押さえ部材424は、シート底板21の係合部31・・・が挿通される孔460a・・・と、その上面に設けられる複数の突起466・・・とを備える。孔460a・・・及び突起466・・・は、環状の押さえ部材424の周方向に並んで複数形成される。
押さえ部材424は、係合部31・・・の拡径部31bと押さえ部材424の下面との間に固定具25・・・が介装されることで、シート底板21に固定される。この状態では、折り返し部446は、各係合孔446bに挿通される係合部31によって抜け止めされる。また、折り返し部446は、その下面に突起466・・・が食い込むことによっても固定される。

また、上記第1の実施の形態では、クッション体20は、ほとんど変形しない状態で袋体23に収納されるものとして説明したが、本発明はこれに限定されるものではない。クッション体20を袋体23によって形状を拘束されるように設け、クッション体20を袋体23内で変形させても良い。例えば、図5を参照し、断面視で略三角形状の第2の袋体23bに、断面矩形のクッション体を収納し、第2の袋体23bによってクッション体を拘束して略三角形状に変形させても良い。
また、上記第1の実施の形態では、シートカバー22は、メッシュ部40を備えるものとして説明したが本発明はこれに限定されるものではない。例えば、シートカバー22の全体が防水性の高いPVCレザーのような素材で構成される場合であっても、シートカバー22の表面を伝って下方へ流れる水Wを押さえ部材24,24で受けて誘導し、水Wを効率良く排水できる。
また、上記第1の実施の形態では、第1の袋体23aは、メッシュ部40の裏面に縫合されるシート状部材50とメッシュ部40とによって袋状に構成されるものとして説明したが、本発明はこれに限定されるものではない。第1の袋体23aは、単一の袋体によって第1のクッション体20a周囲から囲う袋状に形成されても良い。第2の袋体23b及び第3の袋体23cについても同様である。
さらに、上記第1の実施の形態では、シートが車両に設けられる例として、自動二輪車1を例に挙げて説明したが、本発明はこれに限定されるものではなく、本発明は、前輪または後輪を2つ備えた3輪の鞍乗り型車両、4輪以上を備えた鞍乗り型車両、及び、スクーターなどの鞍乗り型車両に適用可能である。また、本発明のシートは、車両以外の例えば家具等の跨座式のシートにも適用可能である。
