Description

投票按钮填充模块,用于对于每一个投票选项,将所述投票选项的封闭图像填充在与所述用户选择的同一类型的投票按钮中,完成所述投票选项的调整。
实施本发明实施例,具有如下有益效果:
本发明实施例提供的投票页面生成的方法,在用户常用的批注模式中增加投票页面生成的功能,即在批注模式下接收到用户的投票页面生成请求时,截取用户在该批注模式下的书写背景中的封闭图像,并将截取到的封闭图像一一对应设置为投票选项,直至接收到用户发送的投票选项构造完成的信号;然后再将所有的投票选项组合成投票页面并显示在显示界面中,采用基于批注模式的书写背景的图像截取方式提供投票选项,提高投票页面生成的效率。以及,通过接收异地投票人的移动设备的收发地址,通过所述收发地址将所述投票页面发送到所述移动设备中,以供所述异地投票人进行异地投票操作,从而实现异地投票。
图1是本发明提供的投票页面的生成方法的一个实施例的流程示意图;

实施例一
参见图1,图1是本发明提供的投票页面的生成方法的一个实施例的结构示意图;该方法是一软件系统,装置在会议系统内,由会议系统运行该软件系统,会议系统包括计算机和显示器,显示器显示投票页面。本发明实施例提供的投票页面生成的方法,包括步骤S11、S12和S15:
S11,响应用户在批注模式状态下操作生成的投票页面生成请求,接收用户在所述批注模式状态下的书写背景中截取到的封闭图像;
在具体实施时,步骤S11的实施过程为:
响应用户在批注模式状态下操作生成的投票页面生成请求,在显示界面中清除用户在所述批注模式状态下的书写背景中书写的批注痕迹;此书写批注痕迹为历史批注痕迹,当然,也可以不清除历史批注痕迹,直接开始检测用户在所述批注模式的书写背景中的批注痕迹;其中,所述书写背景为所述会议平板当前显示的页面内容;
当检测到用户在所述书写背景中书写的批注痕迹为封闭图形时,从所述书写背景中截取与所述封闭图形重叠的背景图像作为用户截取到的封闭图像;
接收截取到的封闭图像。
需要说明的是,上述所说的批注模式包括但不限于会议平板,还包括常用的常用的带触摸屏幕的终端设备的批注模式,在本发明实施例中,以会议平板为例进行描述,则所述批注模式为:以平板当前的显示界面作为书写背景,用户可在所述书写背景中书写其所想标注的批注痕迹。因而,在用户在会议平板的批注模式下点击投票页面生成的操作时,会议平板的计算机会接收到用户发送的投票页面生成请求,进而计算机将会议平板当前显示的显示界面即书写背景固定作为截取封闭图像的背景,并以阴影显示该书写背景;然后用户在所述书写背景用书写或画出批注痕迹为一封闭图形时,所述封闭图形包括但不限于圆形、矩形或由若干线条或曲线构建成的外围封闭的任意形状的图形,会议平板从所述书写背景中截取与所述封闭图形重叠的背景图像作为所述封闭图形对应的封闭图像,从而达到接收用户截取封闭图像的效果。
S12,将接收到封闭图像设置为投票选项;
需要说明的是,每截取到一个封闭图像,则将该封闭图像作为一个投票选项,直至用户在会议平板的界面中执行投票选项构造完成的操作,会议平板停止继续截取图像作为投票选项,而通过截取图像作为投票选项的方式相比较在页面录入文字内容作为投票选项的方式,快速简单,提高投票页面生成的效率。
S15,当接收到投票选项构成完成的信号时,将当前已设置的投票选项组合成投票页面并显示在显示界面中。
需要说明的是,在投票选项已设置好的时候,可根据用户选择的投票选项
排列组合方式形成投票页面,也可根据会议平板默认的投票选项排列组合方式形成投票页面,现场的投票人可以直接在显示界面中进行投票操作。
在本发明实施例中,在当前已设置的投票选项组合成投票页面同时,还包括:为当前已设置的每一个投票选项分配一个唯一的标识符;所述标识符用于在投票人在选择一个投票选项进行投票时便于记录所述投票选项被投票的次数。
通过为投票选项分配标识符,使得投票页面在供给投票人进行投票选择时,可以通过计算机进行统计选票,提高统计效率。
本发明实施例提供的投票页面生成的方法,在用户常用的批注模式中增加投票页面生成的功能,即在批注模式下接收到用户的投票页面生成请求时,截取用户在该批注模式下的书写背景中,并将截取到的封闭图像一一对应设置为投票选项,直至接收到用户发送的投票选项构造完成的信号;然后再将所有的投票选项组合成投票页面并显示在显示界面中,采用基于批注模式的书写背景的图像截取方式提供投票选项,提高投票页面生成的效率。
实施例二
