Description

照明装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置。更具体地来说,本发明涉及一种包括保护元件的照明装置。
背景技术
在现有的照明装置中,部分照明装置将光源模组设置于壳体中,并将导光模组悬吊于壳体的下方。然而,一般的悬吊方式往往会因搬运期间的晃动或碰撞造成导光模组自壳体脱离。
为了避免前述情形,部分照明装置会在光源模组上开设多个孔洞,并使定位柱穿过壳体和孔洞来避免导光模组掉落。然而,此种方式会使邻近定位柱的位置产生阴影,且在光源模组上额外开孔洞也会造成工时和成本的增加。因此,如何解决前述问题成为一项重要的课题。
发明内容
为了解决上述习知问题,本发明提供一种照明装置,包括壳体、光源模组、导光模组、以及保护元件。壳体具有容置空间,且光源模组设置于容置空间中。导光模组包括顶面、与顶面相对的底面、第一侧面、以及与第一侧面相对的第二侧面,其中,顶面接收光源模组发出的光线,且第一侧面和第二侧面连接顶面和底面。保护元件围绕第一侧面、底面和第二侧面,且其两端连接壳体。
本发明的实施例中,照明装置还包括两个辅助扣具,其分别设置于第一侧面和底面之间的连接处以及第二侧面和底面之间的连接处,其中,保护元件被辅助扣具限制。
本发明的实施例中,每个辅助扣具具有辅助凹槽,导光模组的部分容置于该辅助凹槽中。

请同时参考图2、3,壳体100具有容置空间101和通道102,其中,通道102连通容置空间101和外部环境。光源模组200设置于容置空间101中,导光模组300穿过通道102进入容置空间101。由于通道102的宽度与导光模组300的厚度大致相同,因此当导光模组300穿过通道102时,壳体100可以给导光模组300提供夹持力。
如图2-4所示,光源模组200包括电路板210和设置于电路板210上的多个发光二极管220。导光模组300具有顶面310、底面320、第一侧面330、以及第二侧面340。顶面310与底面320相对,第一侧面330与第二 侧面340相对,且第一侧面330和第二侧面340连接顶面310和底面320。在本实施例中,导光模组300的顶面310容置于壳体100的容置空间101中并且面对发光二极管220,因此,发光二极管220提供的光线可被导光模组300的顶面310接收。
导光模组300的第一侧面330上可形成凹陷部331,其邻近导光模组300的顶面310,且壳体100上的定位柱P1可延伸穿过凹陷部331。同样,导光模组300的第二侧面340上可形成凹陷部341,其邻近导光模组300的顶面310,且壳体100上的定位柱P2可延伸穿过凹陷部341。藉由凹陷部331、341以及定位柱P1、P2,可使导光模组300悬挂于壳体100下方。因此,在部分实施例中,导光模组300可不用壳体100夹持,而是利用凹陷部331、341以及定位柱P1、P2来悬挂。
请参考图2-5,两个辅助扣具400分别设置于第一侧面330和底面320之间的连接处、以及第二侧面340与底面320之间的连接处,且每个辅助扣具400具有辅助凹槽410和参考线槽420。辅助凹槽410具有L形结构,且其宽度比导光模组300的厚度略小或大致相同。因为本实施例中的辅助扣具400具有可挠性,因此当辅助扣具400安装于导光模组300上时,导光模组300的角落部分可容置于辅助扣具400的辅助凹槽410中,并被辅助扣具400夹持。此外,当辅助扣具400安装于导光模组300上时,辅助凹槽410位于导光模组300和参考线槽420之间。
在一些实施例中,导光模组300包括多个导光板(例如,本实施例中的导光模组300包括两个导光板301、302),在这些导光板之间可设置桥接扣具500以避免各个导光板之间产生相对位移。请参考图4和图6,与辅助扣具400类似,桥接扣具500包括桥接凹槽510和桥接线槽520,导光板301的部分容置于桥接凹槽510中,且导光板302的部分也容置于桥接凹槽510中。桥接凹槽510的宽度比导光模组300的厚度略小或大致相同,且桥接扣具500具有可挠性,因此,在桥接扣具500安装于导光模组300上时,桥接扣具500可夹持导光板301和导光板302。再者,当桥接扣具500安装于导光模组300上时,桥接凹槽510位于导光模组300和桥接线槽520之间。
应注意,桥接扣具500的数量可依需求增加或省略。举例而言,在导光模组300仅具有一片导光板的实施例中,可省略桥接扣具500。
