具体实施方式
下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
需要说明,本申请实施例中所有方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……)仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
另外,在本申请中如涉及“第一”、“第二”等的描述仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示其相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。在本申请的描述中,“多个”的含义是至少两个,例如两个,三个等,除非另有明确具体的限定。

另外,本申请各个实施例之间的技术方案可以相互结合,但是必须是以本领域普通技术人员能够实现为基础,当技术方案的结合出现相互矛盾或无法实现时应当认为这种技术方案的结合不存在,也不在本申请要求的保护范围之内。
本申请提出一种台式直饮机。
请参照图1至图4,在本实施例中,该台式直饮机包括形成容置空间的壳体1、设置于壳体1上的出水龙头以及设置于容置空间中的过滤装置2、热罐3和冷罐4;过滤装置2的原水端通过第一管道71与自来水水源管路连接;过滤装置2的净水端通过第二管道72与热罐3的进水口连接,通过第三管道73与冷罐4的进水口连接;热罐3和冷罐4的出水口均与出水龙头连接,且热罐3和冷罐4由自来水的水压驱动出水。
本申请提出的技术方案中,自来水从自来水水源管路流入过滤装置2,经过滤装置2过滤后的净水一部分进入热罐3,一部分进入冷罐4,热罐3和冷罐4由自来水的水压驱动出水。由于该台式直饮机不需要通过水箱中的水位差来驱动热罐3和冷罐4出水,省去了水箱的设置,减小了整机的体积,符合市场对多功能紧凑型机器的需求,同时也节省了成本。
图1中,a、b、c、d、e分别表示自来水水源管路入口、热水排水口、冷水排水口、温冰水出水口和热水出水口。其中,热水排水口位于热罐3的底部,可用于清洗热罐3时,排放热灌中剩余的水;冷水排水口位于冷罐4的底部,可用于清洗冷罐4时,排放冷罐4中剩余的水。
在一实施例中,请参照图9,该热罐3包括罐体31、发热组件32和隔层33;罐体31的两端分别设置有上盖34和底盖35;发热组件32和隔层33设置于罐体31内;隔层33邻近上盖34设置,且与上盖34之间形成隔腔36;上盖34上设置有与隔腔36相连通的排气口341和出水管342;隔层33上开设有与隔腔36相连通的出水孔(图未示),且出水孔与出水管342的管口正对设置以使出水孔喷射出的水流引入出水管342。
在该实施例中,当热罐3内的水受热膨胀时,水会从隔层33上开设的出水孔流入隔腔36,空气从上盖34上的排气口排出,从而为热罐3泄压。同时,当热罐3的进水管靠水压驱动水进水时,热水从隔层33的出水孔喷射到出水管342内,直接从出水管342内出水,根据伯努利原理,流速大的地方压强小,出水管342内的水流流速大压强小,出水管342内形成负压,将隔腔36内热膨胀的水吸入出水管342内排出。由于该热罐3直接通过水压来驱动出水,不需要通过水箱中的水位差来驱动出水,省去了水箱的设置,减小了整机的体积,符合市场对多功能紧凑型机器的需求,同时也节省了成本。
请再次参照图1,台式直饮机还包括减压阀81、第一电磁阀82和第二电磁阀83;减压阀81设置在第一管道71上;第一电磁阀82设置在第二管道72上;第二电磁阀83设置在第三管道73上。在自来水水源管路和过滤装置2之间设置有减压阀81,能够确保流入过滤装置2的自来水的水压在一定的水压范围内,不会对过滤装置2造成安全隐患。通过设置第一电磁阀82可以控制第二管道72中水流的通断,进而控制热罐3的出水;通过设置第二电磁阀83可以控制第三管道73中水流的通断,进而控制冷罐4的出水。