参见图2,是本发明提供的投票页面的生成方法的另一个实施例的流程示意图;本发明实施例提供的方法相比实施例一提供的方法,在将所有的投票选项组合成投票页面之前,还增加了以下步骤S13和S14以调整选票选项的形状,使得投票页面更美观整齐,具体包括:
S13,接收用户选择的投票按钮的类型的信息;投票按钮的类型包括但不限于圆形、三角形、矩形。
S14,对于每一个投票选项,将所述投票选项的封闭图像填充在与所述用户选择的同一类型的投票按钮中,完成所述投票选项的调整。
在本发明实施例中,投票按钮的尺寸应当符合以下标准:填充在投票按钮内的封闭图像对应的封闭图形包含在所述投票按钮的边框图形内,且所述封闭图形的顶点落在所述边框图形内,而所述封闭图形的顶点落在所述边框图形内
包括所述顶点落在所述边框图形的边框以内以及所述顶点落在所述边框图形的边框当中。
本发明实施例提供的投票页面生成的方法,在用户常用的会议平板的批注模式中增加投票页面生成的功能,即在批注模式下接收到用户的投票页面生成请求时,截取用户在该批注模式下的书写背景中,并将截取到的封闭图像一一对应设置为投票选项,直至接收到用户发送的投票选项构造完成的信号;然后再将所有的投票选项组合成投票页面并显示在显示界面中,采用基于批注模式的书写背景的图像截取方式提供投票选项,提高投票页面生成的效率。并且,用户可根据需求对投票选项的显示形状进行调整,使得投票页面更为美观整齐。
实施例三
参见图3,是本发明提供的用于异地投票的投票页面的生成方法的又一个实施例的流程示意图;以及参见图4,是本发明提供的用于异地投票的投票页面的生成方法的再一个实施例的流程示意图;图3提供的实施例相比实施例一提供的方法,图4提供的实施例相比实施例二提供的方法,都是增加了步骤S16以实现异地投票,具体为:
S16,接收异地投票人的移动设备的收发地址,并根据所述收发地址将所述投票页面发送到所述收发地址对应的移动设备中,以供所述异地投票人进行投票操作。
需要说明的是,在本发明实施例中异地投票人进行投票操作的同时,现场的投票人也可直接在显示界面中直接进行投票操作。本发明实施例在具体实施过程,发送投票页面给异地投票人的方式有两种:
首先,根据所述收发地址,向所述收发地址对应移动设备查询所述移动设备是否使用具有实时传输的会议软件参与会议;
其一,当所述移动设备使用具有实时传输的会议软件参与会议时,根据所述会议软件实时传输数据的格式,对所述投票页面进行编码,并通过所述会议软件的实时传输通道将完成编码的所述投票页面传送到所述移动设备,以使所
述会议软件对所述投票页面进行解码并显示在移动设备的屏幕中,便于异地投票人在屏幕显示的投票页面进行投票操作;
其二,当所述移动设备没有使用具有实时传输的会议软件参与会议时,将所述投票页面生成投票网页,将所述投票网页的网址发送给所述移动设备,以使异地投票人在所述移动设备中登入所述投票网页进行投票操作。
相应地,对应于上述发送投票页面给异地投票人的两种不同的方式,接收到异地投票人的投票选择的两种方式为:
对应于上述其一的实施方式,通过所述会议软件的实时传输通道,接收异地投票人的移动设备发送的投票选择,以记录所述异地投票人的投票选择。
对应于上述其二的实施方式,通过网络服务器,接收异地投票人在所述投票网页中选择的投票选择,以记录所述异地投票人的投票选择。
本发明实施例提供的投票页面生成的方法,在快速生成投票页面的同时,基于显示界面所在投票会议中,能够通过接收参与该投票会议的异地投票人的移动设备的收发地址,通过所述收发地址将所述投票页面发送到所述移动设备中,以供所述异地投票人进行异地投票操作,从而实现参与该投票会议的异地投票人的异地自主投票。
参见图5,图5是本发明提供的用户在投票页面进行投票的数据统计的一个实施例的流程示意图;
以下结合图5描述用户在本发明提供的投票页面进行投票时,会议平板的投票统计过程为:
S21,对指定的投票选项进行投票,当用户点击所述指定的投票选项时,会议平板认为用户对所述指定的投票选项进行了投票,执行步骤S24;
S22,新增或移除投票项,当用户通过上述方式新增一投票选项在当前的投票页面中时,或者当用户从当前的投票页面中选择移除一投票选项时,会议平板会认为投票数据需要进行修改,执行步骤S25;
S23,退出投票模块,当用户点击了“投票结束”的操作指示时,会议平板
认为本次投票已经完成,并跳转到步骤S26,执行步骤S26。
S24,投票数据累计,根据点击的投票选项的标识符,对该投票选项的投票次数n进行加一,并对投票总次数加一;继续执行步骤S15;
S25,投票数据占比更新,统计每一个投票选项的投票次数占投票总次数的比例P。
