[0022] 如图 1至图 4所示, 本发明创造一个实施例提供一种卷帘驱动装置, 用于驱动外 侧面固定有帘布 (图未示出) 一端的卷绕筒 1, 所述卷绕筒 1的两端分别枢接于 对应的支撑架 3上, 所述卷帘驱动装置装设于其中一个支撑架 3和卷绕筒 1之间, 具体包括枢设于支撑架 3的内侧面上的中转轴 40、 设置于中转轴 40的外部且轴向 与所述中转轴 40平行的平面涡卷弹簧 42以及与所述卷绕筒 1一端在周向相对固定 的枢轴 44, 所述中转轴 40还与所述枢轴 44对应轴连接, 所述平面涡卷弹簧 42的 簧片的外端固定于中转轴 40的外侧面。
[0023] 本实施例通过在其中一个支撑架 3和卷绕筒 1之间设置驱动装置, 并采用平面涡 卷弹簧 42来提供驱动力, 可以更好地设计帘布在收放所需的驱动力。 整体结构 简单, 方便组装且易于操控。
[0024] 在本发明创造的一个实施例中, 所述支撑架 3的内侧面设置有至少一个轴杆 30 , 每一轴杆 30上套设有一个平面涡卷弹簧 42, 且各平面涡卷弹簧 42的簧片的外 端分别固定于中转轴 40外侧面的不同位置。 例如: 在图 4所示实施例中, 组装有 一个平面涡卷弹簧 42, 而在图 5所示实施例中, 组装有两个平面涡卷弹簧 42。 在 本实施例中, 可以通过设置多个平面涡卷弹簧 42来共同驱动中转轴 40, 可以更 灵活地根据帘布的宽度和重量设计帘布在不同高度位置吋对应的驱动力分布, 而且也可以方便平面涡卷弹簧 42的设计和制造, 降低成本。 而在一个具体实施 例中, 如图 3所示, 所述轴杆 30上还套设有衬套 32, 平面涡卷弹簧 42套设于所述 衬套 32上。 通过增设衬套 32, 可以适当不同内径的平面涡卷弹簧 42, 尤其可避 免平面涡卷弹簧 42的内径与轴杆 30之间过大的间隙而导致的噪音问题。
[0025] 结合图 1、 图 3所示的实施例, 所述卷帘驱动装置还包括组装于枢设有中转轴 40 的支撑架 3的内侧面的罩盖 34, 所述罩盖 34和支撑架 3配合形成封闭的安装腔, 所述中转轴 40和平面涡圈弹簧 42均安装于所述安装腔内, 且罩盖 34上幵设有供 中转轴 40露出的通孔 340。 通过设置罩盖 34, 可以遮盖住中转轴 40和平面涡圈弹 簧 42, 活动的部件不外露, 可以避免易物落入而出现卡死等不良现象, 而且也 还可使整体结构更显简洁。
[0026] 在本发明创造另一个实施例中, 所述枢轴 44包括用于插入卷绕筒 1对应端的内 腔 10中的插接端 440以及位于所述插接端 440的远离卷绕筒 1的一端的连接轴 442 , 所述插接端 440插入卷绕筒 1与卷绕筒 1内腔壁相互卡制而使插接端 440与卷绕 筒 1两者周向相对固定, 所述插接端 440还设有用于抵挡在卷绕筒 1外端面上的限 位片 443, 通过设置限位片 443可以有效控制插接端插入卷绕筒 1的深度, 而所述 连接轴 442与中转轴 40对应实现轴连接。 在本实施例中, 通过将枢轴 44分为插接 端 440和连接轴 442, 可以更方便组装枢轴 44至卷绕筒 1中并实现周向固定, 还能 方便枢轴 44通过连接轴 442与中转轴 40实现轴连接进行动力传递。
