如图1所示,一种便携式身份核验装置,包括上基体10、下基体20及连接体30,所述上基体10与所述连接体30的一端可转动连接,所述下基体20与所述连接体30的另一端可转动连接,所述上基体10上设有第一摄像头110及显示屏120,所述下基体20上设有身份阅读器222,所述连接体30内设有控制器,所述控制器分别与所述第一摄像头110、显示屏120及身份阅读器222电性连接。
通过设置转动连接的上基体10、连接体30及下基体20,使用时,将所述下基体20相对连接体30转动,并将下基体20置于台面上,然后将所述上基体10相对所述连接体30转动,使所述第一摄像头110处于满足人脸采集与识别要求的特定高度及角度,将身份证件如身份证、护照、通行证、会员证件等能被感应识别的证件置于身份证读卡区,所述身份阅读器222读取持证人身份证信息,第一摄像头110采集持证人的人脸信息,控制器对持证人的人脸信息与身份证件中的人脸信息进行比对,然后在显示屏120上显示比对结果,并将比对结果通过WiFi通信上传至本地服务器或公安联网核查,通过显示屏120输出验证结果,从而实现身份核验功能;不使用时,将上基体10及下基体20朝靠近连接体30的方向转动,使上基体10与下基体20贴近所述连接体30,折叠后该 装置近似为一长方体,可方便包装与运输;另外可作为手持式设备使用,方便在人群流动性大的场所使用,降低了对包装和运输条件的需求,适用性高。
本实施例所述下基体20包括连接部210与滑动部220,所述连接部210与所述连接体30可转动连接,所述滑动部220套设置所述连接部210外且与所述连接部210滑动配合,所述身份阅读器222设置在所述滑动部220上,根据实际需求,也可将所述连接部套设于所述滑动部外,实现两者的滑动配合。所述的便携式身份核验装置还包括第二摄像头(图中未示出),所述第二摄像头设置在所述上基体10远离所述连接体30的端面,如图1所示,使用时,所述上基体10相对连接体30转动成倾斜状,所述滑动部220滑动至远离连接部210的一端,所述第二摄像头与所述身份阅读器222相对设置。对于一代身份证持证者或无法通过身份阅读器222射频读取身份信息时,可自动通过第二摄像头识别置于身份阅读器222上的证件的身份信息,提高了工作效率,本实施例所述第一摄像头110为双目摄像头,所述第二摄像头为OCR摄像头。一般使用条件下,该身份核验装置为桌面式布置形式(如图1所示),上基体10与连接体30、连接体30与下基体20之间保持一定的角度,使双目摄像头处于合适的高度和角度采集人员的脸部特征;当需要进行证件扫描时,可通过设置在上基体10底部的OCR摄像头,在OCR摄像头视场角所规定的高度范围内进行扫描处理。
将下基体20设置成滑动配合的连接部210与滑动部220,且将身份阅读器222设置在滑动部220上,使用时使滑动部220滑动至远离连接部210的一端,一方面连接部210与滑动部220配合使下基体20与台面的接触面积增大,提高整个装置的稳定性,另一方面使滑动部220上的身份阅读器222与第二摄像头相对设置,使OCR摄像头在视场角所规定的高度范围内对身份阅读器222上的证件进行扫描处理;即下基体20与上基体10协同作用,需要满足使上基体10上的第一摄像头110处于特定采集角度与高度,同时需要满足第二摄像头处于视场角所规定的高度范围内,从而实现高效准确的身份核验。本实施例中,使用状态下,所述下基体20与所述连接体30的夹角为70°~73°,所述连接体30与所述上基体10的夹角为42°~45°。
该装置折叠步骤为:先将滑动部220向内推回,因滑动部220内部为中空, 可将连接部210前端部分装入滑动部220的内部空腔内,连接部210与滑动部220以前后端碰珠和轨道连接,当连接部210与滑动部220嵌套装入后以后端碰珠限定嵌入位置;之后将嵌套的连接部210与滑动部220向内折叠,使其与连接体30贴合;最后将上基体10向内折叠与连接体30贴合。