进一步地,第二电磁阀83为三通电磁阀,第二电磁阀83的进水端与过滤装置2的净水端连接,第二电磁阀83的其中一个出水端与冷罐4的进水口连接,另一个出水端通过第四管道74与出水龙头连接。第二电磁阀83为一进两出的电磁阀,过滤装置2流出的常温水经第二电磁阀83一部分流向冷罐4进行制冷,另一部分通过第四管道74,从出水龙头流出,从而获得常温水。
优选地,台式直饮机还包括第三电磁阀84,第三电磁阀84设置在冷罐4的出水口与出水龙头之间。通过第三电磁阀84可以精确控制冷罐4的出水口到出水龙头之间的水流通断。
具体地,通过触摸方式控制出水,触摸开关设置在壳体1的显示面板19上,第一电磁阀82、第二电磁阀83和第三电磁阀84可以分别电性连接有一个触摸开关。
作为本申请的优选实施方式,冷罐4的出水口与第四管道74的出水端汇集于第五管道75,第五管道75内设置有UV灯5,且第五管道75的出水口与出水龙头连接。为了进一步对冷水和常温水进行杀菌,在冷水和常温水汇集的管道中设置UV灯5,具体地,UV灯5设置于邻近出水龙头的位置,避免水在流动过程中被二次污染。可以理解,从热罐3出来的热水已经经过高温杀菌,故不需要再使用UV灯5进行杀菌。
请参照图2和图5,台式直饮机包括设置于容置空间中的压缩机41、冷凝器42、蒸发器和风扇43;蒸发器和冷凝器42均与压缩机41连接,蒸发器设置于冷罐4上,壳体1上设有进风口101和出风口102,风扇43置于出风口102与冷凝器42之间。该实施方式中的台式直饮机中冷凝器42设置于壳体1的容置空间内,与现有技术中将冷凝器42设置于壳体1外相比,这种设置方式使得台式直饮机更加美观。
具体地,风扇43的进风端与冷凝器42相对设置,风扇43的出风端与壳体1上的出风口102相对设置,进风口101设置在冷凝器42的侧边。当风扇43运转时,风从进风口101进入容置空间内,依次经过冷凝器42、风扇43后从出风口102排出,从而将冷凝器42散发的热量带走。进一步地,在进风口101处设置有防尘网18,以避免灰尘进入机体内。为了不影响整机的美观,以及装配的便捷性,在进风口101所在的壳体1的边缘开设于容置空间相连通的槽口,将防尘网18插设入该槽口,使得防尘网18与进风口101相对设置。
请参照图2和图5,台式直饮机包括托架44,托架44包括两个支撑柱和连接两个支撑柱的托台,两个支撑柱和托台之间形成收纳空间,压缩机41设置于收纳空间中,冷罐4设置于托台背离收纳空间的一侧。为了合理充分地利用容置空间,在容置空间内设置托架44,从而将冷罐4放置于托架44的上方空间,将压缩机41放置在托架44的下方空间,且压缩机41与冷凝器42相邻设置,使得台式直饮机中用于制造冷水的元器件,即制冷元件,均集中位于容置空间的一个区域,当制冷功能出现故障时,只需拆开与制冷元件相邻的壳体1,维修方便。
请再次参照图2和图5,台式直饮机还包括电源板盒组件6,电源板盒组件6设置于冷凝器42的上方,且与热罐3相邻设置。在台式直饮机中,压缩机41、冷凝器42、风扇43均放置于底座12上,且三者相邻设置,而且冷罐4位于压缩机41的上方,这使得冷凝器42上方留有部分空间,将电源板盒组件6放置于该空间中,不仅可以充分利用空间,而且由于电源板盒组件6与进风口101所在的壳体1相对设置,便于在进风口101所在的壳体1上设置电源开关103,该电源开关103与电源板盒组件6中的电路板等元件电性连接,可以控制台式直饮机中各电气元件的通断。
请参照图6和图7,过滤装置2和热罐3均与冷罐4相邻设置,过滤装置2与热罐3以及电源板盒组件6相邻设置,冷罐4设置于过滤装置2远离电源板盒组件6的一侧。需要说明的是,过滤装置2包括PP和碳棒的复合滤芯21、以及超滤滤芯22。PP和碳棒的复合滤芯21的入口与自来水水源管路连接,复合滤芯的出口通过管道与超滤滤芯22的入口连接,超滤滤芯22的出口通过管道分别与热罐3、冷罐4的进水口和/或出水龙头连接。复合滤芯和超滤滤芯22可以套接于套筒23中,然后将套筒23放置于冷罐4和电源板盒组件6的侧边。
