Description
本实用新型涉及一种攻牙机。
攻牙机是在指定的通孔或是盲孔的内侧壁上加工出螺丝、螺纹或牙扣的加工设备。虽然攻牙机在机械加工领域应用较为广泛,但是其自动化的程度比较低,常采用手动装夹工件。特别是对于一些小工件孔攻牙时,需要人工将加工零件装配到攻牙机上,然后进行手动攻牙操作,工作效率低。随着CNC的广泛应用,攻牙效率大幅提升,然而,现有技术中CNC仍采用单轴攻牙,攻牙时间长,对于需要加工多个螺孔的工件,仍存在改进空间。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种攻牙机,旨在实现多工位攻螺纹,从而缩短加工周期。
一种攻牙机,包括机架、安装于所述机架上的定位治具及与所述定位治具对接的攻牙装置,所述定位治具用于装夹定位待加工的工件;所述攻牙机还包括:
上料模组,用于取送待加工的工件至所述定位治具;
下料模组,用于抓取加工完毕的工件并将该加工完毕的工件移出所述定位治具;及
控制单元,所述控制单元与所述上料模组、下料模组、定位治具及攻牙装置连接并控制所述上料模组、下料模组、定位治具及攻牙装置按预定顺序动作;
所述攻牙装置包括正向攻牙模组,所述正向攻牙模组包括多个第一攻牙轴及与所述多个第一攻牙轴一一对应的多个第一伺服电机。
作为优选,所述攻牙机还包括用于输送工件的流水线,所述上料模组及所述下料模组与所述流水线对接;
所述上料模组从所述流水线抓取待加工的工件并传送至所述定位治具,所述下料模组将加工完毕的工件抓取至所述流水线。
作为优选,所述攻牙机还包括移载机构;所述定位治具上设有上料工位、装夹工位及下料工位;所述移载机构与所述定位治具对接并移动连接于所述上料工位、装夹工位及下料工位之间;
所述上料模组抓取待加工的工件至所述上料工位,所述移载机构将该待加工的工件转运至所述装夹工位;工件加工完毕后再由所述移载机构移送至所述下料工位并由下料模组移出。
作为优选,所述上料模组包括:
第一支座,其与所述机架安装固定;
第一夹爪,所述第一夹爪移动连接于所述第一支座上并用于抓取工件;及
第一驱动单元,用于驱动所述第一夹爪动作。
作为优选,所述下料模组包括:
第二支座,其与所述机架安装固定;
第二夹爪,所述第二夹爪移动连接于所述第二支座上并用于抓取工件;及
第二驱动单元,用于驱动所述第二夹爪动作。
作为优选,所述攻牙装置还包括侧向攻牙模组,所述侧向攻牙模组包括若干第二攻牙轴;所述第二攻牙轴设置于所述定位治具侧面并与所述定位治具的定位平面形成预定夹角。
作为优选,所述若干第二攻牙轴分布于所述定位治具的两侧。
作为优选,所述定位治具包括:
下底板,其设置于所述移载机构上部,所述下底板上设有用于定位工件的定位销;
压紧块,其与所述定位销的位置对应;及
用于驱动所述压紧块的压紧气缸;
所述移载机构将工件移动至装夹工位时,所述定位销将所述工件定位,所述压紧气缸驱动所述压紧块将工件夹紧。
作为优选,所述正向攻牙模组还包括:
底座,安装于所述机架上部;
第一攻牙轴固定装置,所述第一攻牙轴及第一伺服电机安装于所述第一攻牙轴固定装置上;
顶升装置,其与所述第一攻牙轴固定装置连接并用于驱动所述第一攻牙轴固定装置移动。
作为优选,所述移载机构包括:
线性滑轨;
托料板,所述托料板滑动连接于所述线性滑轨上并用于承载工件;
第二伺服电机;
线性模组,其由所述第二伺服电机驱动并与所述托料板连接。
上述攻牙机中,所述控制单元与所述上料模组、下料模组、定位治具及攻牙装置连接并控制所述上料模组、下料模组、定位治具及攻牙装置按预定顺序动作,从而实现上料、攻牙、下料的动作循环。同时,多个第一攻牙轴可对工件的多个位置同时攻牙,可大幅缩短攻牙时间。

