Description
本发明属于建筑装饰技术领域,具体涉及一种挂载式防火板及其固定连接结构。
目前,在安装防火板时,通常使用玻璃胶或AB胶进行直接粘贴,但是在需要将防火板拆卸下来时,十分困难,在拆卸时容易损伤板材及墙面。因此,解决防火板不易拆卸的问题就显得尤为重要了。
目前,市场上有用木皮贴覆在玻镁板基材上做室内墙装饰板,这种板存在着木皮与玻镁板基材胶合强度较差,玻镁板易返潮,易造成木皮吸水发霉,影响装饰效果,玻镁板无弹性,脆性大,木皮与玻镁板贴面涂胶、胶合过程中易造成玻镁板碎裂,成品率低。目前,市场上有用木皮贴覆在铝板或空心铝板表面的,这种板存在着成本高缺点,如仅空心铝板价格达到300元/m2以上;另外,铝板常有孔,以增加粘合效果,但这些孔使木皮与墙体相通,当墙体较潮湿时,易使木皮吸湿而发霉,影响装饰效果。空心铝板抗压性能差,当木皮与空心铝板加压力粘合过程中,易出现空心铝板受压变形,各部位高低不平,影响成品率和装饰效果。另外两种产品隔热保温节能性能和隔音性能较差。隔音板常用木质材料制成,但这些材料装饰在歌厅、剧院、影院、会场等公共场所又存在着防火阻燃性差的缺点。因此,开发具有木质装饰效果又具有较好的防潮性、粘合性、成品率率高的防火板以及具有隔热保温性好、隔音性能好的防火板是本领域重要的课题。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中的不足,提供一种挂载式防火板及其固定连接结构,其拆装方便,并且不会损伤防火板;且具有木质装饰效果,又具有良好的防火性能;同时板面无需进行喷漆处理,室内无异味,最大程度地降低了由于装修而带来的空气污染;使用过程中无甲醛释放;隔音、隔热性能优良,节约能量,是一种优良的绿色环保建材。
技术方案:本发明所述的一种挂载式防火板及其固定连接结构,包括龙骨、定位挂件、防火板、定位挂管,所述龙骨安装在墙体内,所述龙骨通过螺栓固定连接有定位挂件的一端,所述定位挂件的另一端适配插接有定位挂管,所述定位挂管固定连接有防火板;
所述的防火板包括基板层、单板增强层和表板层,所述单板增强层设置在基板层与表板层之间,所述的基板层与单板增强层之间通过涂胶层固定连接,所述单板增强层与表板层之间通过树脂增强层固定连接,所述表板层表面设有保护层。
进一步的,所述防火板背面铺设有一层纤维胶布,纤维胶布的厚度为1-3mm。
进一步的,所述基板层采用陶瓷板或刨花板,陶瓷板采用瓷板素板、瓷砖素板或发泡陶瓷板素板,基板层整体厚度为5-50mm。
进一步的,所述单板增强层采用一层或多层木质单板粘合而成,单板增强层整体厚度为3-5mm,木质单板厚度为0.2-1mm。
进一步的,所述表板层采用柔性薄木板,表板层的整体厚度为2-4mm。
进一步的,所述涂胶层采用双组份聚氨酯粘合剂,或发泡聚氨酯粘合剂,或单组份聚氨粘合剂,整体厚度为0.1-0.3mm。
进一步的,所述树脂增强层采用三聚氰胺树脂,整体厚度为0.1-0.3mm。

有益效果:本发明的挂载式防火板其拆装方便,并且不会损伤防火板;防火板本身具有木质装饰效果,又具有良好的防火性能,满足公共建筑场所如酒店、会议厅、歌厅、影剧院、商场等室内墙面装饰对防火安全和木质装饰效果双重需求,具有重大的应用前景;同时板面无需进行喷漆处理,室内无异味,最大程度地降低了由于装修而带来的空气污染;使用过程中无甲醛释放;隔音、隔热性能优良,节约能量,是一种优良的绿色环保建材。

如图1所示的所示的一种挂载式防火板的固定连接结构,包括龙骨2、定位挂件3、防火板5、定位挂管6,所述龙骨2安装在墙体1内,所述龙骨2通过螺栓4固定连接有定位挂件3的一端,所述定位挂件3的另一端适配插接有定位挂管6,所述定位挂管6固定连接有防火板5。
如图2所示的防火板5的结构示意图。该防火板包括基板层51、单板增强层53和表板层55,所述单板增强层53设置在基板层51与表板层55之间,所述的基板层51与单板增强层53之间通过涂胶层52固定连接,所述单板增强层53与表板层55之间通过树脂增强层54固定连接,所述表板层55表面设有保护层56。

优选的,所述防火板5背面铺设有一层纤维胶布7,纤维胶布7的厚度为1-3mm。纤维胶布7防止防火板5与定位挂管6的刚性碰撞。
优选的,所述基板层51采用陶瓷板或刨花板,陶瓷板采用瓷板素板、瓷砖素板或发泡陶瓷板素板,基板层51整体厚度为5-50mm。
其中陶瓷板:由粘土和其他无机非金属材料经成形、高温烧成等生产工艺制成的板状陶瓷制品。陶瓷板素板:是指无釉陶瓷板。纤维陶瓷板:无机纤维和可塑性坯料经混合挤压成型,高温烧成后具有一定弹性的建筑陶瓷装饰材料。纤维陶瓷板素板是指无釉纤维陶瓷板。发泡陶瓷板:是由粘土和其他无机非金属材料及发泡经成、高温烧成并经锯切而成的板状陶瓷制品,它多孔、质轻,气孔大小可人为控制,并可根据需要制成体积容量0.15g一1.0g/cm3。具有优异的耐化学稳定性,不燃烧,防火耐高温,导热系数小,隔热保湿,不透气、不透水,防潮防水性能好,机械强度较高,吸声隔音性能好。
刨花板是水泥刨花板,水泥刨花板以硅酸盐水泥为胶结材料,以木质刨花(或棉秆、麻秆、豆秆、稻草等植物纤维)为加强材料,加入水和化学助剂,经混合搅拌、铺装、加压成型、养护和人工干燥等工序制成。将板材含水率控制在6%-12%。它用水泥和刨花做主要原料,并加适量的水和化学助剂制成,具有木材和水泥两种材料的优点。
优选的,所述单板增强层53采用一层或多层木质单板粘合而成,单板增强层53整体厚度为3-5mm,木质单板厚度为0.2-1mm。木质单板又称木质装饰单板,或称薄木或微薄木,俗称木皮。
优选的,所述表板层55采用柔性薄木板,表板层5的整体厚度为2-4mm。
