背景技术
可燃冰是一种高密度、高热值、洁净型能源,据科学家估计,全球可燃冰的资源总量换算成甲烷气体约相当于全世界已知煤炭、石油和大然气等能源总储量的两倍;随着世界油气资源的枯竭,寻求储量巨大的新型接替能源已是迫在眉睫。据有关资料分析,我国南海陆坡、台湾岛南部海域、冲绳海槽以及青藏高原的冻土层都具备可燃冰形成的条件。因此,开展并加强可燃冰的研究,对解决我国能源紧缺和世界能源危机都具有重要意义。
现在各国主要的开采方法有如下几种:1、注热法注入加热流体或直接加热储层来提高水合物区域内温度,引起溶解。能耗大,不能有效解决热利用效率较低的缺陷;2、降压法,降低压力促使水合物分解,该方法不需要连续激发,成本较低,适合大面积开采,是目前最有前景的一种开发技术;3、化学试剂注入开采法,化学试剂注入开采法通过向可燃冰储层中注入某些化学试剂,如盐水、甲醇、乙醇、乙二醇、丙三醇等,破坏可燃冰藏的相平衡条件,促使可燃冰分解,这种方法虽然可降低初期能量输入,但缺陷却很明显,它所需的化学试剂费用昂贵,对可燃冰储层的作用缓慢;4、置换开采法,依据的仍然是可燃冰稳定带的压力条件在一定的温度条件下,可燃冰保持稳定需要的压力比CO2水合物更高,这种作用释放出的热量可使可燃冰的分解反应得以持续地进行下去,但是存在着较大的隐患,如果地质运动,将CO2大量释放出来的话,会给生态环境带来灾难性的后果。
迄今为止,尚未形成一种经济而有效的可以实现可燃冰的大规模商业化开采方法,而已知方法中单纯采用一种开采方法很难实现真正的商业开采目的,因此,急需新的开采方法来加快可燃冰的大规模商业化开采。
发明内容
本发明提供一种可燃冰旋喷卸压流态化开采方法,能及时掌握储层内压力变化等情况,给出相应改善处理,避免开采过程中储层压力剧变等影响水合物储层结构安全性和稳定性的危险发生。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种可燃冰旋喷卸压流态化开采方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步:探明可燃冰储层的分布及储层的厚度;
第二步:对可燃冰储层进行网格单元模块划分,形成若干个开采单元模块;
第三步:在每个开采单元模块上布设开采钻孔,开采钻孔的深度由表土层直至可燃冰储层顶部;
第四步:采用双管柱对开采单元模块进行开采,预先在内管柱底端安装旋喷喷头,在外管柱内壁的中间位置以及内管柱底端均安装传感器;
第五步:将外管柱安装在开采钻孔的中心位置,其底部置于非渗透岩层中,安装有旋喷喷头的内管柱由外管柱顶部伸入,穿过外管柱底部,伸进可燃冰储层内,外管柱的顶端开设多个采集孔,每个采集孔内连接一个布设在地面的气泵仓;
第六步:在内管柱靠近底部的位置布设有一个水仓,水仓底部与旋喷喷头联通,水仓顶部开设开口,开口内通过软管与地面的水塔相连通,旋喷喷头向下进行旋转喷射前进,旋喷喷头高速射向周围的固态可燃冰,将其破碎,产生气态天然气水合物,利用外管柱将产生的气态天然气水合物运送至气泵仓进行采集,直至该开采单元模块内的天然气水合物全部采集完毕;
第七步:重复第六步步骤,直至其他开采单元模块内的天然气水合物全部采集完毕;

现在结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1-图3所示,本发明包括以下技术特征:开采钻孔1,内管柱2,支撑板3,传感器4,气泵仓5,水塔6,环形密闭设备7,外管柱8,旋喷喷头9,软管10,非渗透岩层11,可燃冰储层12。
本发明的开采原理是应用了“边界层表面效应”即流体速度加快时,物体与流体接 触的界面上的压力会减小,反之压力会增加;由于高速射流与固态可燃冰之间存在速度梯度,以致产生压力降;周围压力变低,可燃冰稳定的平衡曲线不断受到破坏,使得可燃冰储层开始融化并产出气体不断补充到游离气气库中,直到可燃冰开采完为止。
本发明的一种可燃冰旋喷卸压流态化开采方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步:探明可燃冰储层的分布及储层的厚度;
第二步:对可燃冰储层进行网格单元模块划分,形成若干个开采单元模块;
第三步:在每个开采单元模块上布设开采钻孔,开采钻孔的深度由表土层直至可燃冰储层顶部;
第四步:采用双管柱对开采单元模块进行开采,预先在内管柱底端安装旋喷喷头,在外管柱内壁的中间位置以及内管柱底端均安装传感器;
第五步:将外管柱安装在开采钻孔的中心位置,其底部置于非渗透岩层中,安装有旋喷喷头的内管柱由外管柱顶部伸入,穿过外管柱底部,伸进可燃冰储层内,在外管柱顶部用环形密闭设备密封,以防止杂物进入内管柱与外管柱之间的缝隙;外管柱的顶端开设多个采集孔,每个采集孔内连接一个布设在地面的气泵仓;
