在本公开实施例中,在解锁后的界面为敏感界面且当前环境为敏感环境的情况下,可在检测到所述预设的启用局部显示的触摸操作时局部显示所述敏感界面,使得用户在不解锁的情况下便能预览部分解锁后对应的界面,从而提高防范意识。

根据本公开实施例,在解锁后的界面为敏感界面且终端当前处于敏感环境的情况下,通过在接收到解锁指令后调整敏感界面的显示属性,能够保护用户隐私信息,以提高用户使用体验。
参照图2,图2为根据本公开实施例提供的一种终端隐私保护方法的流程示意图。
在本公开实施例中,终端隐私保护方法包括以下步骤S10-S20。
在步骤S10处,在终端当前解锁后的界面为敏感界面且终端当前所处环境为敏感环境的情况下,在接收到基于用户操作触发的解锁指令时,执行隐私保护策略。
在步骤S20处,显示隐私保护策略对应的界面。
在本公开实施例中,用户可以将涉及自身资金账户信息的界面设置为敏感界面。例如,用户在使用支付软件A时,可在界面a查看自身的消费记录、在界面b查看资金来往记录、在界面c查看资金余额信息等,因而用户可以将界面a、b、c设置为敏感界面。如果终端在显示界面b时,用户没有将该界面b退出便锁屏了手机,并且在用户解锁时检测到当前为敏感环境,则可以显示预设的其他界面。所述预设的其他界面可以是日历、时钟或其他预设图片等界面;还可以是界面b的模糊化显示,例如将界面b的模糊程度调整为60%(该值可以由用户自由设置)之后进行显示;又或者是调整屏幕显示亮度后显示界面b,例如可以将屏幕亮度调整为20%(该值可以由用户自由设置)后显示界面b。在解锁后对应的界面为敏感界面且检测到当前环境为敏感环境的情况下,在当前接收到基于用户操作触发的解锁指令 时,可以执行隐私保护策略。例如,可以在解锁后不显示所述敏感界面或是对所述敏感界面做一些特殊处理后再显示。所述隐私保护策略在此不作限制,并可以根据实际需要进行设置。
在本公开另一实施例中,用户可以将涉及图片显示的界面设置为敏感界面,例如,可以将使用图片查看软件显示图片的界面、使用浏览器显示图片的界面、各种应用软件中显示图片的界面等设置为敏感界面。在解锁后显示的界面涉及图片浏览且检测到当前环境为敏感环境的情况下,在用户解锁时,可以执行隐私保护策略。例如,可以显示预设的其他界面(跳过涉及图片浏览的界面),例如,显示日历、时钟等,还可以将涉及图片浏览的界面进行模糊化处理后显示,或者是将屏幕亮度调整到一定值后显示涉及图片浏览的界面。
在本公开另一实施例中,用户还可以根据应用程序的类别来设置敏感界面。例如,可以将支付软件A对应的所有界面设置为敏感界面,将聊天软件B对应的所有界面设置为敏感界面,并将图库对应的所有界面设置为敏感界面等。在检测到解锁后的界面对应于支付软件A或者聊天软件B或者图库的界面时(即检测到解锁后对应的界面为敏感界面)且检测到当前环境为敏感环境的情况下,在接收到基于用户操作触发的解锁命令时,可以执行隐私保护策略。例如,可以在解锁后不显示对应的敏感界面或是对敏感界面做一些特殊处理后再显示。例如,可以在解锁后显示预设的其他界面,例如,显示日历、时钟、天气等,还可以对敏感界面进行模糊化处理后显示,或者是将屏幕亮度调整到一定值后显示所述敏感界面。
在本公开另一实施例中,若用户将一视频文件A的播放界面设置为敏感界面,则在检测到解锁后的界面为视频文件A对应的播放界面且检测到当前环境为敏感环境的情况下,在接收到基于用户操作触发的解锁命令时,可以执行隐私保护策略。例如,可以在解锁后不显示视频文件A对应的播放界面,而是显示预设的其他界面,例如,显示日历、时钟、天气等,还可以在解锁后调低视频文件A的播放界面对应的播放音量、调低视频文件A的播放界面对应的播放清晰度、调低视频文件A的播放界面对应的屏幕亮度等。
上述为用户自主设置敏感界面的示例性实施例。在本公开中,除了基于用户自主设置敏感界面,还可以由所述终端根据用户在使用所述终端时的行为动作进行学习,从而自动地将相应的界面设置为敏感界面。
在本公开实施例中,可以根据用户解锁之后的下一步操作来设置敏感界面。例如,若检测到用户在解锁后的1s内(该值可以由用户自由设置)迅速将显示的界面A进行切换(即界面A在解锁后的显示时间小于1s),并且该行为出现多次(可以设置一个阈值,例如20次,该动作超过20次即可认为是出现多次),则可以将对应的界面A设置为敏感界面。在另一个实施例中,若检测到在显示一界面A时,手机传感器采集到的数据显示当前环境光照强度低于预设阈值,并且该情况出现多次(例如,超过20次),则可以将界面A设置为敏感界面。在又一个实施例中,可以通过智能穿戴设备来获取用户的生理数据(心跳变化、眼睛活动状态、面部表情),若在显示一界面A时,检测到用户心跳过快(超过某一预设阈值),并且该情况出现多次(大于预设阈值,例如大于15次),则可以将界面A设置为敏感界面。