S26,数据图表绘制,根据投票选项的投票次数n与占比p,绘制直观的图表,图表类型可以是直方图、饼状图、折线图等。
参见图6,是本发明提供的用于异地投票的投票页面的生成装置的一个实施例的结构示意图,该生成装置能够实施上述实施例提供的投票页面的生成方法的全流程,该投票页面的生成装置为软系统,装置在会议系统的计算机,具体包括:
图像接收模块10,用于响应用户在批注模式状态下操作生成的投票页面生成请求,接收用户在所述批注模式状态下的书写背景中截取到的封闭图像;
投票选项设置模块20,用于将接收到封闭图像设置为投票选项;
投票页面生成模块30,用于当接收到投票选项构造完成的信号时,将当前已设置的投票选项组合成投票页面并显示在显示界面中;
异地投票模块40,用于接收异地投票人的移动设备的收发地址,并根据所述收发地址将所述投票页面发送到所述收发地址对应的移动设备中,以供所述异地投票人进行投票操作。
进一步地,如图7所示,图7是是本发明提供的用于异地投票的投票页面的生成装置的图像接收模块的一个实施例的结构示意图;所述图像接收模块10具体包括:
批注痕迹检测单元11,用于响应用户在批注模式状态下操作生成的投票页面生成请求,在显示界面中清除用户在所述批注模式状态下的书写背景中书写的批注痕迹;
图像截取单元12,用于当检测到用户在清除批注痕迹后的书写背景中书写
的批注痕迹为封闭图形时,从所述书写背景中截取与所述封闭图形重叠的背景图像作为用户截取到的封闭图像;
接收单元13,用于接收所述截取到的封闭图像。
进一步地,所述生成装置还包括:
按钮类型选择模块50,用于在将当前已设置的投票选项组合成投票页面之前,接收用户选择的投票按钮的类型的信息;
投票按钮填充模块60,用于对于每一个投票选项,将所述投票选项的封闭图像填充在与所述用户选择的同一类型的投票按钮中,完成所述投票选项的调整。
进一步地,填充在投票按钮内的封闭图像对应的封闭图形包含在所述投票按钮的边框图形内,且所述封闭图形的顶点落在所述边框图形的边框以内或当中。
进一步地,所述生成装置还包括:
标识符分配模块70,用于在将当前已设置的投票选项组合成投票页面的同时,为当前已设置的每一个投票选项分配一个唯一的标识符;所述标识符用于当投票人进行投票操作时便于记录所述投票选项被投票的次数。
进一步地,如图8所示,图8是是本发明提供的用于异地投票的投票页面的生成装置的异地投票模块的一个实施例的结构示意图;所述异地投票模块40包括:
查询单元41,用于根据所述收发地址,向所述收发地址对应移动设备查询所述移动设备是否使用具有实时传输的会议软件参与会议;
第一页面传送单元42,用于当所述移动设备使用具有实时传输的会议软件参与会议时,根据所述会议软件实时传输数据的格式,对所述投票页面进行编码,并通过所述会议软件的实时传输通道将完成编码的所述投票页面传送到所述移动设备,以使所述会议软件对所述投票页面进行解码并显示在移动设备的屏幕中,便于异地投票人在屏幕显示的投票页面进行投票操作;
第二页面传送单元43,用于当所述移动设备没有使用具有实时传输的会议
软件参与会议时,将所述投票页面生成投票网页,将所述投票网页的网址发送给所述移动设备,以使异地投票人在所述移动设备中登入所述投票网页进行投票操作。
进一步地,所述生成装置还包括:
第一投票接收模块80,用于通过所述会议软件的实时传输通道,接收异地投票人的移动设备发送的投票选择,以记录所述异地投票人的投票选择;和;
第二投票接收模块90,用于通过网络服务器,接收异地投票人在所述投票网页中选择的投票选择。
实施本发明实施例,具有如下有益效果:

本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory,ROM)或随机存储记忆体(Random Access Memory,RAM)等。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
- 一种用于异地投票的投票页面的生成方法,其特征在于,包括:响应用户在批注模式状态下操作生成的投票页面生成请求,接收用户在所述批注模式状态下的书写背景中截取到的封闭图像;将接收到封闭图像设置为投票选项;当接收到投票选项构造完成的信号时,将当前已设置的投票选项组合成投票页面并显示在显示界面中;接收异地投票人的移动设备的收发地址,并根据所述收发地址将所述投票页面发送到所述收发地址对应的移动设备中,以供所述异地投票人进行投票操作。