[0027] 在本发明创造一个具体实施例中, 所述中转轴 40朝向卷绕筒 1的一端的端面设 有连接孔 400, 所述连接轴 442对应插置于所述连接孔 400, 所述连接孔 400的横 截面和连接轴 442的横截面为相匹配的非圆形, 例如: 六边形、 三角形、 五边形 、 椭圆、 星形等等, 通过非圆形的截面设计, 可以在连接轴 442插置于连接孔 40 0中吋, 实现中转轴 40和连接轴 442之间的动力传递, 且动力损耗小。
[0028] 在本发明创造另一个具体实施例中, 所述中转轴 40朝向卷绕筒 1的一端的端面 设有连接孔 400, 所述连接轴 442对应插置于所述连接孔 400, 由固定销 (图未示 出) 从中转轴 40的侧面穿入连接孔 400内并插入连接轴 442中而固定连接所述连 接轴 442和中转轴 40, 从而同样可以实现轴连接, 能够进行动力传递。
[0029] 在本发明创造的一个实施例中, 所述支撑架 3上幵设有圆孔 36, 所述中转轴 40 的一端为圆柱状且插设于所述圆孔 36中, 且所述中转轴 40插设于圆孔 36的一端 的端面幵设有非圆形截面的操作孔 402。 通过从支撑架 3上的圆孔 36露出中转轴 4 0的一端面, 且该端面上清寒幵设有非圆形截面的操作孔 402, 即可在必要吋通 过工具插入所述操作孔 402内来驱动中转轴旋转, 实现平面涡卷弹簧 42的预卷绕 操作。
[0030] 在本发明创造另一个具体实施例中, 所述枢轴 44的插接端 440为中空且仅在靠 连接轴 442的一端幵口的管体, 所述连接轴 442插设于所述管体内, 连接轴 442的 横截面和管体的内管孔 441的横截面为相匹配的非圆形, 例如: 六边形、 三角形 、 五边形、 椭圆、 星形等等, 通过非圆形的截面设计, 可以在连接轴 442插置于 管体中吋, 实现插接端 440和连接轴 442之间的动力传递, 进而由插接端 440带动 卷绕筒旋转, 而且, 这种连接方式在动力传递吋损耗小。
[0031] 在本发明创造的一个进一步实施例中, 所述管体的管壁还幵设有贯通管壁且沿 管体轴向延伸的卡槽 445, 所述连接轴 442上对应设有卡设于所述卡槽 445内的倒 钩 446, 且管体内还设置有弹性抵压于连接轴 442的插入管体内的一端上的压缩 弹簧 444。 本实施例中, 通过倒钩 446和卡槽 445配合, 以及压缩弹簧 444的抵推 作用, 可以使连接轴 442更稳固地插置于中转轴 40对应的连接孔 400内。 而且, 在安装卷帘吋, 可以通过对倒钩 446施力克服压缩弹簧 444的推力将连接轴 442推 回至管体内, 而方便组装卷绕筒 1, 当卷绕筒 1另一端的枢轴对应插入相应的枢 孔内, 且连接轴 442对正中转轴 40的连接孔 400后, 再撤销对倒钩 446的施力, 压 缩弹簧 444即可起作用推动连接轴 442插入中转轴 40的连接孔 400内。
[0032] 在本发明创造的一个可选实施例中, 所述卷绕筒 1内腔壁朝向内腔 10中心方向 凸出形成凸台 12, 而所述枢轴 44的插接端 440的外侧壁对应形成嵌槽 447, 插接 端 440插入卷绕筒 1内腔吋, 所述凸台 12对应嵌入所述嵌槽 447内, 从而实现周向 固定。 在进一步的实施例中, 卷绕筒 1的外侧面在对应于所述凸台 12的位置处向 内凹陷形成用于固定帘布一端的插槽 14, 所述插槽 14的槽口宽度比槽内宽度小 。 从而可以方便组装帘布一端。
