本发明涉及纺织面料技术领域，具体涉及一种抗起球面料。
背景技术
随着科学技术的不断提高，人们对于现有的生活要求也越来越高，人们对纺织品的要求不再局限于保暖、舒适等原有的基本特性，人们更希望能享受进一步的功能。而现阶段，服装厂的不断崛起，使得各面料行业之间的竞争力也越来越大，而在现有技术中，面料穿多穿久后，纺织品在穿着、洗涤或者其他运动的过程中，纺织品里面的纤维受到外界的力会形成一定程度的相互纠缠和纠结，出现起毛起球的现象，而导致面料穿着在身上极为不舒适，人们希望能尽量避免或减少这种现象。且外观不美观，如今对于面料抗起毛起球的处理方法较为复杂，消耗成本较高，不符合现在科技的进步。
因此，针对上述问题，本发明提出了一种新的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种柔软性高，具有优异的抗起球效果，同时，具有一定的抗菌性能的抗起球面料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的：
一种抗起球面料，包括表层、面料纤维层和基层，所述表层为竹银纤维和植物纤维混纺而成，所述面料纤维层为植物纤维和人造纤维混纺而成，所述基层为棉纤维层。
进一步地，所述表层面料包括以下重量份数的原料组成：
竹银纤维  20～60份；
植物纤维  40～80份；
碳纳米管  1～5份。
进一步地，所述面料纤维层包括以下重量份数的原料组成：
植物纤维  40～80份；
人造纤维  40～80份；
抗起球剂  1～2份。
进一步地，所述植物纤维为大豆纤维、芦荟纤维、黄麻纤维、棕榈纤维，椰棕纤维，苎麻纤维其中的一种或多种。
进一步地，所述人造纤维为腈纶，涤纶，聚酯纤维，聚丙烯纤维，铜氨纤维其中的一种或多种。
进一步地，所述抗起球剂为硅酸钠或纳米凹凸棒土。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明提出的面料通过多层次结构，表面光滑，柔软性高，同时，具有良好的抗菌效果，面料纤维层采用植物纤维和人造纤维混纺而成，具有良好的抗起球性能，有效地提高了面料的使用寿命，保证面料的美观度。

实施例1

植物纤维  40份；
碳纳米管  2份。
