【技术领域】
本发明涉及智能终端领域,特别是涉及一种智能终端及其信息传输方法、具有存储功能的装置。
【背景技术】
目前,人们一般采用智能终端的蓝牙、NFC功能传输或交换信息,包括文字信息、图片信息或音视频信息。但利用蓝牙或NFC传输信息时,不仅需要输入多种确认信息,操作起来比较复杂,而且数据传输速度较慢,影响用户体验。
比如,人们在工作或生活中经常会交换名片,以方便他人了解并记录个人的基本信息,如电话、姓名、职位、公司等。一般来说,会通过交换纸质名片,但是纸质名片容易丢失,且难于查询到想要的信息。因此,人们制作包含个人基本信息的电子名片,并将名片信息保存在智能终端形成电子名片,通过智能终端的蓝牙或NFC将各自的电子名片信息传输给对方,但此种方法操作起来比较复杂,比如,蓝牙需要输入配对码,而且传输信息时速度较慢,影响用户体验。
【发明内容】
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种智能终端及其信息传输方法、具有存储功能的装置,实现快速便捷传输信息的功能,提高用户体验。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的第一个技术方案是:提供一种具有存储功能的装置,其上存储有程序数据,所述程序能够被执行实现如下操作:智能终端判断其传感器是否采集到人体传感信号,其中,所述智能终端的传感器包括可以检测、接收人体传感信号的人体传感器;如果所述传感器采集到所述人体传感信号,所述智能终端通过所述人体传感信号与其他接触所述人体传感信号的智能终端建立通信回路;通过所述通信回路传输数据信息。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的第二个技术方案是:提供一种智能终端,所述智能终端包括通信电路、存储器以及处理器;所述通信电路用于与其他智能终端建立连接;所述存储器用于存储所述处理器执行的计算机程序以及在执行所述计算机程序时所产生的中间数据;所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时,实现以下步骤:所述智能终端判断其传感器是否采集到人体传感信号;如果所述传感器采集到所述人体传感信号,所述智能终端通过所述人体传感信号与其他接触所述人体传感信号的智能终端建立通信回路;通过所述通信回路传输数据信息。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的第三个技术方案是:提供一种智能终端的信息传输方法,所述信息传输方法包括:所述智能终端判断其传感器是否采集到人体传感信号;如果所述传感器采集到所述人体传感信号,所述智能终端通过所述人体传感信号与其他接触所述人体传感信号的智能终端建立通信回路;通过所述通信回路传输数据信息。
本发明的有益效果是:采集人体的传感信号确定触发信息传输的功能,并将人体作为传输信息的载体,使不同的智能终端形成通信回路,以使智能终端间可以传输信息,实现快速便捷传输信息的功能,提高用户体验。

本发明提供一种智能终端及其信息传输方法、具有存储功能的装置,为使本发明的目的、技术方案和技术效果更加明确、清楚,以下对本发明进一步详细说明,应当理解此处所描述的具体实施条例仅用于解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
参阅图1,图1是本发明智能终端的信息传输方法一实施方式的流程示意图。本实施方式的信息传输方法包括:
101:所述智能终端判断其传感器是否采集到人体传感信号。
其中,智能终端包括智能手机、平板电脑以及其他智能设备,如智能手表等,在此不做限定。
智能终端传感器包括可以检测、接收人体传感信号的的人体传感器。其中,人体本身有电容和阻抗的特性,具有唯一性和可辨识性。同时,人体可以作为传输信息的介质,可以传输特定的信息。人体传感信号包括人体的阻抗信号或人体的电容信号中的至少一种,可根据实际情况设计,在此不做具体限定。另外,需要说明的是,人体传感信号也可以在人体植入象征身份信息的芯片,芯片内的身份信息具有唯一性,人体传感信号可以为芯片内的身份信息。
在一个具体的实施方式中,智能终端判断其物理触点是否被触发,如果物理触点被触发,智能终端的传感器采集触发物理触点的人体传感信号。其中,物理触点为设置在智能终端上的触点,所述触点与可传输信息的载体接触后可形成通信回路。
在其中的一个实施方式中,智能终端的外壳的两侧设置有若干个手握的触点。在另一个实施方式中,智能终端的后壳设置有可接触的触点。智能终端的触点的位置和数量可根据实际情况设计,方便用户接触和智能终端检测人体传感信号即可,在此不做具体限定。
具体地,当人体与智能终端的触点接触时,即,物理触点被触发,人体与智能终端中的人体传感器形成通信回路,人体传感器便可以采集到人体传感信号。
102:如果所述传感器采集到所述人体传感信号,所述智能终端通过所述人体传感信号与其他接触所述人体传感信号的智能终端建立通信回路。