请参考图4,保护元件600可为弹性线,例如包括尼龙、碳纤维或聚乙烯,且保护元件600的两端连接限位元件700。在本实施例中,限位元件700具有球状结构。
需特别说明,如图2、4、7所示,在本实施例中,壳体100包括本体110和至少一个侧板120,且侧板120上形成有彼此连通的穿孔121和沟槽122。沟槽122位于穿孔121和导光模组300之间,且其宽度小于限位元件700的宽度、并大于或等于保护元件600的线径,而穿孔121的尺寸则大于或等于限位元件700的尺寸。
在本实施例中,壳体100包括两个侧板120,分别安装于本体110的相对侧。在安装保护元件600时,可使设置于保护元件600一端的限位元件700穿过一个侧板120的穿孔121进入壳体100的容置空间101中,然后,限位元件700将落下并使保护元件600进入沟槽122中(如图4、8A所示)。由于保护元件600的一端穿过沟槽122与限位元件700连接,且限位元件700的宽度大于沟槽122的宽度,因此保护元件600的一端可被固定于壳体100的侧板120上。
接着,如图4、8B所示,锁固元件800可穿过穿孔121将侧板120固定于本体110上。如此一来,穿孔121将被锁固元件800封闭,故即使在搬运照明装置时限位元件700朝向穿孔121滑动,限位元件700也不会自穿孔121滑出而导致保护元件600脱落。
其次,可使保护元件600依序沿着第一侧面330的长轴方向、底面320的长轴方向、以及第二侧面340的长轴方向延伸,最后将保护元件600的另一端依照如上所述的相同方式固定于壳体100上。换言之,当保护元件600安装完成时,其会围绕导光模组300的第一侧面330、底面320和第二侧面340。因此,在定位柱P1、P2或导光模组300邻近凹陷部331、341的部分不慎断裂时,保护元件600仍可提供支撑力使导光模组300不致掉落。
在本实施例中,保护元件600接触辅助扣具400和桥接扣具500,并 容置于参考线槽420和桥接线槽520中。因此,保护元件600可由参考线槽420和桥接线槽520限制,以避免因保护元件600的滑动和位移造成无法给导光模组300提供支撑力的情形。再者,辅助扣具400和桥接扣具500可使保护元件600和导光模组300之间形成间隙,以避免导光模组300因保护元件600产生磨损。在本实施例中,参考线槽420和桥接线槽520的宽度大致等于保护元件600的线径。
保护元件600的总长度大致等于导光模组300的周长减去顶面310的长度,再加上顶面310与沟槽122之间的距离。由于保护元件600具有延展性,因此当保护元件600的一端固定时,使用者仅需施予少许拉力便可使另一端的限位元件700穿过侧板120的穿孔121。当保护元件600的两端固定并围绕导光模组300的第一侧面330、底面320和第二侧面340时,其可提供足够的弹性力来支撑导光模组300。
在一些实施例中,可省略定位柱P1、P2和导光模组300的凹陷部331、341,并利用保护元件600来支持导光模组300,如此一来,可去除因定位柱P1、P2产生的阴影。在一些实施例中,可省略辅助扣具400和桥接扣具500,保护元件600可直接接触导光模组300的第一侧面330、底面320和第二侧面340。藉此,可使照明装置的尺寸减小。
在一些实施例中,保护元件600的两端可利用其他方式固定于壳体100上。例如,请参考图8,在本发明的另一实施例中,保护元件600的端部连接至环状元件900,当锁固元件800穿过穿孔121将侧板120固定于本体110上时,锁固元件800也会穿过环状元件900,使环状元件900套设于锁固元件800上,进而使保护元件600的端部固定至壳体100。
在一些实施例中,保护元件600的两端可利用焊接或嵌入成型(insert molding)方式直接固定于限位元件700上。
综上所述,本发明提供一种照明装置,其可藉由围绕导光模组的第一侧面、底面、以及第二侧面的保护元件,有效地支持导光模组以免掉落。再者,更可避免在导光模组上形成凹陷部或使定位柱穿过该凹陷部时造成的阴影。
虽然本发明的实施例及其优点已进行了如上揭露,但应该了解,任何 所属技术领域的技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,应当可作更动、替代与润饰。此外,本发明的保护范围并未局限于本说明书内特定实施例中的制程、机器、制造、物质组成、装置、方法及步骤,任何所属技术领域的技术人员可从本发明揭示内容中理解现行或未来发展出的制程、机器、制造、物质组成、装置、方法及步骤,只要可以在本说明书所述的实施例中实施大抵相同功能或获得大抵相同结果皆可根据本发明使用。因此,本发明的保护范围包括上述制程、机器、制造、物质组成、装置、方法及步骤。另外,每项权利要求构成个别的实施例,且本发明的保护范围也包括各项权利要求及实施例的组合。
