本发明涉及电源,特别是涉及一种便携式电源。
随着各种电子数码产品的使用,移动电源成为家居和旅行必备之品。同时,各种电子产品的充电器各式各样,充电方式也非常异同,目前一般使用USB充电线将电子产品与移动电源连接,实现充电,然而,对于一些特殊的电子产品,这样使用非常不方便。
例如苹果手表,其充电方式采用无线充电,配备的是一款无线充电器,并且有较长的电源线,在家时,可以将电源线插到一个适配器上,再将苹果手表放在充电头上进行充电,但出差或旅行时,需要使用移动电源进行充电,一般的移动电源只在外部提供一至两个USB接口,电子产品需要充电时,只需要将电源线上的USB插头插入USB接口即可。而对于苹果手表,如果也采用这种方式充电,会出现无线充电器上的电源线无法收纳比较杂乱,使用起来非常不方便。
发明内容
基于此,有必要提供一种能够收纳充电器的电源线的便携式电源。
一种便携式电源,用于与包括依次连接的充电头、电源线及USB插头的无线充电装置连接,所述便携式电源包括:
本体,呈条形,所述本体的外部设置有第一区段和第二区段,所述第一区段设置有可容置所述无线充电装置的充电位,所述充电头适于可拆卸地嵌置于所述充电位内;所述第二区段设置有适于供所述电源线缠绕的绕线位;
外壳,套设在所述本体上;
USB插座;及
充电电池,设置于所述本体的内部,所述充电电池通过所述USB插座向外供电;
当所述充电头位于所述充电位内时,所述USB插头适于插入所述USB插座内,且所述电源线部分地或者全部缠绕于所述绕线位。

如图1至图4所示,一实施例的便携式电源100,可用于为电子产品充电,它包括条状的本体10和套设在本体10上的外壳20,本体10的内部设置有充电电池(未图示),该充电电池通过USB插座30向外供电,本体10的外部设置有第一区段11和第二区段12。USB插座30的数目为一个、两个或者多个。
具体地,第一区段11设置有可容置无线充电装置200的充电位111,该无线充电装置200可通过上述USB插座30与本实施例的便携式电源100连接,用于为电子产品进行无线充电,它包括依次连接的充电头201、电源线202和USB插头203,该充电头201用于为电子产品进行感应式充电,该USB插头203与上述USB插座30插接,该电源线202用于电连接上述充电头201和USB插头203。
本实施例的便携式电源100中,第二区段12设置有供上述电源线202缠绕的绕线位121,当上述USB插头203插入到上述USB插座30内后,可以
将电源线202缠绕在该绕线位121上,最后将充电头201安装到上述充电位111内,实现该无线充电装置200在便携式电源100上的安装。绕线位121的长度以当电源线202部分地或全部缠绕于绕线位121时,充电头201恰好能放入充电位111为宜,这样,可使电源线202整齐美观,而且不杂乱,不外飘,大大方便了无线充电装置200和便携式电源100的连接使用和携带。
为了使无线充电装置200安装到便携式电源100上时兼具美观性和方便性,本实施例设计为,上述外壳20套设于第二区段12上,并且能够完全遮盖上述绕线位121,使无线充电装置200与本实施例的便携式电源100看起来像是一个整体,美观大方而且实用。
本实施例为进一步缩小体积,同时为避免充电头201意外从充电位中脱出,在所述绕线位121与充电位111之间设置有用于卡入电源线202的卡槽131,即,当电源线202被部分地或完全缠绕于绕线位121上后,可将靠近充电头201的这部分电源线202嵌入该卡槽131内,然后再将充电头201装入充电位111内,使得电源线202在绕线位121与充电位111的过渡处不致凸出在外,影响美观和使用。
另外,为了便于随时方便地取下充电头201或整个无线充电装置200,本实施例的充电位111的深度不能大于充电头201的厚度。更优选的方式是,充电位111还设置有用于将充电头201取出的凹位112,这样便可直接徒手取出充电头201,而不需要借助工具,提高了便携式电源100的使用的便利性。凹位112的数目为一个、两个或者多个。
本实施例的USB插座30包括第一USB插座31和第二USB插座32,同时,第二区段12具有呈阶段状排布的第一端面122和第二端面123,第一USB插座31设置于第一端面122上,第二USB插座32设置于第二端面123上。当无线充电装置200的USB插头203插入到第一USB插座31时,第二USB插座32可以同时与其它电子产品连接,给其它电子产品充电。第一USB插座31和第二USB插座32的数目为一个、两个或者多个。
