背景技术
洗衣机是人们日常生活的必需品,洗衣机是人们的生活中一个很重要的专业用来清洗衣物的电器产品,它为人们的日常生活提供快速、干净的清洗衣物的好处。
随着技术的进步,洗衣干衣一体机满足基本的洗涤衣物、烘干衣物的功能,衣物护理也渐渐成为消费者所提出的新需求。对于一些衣物的除味要求也越来越受到消费者的关注,例如换季的衣物的霉味,社交应酬场合的烟酒味,吃完火锅之后的气味等都需要及时处理掉,干净的衣物如果再洗一遍费时费力又增加衣物的磨损,洗护一体机的蒸汽烘干功能即可轻松实现衣物除味。
目前,洗衣干衣机对洗涤后的衣物进行护理的机器也广泛被应用,节省对于洗涤后衣物的晾晒、护理等工作,以及避免了晾晒占用的空间等。目前已有的洗干一体机,是利用烘干加热管加热往筒内吹进热风,空气中没有增加水蒸汽对衣物进行护理。
技术问题
目前已有的除味技术,大多是利用负离子或者臭氧、紫外线照射等技术来达到杀菌除味的目的,但是负离子、臭氧、紫外线等会对环境造成影响,使敏感人群引起身体不适等缺点。
技术解决方案
本发明针对现有技术中存在的上述问题,采用的一体机上、下筒同时可利用蒸汽进行衣物护理、除味的技术,除味介质采用的是水蒸气。
为达到上述技术目的,本发明采用以下技术方案实现:
一种衣物洗护一体机,     包括机壳、安装在机壳中的干衣系统、蒸汽发生系统和洗衣系统、电脑程控器,其特征在于,干衣系统的冷凝器产生的冷凝水收集到水箱中,经过蒸汽发生系统产生的水蒸汽通过管路输送到干衣系统和/或洗衣系统中。
所述蒸汽发生系统可设置在衣物洗护一体机的顶部或中部或后背部。进一步地,将所述蒸汽发生系统设置在一体机的中部,其包括:供水管路,连接所述干衣系统的冷凝器、水箱和所述干衣系统的排水管;加热腔室,加热腔室是单独的腔室或者是水箱,加热腔室有至少一个入口和至少一个出口,入口与供水管路连接,出口与蒸汽管路连接;加热芯,其放置在加热腔室中,用于加热冷凝水成水蒸汽;蒸汽管路,引导水蒸汽分配给所述的干衣系统和/或洗衣系统。

本发明的实施方式
为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语 “上”、“下”、“左”、“右”等指示的方位或位置关系为洗护一体机在正常使用时,相对于使用者来说的,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
参阅图1,是本发明所提出的洗护一体机的最佳实施例。
本发明所述一种衣物洗护一体机,包括机壳1、以及在所述机壳1内,布置有干衣系统2、蒸汽发生系统3和洗衣系统4、电脑程控器5等。
干衣系统2包括冷凝器17、风机18、风道19、加热丝20、干衣机滚筒21、干衣系统排水管22。干衣系统2工作时,干衣滚筒21转动,加热丝20工作,产生干燥热风,在风机18的作用下,由后部进入到干衣滚筒21中,干燥热风吸收水分成为湿热空气,湿热空气流经冷凝器17时,将冷凝水通过供水管道14予以收集,干燥后的空气再经过风道19、加热丝20等进入到干衣滚21筒中。如此循环,直到衣物干燥为止。本发明申请的洗护一体机中,干衣系统2的后部增加了干衣蒸汽管道151。
洗衣系统4包括外筒6、内筒7、电机8、排水阀9和洗衣系统排水管10;洗衣系统4在工作时,内筒7在电机8的驱动下转动,提升衣物并抛落,洗涤衣物。当洗衣完毕,洗衣水通过洗衣系统排水管10、排水阀9排出机外。本发明的洗护一体机中,洗衣系统的前部增加了洗衣蒸汽管道152。