- 如权利要求1所述的用于异地投票的投票页面的生成方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述收发地址将所述投票页面发送到所述收发地址对应的移动设备中,具体包括:根据所述收发地址,向所述收发地址对应移动设备查询所述移动设备是否使用具有实时传输的会议软件参与会议;若是,根据所述会议软件实时传输数据的格式,对所述投票页面进行编码,并通过所述会议软件的实时传输通道将完成编码的所述投票页面传送到所述移动设备,以使所述会议软件对所述投票页面进行解码并显示在移动设备的屏幕中,便于异地投票人在屏幕显示的投票页面进行投票操作;若否,将所述投票页面生成投票网页,将所述投票网页的网址发送给所述移动设备,以使异地投票人在所述移动设备中登入所述投票网页进行投票操作。
- 如权利要求1所述的用于异地投票的投票页面的生成方法,其特征在于,所述响应用户在批注模式状态下操作生成投票页面生成请求,接收用户在所述批注模式状态下的书写背景中截取到的封闭图像,具体为:响应用户在批注模式状态下操作生成的投票页面生成请求,开始检测用户 在所述批注模式状态下的书写背景中的批注痕迹;所述书写背景为显示界面当前显示的页面内容;当检测到用户在所述书写背景中书写的批注痕迹为封闭图形时,从所述书写背景中截取与所述封闭图形重叠的背景图像作为用户截取到的封闭图像;接收所述截取到的封闭图像。
- 如权利要求1所述的用于异地投票的投票页面的生成方法,其特征在于,在将当前已设置的投票选项组合成投票页面之前,还包括:接收用户选择的投票按钮的类型的信息;对于每一个投票选项,将所述投票选项的封闭图像填充在与所述用户选择的同一类型的投票按钮中,完成所述投票选项的调整。
- 如权利要求4所述的用于异地投票的投票页面的生成方法,其特征在于,填充在投票按钮内的封闭图像对应的封闭图形包含在所述投票按钮的边框图形内,且所述封闭图形的顶点落在所述边框图形的边框以内或当中。
- 如权利要求1所述的用于异地投票的投票页面的生成方法,其特征在于,在将当前已设置的投票选项组合成投票页面的同时,还包括:为当前已设置的每一个投票选项分配一个唯一的标识符;所述标识符用于当投票人进行投票操作时便于记录所述投票选项被投票的次数。
- 一种用于异地投票的投票页面的生成装置,其特征在于,包括:图像接收模块,用于响应用户在批注模式状态下操作生成的投票页面生成请求,接收用户在所述批注模式状态下的书写背景中截取到的封闭图像;投票选项设置模块,用于将接收到封闭图像设置为投票选项;投票页面生成模块,用于当接收到投票选项构造完成的信号时,将当前已设置的投票选项组合成投票页面并显示在所述显示界面中;异地投票模块,用于接收异地投票人的移动设备的收发地址,并根据所述收发地址将所述投票页面发送到所述收发地址对应的移动设备中,以供所述异地投票人进行投票操作。
- 如权利要求7所述的用于异地投票的投票页面的生成装置,其特征在于,所述异地投票模块包括:查询单元,用于根据所述收发地址,向所述收发地址对应移动设备查询所述移动设备是否使用具有实时传输的会议软件参与会议;第一页面传送单元,用于当所述移动设备使用具有实时传输的会议软件参与会议时,根据所述会议软件实时传输数据的格式,对所述投票页面进行编码,并通过所述会议软件的实时传输通道将完成编码的所述投票页面传送到所述移动设备,以使所述会议软件对所述投票页面进行解码并显示在移动设备的屏幕中,便于异地投票人在屏幕显示的投票页面进行投票操作;第二页面传送单元,用于当所述移动设备没有使用具有实时传输的会议软件参与会议时,将所述投票页面生成投票网页,将所述投票网页的网址发送给所述移动设备,以使异地投票人在所述移动设备中登入所述投票网页进行投票操作。
- 如权利要求7所述的用于异地投票的投票页面的生成装置,其特征在于,所述图像接收模块具体包括:批注痕迹检测单元,用于响应用户在批注模式状态下操作生成的投票页面生成请求,开始检测用户在所述批注模式状态下的书写背景中的批注痕迹;所述书写背景为显示界面当前显示的页面内容;图像截取单元,用于当检测到用户在所述书写背景中书写的批注痕迹为封闭图形时,从所述书写背景中截取与所述封闭图形重叠的背景图像作为用户截取到的封闭图像;接收单元,用于接收所述截取到的封闭图像。
- 如权利要求7所述的用于异地投票的投票页面的生成装置,其特征在于,所述生成装置还包括:按钮类型选择模块,用于在将当前已设置的投票选项组合成投票页面之前,接收用户选择的投票按钮的类型的信息;投票按钮填充模块,用于对于每一个投票选项,将所述投票选项的封闭图像填充在与所述用户选择的同一类型的投票按钮中,完成所述投票选项的调整。