如图1、3-5可知,本实施所述上基体10与所述连接体30通过第一阻尼转轴40连接,所述下基体20与所述连接体30通过第二阻尼转轴50连接,可根据使用需求,将上基体10、下基体20转动停留至合适角度。进一步所述连接体30与上基体10连接的一端设有限位件104,所述上基体10上设有与所述限位件配合的楔形卡齿(图中未示出),由于上基体10与连接体30之间的角度直接关系到第一摄像头110的采集效果及第二摄像头的扫描成像,故设计限位件起到限位作用,所述楔形卡齿与限位件配合,使上基体10被限位在最佳的预设角度,装置展开状态下身份证读卡区与OCR识别区合二为一,可采集护照信息和身份证信息及头像截图。
如图1、3、5所示,所述上基体10远离所述连接体30的端面为第一倾斜面102,所述滑动部220远离连接体30的端面为第二倾斜面202,收拢时,所述滑动部220朝靠近连接体30的方向滑动到位后,所述下基体20转动至贴近所述连接体30,所述上基体10转动至贴近所述连接体30,所述第一倾斜面102与所述第二倾斜面202对接贴合,即所述上基体10与下基体20在收拢状态下是对接贴近所述连接体30,方便收纳;同时将上基体10远离所述连接体30的端面设置成倾斜面,而第二摄像头设置在所述第一倾斜面102上,由于上基体10在使用时需相对连接体30转动,两者之间存在一定的夹角,所述第一倾斜面102的倾斜角度能适当弥补上基体10旋转的角度,使第二摄像头能正对所述滑动部220,便于第二摄像头工作。
进一步,所述上基体10与连接体30相对的一面设有第一磁性体,连接体30上设有第二磁性体,收拢状态下,所述第一磁性体与第二磁性体相互吸合,且所述第一斜面覆盖在所述第二斜面上。由于将上基体10底部及下基体20端部设计成斜面结构,因此两部分折叠完成后,两正反斜角可起到限位作用,阻止下基体20移出;同时在上基体10的背面设第一磁性体及连接体30对应位置 设第二磁性体,当上基体10向下折叠与连接体30表面接触后,第一磁性体与第二磁性体感应贴合保持锁紧状态,可使该装置折叠后保持稳定状态,折叠后状态如图3、5所示。
如图1、2所示,所述的便携式身份核验装置还包括一对补光灯130,所述补光灯130及第一摄像头110设置在所述上基体10的正面,且位于所述显示屏120的上方,两个补光灯130分别位于所述第一摄像头110的两侧。所述补光灯130用于对第一摄像头110进行补光,提高第一摄像头110采集人脸信息的清晰度,适用于光线较暗的场所。本实施例所述显示屏120为液晶触摸显示屏。
如图1、3、5所示,所述便携式身份核验装置还包括伸缩件60,所述伸缩件60的一端与所述上基体10的正面上端连接,另一端与所述连接体30的背面上端连接,且所述限位件位于所述伸缩件60覆盖的区域内。该伸缩件60随着上基体10的展开与收拢能与之变形,保持装置外观的完整性,不仅能起到保护作用,同时也起到连接上基体10与连接体30的作用。
所述连接体30的侧面设有OTG接口310、电源接口320、RJ45接口330、RJ11接口340及至少一个USB接口350,所述连接体30的侧面还设有电源按键360及音量调节键370,该装置可方便实现人员身份核验,同时可通过外设接口连接指纹识别仪、指静脉识别仪等,实现人员的多生物特征身份核验。如图6所示,所述连接体30的背面设有挂孔380,便于挂设,可作为壁挂式设备使用。图7为本实施所述便携式身份核验装置的系统连接关系图,本实施例所述的控制器包括集系统主板、WIFI及蓝牙模块、内存及电源管理模块等。
该身份核验装置可实现持证人人脸信息与身份证信息的比对,核验是否人证合一。图8为该便携式身份核验装置的人脸比对工作流程图;读取持证人身份证信息后,双目摄像头采集持证人的人脸信息,设备对持证人的人脸信息与身份证中的人脸信息进行比对,然后在显示屏120上显示比对结果,并将比对结果通过WiFi通信上传至本地服务器或公安联网核查,通过显示屏120输出验证结果。