第六步:在内管柱靠近底部的位置布设有一个水仓,水仓底部与旋喷喷头联通,水仓顶部开设开口,开口内通过软管与地面的水塔相连通,旋喷喷头向下进行旋转喷射前进,旋喷喷头高速射向周围的固态可燃冰,将其破碎,产生气态天然气水合物,利用外管柱将产生的气态天然气水合物运送至气泵仓进行采集,直至该开采单元模块内的天然气水合物全部采集完毕;也就是说,水泵仓通过软水管将水高压喷入内管柱底部的水仓中,在旋喷喷头处形成高压射流,调整旋喷喷头的方向,使其产生的切割平面为水平方向,旋喷喷头高速转动,由其喷射出的圆盘状高压射流环切割和破碎周围固态可燃冰,逐渐向下移动旋喷喷头直到可燃冰储层底部,可形成半径可达5m的圆柱状开采空间,该半径大小可通过射流压力调整;在切割过程中形成一些气态、液态和若干破碎固态可燃冰,此时进行采集气态可燃冰,随着游离气体的不断减少,周围压力变低,可燃冰稳定的平衡曲线不断受到破坏,使得可燃冰储层开始融化并产出气体不断补充到游离气气库中,直到可燃冰开采完为止;
第七步:重复第六步步骤,直至其他开采单元模块内的天然气水合物全部采集完毕;

本发明在不同位置设置两个传感器,既可以在开采面进行数据的采集,同时也可以监测采集管路中流体的信息,来实现始段和末端的同时监测,地表设有气体综合处理和利用端;通过这个信号处理器收集得到的储层压力信息、注入流体流量信息的分析和处理,可以对储层内水合物分解情况得到及时掌握,并以此来调整控制水合物分解产气的开采速度。
在实际开采过程中,由于开采深度往往地表几百米以下,甚至达到数千米,故内管柱设计不能为一长达数百米的普通等直径管柱,一般可设计成模块化安设,即每隔一定长 度设计为一段,段与段之间用卡扣等连接结构进行连接。
但本专利采用的是高压水喷射,将高压水注入到一端开口的管柱中时将浪费掉高压水自身所携带的高压,也完成不了旋喷喷头处要形成高压射流所达到的压力要求,进一步也无法可燃冰开采,故本发明创新性的采用电动伸缩杆结构和软水管结合的方式来解决之一问题,首先软管采用聚氨酯材料制成,保证水管能够达到工作水压,然后在内管柱底部设立一个1m深的水仓,上部接口接软水管,下部结构接旋喷喷头,这样就可以通过在地面水仓调节水压来实现调节旋喷喷头出形成的高压射流的速度和压力,内管柱第一节长度要大于外管柱10m,以保证内管柱和外管柱之间的密闭和支撑,内管柱采用电动伸缩杆结构,在内管柱顶部置一电动马达,可通过控制马达来精准实现内管柱伸缩量的变化。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种可燃冰旋喷卸压流态化开采方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
    第一步:探明可燃冰储层的分布及储层的厚度;
    第二步:对可燃冰储层进行网格单元模块划分,形成若干个开采单元模块;
    第三步:在每个开采单元模块上布设开采钻孔,开采钻孔的深度由表土层直至可燃冰储层顶部;
    第四步:采用双管柱对开采单元模块进行开采,预先在内管柱底端安装旋喷喷头,在外管柱内壁的中间位置以及内管柱底端均安装传感器;
    第五步:将外管柱安装在开采钻孔的中心位置,其底部置于非渗透岩层中,安装有旋喷喷头的内管柱由外管柱顶部伸入,穿过外管柱底部,伸进可燃冰储层内,外管柱的顶端开设多个采集孔,每个采集孔内连接一个布设在地面的气泵仓;
    第六步:在内管柱靠近底部的位置布设有一个水仓,水仓底部与旋喷喷头联通,水仓顶部开设开口,开口内通过软管与地面的水塔相连通,旋喷喷头向下进行旋转喷射前进,旋喷喷头高速射向周围的固态可燃冰,将其破碎,产生气态天然气水合物,利用外管柱将产生的气态天然气水合物运送至气泵仓进行采集,直至该开采单元模块内的天然气水合物全部采集完毕;
    第七步:重复第六步步骤,直至其他开采单元模块内的天然气水合物全部采集完毕。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可燃冰旋喷卸压流态化开采方法,其特征在于:外管柱的直径与开采钻孔的直径大小相同。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的可燃冰旋喷卸压流态化开采方法,其特征在于:在外管柱的底端安装支撑板,用于为内管柱提供支撑。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的可燃冰旋喷卸压流态化开采方法,其特征在于:所述的传感器为压力传感器和流量传感器,传感器通过导线与信号处理器相连通。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的可燃冰旋喷卸压流态化开采方法,其特征在于:在内管柱靠近底部的位置布设有一个水仓,水仓的深度为1m。
