Abstract

一种LED平板灯总成及在旧灯盘中安装LED灯具的方法。LED平板灯总成,灯盘(1)开口端内壁设有径向延伸且垂直转折的半环形槽(2),半环形槽(2)槽底部固设有安装构件(3),安装构件(3)设有供LED灯具(4)嵌合安装的安装槽(31),安装槽(31)槽壁设有若干用于吸附LED灯具(4)定位的磁性体(5)。安装方法包括:1.将原灯盘(1)内的反光格栅(6)和日光灯管(7)拆除;2.将LED灯具(4)通过LED灯具(4)内壁吊索(41)的钩件(42)钩扣在灯盘(1)内壁面的钩槽(11)内,将LED灯具(4)锁扣在灯盘(1)上,并按要求连接好电源线;3.最后将LED灯具(4)推入灯盘(1)口端的半环形槽(2)内,使半环形槽(2)安装构件(3)内的磁性体(5)将LED灯具(4)吸附定位。

Description

LED平板灯总成及在旧灯盘中安装LED灯具的方法 技术领域

本发明涉及一种LED平板灯总成及在旧灯盘中安装LED灯具的方法。

背景技术

目前,有相当一部分办公室中都安装了如图1和图2所示传统日光灯管的格栅灯,这种灯发光效率低,没有LED灯节能环保,如若把日光灯换成LED灯,则需要把原来的灯具连同灯盘整体全部移出,在换装LED灯的过程中需要花费大量的人力,安装费很贵,给消费者造成了很大的负担。

技术问题

本发明的技术解决方案是提供一种只需要将原有灯具中反光格栅和日光灯管卸下并直接换装LED灯的LED平板灯总成。本发明的另一技术解决方案是提供一种操作非常简单且在旧灯盘中直接安装LED灯具的安装方法。

[根据细则91更正 04.05.2018] 本发明的技术解决方案是一种LED平板灯总成,包括灯盘,其特殊之处在于,所述灯盘开口端内壁设有径向延伸且垂直转折的半环形槽,所述半环形槽的槽顶端垂直向外延伸有台阶,所述半环形槽槽底部固设有安装构件,所述安装构件设有供LED灯具嵌合安装的安装槽,所述安装槽槽壁设有若干用于吸附LED灯具定位的磁性体。

作为优选:所述灯盘内壁面设有钩槽,对应的LED灯具的内壁面设有吊索,所述吊索的端部设有钩件,所述LED灯具通过所述吊索的钩件钩扣在所述灯盘的钩槽内,从而将LED灯具锁扣在所述灯盘上。

作为优选:所述安装构件由U形体、U形体的一侧外壁经弯折成型与所述侧外壁平行的侧墙、侧墙端头垂直向外覆盖部分所述半环形槽台阶且垂直内弯与U形体底部平行延伸为安装槽的悬臂、所述悬臂内壁垂直凸伸夹持爪、所述侧墙内壁成型的凹槽组成。

作为优选:所述U形体的内凹槽内设有磁性体。

本发明的另一技术解决方案是用于在旧灯盘中安装LED灯具的安装方法,包括以下步骤:

1.将原灯盘内的反光格栅和日光灯管拆除;

2.将LED灯具通过LED灯具内壁吊索的钩件钩扣在灯盘内壁面的钩槽内,将LED灯具锁扣在灯盘上,并按要求连接好电源线;

[根据细则91更正 04.05.2018] 3.最后将LED灯具推入灯盘口端的半环形槽内,使所述半环形槽安装构件内的磁性体将LED灯具吸附定位。

发明的有益效果

有益效果

1.安装时通过LED灯具的钩件钩扣在灯盘钩槽内,从而将LED灯具锁扣在灯盘上,达到牢固的连接,不仅在安装过程中减少安装工序,也可以节省安装成本与时间,效率大大提高。

[根据细则91更正 04.05.2018] 2.安装构件的安装槽槽壁设有若干用于吸附LED灯具定位的磁性体,由此,使得LED灯具在磁性体的磁性吸附下能够牢固定位,安全可靠。

图1、图3、图4示出了本发明LED平板灯总成的实施例。

[根据细则91更正 04.05.2018] 请参阅图1、图3和图4所示,该LED平板灯总成,包括灯盘1,所述灯盘1开口端内壁设有径向延伸且垂直转折的半环形槽2,所述半环形槽2的槽顶端垂直向外延伸有台阶21,所述半环形槽2槽底部固设有安装构件3,所述安装构件3设有安装槽31,所述安装槽31槽壁设有若干用于吸附LED灯具4定位的磁性体5。

本实施例中,所述灯盘1内壁面设有钩槽11,对应的LED灯具4的内壁面设有吊索41,所述吊索41的端部设有钩件42,所述LED灯具4通过所述吊索的钩件42钩扣在所述灯盘的钩槽11内,从而将LED灯具4锁扣在所述灯盘1上。

本实施例中,所述安装构件3由U形体32、U形体32的一侧外壁经弯折成型与所述侧外壁321平行的侧墙33、侧墙33端头垂直向外覆盖部分所述半环形槽台阶21且垂直内弯与U形体32底部平行延伸为安装槽31的悬臂34、所述悬臂34内壁垂直凸伸夹持爪341、所述侧墙33内壁成型的凹槽35组成,所述U形体的内凹槽322内设有磁性体5。

请参阅图1、图3和图4所示,该用于在旧灯盘中安装LED灯具的安装方法,包括以下步骤:

1.将原灯盘1内的反光格栅6和日光灯管7拆除;

2.将LED灯具4通过LED灯具内壁吊索的钩件42钩扣在灯盘内壁面的钩槽11内, 将LED灯具4锁扣在灯盘1上,并按要求连接好电源线;

[根据细则91更正 04.05.2018] 3.最后将LED灯具4推入灯盘口端的半环形槽2内,使所述半环形槽安装构件3内的磁性体5将LED灯具4吸附定位。

    一种LED平板灯总成,包括灯盘,其特征在于,所述灯盘开口端内壁设有径向延伸且垂直转折的半环形槽,所述半环形槽的槽顶端垂直向外延伸有台阶,所述半环形槽槽底部固设有安装构件,所述安装构件设有供LED灯具嵌合安装的安装槽,所述安装槽槽壁设有若干用于吸附LED灯具定位的磁性体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述LED平板灯总成,其特征在于,所述灯盘内壁面设有钩槽,对应的LED灯具的内壁面设有吊索,所述吊索的端部设有钩件,所述LED灯具通过所述吊索的钩件钩扣在所述灯盘的钩槽内,从而将LED灯具锁扣在所述灯盘上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述LED平板灯总成,其特征在于,所述安装构件由U形体、U形体的一侧外壁经弯折成型与所述侧外壁平行的侧墙、侧墙端头垂直向外覆盖部分所述半环形槽台阶且垂直内弯与U形体底部平行延伸为安装槽的悬臂、所述悬臂内壁垂直凸伸夹持爪、所述侧墙内壁成型的凹槽组成。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述LED平板灯总成,其特征在于,所述U形体的内凹槽内设有磁性体。
  5. [根据细则91更正 04.05.2018] 一种用于在旧灯盘中安装LED灯具的安装方法,包括以下步骤:
    1.将原灯盘内的反光格栅和日光灯管拆除;
    2.将LED灯具通过LED灯具内壁吊索的钩件钩扣在灯盘内壁面的钩槽内,将LED灯具锁扣在灯盘上,并按要求连接好电源线;