如图2所示,智能终端A用户的左手与智能终端A的物理触点接触,此时智能终端A采集到人体的阻抗信号,智能终端B用户的左手与智能终端B的物理触点接触,此时智能终端B采集到人体的阻抗信号。当智能终端A用户的右手与智能终端B用户的右手接触时,比如智能终端A用户与智能终端B用户握手时,智能终端A、智能终端A用户、智能终端B用户和智能终端B形成通信回路。
在另一个实施方式中,为了清楚说明,人体与智能终端形成通信回路的情形,参阅图3,图3是图1智能终端的信息传输方法又一实施方式的应用场景示意图。
如图3所示,用户的左手与智能终端C的物理触点接触,用户的右手与智能终端D的物理触点接触,则智能终端C、用户、智能终端D之间形成通信回路。
需要说明的是,本实施方式中建立通信回路的智能终端的数目,可以是2个、3个或者更多,比如5个,在此不做具体限定。同时人体数目可以是1个、2个或者更多,比如3个、4个,在此不做具体限定。只要不同的智能终端与人体之间能够形成通信回路即可。

在另一个具体的实施方式中,仍以传送电子名片为例,智能终端接收与其建立通信回路的其他智能终端的所发送的电子名片。具体地,智能终端判断是否存在与接收到的电子名片相同的电子名片,如果智能终端中不存在与接收到的电子名片相同的电子名片,存储所接收的电子名片至智能终端的特定路径。
在其中的一个实施方式中,为了节省内存空间,避免重复的信息占用内存,智能终端只存储智能终端中没有的相关信息。在本实施方式中,仍以传送电子名片为例,一般情况下,智能终端用户的电子名片会有部分变更,比如电话、公司、邮箱等信息变更,当智能终端接收与其建立通信回路的其他智能终端所发送的电子名片后,智能终端判断确定智能终端中是否存在与接收到的电子名片完全匹配的电子名片,如果没有完全匹配的电子名片,比如邮箱信息不一样或电话信息不一样,则将未被匹配到的信息存储至智能终端的特定位置,并可以将已变更的信息删除或替换。
需要强调的是,不同智能终端进行信息传输时既可以是接收端或发送端,也可以同时为接收端和发送端,即,当不同的智能终端建立通信回路后,智能终端可以同时接收和发送相应数据信息,也可以只发送或只接收相应的数据信息,可根据实际情况设计,在此不做具体限定。
进一步地,在另一个实施方式中,为了保证数据传输的安全性,上述任一实施方式中的智能终可以预先设置特定的人体传感信号,只有当采集到的人体传感信号符合预设的人体传感信号,智能终端判断此用户为合法用户,才能够触发上述任一实施方式中传输信息的操作。
具体地,智能终端需要先预设特定人体的传感信号。在其中的一个实施方式中,智能终端根据相应的指令开启预设人体传感信号的操作,智能终端提示用户选择人体的某些部位与智能终端的触点接触,智能终端接收到完成人体与触点的接触指令后,人体传感器检测获取人体传感信号,并将获取到的传感信号存储至智能终端特定的存储路径。
需要说明的是,为了保证人体传感信号的准确性,可以多次执行上述预设人体特征数据的步骤,精确地确定人体特征数据的值或具体的范围。
另外,在一些情况下,智能终端的用户可能超过一个,为满足不同用户都能够执行传输信息的操作,可以预设多个用户的人体传感信号。
在一个具体的实施方式中,智能终端将传感器所获取的人体传感信号与预设的人体传感信号做匹配度比对,判断确定该用户是否是合法用户。在不同的地点或时间段所获取的人体的传感信号可能会有微小的差异,为了避免误判断而影响用户体验,可以预设匹配度的阈值,可以是95%、90%或其他数据,只要能够保证实施的准确率即可,在此不做限定。如果获取到的人体传感信号与预设的人体传感信号的匹配度大于预设的阈值,则表征此用户为智能终端的合法用户。

