Description

一种智能控制防堵塞水冷多用途泵 技术领域
本实用新型涉及水泵领域,尤其涉及一种智能控制防堵塞水冷多用途泵。
背景技术
欧美国家家用多用途泵在使用过程中都有被异物堵塞的缺陷,叶轮与蜗壳之间间隙设计较小,当有颗粒物落在蜗壳内水泵再次启动的时候叶轮容易被卡死,且叶轮与蜗壳都是硬质材料,无法避开异物,不容易清理造成电机烧坏和退货。。
实用新型内容
本实用新型主要解决的技术问题是提供一种智能控制防堵塞水冷多用途泵,泵机抽取的水与水冷电机壳直接接触达到水冷散热目的,显著降低异物堵塞等引起的烧机危害,延长泵的使用寿命。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种智能控制防堵塞水冷多用途泵,包括外机壳、水仓、电机、水冷电机壳、叶轮、导流盘以及过滤网,所述外机壳内设置有电机和水仓,所述电机表面覆盖有水冷电机壳,所述水冷电机壳沉浸在水仓内,所述水仓内设置有叶轮和导流盘,所述叶轮同轴连接电机,所述外机壳底部设置有贯通水仓的进水过滤网,所述外机壳侧面设置有贯通U性水仓的出水口。
在本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,所述外机壳表面设置有智能水位控制器,所述智能水位控制器通过信号线与电机电性连接。
在本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,所述智能水位控制器上设置有探针集成器。
在本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,所述探针集成器上设置有高水位探针和低水位探针,所述高水位探针的长度低于低水位探针长度。
在本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,所述导流盘与水冷电机壳之间设置有盖板。
在本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,所述盖板与外机壳之间设置有密封垫。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型提供的一种智能控制防堵塞水冷多用途泵,泵机抽取的水与水冷电机壳直接接触达到水冷散热目的,显著降低异物堵塞等引起的烧机危害,延长泵的使用寿命。

一种智能控制防堵塞水冷多用途泵,包括外机壳1、水仓2、电机3、水冷电机壳4、叶轮5、导流盘6以及过滤网7,所述外机壳1内设置有电机3和水仓2,所述电机3表面覆盖有水冷电机壳4,所述水冷电机壳4沉浸在水仓2内,所述水仓2内设置有叶轮5和导流盘6,所述叶轮5同轴连接电机3,所述外机壳1底部设置有贯通水仓2的进水过滤网7,所述外机壳1侧面设置有贯通U性水仓的出水口。
其中,所述外机壳1表面设置有智能水位控制器8,所述智能水位控制器8通过信号线与电机3电性连接。
进一步的,所述智能水位控制器8上设置有探针集成器9。
进一步的,所述探针集成器9上设置有高水位探针10和低水位探针11,所述高水位探针10的长度低于低水位探针11长度。
进一步的,所述导流盘6与水冷电机壳4之间设置有盖板12。
进一步的,所述盖板12与外机壳1之间设置有密封垫13。
进一步的,所述叶轮5呈锥形结构,柔性橡胶材料。
进一步的,所述导流盘6呈锥形结构。
当颗粒物落在蜗壳内部,颗粒物的着陆点是0-90°锥面,颗粒物沿着锥面滑落出去;当在抽水过程中遇到颗粒物时,叶轮5利用其自身可变形的特点弹开颗粒物,达到防堵功能。
智能控制系统自动检测有水则抽无水则停,水泵可以一直处于带电状态,用户可以放心离开,当有积水时水泵自动检测水位开启水泵将水排净,之后自动停止,无需专人看管,达到智能化目的。
电机3壳通过防腐处理与内循环水接触,当水泵工作过程中水与电机3壳接触实现不断流动的水给电机3壳散热,达到水冷效果。
综上所述,本实用新型提供了一种智能控制防堵塞水冷多用途泵,泵机抽取的水与水冷电机壳4直接接触达到水冷散热目的,显著降低异物堵塞等引起的烧机危害,延长泵的使用寿命。

  1. 一种智能控制防堵塞水冷多用途泵,其特征在于,包括外机壳、水仓、电机、水冷电机壳、叶轮、导流盘以及过滤网,所述外机壳内设置有电机和水仓,所述电机表面覆盖有水冷电机壳,所述水冷电机壳沉浸在水仓内,所述水仓内设置有叶轮和导流盘,所述叶轮同轴连接电机,所述外机壳底部设置有贯通水仓的进水过滤网,所述外机壳侧面设置有贯通U性水仓的出水口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能控制防堵塞水冷多用途泵,其特征在于,所述外机壳表面设置有智能水位控制器,所述智能水位控制器通过信号线与电机电性连接。