蒸汽发生系统3位于机壳1的中部,包括水箱11、加热腔室12、加热芯121、水位传感器13,供水管路14、蒸汽管路15、安装在蒸汽管路15上的三通阀16,安装在供水管路14上的单阀A 23、单阀B 24。具体地,供水管路14的进水端连接在冷凝器17,另一端分成两路,一路与单阀A 23、水箱11依次连接,另一路与单阀B 24、干衣系统排水管22依次连接。蒸汽管路15上安装三通阀16,三通阀的A出口161通过洗衣蒸汽管道151将蒸汽输送到干衣系统2中,三通阀的B出口162通过洗衣蒸汽管道152将蒸汽输送到洗衣系统中。水箱11中安装有水位传感器13,当检测到水位未达到设定值时,单阀A 23开启单阀B 24关闭,冷凝水被收集到水箱,当检测到水位达到设定值时,单阀A 23关闭同时单阀B 24开启,冷凝器产生的冷凝水将直接排出机外。
本发明所述的洗护一体机的三通阀的A出口、B出口可以单独动作,也可以同时动作。实现了蒸汽发生系统2产生的蒸汽,第一种路径是通过管道进入到干衣系统的滚筒中用于对衣物进行护理,护理过程中产生的冷凝水直接由干衣排水管道排出;第二种路径是蒸汽通过管道进入到洗衣系统的滚筒中用于对衣物进行护理,护理过程中产生的冷凝水直接由排水系统排出;第三种路径是通过三通阀的控制,蒸汽可同时进入到干衣滚筒和洗衣滚筒中用于对各自筒内的衣物进行护理。
参见图2至图5,示出蒸汽发生系统2的供水管路、蒸汽管路上的阀体设计。可以采用三通阀、单阀互相搭配的组合方式,也可以两组管路上均采用两个单阀、或者均采用一个三通阀。其分流的路径同上,具体采取哪一种方式,根据洗护一体机的内部空间位置确定,在此不再一一描述。
参见图6,为了满足消费者的个性化需求,当消费者使用的护理功能频率高,水箱11内储存的水不够时,消费者又需要利用蒸汽护理衣物,此时可以启动补给水管路25,给水箱11加水,一方面保护加热芯避免干烧而损坏,另一方面产生足量的水蒸汽以达到护理衣物之需。
参见图7,示出本发明洗护一体机的另一实施例。水箱11、加热腔室12安装在整机的顶部位置,增加一个水泵26,将收集到的冷凝水通过泵水管路27抽入水箱11。
本发明洗护一体机包括机壳、干衣系统、蒸汽发生系统、洗衣系统、电脑程控器,其中蒸汽发生系统包括水箱、连接所述干衣系统供水管路、水箱中安装有加热芯和水位传感器、连接干衣系统和/或洗衣系统的蒸汽管路,其控制方法包括如下步骤:S1、冷凝水收集阶段:干衣系统工作,干衣筒内的热空气经冷凝器产生的水,通过供水管路输送到所述水箱中;S2、蒸汽产生阶段:所述加热芯工作,产生水蒸汽,并输送到蒸汽管路中;S3、蒸汽护理阶段:所述蒸汽管路输送蒸汽给所述干衣系统、或者输送蒸汽给所述洗衣系统、或者同时输送给所述干衣系统及所述洗衣系统。
进一步地,通过电脑程控器5控制收集冷凝水的时间,加热开始时,单阀A 23关闭,单阀B 24打开,产生的冷凝水经由干衣机排水管流进洗涤系统排水管排出。电脑程控器检测到干衣滚筒内温度达到40度时,单阀A 23打开,单阀B 24关闭,此时冷凝水流进蒸汽发生系统的水箱11中,如电脑程序器接收到通过水箱中的水位传感器检测到水箱水位已达到设定水位,则再次将单阀A 23关闭,单阀B 24打开。起初的不收集干衣机排出来的水,因为上一个烘干周期的末段时间会产生一些细小绒毛可能粘到管路中,先期的冷凝水可冲洗一下管路,排到机器外面。收集烘干过程中段的水,比如此例中干衣滚筒内温度达到40度,此过程产生的水量较大,管路经过初期冲洗之后也更干净
另外,电脑程控器还设有时间检测功能,检测程序干衣系统运行的剩余时间在30分钟时,之后的烘干阶段是衣服即将烘干和烘干之后冷却降温的阶段,此阶段冷凝水量很少,此阶段衣物干燥蓬松,布料上的绒毛容易脱落,不收集此段的水可减少绒毛进水水箱中,保证收集的水更干净。所以,符合剩余时间在30分钟的条件时,不论此时水箱内的水是否达到设定水位,电脑程控器指示单阀A 23关闭,单阀B 24打开,停止收集冷凝水。