图9为该便携式身份核验装置指纹和人脸核验的工作模式流程图。当核验装置读取持证人二代证信息后,获取二代证中所存储的人脸图像及指纹信息, 同时双目摄像头采集持证人的人脸信息,指纹采集器采集持证人指纹信息;对所采集到的持证人人脸及指纹信息进行比对,综合判定核验结果,如一致则输出验证通过,否则输出验证不通过。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种便携式身份核验装置,其特征在于,包括上基体、下基体及连接体,所述上基体与所述连接体的一端可转动连接,所述下基体与所述连接体的另一端可转动连接,所述上基体上设有第一摄像头及显示屏,所述下基体上设有身份阅读器,所述连接体内设有控制器,所述控制器分别与所述第一摄像头、显示屏及身份阅读器电性连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式身份核验装置,其特征在于,所述下基体包括连接部与滑动部,所述连接部与所述连接体可转动连接,所述滑动部套设于所述连接部外或者所述连接部套设于所述滑动部外,且所述滑动部与所述连接部滑动配合,所述身份阅读器设置在所述滑动部上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的便携式身份核验装置,其特征在于,其还包括第二摄像头,所述第二摄像头设置在所述上基体远离所述连接体的端面,使用时,所述上基体相对连接体转动成倾斜状,所述滑动部滑动至远离连接部的一端,所述第二摄像头与所述身份阅读器相对设置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的便携式身份核验装置,其特征在于,所述上基体远离所述连接体的端面为第一倾斜面,所述滑动部远离连接体的端面为第二倾斜面,收拢时,所述滑动部朝靠近连接体的方向滑动到位后,所述下基体转动至贴近所述连接体,所述上基体转动至贴近所述连接体,所述第一倾斜面与所述第二倾斜面对接贴合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的便携式身份核验装置,其特征在于,所述上基体与连接体相对的一面设有第一磁性体,连接体上设有第二磁性体,收拢状态下,所述第一磁性体与第二磁性体相互吸合,且所述第一斜面覆盖在所述第二斜面上。
  6. 根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的便携式身份核验装置,其特征在于,其还包括一对补光灯,所述补光灯及第一摄像头设置在所述上基体的正面,且位于所述显示屏的上方,两个补光灯分别位于所述第一摄像头的两侧。
  7. 根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的便携式身份核验装置,其特征在于,所述上基体与所述连接体通过第一阻尼转轴连接,所述下基体与所述连接体通 过第二阻尼转轴连接,所述连接体与上基体连接的一端设有限位件,所述上基体上设有与所述限位件配合的楔形卡齿。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的便携式身份核验装置,其特征在于,其还包括伸缩件,所述伸缩件的一端与所述上基体的正面上端连接,另一端与所述连接体的背面上端连接,且所述限位件位于所述伸缩件覆盖的区域内。
  9. 根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的便携式身份核验装置,其特征在于,所述连接体的侧面设有OTG接口、电源接口、RJ45接口、RJ11接口及至少一个USB接口,所述连接体的侧面还设有电源按键及音量调节键,所述连接体的背面设有挂孔。
  10. 根据权利要求3~5任一项所述的便携式身份核验装置,其特征在于,所述第一摄像头为双目摄像头,所述第二摄像头为OCR摄像头,使用时,所述下基体与所述连接体的夹角为70°~73°,所述连接体与所述上基体的夹角为42°~45°。
