[权利要求 1] 一种自动炒菜机, 其特征在于, 包括底座、 安装于底座上并用于装载 食材的烹饪锅、 与底座铰接并盖合所述烹饪锅的锅盖、 所述烹饪锅与 所述锅盖围成圆柱形的搅拌腔、 转动安装于所述搅拌腔内并用于搅拌 食材的搅拌机构、 用于收纳食料的食料盒以及安装于锅盖上的用于撕 膜组件, 所述烹饪锅具有用于存放食材的菜腔, 所述搅拌机构包括与 所述锅盖转动连接的控制臂、 与所述锅盖转动连接的连接臂及设置于 所述控制臂与所述连接臂之间的搅拌叶片, 所述控制臂与所述连接臂 具有相同的转动轴线, 所述搅拌机构于所述搅拌腔内围绕所述转动轴 线旋转, 所述食料盒包括活动连接于所述锅盖上且用于放置所述食料 的盒体以及设于所述盒体与所述锅盖之间的位置上且用于密封所述盒 体的密封膜, 所述密封膜上设有挂接口, 所述锅盖上幵设一用于投放 食料的投料口, 所述投料组件安装于所述投料口处, 所述撕膜组件包 括撕膜转轴以及用于驱动所述撕膜转轴转动的动力装置, 所述撕膜转 轴上设有用于挂住所述挂接口以转动撕幵所述密封膜并带动所述盒体 向所述投料口的方向移动的挂钩。
[权利要求 2] 如权利要求 1所述的自动炒菜机, 其特征在于, 所述搅拌腔的轴线与 所述转动轴线平行, 所述转动轴线与水平面的角度范围为大于 0度且 小于或等于 30度。
[权利要求 3] 如权利要求 1所述的自动炒菜机, 其特征在于, 所述转动轴线平行于 水平面的角度为 0度。
[权利要求 4] 如权利要求 1所述的自动炒菜机, 其特征在于, 所述搅拌叶片与所述 控制臂连接的部位呈圆角设置, 所述搅拌叶片与所述连接臂的连接部 位呈圆角设置。
[权利要求 5] 如权利要求 1所述的自动炒菜机, 其特征在于, 所述控制臂还包括控 制臂本体及设置于所述控制臂本体侧部的第一转动销, 所述连接臂还 包括连接臂本体及设置于所述连接臂本体侧部的第二转动销, 所述第 一转动销与所述第二转动销具有相同的转动轴线, 所述搅拌叶片的一 端部与所述控制臂本体连接, 所述搅拌叶片的另一端与所述连接臂本 体连接, 所述控制臂、 所述连接臂及所述搅拌叶片, 沿所述转动轴线 方向的投影呈扇形分布。
如权利要求 5所述的自动炒菜机, 其特征在于, 所述锅盖具有一收容 腔, 所述收容腔内安装一内壳, 所述第一转动销与所述内壳转动连接 , 所述第二转动销与所述内壳转动连接, 所述搅拌叶片在所述搅拌腔 内, 围绕所述转动轴线旋转运动。
如权利要求 6所述的自动炒菜机, 其特征在于, 所述内壳具有呈优弧 设置的凹槽, 所述搅拌机构在所述凹槽内旋转运动, 所述内壳的顶部 幵设一幵口, 所述幵口与所述投料口匹配设置且所述幵口与所述投料 口相通。
如权利要求 1所述的自动炒菜机, 其特征在于, 所述盒体包括多个用 于放置所述食料的分盒, 多个所述分盒相互独立, 多个所述分盒沿所 述盒体移动的方向并排设置。
如权利要求 1所述的自动炒菜机, 其特征在于, 所述撕膜组件还包括 与所述撕膜转轴连接的轴套件、 与所述动力装置连接的离合机构以及 与所述锅盖相连且用于固定所述轴套件和所述离合机构的第一固定架
; 所述动力装置驱动所述离合机构正向或反向转动以使得所述离合机 构与所述轴套件连接或脱离。
如权利要求 9所述的自动炒菜机, 其特征在于, 所述离合机构包括离 合转轴销、 与所述离合转轴销螺纹配合的离合螺母以及用于固定所述 离合螺母的第二固定架, 所述第二固定架安装于所述第一固定架上。 如权利要求 1所述的自动炒菜机, 其特征在于, 所述搅拌叶片旋转至 所述烹饪锅的底部并可与底部的表面接触, 所述搅拌叶片可沿所述烹 饪锅的底部的表面滑动, 所述搅拌叶片与所述烹饪锅表面接触位置的 法平面形成一夹角, 所述夹角呈锐角设置。
如权利要求 1所述的自动炒菜机, 其特征在于, 所述底座与所述锅盖 之间隔设有一用于防止液体溢出的密封圈, 所述密封圈固定安装于所 述锅盖的下端边缘位置。
[权利要求 13] 如权利要求 1所述的自动炒菜机, 其特征在于, 所述自动炒菜机还包 括设置于所述底座上用于为所述自动炒菜机提供热量的加热装置, 所 述加热装置安装在所述烹饪锅的下方位置。
[权利要求 14] 如权利要求 1所述的自动炒菜机, 其特征在于, 所述烹饪锅的底部呈 劣弧设置, 所述烹饪锅侧部一位置向外延伸, 形成一用于连接的所述 手柄的延伸部, 所述延伸部的自由端安装连接一用于拿取所述烹饪锅 的手柄, 所述手柄伸出所述底座的外周之外。
[权利要求 15] 如权利要求 14所述的自动炒菜机, 其特征在于, 所述锅盖还包括一用 于将所述锅盖与所述底座关闭或幵启的把手, 所述把手设置在所述手 柄的外侧。
