- the application relates to an activity information pushing method, system, server and storage medium.
- Insurance has become a common security mechanism in people's daily lives.
- insurance companies usually offer a variety of activities to customers, such as health knowledge lectures and vehicle maintenance.
- activities launched by the insurance company there may be some customers who are not interested, and there may be customers who are interested in the activity but refuse to participate because the event address is far away. If an invitation to the event is sent to these customers, the actual number of customers participating in the event is much lower than expected, which results in a lower success rate for the event invitation. Therefore, how to effectively improve the success rate of event invitations has become a technical problem that needs to be solved.
- an active push method, system, server, and storage medium are provided.
- An activity information pushing method includes:
- Obtaining activity information including an event address and an activity theme
- An activity information pushing system comprising:
- a server configured to obtain activity information, where the activity information includes an activity address and an activity topic; query an area name corresponding to the activity address, and obtain policy data corresponding to the area name, where the policy data includes a customer identifier and a customer interest An event; performing a big data analysis on a customer interest event corresponding to the plurality of customer identifiers, obtaining a plurality of customer identifiers in which the customer interest event in the area matches the activity theme; and transmitting the activity information to the plurality of Customer terminal corresponding to the customer ID; and
- the client terminal is configured to receive the activity information, and upload the registration information to the server according to the activity information.

- the event organizer uploads the corresponding activity information to the server through the application on the management terminal.
- the preset time period can be one month or half a month.
- the activities to be organized in the preset time period can be one item or multiple items.
- Event information includes event address, event theme, and event time.
- the activity theme includes keywords for event information, such as health or vehicles.
- the server queries the area in which the activity is held based on the active address.
- the area can be an administrative area of a predetermined level under the administrative area level, such as streets, communities, and villages.
- the server obtains the policy data in the database, obtains the customer address according to the policy data, and identifies the area where the customer address falls. For the customer address that falls within the area corresponding to the active address, the server marks the policy data corresponding to the customer address as the policy data in the area, thereby obtaining all the policy data in the area corresponding to one active address.
- the policy data includes policy identification, insurance type, customer age, customer gender, and customer interest events. Events of interest can include education, accidents, disasters, illness, health, loans, and vehicles.
- Step 206 Perform big data analysis on the customer interest events corresponding to the plurality of customer identifiers, and obtain a plurality of customer identifiers in the region that match the customer interest event with the activity theme.
- Step 208 Send the activity information to the client terminal corresponding to the plurality of customer identifiers.
- the server performs big data analysis on the event of interest of the customer corresponding to multiple customer identifiers in the area.
- the server may extract keywords of events of interest to the client for cluster analysis.

- the server After filtering the customer identifier that matches the event of interest to the activity theme, the server sends the activity information to the client terminal corresponding to the plurality of customer identifiers. Since the selected customers are interested in this event and are the customers in the event area, it can be regarded as the event invitation to effectively increase the invitation success rate.
- the area in which the activity is held is queried according to the activity address in the activity information, and then the policy data in the area is acquired.
- the policy data in the area is acquired.
- the client terminal displays the event message pushed by the server and displays it on the interface.
- the client terminal sends a registration request to the server through the application, where the registration request carries the customer identifier, the client terminal identifier, and the application identifier.
- the server stores the customer identifier, the client terminal identifier, and the application identifier in the customer information table.
- the server filters out the invitation object, the server reads the client terminal identifier and the application identifier in the customer information table according to the invitation object, and pushes the activity message to the client terminal according to the client terminal identifier and the application identifier.
- the client terminal displays the activity information on the interface after the interface of the application is opened. This allows customers to keep abreast of event messages.
- steps in the flowchart of FIG. 2 are sequentially displayed as indicated by the arrows, these steps are not necessarily performed in the order indicated by the arrows. Except as explicitly stated herein, the execution of these steps is not strictly limited, and the steps may be performed in other orders. Moreover, at least some of the steps in FIG. 2 may include a plurality of sub-steps or stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be executed at different times, the execution of these sub-steps or stages The order is also not necessarily sequential, but may be performed alternately or alternately with other steps or at least a portion of the sub-steps or stages of the other steps.
- the method further includes: recording the customer identifier matching the customer interest event in the region with the activity theme as the invitation object; Invite the object to perform statistics, get the number of invited objects; determine whether the number of invited objects is less than the expected number of participants; if so, generate prompt information.
- each event will have a corresponding expected number of participants.
- the server After the server performs big data analysis on the customers in the area, it will get the customer IDs that match the customer's interest events and activity topics in the area.
- the server records the customer identification that matches the customer's interest event with the activity theme as the invitation object, and counts the invitation object to obtain the number of invitation objects. Since there may be some customers who refuse to participate in the event, when the number of invited participants is less than the expected number of participants, it is assumed that the activities are held as scheduled, but due to the small number of actual participants, it is difficult to achieve the intended purpose of the activities. Therefore, when the server determines that the number of invited objects is less than the expected number of participants, a prompt message is generated. So that the event organizer can adjust the activity in time.
- the server may also calculate the number of invited objects in the plurality of areas adjacent to the area. If the number of guests in an adjacent area is greater than the expected number of participants, the server can generate a prompt.
- the prompt information may be a suggestion to change the activity address to a certain area, etc., so that the activity organization can adjust the activity in time to avoid the event failure.
- the step of acquiring policy data in the area includes: obtaining an area boundary of the area corresponding to the active address in the electronic map; acquiring policy data in the database, the policy data including the customer address; and converting the customer address into the geographic coordinate
- the customer address falling within the area is identified according to the regional boundary and the geographic coordinates; the policy data corresponding to the customer address falling within the area is marked as the policy data in the area.
- the policy data can be extracted by means of an electronic map.
- the electronic map may be an electronic map provided by a third party, for example, a Baidu map or the like.