在本申请的一实施方式中,壳体1包括围设形成容置空间的顶盖11、底座12、前壳体131、后壳体141、左壳体151和右壳体161;冷罐4、压缩机41、冷凝器42和电源板盒组件6邻近左壳体151和右壳体161的其中一个设置;热罐3和过滤装置2邻近左壳体151和右壳体161的另一个设置;出风口102设置于后壳体141上;支撑柱固定在底座12上;出水龙头设置于前壳体131上。由于冷罐4的体积较大,占用的空间较多,将制冷元件集中设置于容置空间的一侧,将热罐3、过滤装置2设置于容置空间的另一侧,可以使得整机的高度和宽度都较为合适。而且,由于过滤装置2邻近左壳体151或者右壳体161设置,在更换滤芯时,只需要拆开一个壳体1即可,请参照图8。另外将过滤装置2靠近后壳体141设置,有利于与自来水水源管路连接,将热罐3和冷罐4围绕过滤装置2设置,有利于过滤装置2出来的净水分流进入热罐3和冷罐4,将热罐3和冷罐4均面向前壳体131设置,有利于热水和冷水流向出水龙头,整机中的管道设计合理,尽可能地缩短了水路。
进一步地,请再次参照图8,台式直饮机还包括接水盒17,接水盒17设置于出水龙头的下方,且接水盒17与底座12可以通过卡扣固定连接,便于用户拆卸接水盒17,对接水盒17进行清洗。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种台式直饮机,其中,包括形成容置空间的壳体、设置于所述壳体上的出水龙头以及设置于所述容置空间中的过滤装置、热罐和冷罐;所述过滤装置的原水端通过第一管道与自来水水源管路连接;所述过滤装置的净水端通过第二管道与所述热罐的进水口连接,通过第三管道与所述冷罐的进水口连接;所述热罐和所述冷罐的出水口均与所述出水龙头连接,且所述热罐和所述冷罐由自来水的水压驱动出水。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的台式直饮机,其中,还包括减压阀、第一电磁阀和第二电磁阀;所述减压阀设置在所述第一管道上;所述第一电磁阀设置在所述第二管道上;所述第二电磁阀设置在所述第三管道上。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的台式直饮机,其中,包括设置于所述容置空间中的压缩机、冷凝器、蒸发器和风扇;所述蒸发器和所述冷凝器均与所述压缩机连接,所述蒸发器设置于所述冷罐上,所述壳体上设有进风口和出风口,所述风扇置于所述出风口与所述冷凝器之间。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的台式直饮机,其中,包括托架,所述托架包括两个支撑柱和连接两个所述支撑柱的托台,两个所述支撑柱和所述托台之间形成收纳空间,所述压缩机设置于所述收纳空间中,所述冷罐设置于所述托台背离所述收纳空间的一侧。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的台式直饮机,其中,还包括电源板盒组件,所述电源板盒组件设置于所述冷凝器的上方,且与所述热罐相邻设置。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的台式直饮机,其中,所述第二电磁阀为三通电磁阀,所述第二电磁阀的进水端与所述过滤装置的净水端连接,所述第二电磁阀的其中一个出水端与所述冷罐的进水口连接,另一个出水端通过第四管道与所述出水龙头连接。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的台式直饮机,其中,包括设置于所述容置空间中的压缩机、冷凝器、蒸发器和风扇;所述蒸发器和所述冷凝器均与所述压缩机连接,所述蒸发器设置于所述冷罐上,所述壳体上设有进风口和出风口,所述风扇置于所述出风口与所述冷凝器之间。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的台式直饮机,其中,包括托架,所述托架包括两个支撑柱和连接两个所述支撑柱的托台,两个所述支撑柱和所述托台之间形成收纳空间,所述压缩机设置于所述收纳空间中,所述冷罐设置于所述托台背离所述收纳空间的一侧。