所述咖啡斗安装到所述主机上时,所述内斗套合于所述外斗内且二者之间构成与所述出水孔连通的第一容腔,所述保护斗套合于所述内斗内,所述斗盖组件扣到所述内斗、所述保护斗上以构成第二容腔,所述第二容腔的入水口和所述入水孔连通,所述动力机构与所述斗盖组件连接以驱动所述斗盖组件工作。
进一步的,所述斗盖组件包括有斗盖、轴套、轴承、密封圈、垫片、连接头、轴杆和粉碎刀;

(2)本实用新型提供的一种用于磨豆咖啡机的咖啡斗,整体结构简单易拆装,便于使用,且有利于降低设备制作成本。

咖啡斗1安装到主机2上时,内斗13套合于外斗14内且二者之间构成与出水孔141连通的第一容腔4,保护斗12套合于内斗13内,斗盖组件11扣到内斗13、保护斗12上以构成第二容腔5,第二容腔4的入水口和入水孔21连通,动力机构3与斗盖组件11连接以驱动斗盖组件11工作。
基于上述的结构设计,本实用新型所述的咖啡斗1在保证咖啡液得到有效萃取的前提下,内斗13上的过滤网131还可以得到保护斗12的良好保护,以避免其在磨豆过程中遭受损伤,从而有效地保证了制成的咖啡饮品的良好口感。

在上述实施例中,如图1~3所示,保护斗12上半部的单位面积内具有的通孔数少于保护斗12下半部的单位面积内具有的通孔数,该结构设计既可以保证水蒸汽从保护斗12上部的通孔121顺畅通过,以用于将咖啡液压出内斗13上的过滤网131,又可以保证咖啡液可以从保护斗12下部的通孔121顺畅地流入内斗13内。

最后,需要说明的是:在上述实施例中,如图1~3所示,通孔121设于保护斗12的侧壁,过滤网131作为内斗13的侧壁,且过滤网131由金属材料制成,但是,在本实用新型中,通孔121还可以设于保护斗12的底部,过滤网131还可以作为内斗13的底部,且过滤网131也可以由其它材料制成,诸如此类的结构改变均属于本实用新型的等效保护范围。

- 根据权利要求1所述的用于磨豆咖啡机的咖啡斗,其特征在于:所述斗盖组件包括有斗盖、轴套、轴承、密封圈、垫片、连接头、轴杆和粉碎刀;所述第二容腔的入水口设于所述斗盖上,所述轴套固定在所述斗盖的端面中心且在所述斗盖的厚度方向上贯穿,所述密封圈、所述轴承从所述斗盖的外端面侧依次固定套设于所述轴套内,所述轴杆活动套设于所述密封圈和所述轴承内,所述垫片套设于所述轴杆上,所述轴杆的一端设于所述保护斗的内腔内并与所述粉碎刀连接,所述轴杆的另一端设有所述连接头,所述垫片位于所述连接头和所述轴承之间;所述咖啡斗安装到所述主机上时,所述连接头与所述动力机构耦合连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的用于磨豆咖啡机的咖啡斗,其特征在于:所述动力机构包括有与电源电连接的快速电机、电机耦合头;所述快速电机的电机轴与所述电机耦合头连接;所述咖啡斗安装到所述主机上时,所述连接头与所述电机耦合头耦合连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的用于磨豆咖啡机的咖啡斗,其特征在于:所述轴杆与所述粉碎刀之间的连接为旋合连接或者铆合连接。
- 根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的用于磨豆咖啡机的咖啡斗,其特征在于:所述咖啡机包括有咖啡杯;所述咖啡杯置于所述咖啡斗下方时,所述咖啡杯的内腔与所述出水孔连通;所述主机内设有水箱、与电源电连接的发热组件,所述水箱与所述发热组件连通;所述咖啡斗安装到所述主机上时,所述发热组件与所述入水孔连通。
- 根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的用于磨豆咖啡机的咖啡斗,其特征在于:所述保护斗的 内壁设有多个突出部。
- 根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的用于磨豆咖啡机的咖啡斗,其特征在于:所述保护斗上半部的单位面积内具有的通孔数少于所述保护斗下半部的单位面积内具有的通孔数。
- 根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的用于磨豆咖啡机的咖啡斗,其特征在于:所述咖啡斗安装到所述主机上时,所述动力机构位于所述咖啡斗的上方。
- 根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的用于磨豆咖啡机的咖啡斗,其特征在于:所述咖啡斗由食品级耐高温透明材质制成。
- 根据权利要求9所述的用于磨豆咖啡机的咖啡斗,其特征在于:所述食品级耐高温透明材质为PP料。