如图1至图6所示,攻牙机100包括控制单元(图中未示出)、机架10、上料模组20、下料模组50、安装于所述机架10上的定位治具60及与所述定位治具60对接的攻牙装置40。
所述上料模组20用于取送待加工的工件至所述定位治具60处。所述定位治具60用于装夹定位待加工的工件。所述攻牙装置40对装夹于定位治具60的工件进行攻牙作业后,所述下料模组50抓取加工完毕的工件并将该加工完毕的工件移出所述定位治具60。
控制单元可为一电控箱。所述控制单元与所述上料模组20、下料模组50、定位治具60及攻牙装置40连接并控制所述上料模组20、下料模组50、定位治具60及攻牙装置40按预定顺序动作。
所述攻牙装置40包括正向攻牙模组410。所述正向攻牙模组410包括多个第一攻牙轴4103及与所述多个第一攻牙轴4103一一对应的多个第一伺服电机4101。多个第一攻牙轴4103可对工件的多个位置同时攻牙,可大幅缩短攻牙时间。同时,每第一攻牙轴4103各由一第一伺服电机4101驱动,便于单独控制第一攻牙轴4103的转速和进给量。所述第一伺服电机4101的输出轴可通过联轴器4102与所述第一攻牙轴4103连接。
在具体实施中,所述正向攻牙模组410还可以包括底座4106、第一攻牙轴固定装置4108及顶升装置。所述底座4106安装于所述机架10的上部。所述第一攻牙轴4103及第一伺服电机4101安装于所述第一攻牙轴固定装置4108上。所述顶升装置与所述第一攻牙轴固定装置4108连接并用于驱动所述第一攻牙轴固定装置4108移动。如此一来,可通过所述顶升装置将所述第一攻牙轴4103、第一伺服电机4101及所述第一攻牙轴固定装置4108一同顶起,从而方便更换所述第一攻牙轴4103上的牙针。
具体而言,所述顶升装置可包括安装于所述底座4106上的顶升气缸4107、安装于底座4106上的导柱4104、套接于导向柱4104上的导向板4105。所述第一攻牙轴固定装置4108可为一抬升板。顶升气缸4107通过抬升板将所述第一攻牙轴4103、第一伺服电机4101及所述第一攻牙轴固定装置4108一同顶起。

工作时,所述上料模组20从所述流水线抓取待加工的工件并传送至所述定位治具60,所述下料模组50将加工完毕的工件抓取至所述流水线。
在另一优选实施方式中,所述攻牙机100还包括移载机构30。所述定位治具60上设有上料工位620、装夹工位及下料工位630。所述移载机构30与所述定位治具60对接并移动连接于所述上料工位620、装夹工位及下料工位630之间。
所述上料模组20抓取待加工的工件至所述上料工位620,所述移载机构30将该待加工的工件转运至所述装夹工位;工件加工完毕后再由所述移载机构30移送至所述下料工位630并由下料模组50将工件移出。
所述上料模组20可包括第一支座210、第一夹爪220及第一驱动单元230。第一支座210与所述机架10安装固定。所述第一夹爪220移动连接于所述第一支座210上并用于抓取工件。第一驱动单元230用于驱动所述第一夹爪220动作。
对应的,所述下料模组50可包括第二支座510、第二夹爪520及第二驱动单元530。第二支座510与所述机架10安装固定。所述第二夹爪520移动连接于所述第二支座510上并用于抓取工件。第二驱动单元530用于驱动所述第一夹爪220动作。因上料模组20、下料模组50属于较成熟的现有技术,在此不再详细描述其工作原理。
在又一优选实施方式中,所述攻牙装置40还包括侧向攻牙模组420。所述侧向攻牙模组420包括若干第二攻牙轴。所述第二攻牙轴设置于所述定位治具60侧面并与所述定位治具60的定位平面形成预定夹角,以便对工件侧侧面进行攻牙。若干第二攻牙轴可分布于所述定位治具60的两侧。
所述定位治具60可包括下底板610、压紧块及压紧气缸640。