[0033] 在对采用了本发明创造卷帘驱动装置的卷帘进行收放操作吋, 只需对帘布进行 简单的下拉或上推动作, 即可使原有的平面涡卷弹簧 42提供的驱动力和卷布重 量以及摩擦阻力之间的平衡被打破, 即可轻松地实现放下帘布或收起帘布的操 作, 而且, 带动帘布在有效行程范围内的任何高度位置进行停留吋, 平面涡卷 弹簧 42提供的驱动力和卷布重量以及摩擦阻力之间又可获得新的平衡, 即使撤 销对帘布的施力, 帘布仍可保持在该高度位置。

Claims

权利要求书
一种卷帘驱动装置, 用于驱动外侧面固定有帘布一端且两端分别枢接 于对应的支撑架上的卷绕筒, 所述卷绕筒的两端分别借助于枢轴, 其 特征在于: 所述卷帘驱动装置装设于其中一个支撑架和卷绕筒之间, 所述卷帘驱动装置包括枢设于支撑架的内侧面上的中转轴、 设置于中 转轴的外侧且轴向与所述中转轴平行的平面涡卷弹簧以及与所述卷绕 筒一端在周向相对固定且与所述中转轴对应轴连接的枢轴, 所述平面 涡卷弹簧的簧片的外端固定于中转轴的外侧面。
根据权利要求 1所述的卷帘驱动装置, 其特征在于: 所述支撑架的内 侧面设置有至少一个轴杆, 每一轴杆上套设有一个平面涡卷弹簧, 且 各平面涡卷弹簧的簧片的外端分别固定于中转轴外侧面的不同位置。 根据权利要求 2所述的卷帘驱动装置, 其特征在于: 所述轴杆上还套 设有衬套, 平面涡卷弹簧套设于所述衬套上。
根据权利要求 1所述的卷帘驱动装置, 其特征在于: 所述枢轴包括用 于插入卷绕筒对应端的内腔中的插接端以及位于所述插接端的远离卷 绕筒的一端的连接轴, 所述插接端与卷绕筒内腔壁相互卡制而使两者 周向相对固定, 所述插接端还设有用于抵挡在卷绕筒外端面上的限位 片, 所述连接轴与中转轴对应轴连接。
根据权利要求 4所述的卷帘驱动装置, 其特征在于: 所述中转轴朝向 卷绕筒的一端的端面设有连接孔, 所述连接轴对应插置于所述连接孔 , 所述连接孔的横截面和连接轴的横截面为相匹配的非圆形而实现周 向相对固定或者由固定销从中转轴的侧面穿入连接孔内并插入连接轴 中而固定连接所述连接轴和中转轴。
根据权利要求 4所述的卷帘驱动装置, 其特征在于: 所述支撑架上幵 设有圆孔, 所述中转轴的一端为圆柱状且插设于所述圆孔中, 且所述 中转轴插设于圆孔的一端的端面幵设有非圆形截面的操作孔。
根据权利要求 4所述的卷帘驱动装置, 其特征在于: 所述插接端为中 空且仅在靠连接轴的一端幵口的管体, 所述连接轴插设于所述管体内 , 连接轴的横截面和管体的内管孔的横截面为相匹配的非圆形。
[权利要求 8] 根据权利要求 7所述的卷帘驱动装置, 其特征在于: 所述管体的管壁 还幵设有贯通管壁且沿管体轴向延伸的卡槽, 所述连接轴上对应设有 卡设于所述卡槽内的倒钩, 且管体内还设置有弹性抵压于连接轴的插 入管体内的一端上的压缩弹簧。
[权利要求 9] 根据权利要求 4所述的卷帘驱动装置, 其特征在于: 所述卷绕筒内腔 壁朝向内腔中心方向凸出形成凸台, 而所述插接端的外侧壁对应形成 嵌槽, 插接端插入卷绕筒内腔吋, 所述凸台对应嵌入所述嵌槽内。
[权利要求 10] 根据权利要求 1所述的卷帘驱动装置, 其特征在于: 所述卷帘驱动装 置还包括组装于枢设有中转轴的支撑架的内侧面的罩盖, 所述罩盖和 支撑架配合形成封闭的安装腔, 所述中转轴和平面涡圈弹簧均安装于 所述安装腔内, 且罩盖上幵设有供中转轴露出的通孔。
