Description

一种纺织机械用高效除尘装置 技术领域
本发明属于纺织机械除尘技术领域,具体涉及一种纺织机械用高效除尘装置。
背景技术
随着科技的不断发展,人类生活水平的提高,人们对工作环境的舒适度要求越来越高,但在纺织生产过程中,从原料加工到织成布需要经历很多道工序,每道工序都会产生毛絮、粉尘等,造成了环境的严重污染,会对人体造成伤害,而且当粉尘、棉絮等进入到设备内容易造成设备故障,造成生产停滞,影响生产效率,另外,纺织车间内的设备多,散热多,会产生大量的余热余湿,对纺织品的生产造成很大的影响。
现有的纺织机械用除尘设备大多数是通过喷水,把空气中的粉尘、毛絮等洒湿,坠落到地上之后再进行清扫,这种设备除尘效率低、而且繁琐,因此设计了一种纺织机械用高效除尘装置,该纺织机械用高效除尘装置结构简单、操作方便、除尘效率高,具有很强的实用性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种纺织机械用高效除尘装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种纺织机械用高效除尘装置,包括底座和装置外壳,所述装置外壳与底座上表面固定连接,所述底座内部下表面中部安装有电源,所述装置外壳顶端中部安装有进风口,所述进风口与装置外壳贯通连接,所述装置外壳内部中间安装有隔板,所 述隔板上表面中心处安装有抽风机,所述隔板下表面安装有废物收集箱,所述废物收集箱与装置外壳镶嵌连接,所述废物收集箱包括飞絮收集盒、粉尘过滤网、粉尘收集盒、透气薄膜和把手,所述飞絮收集盒底面镶嵌连接有粉尘收集盒,且中间用粉尘过滤网隔开,所述粉尘收集盒底端粘接有透气薄膜,所述飞絮收集盒与粉尘收集盒左侧中部安装有把手,所述装置外壳左侧底端安装有出风管,所述装置外壳左侧上端安装有控制开关。
优选的,所述底座底面安装有橡胶垫,且底座与电源连接处安装有充电插口。
优选的,所述进风口为漏斗式进风口,且在进风口顶端通过圆柱形凹槽螺纹连接有盖子。
优选的,所述隔板上安装有至少20个直径为1厘米的通孔,且通孔以圆形均匀分部在隔板上。
优选的,所述抽风机的电机四周安装有隔音罩,且抽风机的风叶四周安装有进风过滤网。
优选的,所述出风管与装置外壳贯通连接,且在出风管上安装有滤网。
本发明的技术效果和优点:该纺织机械用高效除尘装置,打开抽风机通过漏斗式进风口可以尽可能的把四周空气中的飞絮、粉尘等废物吸进废物收集箱内,通过粉尘过滤网可以把飞絮留在飞絮收集盒内,通过透气薄膜可以把粉尘过滤在粉尘收集盒内,经过粉尘过滤网和透气薄膜能够把飞絮、粉尘等废物完全过滤掉,净化了空气,保障了工作人员的身体健康,该纺织机械用高效除尘装置结构简单、操作方便、除尘效率高,具有很强的实用性。

