Description

一种智能语音垃圾粉碎系统 技术领域
本发明涉及垃圾处理技术领域,尤其是一种智能语音垃圾粉碎系统。
背景技术
由生活垃圾造成的污染一直是中国最严重的公害之一。尤其是近几年来,随着地区经济的迅速发展,公共场所的垃圾不能更好的收集,造成垃圾污染环境和影响市容的问题也越来越严重。所以把垃圾良好的收集,处理,防止环境污染,保护环境,维护生态平衡创造良好的市容市貌,以成为社会发展的重要举措,也是每个公民应尽的义务。而如何科学合理地收集和处理垃圾,避免其对环境造成污染是长期以来难以解决的问题。
目前很多城市对于垃圾的处理方式还是传统的掩埋和焚烧,掩埋生活垃圾往往会导致土壤发生永久性损害,以后这样的土地不能够进行耕种,生活垃圾中存在大尺寸垃圾,这样的垃圾不好进行处理,给垃圾处理带来了难题,垃圾当中含有大量的污水,在垃圾运输的过程中也容易出现污水的泄露,影响了城市的市容市貌,不同的垃圾有着不一样的处理方式,大型的垃圾不容易进行掩埋,使得大型垃圾在垃 圾场进行堆积,长期得不到处理这样的垃圾散发出难闻的气味,增加了垃圾处理人员的处理难度,固体垃圾处理不好往往会导致城市空气质量下降,影响了人们正常的生活。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种智能语音垃圾粉碎系统,旨在解决现有技术中固体垃圾处理不好导致城市空气质量下降的产品问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种智能语音垃圾粉碎系统,所述系统包括:带有红外线传感器的探头、控制装置、电源装置、智能语音装置、粉碎装置以及回收装置,所述探头、电源装置、粉碎装置、智能语音装置均与控制装置连接,所述回收装置与所述粉碎装置连接,
所述探头,用于探测障碍物,并将探测结果传输至控制装置;
所述智能语音装置,用于接收由控制装置发出的播音指令;
所述控制装置,用于控制探头探测以及粉碎装置的开始和关闭;并将相应的播音指令以及粉碎指令发送至智能语音装置以及粉碎装置;
所述粉碎装置,用于根据控制装置发出的粉碎指令进行粉碎,灰渣碎料传输至回收装置;
所述回收装置用于回收粉碎后灰渣碎料;
所述电源装置包括电源和控制电源开闭的开关,用于为控制装置供电。
进一步地,所述探头为红外线感应装置,所述红外线感应装置安装于所述垃圾箱体的门盖板外部,用于探测前方的障碍物。
进一步地,所述粉碎装置包括垃圾粉碎机机架、筒体、刀架、主轴、输入端以及输出端,其中,机架将筒体固定在中间,筒体内设有主轴和刀架,输入端设在筒体上部,用于将垃圾输入到筒体内,输出端设在筒体下部,用于将垃圾输出至所述回收装置。
进一步地,所述刀架包括固定挡板、刀轴、刀片、间隔套筒、扇叶刀片,其中固定挡板焊接在主轴上,刀轴设在固定挡板上与主轴一同旋转,刀片和间隔套筒可活动地空套在刀轴上,扇叶刀片倾斜地设在主轴两端的固定挡板上,用于搅动空气和粉碎垃圾。
进一步地,所述回收装置设置于所述垃圾箱体内的底部,用于回收粉碎后的灰渣碎料。
进一步地,所述电源装置的电源采用锂电池。
进一步地,所述智能语音装置中设置有扬声器,用于播音。
相较于现有技术,本发明所述一种智能语音垃圾粉碎系统采用了上述技术方案,达到了如下技术效果:本发明不仅能够提醒人类进行垃圾分类,提高人类环保意识,还能够将大尺寸生活垃圾进行粉碎,方便垃圾的下一步处理,方便垃圾的输送,降低了垃圾运输的费用,保护了环境,能够将固体垃圾粉碎的更加彻底,方便垃圾进一步处理,能够减少大型垃圾对环境的污染,减少了垃圾对于空气的污染,维持了城市空气的质量,保护了人们的身体健康。