参阅图4,图4是本发明智能终端一实施方式的结构示意图。智能终端20包括通信电路21、处理器22和存储器23。其中,通信电路21用于其他智能终端进行通信,存储器23用于存储处理器22执行的计算机程序以及在执行计算机程序时所产生的中间数据,处理器22执行计算机程序,实现如下任一实施方式中的信息传输方法。
智能移动终端20包括智能手机、平板电脑以及其他智能设备,如智能手表等,在此不做限定。
在本实施方式中,处理器22判断智能终端20的传感器是否采集到人体传感信号。在一个实施方式中,传感器包括可以检测、接收人体传感信号的的人体传感器。

在另一个实施方式中,也可以是一个用户的左手与智能终端20C的物理触点接触,用户的右手与智能终端20D的物理触点接触,则智能终端20C、用户、智能终端20D之间形成通信回路。

另外,人体的传感信号,比如阻抗特性具有唯一性,根据采集到的人体信号判断确定是智能终端的合法用户时,才执行传输信息的操作,防止信息泄漏,具有较高的安全性。
参阅图5,图5是本发明具有存储功能的装置的一实施方式的结构示意图。在本实施方式中,具有存储功能的装置30中存储有至少一个程序31。程序31用于执行如下任一实施方式中的信息传输方法。
其中,所述具有存储功能的装置30可以是智能终端中的存储芯片、硬盘或者是移动硬盘或者优盘、光盘等其他可读写存储的工具,还可以是服务器等,在此不做具体限定。
为了清楚的说明本实施方式,以具有存储功能的装置30是智能终端中的存储芯片为例说明。
在本实施方式中,程序31判断智能终端的传感器是否采集到人体传感信号。在一个实施方式中,传感器包括可以检测、接收人体传感信号的的人体传感器。

