高于所述溢水管41的积水。
优选地,所述油烟处理装置还包括过滤室5。所述过滤室5的进口与所述蓄水室4的出口连通,所述过滤室5的内部设有多个如所述过滤网13的过滤网51。所述过滤室5的出口与所述风机3的入风口连通,并且在所述过滤室5的出口还覆盖有过滤网。
在本实施例中,所述过滤网13和所述过滤网51均采用金属过滤网,在其他情况下,所述过滤网13和所述过滤网51也可以采用活性炭过滤网或者纱布过滤网等,且多个所述过滤网13采用的材料可以相同或不同,多个所述过滤网51采用的过滤网材料可以相同或不同,均不影响本发明取得的有益效果。
下面结合图1和图2,对本发明提供的油烟处理装置的工作过程进行详细的描述。
所述进水水泵26启动抽取外接水源的水,经由所述进水管25从所述进水喷淋器24喷出,并从所述下隔板15与所述喷淋室1的底部的缝隙流到所述喷淋室出口12,进入所述蓄水室4,水流充满所述下隔板15与所述喷淋室1的底部的
缝隙,防止油烟从所述缝隙逸出。风机3启动,使所述喷淋室1内部形成从所述首级喷淋区间依次到所述末级喷淋区间的气流,并且在所述蓄水室4中形成从所述蓄水室4的进口到所述蓄水室4的出口的气流,在所述过滤室5中形成从所述过滤室5的进口到所述过滤室5的出口的气流。所述油烟处理装置内部形成依次经过所述喷淋室1、所述蓄水室4、所述过滤室5和所述风机3并最后排出所述油烟处理装置的气流。
油烟从所述油烟管道6进入所述首级喷淋区间,所述进水喷淋器24对油烟进行喷淋降温,一部分油烟颗粒被所述首级喷淋区间的所述过滤网13过滤,一部分油烟颗粒落到所述喷淋室1的底部,并随着喷淋用水从所述下隔板15与所述喷淋室1底部的缝隙流入所述蓄水室4,其余油烟颗粒随着气流进入所述次级喷淋区间。
所述循环水泵23抽取所述蓄水室4中的积水,经过所述喷水连接管22,从所述喷淋器21喷出,对次级喷淋区间中的油烟进行降温,一部分油烟颗粒被所述次级喷淋区间中的所述过滤网13滤除,一部分油烟颗粒落到所述喷淋室1的底部,并随着喷淋用水从所述下隔板15与所述喷淋室1底部的缝隙流入所述蓄水室4,其余油烟颗粒随着气流进入下一喷淋区间,并在下一喷淋区间重复以上过程。经过多次喷淋过滤后残留的小部分油烟颗粒随气流从所述喷淋室出口12进入所述蓄水室4,被所述蓄水室4中的积水再次吸收,并经过所述过滤室5的所述过滤网51再次过滤。处理后的气体从所述风机3的出风口排出所述油烟处理装置。
本发明实施例提供的一种油烟处理装置,由所述风机3在所述油烟处理装置中引导气流,所述管道装置2对经过所述喷淋室1中的油烟进行喷淋降温,同时吸收油烟颗粒,一部分油烟颗粒被所述喷淋室1中的过滤网13所过滤,从而使处理后气体洁净可排放,减少了油烟在所述油烟处理装置中的残留,实现了快速对油烟进行处理,提高油烟中油烟颗粒与气体的分离效率,降低油烟处理的成本。
本发明实施例还提供了一种烹饪系统,所述烹饪系统包括烹饪装置、外壳以及如上一实施例所述的油烟处理装置。所述烹饪装置和所述油烟处理装置安装于所述外壳包围的所述烹饪系统的内部空间中,并且所述油烟处理装置通过如上一实施例所描述的工作过程对所述烹饪装置产生的油烟进行处理并排放到所述烹饪系统的外部,在此不作赘述。
本发明实施例提供的一种烹饪系统,通过所述油烟处理装置,由所述风机在所述油烟处理装置中引导气流,所述管道装置2对经过所述喷淋室中的油烟进行喷淋降温,同时吸收油烟颗粒,一部分油烟颗粒被所述喷淋室中的过滤网所过滤,从而使处理后气体洁净可排放,减少了油烟在所述烹饪系统中的残留,实现了快速对油烟进行处理,提高油烟中油烟颗粒与气体的分离效率,降低油烟处理的成本。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