请参阅图1,图1为本发明的结构示意图,一种纺织机械用高效除尘装置,包括底座1和装置外壳2,所述装置外壳2与底座1上表面固定连接,所述底座1内部下表面中部安装有电源8,所述底座1底面安装有橡胶垫,且底座1与电源8连接处安装有充电插口,通过橡胶垫可以减少底座1的磨损,所述装置外壳2顶端中部安装有进风口3,所述进风口3为漏斗式进风口,所述进风口3与装置外壳2贯通连接,且在进风口3顶端通过圆柱形凹槽螺纹连接有盖子,所述装置外壳2内部中间安装有隔板4,所述隔板4上安装有至少20个直径为1厘米的通孔,且通孔以圆形均匀分部在隔板4上,所述隔板4上表面中心处安装有抽风机5,所述抽风机5的电机四周 安装有隔音罩,且抽风机5的风叶四周安装有进风过滤网10,通过进风过滤网10可以保护风叶,所述隔板4下表面安装有废物收集箱6,所述装置外壳2左侧底端安装有出风管7,所述出风管7与装置外壳2贯通连接,且在出风管7上安装有滤网,所述装置外壳2左侧上端安装有控制开关9。
请参阅图1和图2,图2为本发明中废物收集箱的结构示意图,所述废物收集箱6与装置外壳2镶嵌连接,所述废物收集箱6包括飞絮收集盒61、粉尘过滤网62、粉尘收集盒63、透气薄膜64和把手65,所述飞絮收集盒61底面镶嵌连接有粉尘收集盒63,且中间用粉尘过滤网62隔开,所述粉尘收集盒63底端粘接有透气薄膜64,所述飞絮收集盒61与粉尘收集盒63左侧中部安装有把手65,通过粉尘过滤网62和透气薄膜4能够把飞絮和粉尘分层过滤,除尘效果好。
请参阅图1和图3,图3为本发明的电路原理图,包括抽风机5、电源8和控制开关9,所述电源8通过导线与控制开关8电性连接,所述控制开关8通过导线与抽风机5电性连接,所述抽风机5通过导线与电源8电性连接,通过抽风机5可以把空气中的飞絮等吸进废物收集箱6内。
工作原理:首先把漏斗3上的盖子打开,然后打开控制开关9,通过抽风机5能够把空气中的飞絮、粉尘等吸入废物收集箱6内,通过粉尘过滤网62和透气薄膜4能够把飞絮和粉尘分层过滤,除尘效果好,并通过出风管7不断的输出干净的空气,除尘结束后把废物收集箱6拿出,并把飞絮收集盒61和粉尘收集盒63中的废物扔掉即可。

  1. 一种纺织机械用高效除尘装置,包括底座(1)和装置外壳(2),其特征在于:所述装置外壳(2)与底座(1)上表面固定连接,所述底座(1)内部下表面中部安装有电源(8),所述装置外壳(2)顶端中部安装有进风口(3),所述进风口(3)与装置外壳(2)贯通连接,所述装置外壳(2)内部中间安装有隔板(4),所述隔板(4)上表面中心处安装有抽风机(5),所述隔板(4)下表面安装有废物收集箱(6),所述废物收集箱(6)与装置外壳(2)镶嵌连接,所述废物收集箱(6)包括飞絮收集盒(61)、粉尘过滤网(62)、粉尘收集盒(63)、透气薄膜(64)和把手(65),所述飞絮收集盒(61)底面镶嵌连接有粉尘收集盒(63),且中间用粉尘过滤网(62)隔开,所述粉尘收集盒(63)底端粘接有透气薄膜(64),所述飞絮收集盒(61)与粉尘收集盒(63)左侧中部安装有把手(65),所述装置外壳(2)左侧底端安装有出风管(7),所述装置外壳(2)左侧上端安装有控制开关(9)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织机械用高效除尘装置,其特征在于:所述底座(1)底面安装有橡胶垫,且底座(1)与电源(8)连接处安装有充电插口。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织机械用高效除尘装置,其特征在于:所述进风口(3)为漏斗式进风口,且在进风口(3)顶端通过圆柱形凹槽螺纹连接有盖子。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织机械用高效除尘装置,其特征在于:所述隔板(4)上安装有至少20个直径为1厘米的通孔,且通孔以圆形均匀分部在隔板(4)上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织机械用高效除尘装置,其特征在于:所 述抽风机(5)的电机四周安装有隔音罩,且抽风机(5)的风叶四周安装有进风过滤网(10)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织机械用高效除尘装置,其特征在于:所述出风管(7)与装置外壳(2)贯通连接,且在出风管(7)上安装有滤网。