虽然本发明已数个较佳实施例进行了如上揭露,然其并非用以限定本发明。本发明所属技术领域的技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,应当可做些许的更动与润饰。因此本发明的保护范围应当以所附的权利要求书所界定的保护范围为准。此外,每项权利要求构成一个独立的实施例,且各项权利要求及实施例的组合皆落在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种照明装置,其包括:
    壳体,其具有容置空间;
    光源模组,其设置于所述容置空间中;
    导光模组,其包括:
    顶面,其接收所述光源模组发出的光线;
    底面,其与所述顶面相对;
    第一侧面,其连接所述顶面和所述底面;以及
    第二侧面,其与所述第一侧面相对且连接所述顶面和所述底面;以及
    保护元件,其围绕所述导光模组的所述第一侧面、所述底面和所述第二侧面,且所述保护元件的两端连接所述壳体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的照明装置,其中,所述照明装置还包括两个辅助扣具,其分别设置于所述第一侧面和所述底面之间的连接处以及所述第二侧面和所述底面之间的连接处,其中,所述保护元件被所述些辅助扣具限制。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的照明装置,其中,每个辅助扣具具有辅助凹槽,所述导光模组的部分容置于所述辅助凹槽中。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的照明装置,其中,每个辅助扣具具有参考线槽,且所述保护元件容置于所述参考线槽中。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的照明装置,其中,所述导光模组包括多个导光板,且所述照明装置还包括至少一个桥接扣具,其连接相邻的所述导光板,其中,所述保护元件被所述桥接扣具限制。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的照明装置,其中,所述桥接扣具具有桥接凹槽,所述导光模组的部分容置于所述桥接凹槽中。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的照明装置,其中,所述桥接扣具具有桥接线槽,且所述保护元件容置于所述桥接线槽中。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的照明装置,其中,所述壳体具有沟槽,且所 述照明装置还包括限位元件,其中,所述限位元件的宽度大于所述沟槽的宽度,且所述保护元件的一端穿过所述沟槽与所述限位元件连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的照明装置,其中,所述壳体还包括穿孔,其与所述沟槽连通,且所述限位元件穿过所述穿孔。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的照明装置,其中,所述照明装置还包括锁固元件,且所述壳体还包括本体和侧板,其中,所述穿孔和所述沟槽形成于所述侧板上,且所述锁固元件穿过所述穿孔将所述侧板固定于所述本体上。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的照明装置,其中,所述照明装置还包括锁固元件和环状元件,且所述壳体还包括本体和侧板,所述侧板藉由所述锁固元件固定于所述本体上,其中,所述环状元件套设于所述锁固元件上,且所述保护元件连接所述环状元件。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的照明装置,其中,所述导光模组包括至少一个凹陷部,且所述照明装置还包括至少一个定位柱,其延伸穿过所述凹陷部。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的照明装置,其中,所述凹陷部邻近所述第一侧面及/或所述第二侧面。