所述下底板610其设置于所述移载机构30的上部。所述下底板610上设有用于定位工件的定位销。所述压紧块与所述定位销的位置对应。所述压紧气缸640用于驱动所述压紧块以将工件夹紧。即,所述移载机构30将工件移动至装夹工位时,所述定位销将所述工件定位,所述压紧气缸640驱动所述压紧块将工件夹紧。
在具体实施中,所述移载机构30包括第二伺服电机310、线性模组320、升降气缸330、托料板340及线性滑轨360。所述托料板340滑动连接于所述
线性滑轨360上并用于承载工件。托料板340上设有带动工件的挡块350。所述线性模组320由所述第二伺服电机310驱动并通过升降气缸330与所述托料板340连接,以带动托料板340移动。

Claims (10)
- 一种攻牙机,包括机架、安装于所述机架上的定位治具及与所述定位治具对接的攻牙装置,所述定位治具用于装夹定位待加工的工件;其特征在于,所述攻牙机还包括:上料模组,用于取送待加工的工件至所述定位治具;下料模组,用于抓取加工完毕的工件并将该加工完毕的工件移出所述定位治具;及控制单元,所述控制单元与所述上料模组、下料模组、定位治具及攻牙装置连接并控制所述上料模组、下料模组、定位治具及攻牙装置按预定顺序动作;所述攻牙装置包括正向攻牙模组,所述正向攻牙模组包括多个第一攻牙轴及与所述多个第一攻牙轴一一对应的多个第一伺服电机。
- 如权利要求1所述的攻牙机,其特征在于:所述攻牙机还包括用于输送工件的流水线,所述上料模组及所述下料模组与所述流水线对接;所述上料模组从所述流水线抓取待加工的工件并传送至所述定位治具,所述下料模组将加工完毕的工件抓取至所述流水线。
- 如权利要求1所述的攻牙机,其特征在于:所述攻牙机还包括移载机构;所述定位治具上设有上料工位、装夹工位及下料工位;所述移载机构与所述定位治具对接并移动连接于所述上料工位、装夹工位及下料工位之间;所述上料模组抓取待加工的工件至所述上料工位,所述移载机构将该待加工的工件转运至所述装夹工位;工件加工完毕后再由所述移载机构移送至所述下料工位并由下料模组移出。
- 如权利要求1所述的攻牙机,其特征在于,所述上料模组包括:第一支座,其与所述机架安装固定;第一夹爪,所述第一夹爪移动连接于所述第一支座上并用于抓取工件;及第一驱动单元,用于驱动所述第一夹爪动作。
- 如权利要求1所述的攻牙机,其特征在于,所述下料模组包括:第二支座,其与所述机架安装固定;第二夹爪,所述第二夹爪移动连接于所述第二支座上并用于抓取工件; 及第二驱动单元,用于驱动所述第二夹爪动作。
- 如权利要求1所述的攻牙机,其特征在于:所述攻牙装置还包括侧向攻牙模组,所述侧向攻牙模组包括若干第二攻牙轴;所述第二攻牙轴设置于所述定位治具侧面并与所述定位治具的定位平面形成预定夹角。
- 如权利要求6所述的攻牙机,其特征在于:所述若干第二攻牙轴分布于所述定位治具的两侧。
- 如权利要求3所述的攻牙机,其特征在于,所述定位治具包括:下底板,其设置于所述移载机构上部,所述下底板上设有用于定位工件的定位销;压紧块,其与所述定位销的位置对应;及用于驱动所述压紧块的压紧气缸;所述移载机构将工件移动至装夹工位时,所述定位销将所述工件定位,所述压紧气缸驱动所述压紧块将工件夹紧。
- 如权利要求1所述的攻牙机,其特征在于,所述正向攻牙模组还包括:底座,安装于所述机架上部;第一攻牙轴固定装置,所述第一攻牙轴及第一伺服电机安装于所述第一攻牙轴固定装置上;顶升装置,其与所述第一攻牙轴固定装置连接并用于驱动所述第一攻牙轴固定装置移动。
- 如权利要求3所述的攻牙机,其特征在于,所述移载机构包括:线性滑轨;托料板,所述托料板滑动连接于所述线性滑轨上并用于承载工件;第二伺服电机;线性模组,其由所述第二伺服电机驱动并与所述托料板连接。