区别于现有技术,采集人体的传感信号确定触发信息传输的功能,并将人体作为传输信息的载体,使不同的智能终端形成通信回路,以使智能终端间可以传输信息,实现快速便捷传输信息的功能,提高用户体验。
另外,人体的传感信号,比如阻抗特性具有唯一性,根据采集到的人体信号判断确定是智能终端的合法用户时,才执行传输信息的操作,防止信息泄漏,具有较高的安全性。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种具有存储功能的装置,其上存储有程序数据,其中,所述程序能够被执行实现如下操作:
    智能终端判断其传感器是否采集到人体传感信号,其中,所述智能终端的传感器包括可以检测、接收人体传感信号的的人体传感器;
    如果所述传感器采集到所述人体传感信号,所述智能终端通过所述人体传感信号与其他接触所述人体传感信号的智能终端建立通信回路;
    通过所述通信回路传输数据信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有存储功能的装置,其中,所述程序数据还能够被执行以实现如下操作:
    所述智能终端判断其特定物理触点是否被触发;
    如果所述物理触点被触发,所述传感器采集触发所述物理触点的人体传感信号。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的具有存储功能的装置,其中,所述程序数据还能够被执行以实现如下操作:
    如果所述传感器采集到所述人体传感信号,所述智能终端通过人体接触传输所述人体传感信号,与其他接触所述人体传感信号的智能终端建立通信回路。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的具有存储功能的装置,其中,所述程序数据还能够被执行以实现如下操作:
    所述智能终端通过所述通信回路将电子名片发送至所述其他智能终端。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的具有存储功能的装置,其中,所述程序数据还能够被执行以实现如下操作:
    所述智能终端接收所述其他智能终端通过所述通信回路传输的电子名片。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的具有存储功能的装置,其中,所述程序数据还能够被执行以实现如下操作:
    判断所述智能终端中是否存在与接收到的所述电子名片相同的电子名片;
    如果所述智能终端中不存在与接收到的所述电子名片相同的电子名片,存储所述电子名片。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的具有存储功能的装置,其中,所述程序数据还能够被执行以实现如下操作:
    如果所述传感器采集到所述人体传感信号,所述智能终端判断确定所述采集到的所述人体传感信号是否与预设的人体传感信号匹配;
    如果匹配,所述智能终端通过人体接触传输所述人体传感信号,与其他接触所述人体传感信号的智能终端建立通信回路。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的具有存储功能的装置,其中,所述人体传感信号包括人体阻抗信号。
  9. 一种智能终端,其中,所述智能终端包括通信电路、存储器以及处理器;
    所述通信电路用于与其他智能终端建立连接;
    所述存储器用于存储所述处理器执行的计算机程序以及在执行所述计算机程序时所产生的中间数据;
    所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时,实现以下步骤:
    所述智能终端判断其传感器是否采集到人体传感信号;
    如果所述传感器采集到所述人体传感信号,所述智能终端通过所述人体传感信号与其他接触所述人体传感信号的智能终端建立通信回路;
    通过所述通信回路传输数据信息。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的智能终端,其中,所述处理器执行的所述智能终端判断其传感器是否采集到人体传感信号的步骤具体包括:
    所述智能终端判断其特定物理触点是否被触发;
    如果所述物理触点被触发,所述传感器采集触发所述物理触点的人体传感信号。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的智能终端,其中,所述处理器执行的所述如果所述传感器采集到所述人体传感信号,所述智能终端通过所述人体传感信号与其他接触所述人体传感信号的智能终端建立通信回路的步骤具体包括:
    如果所述传感器采集到所述人体传感信号,所述智能终端通过人体接触传输所述人体传感信号,与其他接触所述人体传感信号的智能终端建立通信回路。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的智能终端,其中,所述处理器执行的所述通过所述通信回路传输数据信息的步骤具体包括:
    所述智能终端通过所述通信回路将电子名片发送至所述其他智能终端。
  13. 一种智能终端的信息传输方法,其中,所述信息传输方法包括:
    所述智能终端判断其传感器是否采集到人体传感信号;
    如果所述传感器采集到所述人体传感信号,所述智能终端通过所述人体传感信号与其他接触所述人体传感信号的智能终端建立通信回路;
    通过所述通信回路传输数据信息。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的信息传输方法,其中,所述智能终端判断其传感器是否采集到人体传感信号的具体包括:
    所述智能终端判断其特定物理触点是否被触发;
    如果所述物理触点被触发,所述传感器采集触发所述物理触点的人体传感信号。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的信息传输方法,其中,所述如果所述传感器采集到所述人体传感信号,所述智能终端通过所述人体传感信号与其他接触所述人体传感信号的智能终端建立通信回路的步骤具体包括:
    如果所述传感器采集到所述人体传感信号,所述智能终端通过人体接触传输所述人体传感信号,与其他接触所述人体传感信号的智能终端建立通信回路。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的信息传输方法,其中,所述通过所述通信回路传输数据信息的步骤具体包括:
    所述智能终端通过所述通信回路将电子名片发送至所述其他智能终端。
  17. 根据权利要求13所述的信息传输方法,其中,所述通过所述通信回路传输数据信息的步骤具体包括:
    所述智能终端接收所述其他智能终端通过所述通信回路传输的电子名片。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的信息传输方法,其中,所述所述智能终端接收所述其他智能终端通过所述通信回路传输的电子名片的步骤之后还包括:
    判断所述智能终端中是否存在与接收到的所述电子名片相同的电子名片;
    如果所述智能终端中不存在与接收到的所述电子名片相同的电子名片,存储所述电子名片。
  19. 根据权利要求13所述的信息传输方法,其中,所述如果所述传感器采集到所述人体传感信号,所述智能终端通过所述人体传感信号与其他接触所述人体传感信号的智能终端建立通信回路的步骤具体包括:
    如果所述传感器采集到所述人体传感信号,所述智能终端判断确定所述采集到的所述人体传感信号是否与预设的人体传感信号匹配;
    如果匹配,所述智能终端通过人体接触传输所述人体传感信号,与其他接触所述人体传感信号的智能终端建立通信回路。
  20. 根据权利要求13所述的信息传输方法,其中,所述人体传感信号包括人体阻抗信号。