在本公开实施例中,对于敏感环境的判断可以通过对手机麦克风采集的音频信息和/或摄像头采集的图像信息来进行。例如,当接收到基于用户操作触发的解锁命令时,可以根据麦克风在接收到解锁命令前的10s内采集的音频信息来判断当前环境是否为敏感环境。具体地,首先通过预置的音频处理软件对这一段总时长10s的音频信息进行处理,以得到对应的特征频带响度曲线;随后对特征频带响度曲线进行分析,计算在该特征频带响度曲线中响度超过预设响度阈值(可以根据需要来人为地设置该阈值,例如设置为50方)的部分对应的时长在预设时间段(即,上述说的10S)中的占比,以判断该占比是否超过预设比例(可以根据需要来人为地设置该预设比例,例如,将其设置为10%),若该占比不超过预设比例,则说明当前不为敏感环境,而若该占比大于或等于预设比例,则说明当前环境为敏感环境。在根据接收到解锁命令前的10s内采集的音频信息来判断当前环境 是否为敏感环境时,还可以首先计算与其对应的尖锐度曲线,随后对该尖锐度曲线进行分析,若尖锐度曲线对应的若干个数值中存在某一数值大于等于预设尖锐度阈值(可根据实际需要来人为地设置该阈值,例如,将其设置为1.0)时,则说明当前环境为敏感环境,若不存在,则当前环境不为敏感环境。
在本公开另一实施例中,对于敏感环境的判断还可以通过手机所处的位置来进行。例如,用户可以将地点A、地点B、地点C、地点D这四个地点设置为安全地点,即认为当手机处于这四个地点时处于安全环境,而当手机处于这四个地点之外的其他地点时,认为手机处于敏感环境。
本公开实施例中,检测终端解锁后的界面是否为敏感界面的操作只需在终端锁定期间进行一次即可。所述检测可以在接收到解锁命令前进行,也可在接收到解锁命令后实时进行;当在接收到解锁命令前进行所述检测操作时,可以在终端锁定期间定时进行。所述检测操作在此不做限制,可以根据实际需要进行设置。

根据前面描述的各实施例,若解锁后的敏感界面为显示图片的界面,则可以在解锁后将屏幕亮度调整至总亮度的10%(可以由用户自由地设置该值),或者可以调整屏幕显示的模糊程度,例如将模糊程度调整至80%(可以由用户自由设置该值,模糊度越高则图像显示越不清晰)。若解锁后的敏感界面为播放音频/视频文件的界面(用户将所述音频/视频文件设置为敏感文件,因此所述音频/视频对应的播放界面均为敏感界面),则可以将音频/视频文件的播放音量调低(例如调整为零),或者可以调低屏幕亮度、调高屏幕的模糊度。
根据本公开实施例,在解锁后的界面为敏感界面且终端当前处于敏感环境的情况下,通过在接收到解锁指令后调整敏感界面的显示属性,能够保护用户隐私信息,以提高用户使用体验。
此外,本公开实施例还提出一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有终端隐私保护程序,所述终端隐私保护程序被处理器执行时使得实现上述所述的终端隐私保护程序方法的步 骤。所述步骤与上述终端隐私保护方法各实施例基本相同,在此不做赘述。
需要说明的是,在本文中,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者系统不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者系统所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素并不排除在包括该要素的过程、方法、物品,或者系统中还存在另外的相同要素。
上述本公开实施例序号仅仅是为了描述,并不代表实施例的优劣。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到上述实施例方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现。基于这样的理解,本公开的技术方案本质部分或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来。该计算机软件产品存储在如上所述的一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,并包括用以使得一台终端设备(可以是手机、计算机、服务器、空调器、或者网络设备等)执行本公开各个实施例所述的方法的若干指令。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种终端隐私保护方法,包括:
    在终端当前解锁后的界面为敏感界面且终端当前所处环境为敏感环境的情况下,在接收到基于用户操作触发的解锁指令时,执行隐私保护策略;以及
    显示隐私保护策略对应的界面。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的终端隐私保护方法,其中,在所述终端当前解锁后的界面为敏感界面且终端当前所处环境为敏感环境的情况之前,还包括以下步骤:
    获取终端解锁后界面上的显示对象所关联的操作场景记录和终端当前所处环境的环境参数;以及
    根据所述操作场景记录来判断终端解锁后的界面是否为敏感界面,以及根据环境参数来判断终端当前所处环境是否为敏感环境。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的终端隐私保护方法,其中,所述操作场景记录包括以下一种或多种:
    解锁完成后,所述显示对象显示时间小于预设阈值;
    所述显示对象显示时,检测到所述终端所处环境对应的光照强度小于预设光强阈值;
    所述显示对象显示时,检测到终端音量小于预设音量阈值;以及
    所述显示对象显示时,检测到用户生理数据在预设时间段内的增幅大于预设幅度阈值。
  4. 如权利要求2或3所述的终端隐私保护方法,所述根据所述操作场景记录来判断终端解锁后的界面是否为敏感界面的步骤包括以下步骤:
    检测所述操作场景记录的次数是否大于预设阈值,并且
    若所述操作场景记录的次数大于预设阈值,则判定终端解锁后的界面为敏感界面。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的终端隐私保护方法,其中,所述环境参数包括摄像装置检测到的人脸图像和/或噪声传感器检测到的噪声值。
  6. 如权利要求2或5所述的终端隐私保护方法,其中,所述根据环境参数来判断终端当前所处环境是否为敏感环境的步骤包括以下步骤:
    根据所述环境参数判断终端当前所处环境中人脸图像个数是否大于预设个数阈值和/或噪声值是否大于预设噪声阈值,并且
    若终端当前所处环境中人脸图像个数大于预设个数阈值和/或噪声值大于预设噪声阈值,则判定终端当前所处环境为敏感环境。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的终端隐私保护方法,其中,在所述终端当前解锁后的界面为敏感界面且终端当前所处环境为敏感环境的情况之前,还包括以下步骤:
    接收基于用户操作触发的设置指令,将所述设置指令对应的界面设置为敏感界面。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的终端隐私保护方法,其中,在所述终端当前解锁后的界面为敏感界面且终端当前所处环境为敏感环境的情况之前,还包括以下步骤:
    接收基于用户操作触发的设置指令,将所述设置指令对应的地点设置为安全地点,并且在所述终端当前不位于所述安全地点时,判断所述终端当前所处环境为敏感环境。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的终端隐私保护方法,其中,所述显示隐私保护策略对应的界面的步骤还包括以下步骤:
    若接收到预设局部显示的触摸操作,则局部显示敏感界面。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的终端隐私保护方法,其中,所述显示隐私保护策略对应的界面的步骤还包括以下步骤:
    显示预设界面,其中,所述预设界面为非敏感界面。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的终端隐私保护方法,其中,所述显示隐私保护策略对应的界面的步骤还包括以下步骤:
    显示其展示属性经调整的敏感界面。
  12. 一种终端,包括:存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的终端隐私保护程序,所述终端隐私保护程序被所述处理器执行时使得实现如下步骤:
    在终端当前解锁后的界面为敏感界面且终端当前所处环境为敏感环境的情况下,在接收到基于用户操作触发的解锁指令时,执行隐私保护策略;以及
    显示隐私保护策略对应的界面。
  13. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有终端隐私保护程序,所述终端隐私保护程序被处理器执行时使得实现如权利要求1至11中任一项所述的终端隐私保护方法的步骤。