如图1所示,图1是本发明一种智能语音垃圾粉碎系统的优选实施例的结构示意图。
在本实施例中,所述系统包括带有超声波传感器的探头、控制装置、智能语音装置、粉碎装置、回收装置和电源装置,所述探头、智能语音装置、电源装置、粉碎装置均与控制装置连接,所述回收装置与粉碎装置连接。
本实施例中所述探头为红外线感应装置,所述红外线感应装置安装于所述垃圾箱体的门盖板外部,用于探测前方的障碍物,并将探测结果传输至控制装置,控制装置通过对探测结果的处理,选择语音播音内容,并通过数据接口通知智能语音装置,并等待智能语音装置播音完毕,智能语音装置接到播音指令后驱动播放相应的语音,并等待 所述智能语音装置中的扬声器播音完毕,提醒人们垃圾分类,所述控制装置等待智能语音装置播放完毕信号后,启动粉碎装置;
所述粉碎装置设置于所述垃圾箱体内的中部,所述粉碎装置有载片或刀片的旋转轴将垃圾粉碎,所述粉碎装置输入端设在所述粉碎装置的上部,用于将垃圾一起送入所述粉碎装置的机体内,所述粉碎装置输出端设在机体框架的下部,经过所述粉碎装置粉碎后的垃圾从所述输出端进入所述回收装置。
所述粉碎装置还包括垃圾粉碎机机架、筒体、刀架、主轴、输入端以及输出端,其中所述机架将所述筒体固定在中间,所述筒体内设有所述主轴和所述刀架,所述输入端设在所述筒体上部,用于将垃圾输入到所述筒体内,所述输出端设在所述筒体下部,用于将垃圾输出到所述回收装置内;所述筒体底面与所述回收装置连接;所述刀架包括固定挡板、刀轴、刀片、间隔套筒、扇叶刀片,其中固定挡板焊接在主轴上,刀轴设在固定挡板上与主轴一同旋转,刀片和间隔套筒可活动地空套在刀轴上,扇叶刀片倾斜地设在主轴两端的固定挡板上,用于搅动空气和粉碎垃圾。
所述回收装置设置于所述垃圾箱体内的下部,用于装粉碎后的灰渣碎料,增加了垃圾箱的实用性。
所述电源装置包括电源和控制电源的开闭的开关,可人工开关机,控制装置控制本发明智能语音垃圾粉碎系统进入休眠状态,控制装置本身也进入休眠状态,保持系统节电效果最佳。
本实施例中电源采用节能、环保、低碳的锂电池。
本发明的使用过程及原理:安装于垃圾箱体的门盖板外部的探头,用于探测前方有障碍物接近时,发送探测结果至控制装置;所述控制装置根据探测结果发送播音指令至所述智能语音装置,所述智能语音装置中的扬声器进行播音指令,提醒人类分类垃圾,等待所述智能语音装置播音完毕后;所述控制装置启动所述粉碎装置并发送粉碎指令,所述粉碎装置根据粉碎指令开始高速旋转;垃圾进入所述垃圾粉碎机内,垃圾粉碎机种的主轴带动刀架及刀片高速旋转,垃圾碰到刀片后立即被切碎,由于刀片是钢板制成的,不管柔软的东西还是坚硬的东西,都会被粉碎,刀片与刀架的安装时相对活动的,而刀片是相间隔安装,某一刀片被卡让开时,相邻刀片会继续碰切,切碎后的垃圾会从垃圾粉碎机的筒体下部进入回收装置。

  1. 一种智能语音垃圾粉碎系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括:带有红外线传感器的探头、控制装置、电源装置、智能语音装置、粉碎装置以及回收装置,所述探头、电源装置、粉碎装置、智能语音装置均与控制装置连接,所述回收装置与所述粉碎装置连接,
    所述探头,用于探测障碍物,并将探测结果传输至控制装置;
    所述智能语音装置,用于接收由控制装置发出的播音指令;
    所述控制装置,用于控制探头探测以及粉碎装置的开始和关闭;并将相应的播音指令以及粉碎指令发送至智能语音装置以及粉碎装置;
    所述粉碎装置,用于根据控制装置发出的粉碎指令进行粉碎,灰渣碎料传输至回收装置;
    所述回收装置用于回收粉碎后灰渣碎料;
    所述电源装置包括电源和控制电源开闭的开关,用于为控制装置供电。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述一种智能语音垃圾粉碎系统,其特征在于,所述探头为红外线感应装置,所述红外线感应装置安装于所述垃圾箱体的门盖板外部,用于探测前方的障碍物。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述一种智能语音垃圾粉碎系统,其特征在于,所述粉碎装置包括垃圾粉碎机机架、筒体、刀架、主轴、输入端以及输出端,其中,机架将筒体固定在中间,筒体内设有主轴和刀架, 输入端设在筒体上部,用于将垃圾输入到筒体内,输出端设在筒体下部,用于将垃圾输出至所述回收装置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述一种智能语音垃圾粉碎系统,其特征在于,所述刀架包括固定挡板、刀轴、刀片、间隔套筒、扇叶刀片,其中固定挡板焊接在主轴上,刀轴设在固定挡板上与主轴一同旋转,刀片和间隔套筒可活动地空套在刀轴上,扇叶刀片倾斜地设在主轴两端的固定挡板上,用于搅动空气和粉碎垃圾。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述一种智能语音垃圾粉碎系统,其特征在于,所述回收装置设置于所述垃圾箱体内的底部,用于回收粉碎后的灰渣碎料。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述一种智能语音垃圾粉碎系统,其特征在于,所述电源装置的电源采用锂电池。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述一种智能语音垃圾粉碎系统,其特征在于,所述智能语音装置中设置有扬声器,用于播音。