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非是对本发明作其它形式的限制,任何熟悉本专业的技术人员可能利用上述揭示的技术内容加以变更或改型为等同变化的等效实施例,比如水箱安装在底部或者外部,但是凡是未脱离本发明技术方案内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与改型,仍属于本发明技术方案的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种衣物洗护一体机,  包括机壳、安装在机壳中的干衣系统、蒸汽发生系统和洗衣系统、电脑程控器,其特征在于,干衣系统的冷凝器产生的冷凝水收集到水箱中,经过蒸汽发生系统产生的水蒸汽通过管路输送到干衣系统和/或洗衣系统中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物洗护一体机,所述蒸汽发生系统可设置在衣物洗护一体机的顶部或中部或后背部2。
  3. 据权利要求2所述的衣物洗护一体机,其特征在于:所述蒸汽发生系统设置在一体机的中部,其包括:
    供水管路,连接所述干衣系统的冷凝器、水箱和所述干衣系统的排水管;
    加热腔室,加热腔室是单独的腔室或者是水箱,加热腔室有至少一个入口和至少一个出口,入口与供水管路连接,出口与蒸汽管路连接;
    加热芯,其放置在加热腔室中,用于加热冷凝水成水蒸汽;
    蒸汽管路,引导水蒸汽分配给所述的干衣系统和/或洗衣系统。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的衣物洗护一体机,其特征在于:
    所述蒸汽管路设有两个单阀或者三通阀,进口通过管路接所述水箱,两个单阀或者三通阀的两个出口通过管路输送蒸汽,输送到所述干衣系统,或者输送到所述洗衣系统,或者同时输送到所述干衣系统及所述洗衣系统。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的衣物洗护一体机,其特征在于:
    所述供水管路设有两个单阀或者三通阀,进口连接所述冷凝器,所述两个单阀或者三通阀的两个出口通过管路将冷凝水输送到所述水箱,或者输送到所述干衣系统的排水管。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的衣物洗护一体机,其特征在于:
    所述蒸汽管路设置的是三通阀,所述三通阀的进口通过管路接所述加热腔室,仅三通阀的A出口动作时,将蒸汽输送到所述干衣系统,或者仅三通阀的B出口动作时,将蒸汽输送到所述洗衣系统,或者三通阀的A出口、B出口同时动作时,蒸汽同时输送到所述干衣系统和所述洗衣系统;
    所述供水管路设置的是两个单阀,水阀A通过管路将冷凝水输送到所述水箱,水阀B通过管路连接所述干衣系统的排水管。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的衣物洗护一体机,其特征在于:
    所述蒸汽管路有两个单阀,仅蒸汽阀A动作时通过管路将蒸汽输送到所述干衣系统,仅蒸汽阀B动作时通过管路将蒸汽输送到所述洗衣系统,或者蒸汽阀A、蒸汽阀B同时动作时,将蒸汽输送到所述干衣系统的同时,将蒸汽输送到所述洗衣系统;
    所述供水管路设有三通阀,三通阀通过管路分别连接所述冷凝器、所述水箱、所述干衣系统的排水管。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的衣物洗护一体机,其特征在于:
    所述蒸汽管路、所述供水管路均设置的均是两个单阀,或者所述蒸汽管路、所述供水管路设置的均是三通阀。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的衣物洗护一体机,其特征在于,所述供水管路还增设含有一单向阀的辅助供水管路,辅助供水管路的一端连接水龙头,另一端连接所述水箱。
  10. 根据权利要求3所述的衣物洗护一体机,其特征在于,所述水箱、所述加热腔室中安装有水位传感器。
