一种肥料用液体植物营养助剂多点喷涂设备 技术领域
本发明涉及一种肥料用液体植物营养助剂多点喷涂设备，为肥料制造领域。
背景技术
目前，国内、国外在肥料表面包裹液体植物营养助剂，需要将固含量30～60％的液体植物营养助剂添加到包裹滚筒中，使颗粒状、片状肥料表面包裹一层或者多层液体植物营养助剂。液体植物营养助剂储槽出料口位置高于包裹滚筒进料口，在液体植物营养助剂储槽底部安装一根管道并伸入包裹机内，液体植物营养助剂通过管道，流淌进入包裹滚筒内肥料表面。包裹滚筒内，处于管道正下方，料床表面的肥料接触到液体植物营养助剂，随着包裹滚筒滚动，表面被包裹一层或者多层液体植物营养助剂；而偏离管道下方的肥料，没有接触到液体植物营养助剂，形成花料；该生产工艺不科学。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上述现有技术存在的问题和缺陷，提供一种肥料用液体植物营养助剂多点喷涂设备，本发明安装在液体植物营养助剂生产包裹滚筒内，充分利用包裹滚筒在肥料表面均匀包裹液体植物营养助剂。
本发明设备是通过以下方式实现的：
一种肥料用液体植物营养助剂多点喷涂设备，包括布料管和若干锥形喷嘴，其特征在于：在包裹滚筒内安装一根布料管，若干锥形喷嘴均匀安装在布料管上，布料管一端与液体植物营养助剂输送管道相连，另一端用堵头堵死，布料管长度等于或者大于包裹滚筒长度。
所述的锥形喷嘴设有螺旋渐开线切缝。
所述的布料管、锥形喷嘴的材质为金属、陶瓷、塑料、复合材料中的任意一种。
所述的布料管长度等于或者大于包裹滚筒长度。
在所述输送的液体植物营养助剂管道上安装压力表，用于指示本发明设备的工作压力，防止杂质堵塞锥形喷嘴影响生产。
利用本发明设备使液体植物营养助剂在包裹滚筒内均匀喷雾，并喷洒到包裹滚筒料床表面，用于肥料包裹。
本发明优点如下：1、结构简单，制造容易，投资少。2、多点喷涂均匀。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图详述本发明内容。
如图1所示，本发明设备包括布料管1和四个锥形喷嘴2，其特征在于：在包裹机内安装一布料管1，四个锥形喷嘴2均匀安装在布料管1上，布料管1一端与液体植物营养助剂输送管道3通过丝扣或者法兰相连，另一端用堵头5堵死，所述的锥形喷嘴1设有螺旋渐开线切缝；为稳定运行，在输送的液体植物营养助剂的输送管道3上安装压力表4，用于指示本发明的工作压力，防止杂质堵塞锥形喷嘴影响生产。
液体植物营养助剂在泵加压下，通过输送管道3进入多点喷涂设备，输送管道3的材质为塑料，通过布料管1上的锥形喷嘴2均匀分配液体植物营养助剂。锥形喷嘴数量视产能需要确定，一般10万吨产能安装数量为5个锥形喷嘴2。布料管长度等于包裹滚筒长度；内径80mm；锥形喷嘴2通过丝扣与布料管1连接。布料管1、锥形喷嘴2选用金属、陶瓷或塑料加工而成。布料管末端安有堵头，方便对设备检修。

  1. 一种肥料用液体植物营养助剂多点喷涂设备，包括布料管和若干锥形喷嘴，其特征在于：在包裹滚筒内安装一根布料管，若干锥形喷嘴均匀安装在布料管上，布料管一端与液体植物营养助剂输送管道相连，另一端用堵头堵死。
  2. 如权利要求书1所述的一种肥料用液体植物营养助剂多点喷涂设备，其特征在于：所述的锥形喷嘴设有螺旋渐开线切缝。
  3. 如权利要求书1所述的一种肥料用液体植物营养助剂多点喷涂设备，其特征在于：所述的布料管、锥形喷嘴的材质均为金属、陶瓷、塑料、复合材料中的任意一种。
  4. 如权利要求书1所述的一种肥料用液体植物营养助剂多点喷涂设备，其特征在于：所述布料管长度等于或者大于包裹滚筒长度。