- 一种油烟处理装置,其特征在于,包括喷淋室(1)、管道装置(2)和风机(3);所述喷淋室(1)设有油烟接口(11)、喷淋室出口(12)和若干过滤网(13);所述油烟接口(11)设于所述喷淋室(1)的一侧的底部、顶部或侧面,用于连接油烟管道(6),所述喷淋室出口(12)设于所述喷淋室(1)的另一侧的底部,用于油烟排出;若干所述过滤网(13)设于所述油烟接口(11)和所述喷淋室出口(12)之间;所述管道装置(2)包括喷水连接管(23)和至少一喷淋器(21),所述喷淋器(21)设于所述喷淋室(1)的顶部,并且通过所述喷水连接管(23)与水源连接;所述风机(3)的进风口与所述喷淋室出口(12)连接,所述风机(3)的出风口连通到所述油烟处理装置的外部。
- 如权利要求1所述的油烟处理装置,其特征在于,所述喷淋室(1)的内部还设有若干上隔板(14)和若干下隔板(15),所述上隔板(14)的上端均安装在所述喷淋室(1)的顶部,所述下隔板(15)的下端均贴近所述喷淋室(1)的底部;若干所述上隔板(14)和若干所述下隔板(15)交替分布,以在所述喷淋室(1)的内部分割出多个首尾依次相连的喷淋区间,其中所述油烟接口(11)设在首级喷淋区间,所述喷淋室出口(12)设在末级喷淋区间,若干所述过滤网(13)分布在多个所述喷淋区间中。
- 如权利要求2所述的油烟处理装置,其特征在于,所述过滤网(13)均围成环形,可拆卸地竖直安装在所述喷淋区间中。
- 如权利要求2所述的油烟处理装置,其特征在于,所述管道装置(2)还包括至少一循环水泵(23),所述循环水泵(23)设于所述喷水连接管(23)上。
- 如权利要求2所述的油烟处理装置,其特征在于,所述油烟处理装置还包括蓄水室(4),所述喷淋室(1)通过所述蓄水室(4)与所述风机(3)连接,所述蓄水室(4)的入口与所述喷淋室出口(12)连接,所述蓄水室(4)的出口与所述风机(3)的进风口连接,所述蓄水室(4)底部还设有出水口与所述喷水连接管(23)连接;所述蓄水室(4)还设有溢水管(41),用于排出所述蓄水室(4)中高于所述溢水管(41)的管口的积水。
- 如权利要求2所述的油烟处理装置,其特征在于,所述管道装置(2)还包括进水喷淋器(21),所述进水喷淋器(21)设于所述首级喷淋区间,并且所述进水喷淋器(21)的高度低于所述油烟管道(6)的出烟口的高度;所述进水喷淋器(21)通过进水管(25)连接到外部水源,所述进水管(25)上还设有进水水泵(26)。
- 如权利要求6所述的油烟处理装置,其特征在于,所述下隔板(15)的下端均与所述喷淋室(1)的底部之间留有缝隙。
- 如权利要求5所述的油烟处理装置,其特征在于,所述油烟处理装置还包括过滤室(5),所述蓄水室(4)通过所述过滤室(5)与所述风机(3)连接;所述过滤室(5)的入口与所述蓄水室(4)的出口连接,所述过滤室(5)的出口与所述风机(3)的入风口连接,所述过滤室(5)的出口还覆盖有过滤网(13)。
- 如权利要求8所述的油烟处理装置,其特征在于,所述过滤室(5)还设有多个过滤网(51),所述过滤室(5)的过滤网(51)均竖直安装在所述过滤室(5)内部。
- 一种烹饪系统,其特征在于,包括烹饪装置、外壳以及如权利要求1至9任一项所述的油烟处理装置;所述油烟处理装置安装在由所述外壳包围的所述烹饪系统的内部空间中,用于对所述烹饪装置产生的油烟进行处理,并将所述烹饪装置产生的油烟排出所述烹饪系统。
