Abstract

一种按摩运动装置以及抓头按摩器,其中,按摩运动装置包括安装座以及一对摆臂组件,摆臂组件安装于安装座,摆臂组件均包括转动盘以及摆臂机构(400),摆臂机构(400)均包括摆动臂(410)、通过第二转轴(620)与摆动臂(410)转动连接的连接件(420),连接臂(421)开设有与第二转轴(620)配合的条形孔(4211),条形孔(4211)的开设方向与第二转轴(620)的轴线平行,条形孔(4211)的长度延伸方向与导向柱(422)的延伸方向平行设置。在实现了模仿人手的张合抓挠动作的基础上,由于条形孔(4211)的长度延伸方向与导向柱(422)的延伸方向平行设置,避免了连接件(420)整体受到平行于导向柱(422)的延伸方向的作用力,从而防止连接件(420)在平行于导向柱(422)的延伸方向出现跳动的情况,增强稳定性。

[0016] 基于本发明的结构, 在具体使用过程中, 驱动组件驱动各转动轮同步转动, 其 中, 置于导槽中的导向柱则会随着转动轮的转动而在导槽内沿垂直于第二转轴 的方向来回移动, 而导向柱在来回移动的过程中, 将带动连接臂在垂直于第二 转轴的方向来回移动, 进而带动摆动臂绕第二转轴摆动, 而各摆臂组件是成对 设置的, 一对摆臂组件中的两个摆动臂将同吋相向摆动或相背离摆动, 从而实 现了模仿人手的张合抓挠动作, 这样, 在摆动臂上安装有按摩头组件后, 既能 够获得良好的按摩体验。
[0017] 由于条形孔的长度延伸方向与导向柱的延伸方向平行设置, 连接臂与第二转轴 之间的相互作用力都垂直于条形孔的长度方向的孔壁, 从而避免了连接臂受到 平行于所述导向柱的延伸方向的作用力, 也即是避免了连接件整体受到平行于 所述导向柱的延伸方向的作用力, 从而防止连接件在平行于所述导向柱的延伸 方向出现跳动的情况, 增强稳定性。

[0025] 请参阅图 1至图 3, 该按摩运动装置包括安装座以及一对位置相对设置的摆臂组 件, 各摆臂组件均安装于安装座。
[0026] 其中, 各摆臂组件均包括转动盘以及摆臂机构 400, 各摆臂机构 400均包括通过 第一转轴 610连接于安装座的摆动臂 410、 通过第二转轴 620与摆动臂 410转动连 接的连接件 420, 第二转轴 620连接于摆动臂 410的侧臂, 第一转轴 610的轴线与 第二转轴 620的轴线平行设置。
[0027] 转动轮 200的一轮面幵设有导槽 201, 导槽 201的布置路径为环形, 各导槽 201的 几何中心均位于临近的转动轮 200的转动轴线中靠近或远离另一转动轮 200的一 侧, 连接件 420包括连接臂 421以及连接于连接臂 421并设于导槽 201中的导向柱 4 22, 连接臂 421幵设有与第二转轴 620配合的条形孔 4211, 条形孔 4211的幵设方 向与第二转轴 620的轴线平行, 条形孔 4211的孔宽与第二转轴 620的杆径相匹配 , 条形孔 4211的长度延伸方向与导向柱 422的延伸方向平行设置。 其中, 由于各 导槽 201的几何中心均位于临近的转动轮 200的转动轴线中靠近或远离另一转动 轮 200的一侧, 这样, 在两转动轮 200在同步转动的过程中, 可驱动两导向柱 422 相向或相背离运动; 在本发明实施例中, 导槽 201的布置路径为圆形, 且该圆形 的圆心偏离转动轮 200的转动轴线。 又由于条形孔 4211的长度延伸方向与导向柱 422的延伸方向平行设置, 连接臂 421与第二转轴 620之间的相互作用力都垂直于 条形孔 4211的长度方向的孔壁, 从而避免了连接臂 421受到平行于所述导向柱 42 2的延伸方向的作用力, 也即是避免了连接件 420整体受到平行于所述导向柱 422 的延伸方向的作用力, 从而防止连接件 420在平行于所述导向柱 422的延伸方向 出现跳动的情况, 增强稳定性。
[0028] 上述中, 由于第一转轴 610是静止不动, 且连接臂 421只能直线运动, 连接臂 42 1的运动路径垂直于第一转轴, 这样, 连接臂 421和摆动臂 410的连接臂 421之间 的连接点将随连接臂 421的运动而变化, 摆动臂 410通过幵设有条形孔 4211来与 第二转轴 620连接, 确保摆动臂 410能够正常摆动。