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的台式直饮机,其中,还包括电源板盒组件,所述电源板盒组件设置于所述冷凝器的上方,且与所述热罐相邻设置。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的台式直饮机,其中,还包括第三电磁阀,所述第三电磁阀设置在所述冷罐的出水口与所述出水龙头之间。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的台式直饮机,其中,包括设置于所述容置空间中的压缩机、冷凝器、蒸发器和风扇;所述蒸发器和所述冷凝器均与所述压缩机连接,所述蒸发器设置于所述冷罐上,所述壳体上设有进风口和出风口,所述风扇置于所述出风口与所述冷凝器之间。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的台式直饮机,其中,包括托架,所述托架包括两个支撑柱和连接两个所述支撑柱的托台,两个所述支撑柱和所述托台之间形成收纳空间,所述压缩机设置于所述收纳空间中,所述冷罐设置于所述托台背离所述收纳空间的一侧。
  13. 如权利要求6所述的台式直饮机,其中,所述冷罐的出水口与所述第四管道的出水端汇集于第五管道,所述第五管道内设置有UV灯,且所述第五管道的出水口与所述出水龙头连接。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的台式直饮机,其中,包括设置于所述容置空间中的压缩机、冷凝器、蒸发器和风扇;所述蒸发器和所述冷凝器均与所述压缩机连接,所述蒸发器设置于所述冷罐上,所述壳体上设有进风口和出风口,所述风扇置于所述出风口与所述冷凝器之间。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的台式直饮机,其中,包括托架,所述托架包括两个支撑柱和连接两个所述支撑柱的托台,两个所述支撑柱和所述托台之间形成收纳空间,所述压缩机设置于所述收纳空间中,所述冷罐设置于所述托台背离所述收纳空间的一侧。
  16. 如权利要求1所述的台式直饮机,其中,包括设置于所述容置空间中的压缩机、冷凝器、蒸发器和风扇;所述蒸发器和所述冷凝器均与所述压缩机连接,所述蒸发器设置于所述冷罐上,所述壳体上设有进风口和出风口,所述风扇置于所述出风口与所述冷凝器之间。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的台式直饮机,其中,包括托架,所述托架包括两个支撑柱和连接两个所述支撑柱的托台,两个所述支撑柱和所述托台之间形成收纳空间,所述压缩机设置于所述收纳空间中,所述冷罐设置于所述托台背离所述收纳空间的一侧。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的台式直饮机,其中,还包括电源板盒组件,所述电源板盒组件设置于所述冷凝器的上方,且与所述热罐相邻设置。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的台式直饮机,其中,所述过滤装置和所述热罐均与所述冷罐相邻设置,所述过滤装置与所述热罐以及所述电源板盒组件相邻设置,所述冷罐设置于所述过滤装置远离所述电源板盒组件的一侧。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的台式直饮机,其中,所述壳体包括围设形成所述容置空间的顶盖、底座、前壳体、后壳体、左壳体和右壳体;所述冷罐、所述压缩机、所述冷凝器和所述电源板盒组件邻近所述左壳体和所述右壳体的其中一个设置;所述热罐和所述过滤装置邻近所述左壳体和所述右壳体的另一个设置;所述出风口设置于所述后壳体上;所述支撑柱固定在所述底座上;所述出水龙头设置于所述前壳体上。
