Definitions
- the present invention relates to a tensile-strength type scar reduction film, and more particularly, to a tensile-strength scar reduction film which is capable of dispersing and removing a tensile force transmitted to a wound region by attaching a film to a wound region where tensile force acts, Which is capable of preventing scar formation and preventing scar formation.
- Hypertrophic scars are a type of scarring that occurs after a skin has been damaged by trauma or surgery, including burns, which means that the scar is sprung up and grows wider due to the tension on the damaged skin surface.
- the degree of proliferation varies depending on the size of the trauma, and when the tension is additionally generated in the traumatic region, the tension generated by the tension increases the cell proliferation range by increasing the interval of the traumatic region, When removed, excessively proliferated cells protrude to the outside of the skin surface, causing cosmetic problems.
- a method of continuously applying ointment, removing the scar by incision, or compressing through compression stocking to prevent the scar from splashing was applied.
- the method of applying the ointment is possible in the case of a relatively small trauma, and in the case of a wound, it is not suitable for decreasing the scar formation due to the tension acting on the wound region depending on the formation position.
- incision is a different method than minimizing scarring in advance in a post-surgical manner that is additionally performed after trauma healing.
- compression stocking it is mainly used in the wound area by surgery. It compresses a relatively large area including the wound area and restricts the movement, thereby reducing the scarring to some extent. However, the expansion and contraction are repeated It is possible to restrict the extent of expansion to reduce the tension transferred to the wound area, but it has a great negative effect when the wearer breathes or when the abdomen is inflated by taking food.
- Korean Registered Utility Model No. 20-0288594 (registered on August 29, 2002, hereinafter referred to as 'prior art document') presented a bandage to prevent the wound from happening.
- the foregoing prior art document discloses a water-soluble antibiotic which is applied to the outside of the bandage to protect and sterilize the wound area, And an adhesive which is applied to the periphery of the bandage to adhere the bandage to the wound area, thereby preventing the wounds from spreading.

- the film body may be attached to one side where the length of the side of the wound is asymmetrical with respect to the length of the wound, and one side of the side where the length is relatively long, , And the other side of the two side portions having a relatively small length is attached to the other side where the tensile force is relatively small.
- the film body is attached to one side of the wound area where both side areas are asymmetric with respect to each other, and one side of the wound side where the area is relatively large, , And the other side of the opposite side where the area is relatively small is attached to the other side where the relatively small tension is generated in the wound area.
- an embodiment of the present invention is a film processing apparatus comprising: a film body folded on the basis of a folding line and attached to a wound site; And a bonding portion coated on one side or both sides of the film body so that the film body is adhered to a wound site.
- the film body may include: a first film body attached to a wound site; And a second film body extending from an end of the first film body and folded in a direction in which the first film body is positioned through a first tangent line and superimposed with the first film body.
- the embodiment of the present invention it is possible to disperse the tension generated in the wound area by the external angle of the wound area, thereby reducing the tension transmitted to the wound area, thereby suppressing scarring due to wounds.
- a large area of a film is attached to a large area of a human body where a large tension is generated so that the tension is transmitted to the film through a large area.
- the tensile force is attenuated by elastic deformation.
- the wound is partially redistributed so as to minimize the transmission of tension to the wound area, and the wound is fixed in two steps, namely, tension reduction and wound scarring.

- the second adhesive portion 99 may be coated on the other surface of the second film portion 95 except for the region F5 which is in close contact with the first film portion 91 and coated.
- the tensile damping type scarring reduction film 90 according to the sixth embodiment of the present invention has a structure in which the first film portion 91 and the second film portion 95 are tangent to each other
- the tensile force generated in the wound area A is reduced by the same structure as that of the tensile damping type scarring reduction film 50 according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention, It is possible to inhibit the formation of hypertrophic scars due to wound spreading.
- the tension generated in the wound area A due to the nature of the abdomen shape can act as a quadrangle D2.
- the first film part 91 corresponds to the abdominal shape So as to efficiently provide the elastic force of the film in the direction D3 opposite to the tensile direction so that the tensile force acting in all directions (D2) on the wound area (A) can be more effectively attenuated to form a hypertrophic scar Can be suppressed.