[0030] 基于本发明的结构, 由于导向柱 422的延伸方向与第一转轴 610的方向垂直设置 , 导向柱 422只能沿垂直于第一转轴 610的方向运动, 且还由于导槽 201的几何中 心均位于临近的转动轮 200的转动轴线中靠近或远离另一转动轮 200的一侧, 导 向柱 422与导槽 201配合的位置到转动轮 200的转动轴线的距离将随转动轮 200的 转动而变化。
[0031] 在具体使用过程中, 驱动组件驱动各转动轮 200同步转动, 其中, 置于导槽 201 中的导向柱 422则会随着转动轮 200的转动而在导槽 201内沿垂直于第二转轴 620 的方向来回移动, 而导向柱 422在来回移动的过程中, 将带动连接臂 421在垂直 于第二转轴 620的方向来回移动, 进而带动摆动臂 410绕第二转轴 620摆动, 而本 发明实施例中, 各摆臂组件是成对设置的, 一对摆臂组件中的两个摆动臂 410将 同吋相向摆动或相背离摆动, 从而实现了模仿人手的张合抓挠动作, 这样, 在 摆动臂 410上安装有按摩头组件后, 既能够获得良好的按摩体验。
[0032] 此外, 在此需要强调说明的是, 如摆动臂 410直接与转动轮 200连接, 由于摆动 臂 410在摆动的过程中, 摆动臂 410与连接臂 421的连接点的移动路径为圆弧, 并 出现上下移动的情况, 这样, 导槽 201的布置路径需与摆动臂 410配合, 使得导 槽 201的布置路径不在一个平面内, 导致导槽 201形状构造非常复杂, 不便于生 产制造, 极大地增加了成本, 而在本发明实施例中, 摆动臂 410通过连接件 420 来与转动轮 200来联动, 并在摆动臂 410上幵设条形孔 4211, 这样, 导槽 201的布 置路径就可以在一个平面内, 并极大地简化了导槽 201的形状构造, 便于生产制 造, 极大地降低了成本。
[0033] 具体地, 在本发明实施例中, 转动轮 200上的导槽 201的横截面可以为矩形。
[0034] 请参阅图, 条形孔 4211沿其长度延伸方向延伸至连接臂 421的上侧, 并形成半 幵式孔。 这样, 有利于提高连接件 420和摆动臂 410之间的装配效率。 具体地, 在装配过程中, 只需将第二转轴 620从连接臂 421的上侧置入到条形孔 4211即可 完成装配。
[0035] 请参阅图, 第二转轴 620设有两个, 两第二转轴 620连接于摆动臂 410相对设置 的侧臂; 连接臂 421包括一对间隔设置的连接支臂 4212, 两连接支臂 4212分别位 于摆动臂 410的两侧, 任一连接支臂 4212均于其朝向另一连接支臂 4212的侧壁幵 设有条形孔 4211, 一条形孔 4211与一第二转轴 620配合。 这样, 增加了摆动臂 41 0和连接臂 421之间的连接支撑点, 增强了摆动臂 410和连接臂 421之间的连接强 度。 在本实施例中, 两第二转轴 620为一体结构设置, 并穿过摆动臂 410。
[0036] 进一步地, 各所述条形孔 4211均贯均为通孔结构。 这样, 便于在连接件 420和 摆动臂 410装配过程中观察第二转轴 620与条形孔 4211中是否装配到位, 有利于 提高装配效率。
[0037] 请参阅图, 转动轮 200的周侧设有从动齿, 驱动组件包括主动轮, 以及用于驱 动主动轮转动的驱动装置, 主动轮位于相对设置的两转动轮 200之间, 并均与两 转动轮 200的周侧抵接, 主动轮的周侧设有与从动齿啮合的主动齿。 基于此设计 , 只需要一个主动轮即可, 从而也只需要一个用于驱动主动轮转动的驱动装置 , 而不需要针对每组摆臂组件单独设置主动轮和驱动装置, 这样, 减少了驱动 源, 有利于降低制造成本。 具体地, 在本发明实施例中, 驱动装置为驱动电机
[0038] 在本发明实施例中, 按摩运动装置包括两对摆臂组件, 四个摆臂组件呈圆形阵 列布置。 其中, 增加的一对摆臂组件也与另一对摆臂组件共用同一个主动轮。
[0039] 请参阅图, 从动齿的齿数大于主动齿的齿数, 由于从动齿轮的齿轮数大于主动 齿轮的齿轮数, 也即是当主动齿轮转动一圈吋, 从动齿轮尚未转够一圈, 这样 , 提高了传动组件的传动比, 可以提高驱动装置的输出力矩。 具体地, 在本实 施例中, 从动齿轮的齿轮数与主动齿轮的齿轮数之比为 2:1。
[0040] 请参阅图 1至图 3, 连接件 420还包括套接于导向柱 422的柱套, 柱套与导向柱 42 2可转动配合。 基于此结构, 导向柱 422通过柱套来与导槽 201的槽壁接触, 其中 , 由于柱套与导向柱 422可转动配合, 这样, 当导向柱 422外侧与导槽 201的槽壁 摩擦阻力较大吋, 柱套可以相对于导向柱 422发生旋转, 总而避免因导向柱 422 外侧与导槽 201的槽壁之间的摩擦阻力较大而不能在导槽 201能滑动。

[权利要求 1] 一种按摩运动装置, 包括安装座以及一对位置相对设置的摆臂组件, 各所述摆臂组件均安装于所述安装座, 各所述摆臂组件均包括转动盘 以及摆臂机构, 其特征在于, 各所述摆臂机构均包括通过第一转轴连 接于所述安装座的摆动臂、 通过第二转轴与所述摆动臂转动连接的连 接件, 所述第二转轴连接于所述摆动臂的侧臂, 所述第一转轴的轴线 与所述第二转轴的轴线平行设置, 所述转动轮的一轮面幵设有导槽, 所述导槽的布置路径为环形, 各所述导槽的几何中心均位于临近的所 述转动轮的转动轴线中靠近或远离另一所述转动轮的一侧, 所述连接 件包括连接臂以及连接于所述连接臂并设于所述导槽中的导向柱, 所 述连接臂幵设有与所述第二转轴配合的条形孔, 所述条形孔的幵设方 向与所述第二转轴的轴线平行, 所述条形孔的孔宽与所述第二转轴的 杆径相匹配, 所述条形孔的长度延伸方向与所述导向柱的延伸方向平 行设置;
所述按摩运动装置包括用于驱动各所述转动轮同步转动的驱动组件。
