Description

一种快速温热饮料的温加热装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种快速温热饮料的温加热装置。
背景技术
牛奶、咖啡、茶、清酒、黄酒等饮料在饮用前最好先温热,能够提高饮料的口感、也有利于人体吸收。
饮料温热时,通常会采用水浴或酒精加热的方式进行,其缺点是,温热速度慢,而且温度控制不准确,容易破坏饮料中的营养成分。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种快速温热饮料的温加热装置,其温热速度快,温热温度控制准确,不会破坏食物中的营养成分。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种快速温热饮料的温加热装置,包括主机和温热杯,其特征在于,所述温热杯包括外壳和设置在其内的内胆,所述内胆上设有发热元件,外壳上设有与发热元件电连接的插头;所述主机上设有供电装置及控制组件,供电装置上设有插孔,控制组件与插孔电连接;所述温热杯通过插头插入插孔内以固定在主机或供电装置上,并且使控制组件通过相互耦合的插孔及插头与发热元件电连接。
所述内胆通过不锈钢制成,所述发热元件为布设在内胆外表面的厚膜发热体。
所述厚膜发热体上设有温度传感器。
所述插头凸设在外壳表面,插头上布设有若干插头接线端子,插头接线端子与发热元件电性连接;所述插孔凹设在供电装置表面,插孔上对应布设有若干插孔接线端子,插孔接线端子与控制组件电性连接;所述插头与插入插孔内使插头接线端子与插孔接线端子相互耦合。
所述主机呈平板状,其上表面形成置物平台;所述控制组件内置于主机内,其控制按键和显示屏外露在主机的表面。
所述供电装置为竖向设置在主机上的供电桩,插孔开设在供电桩的顶部和/或侧部。
所述温热杯上设有可盖住内胆的杯盖。
所述温热杯的底部设有出水阀。
所述出水阀包括设置在外壳及内胆底部的出水孔,所述出水孔设有可通过重力或弹性装置封住出水孔的单向阀球,所述外壳或内胆上设有可抬起单向阀球以打开出水孔的控制杆。
所述控制杆转动连接在外壳或内胆上,一端与单向阀球抵靠,另外一端伸出外壳,所述内胆内设有向出水孔倾斜的斜面。
本发明有益效果是:
温热杯能够盛装饮料,温热杯通过插装放置在主机上即可进行快速温热,能够实现对温热温度的精准控制。
对温热牛奶、咖啡、茶等饮料时,可设定在40-50℃的温热温度;对温热黄酒、清酒等饮料时,可设定在50-60℃的温热温度;对制作温泉蛋时,可设定在70-80℃的温热温度,温加热速度快、温热温度控制准确,食物中的营养成分保留效果好。

下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
第一实施例
参见图1,本快速温热饮料的温加热装置,包括主机1和温热杯,其特征在于,所述温热杯包括外壳20和设置在其内的内胆21,所述内胆21上设有发热元件22,外壳20上设有与发热元件22电连接的插头23;所述主机1上设有供电装置11及控制组件10,供电装置11上设有插孔12,控制组件10与插孔12电连接;所述温热杯通过插头23插入插孔12内以固定在主机1或供电装置11上,并且使控制组件10通过相互耦合的插孔12及插头23与发热元件22电连接。温热杯能够盛装一定量的饮料,盛装的饮料容量一般以250ml内为宜,温热杯通过插头23与插孔12相互插装放置在主机1的供电装置11上即可进行快速温热,温热过程通过控制组件10智能化控制,能够实现对温热温度的精准控制,食物中的营养成 分保留效果好,温热温度、温热模式能够多样化选择,适合更多饮料的温热使用。温热过程结束后,温热杯能够分体式独立使用,适合各种商用及家用场合,适合企业推广。
所述内胆21通过不锈钢制成,所述发热元件22为布设在内胆21外表面的厚膜发热体,厚膜发热体覆盖在发热元件22外表面,覆盖面积大,能够更均匀地对内胆21进行加热,提高加热速度以及加热均匀性。另外在所述厚膜发热体上设有温度传感器(图中未画出),便于控制加热温度。厚膜加热体热容量小,能够高效地转化热量并通过内胆21传导至其内部的饮料上,加热效率高,有助于实现快速加热。
所述插头23凸设在外壳20表面,插头23上布设有若干插头接线端子231,插头接线端子231与发热元件22电性连接;所述插孔12凹设在供电装置11表面,插孔12上对应布设有若干插孔接线端子121,插孔接线端子121与控制组件10电性连接;所述插头23与插入插孔12内使插头接线端子231与插孔接线端子121相互耦合,从而实现控制组件10与发热元件22相互电连接,该技术方案简单且稳定可靠,使用寿命长,制造成本低。
所述主机1呈平板状,其上表面形成置物平台,可用于放置温热杯或其他物品,适用范围广;所述控制组件10内置于主机1内,其控制按键和显示屏外露在主机1的表面,便于用户操控。
所述供电装置11为竖向设置在主机1上的供电桩,插孔12开设在供电桩的顶部和/或侧部,便于温热杯与供电桩的插装,符合人机工程,操作便捷、顺手。

所述出水阀包括设置在外壳20及内胆21底部的出水孔41,所述出水孔41设有可通过重力或弹性装置(图中未画出)封住出水孔41的单向阀球42,所述外壳20或内胆21上设有可抬起单向阀球42以打开出水孔41的控制杆43,通过控制杆43可打开单向阀球42,使温热杯内的饮料流出,转至其他容器(如茶杯5)盛装。