相应地,上述外壳20具有一第三端面210,该第三端面210设置有一第
一窗口211,当外壳20套入上述第二区段12上时恰好对准第二USB插座32,以供外部的USB插头从该第一窗口211插入第二USB插座32,实现在不拔下外壳20的情况下直接对外供电。
进一步地,作为实施方式之一,本实施例的上述第一端面122与第二端面123在本体的长度方向上形成有一收容部124,无线充电装置200的USB插头203适于从该收容部124插入第一USB插座31(如图3所示),并且在当上述USB插头203插入到第一USB插座31后,上述电源线202能够自该收容部124从第二区段12向第一区段11的方向开始缠绕。
进一步地,为缩小本实施例的便携式电源100的体积,上述第二区段12的外壁与外壳20的内壁之间的最小距离与电源线202的粗细相匹配,使得当上述电源线202缠绕于绕线位121上时,仍不影响外壳20与本体10之间的装配。同时,为了避免电源线202被绕上多层,上述第二区段12的长度与上述电源线202的长度和粗细相匹配,即当电源线202被缠绕在绕线位121上时,只需缠绕一层便可将电源线全部收纳完毕,同时,第二区段12特别是绕线位121的长度又恰好能满足电源线202被全部缠绕,不宜过长,也不宜过短。
此外,本实施例在第一区段11与第二区段12之间还设置有第三区段13,该第三区段13用于与外壳20进行过盈配合连接,或者可拆卸式卡接,以使外壳20能固定套设在本体10上。同时,上述卡槽131设置于该第三区段13,以容纳该部分的电源线202。该卡槽131的深度和宽度需与电源线202的粗线相匹配。
下面以电子产品为苹果手表为例,进一步说明便携式电源100的技术特点。
结合图5~图7所示,本实施例的无线充电装置200为苹果手表充电器,该充电器采用弱磁吸的方式与苹果手表300匹配,充电头201为圆形,因此,充电位111也为圆形。
如图6所示,本实施例中,设定具有充电位111的一面为正面,则与充
电位111相背对的一面为底面,本实施例的便携式电源100在底面设置有一第一支承面14,该第一支承面14由便携式电源100的底面形成,也可以由底面设计的三个或多个支承点共同形成。该第一支承面14能够在当便携式电源100平放时防止滚动,以便于对苹果手表300进行充电,此时,需要将苹果手表300的表带301展开。
如图7所示,此外,本实施例还可在第一区段11的端部设置一第二支承面15,该第二支承面15能够使便携式电源100竖直放置时能对苹果手表300进行充电,此时,苹果手表300的表带301可以展开也可以不展开。
进一步地,在一实施例中,将便携式电源100整体制作成长方体结构,该长方体的底面形成上述第一支承面14,该长方体的一个侧面形成上述第二支承面15,使得整体结构简单、大方。
请再参考图1和图2,本实施例的充电位111的内壁设置有一弹性垫片113,该弹性垫片113用于压紧充电头201,以防充电头201从充电位111中脱出。需要说明的是,充电位111只需要比充电位111略大即可,再配合弹性垫片113就可以方便地固定充电头201,从而可以忽略充电位111的尺寸精度,降低了生产难度,也可有效提高生产效率,降低生产成本。上述弹性垫片113可采用例如塑胶或硅胶材料制作,材料易得且价格低廉。
本实施例的便携式电源100内部采用充电电池储存电能,在电量耗尽时可以充电,本实施例在第二端面123上设置有充电接口40,该充电接口40与充电电池电连接,同时,在第三端面210上对应设置有一第二窗口212,该第二窗口212在当外壳20套入上述第二区段12上时能恰好对准所述充电接口40,以便于对充电电池充电。
综上所述,上述便携式电源100不仅巧妙地解决了无线充电装置的电源线的收纳问题,而且可以直接使用原装充电器,无需集成其它充电器来代替,不仅使用方便,而且产品的生产成本低,性能可靠,安全稳定。

- 根据权利要求7所述的便携式电源,其特征在于,所述第二端面上设置有充电接口,所述充电接口与所述充电电池电连接,所述第三端面上对应设置有第二窗口,所述第二窗口适于当所述外壳套入所述第二区段上时恰好对准所述充电接口,以便于对所述充电电池充电。
- 如权利要求1~17任一项所述的便携式电源,其特征在于:所述无线 充电装置为苹果手表充电器。
