技术领域
本申请主要涉及税优保单技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种税优保单凭证生成方法、装置及计算机可读存储介质。
背景技术
为了减轻居民投保负担,扩大保险公司的承保面,国家实行了购买特定保险所缴纳的保费可用于抵扣个人所得税的政策,此类保单即为税优保单。客户在购买了此类税优保单后,需要收集缴纳的凭证信息,到相应的税务部门进行个人所得税的抵扣。目前,税优保单以电子凭证和电子发票的PDF格式提供,当客户查询时,数据库执行抓取相关数据,并封装、传输流程,以实时生成PDF文件。因数据量大且时间窗口固定,采用数据库抓取数据生成税优保单的方式,影响了数据库在工作时间窗口的其他业务处理,增加了数据库服务器负担,过于消耗系统资源,同时客户等待时间较长,用户体验差。
发明内容
本申请的主要目的是提供一种税优保单凭证生成方法方法、装置及计算机可读存储介质,旨在解决现有技术中生成税优保单凭证增加了数据库服务器负担,客户等待时间长的问题。

请参照图1,图1为本申请税优保单凭证生成方法第一实施例的流程示意图。在本实施例中,所述税优保单凭证生成方法包括:
步骤S10,在非工作窗口时间调用Java端的批处理指令,获取完成转实收的税优保单的税优信息。
目前,国家为了减轻居民投保负担,扩大保险公司的承保面,实行了购买特定保险所缴纳的保费可用于抵扣个人所得税的政策,此类保单即为税优保单。客户在购买了此类税优保单后,需要收集缴纳的凭证信息,到相应的税务部门进行个人所得税的抵扣。可理解地,客户在购买了税优保单付款后,资金不会立即到账,此时尽管付款方已经完成付款,但是由于系统差异或延时等原因,收款方实际上并没有收到此笔款型,当资金到账,收款方实际收到款项时,则称税优保单完成为转实收。当完成转实收后,客户可进行查询、打印税优保单凭证操作,以进行个人所得税抵扣。考虑电子凭证具有方便查验真伪、降低了假发票的风险,且可随时登陆服务平台查询、下载加盖电子签章的发票信息,以及随用随打,对打印机、纸张以及打印次数没有限制等方面特性,将税优保单以电子凭证和电子发票的PDF格式的方式提供,以避免纸质凭证的不环保性及易遗失性。PDF格式的电子凭证需要经过数据抓取、封装、传输以及生成流程,当客户提出查询打印税优保单凭证的需求时,才进行电子凭证的生成流程,一方面需要客户花费时间等待电子凭证的生成,另一方面,通常客户在白天时间段提出此查询打印需求,因保险系统的业务均集中在白天办理,从而导致系统的资源消耗大,增加了电子凭证的生成时间,进一步增加了客户的等待时间。
本实施例在非工作窗口时间获取完成转实收的税优保单的税优信息,其中税优信息包括税优保单的投保人、保费以及投保险种等投保信息,窗口时间为在这一时间段内,可以对事件或事物进行处理或者反应。从而非工作时间窗口即为在这一时间段内,不进行工作事物处理,即休息时间。在此休息时间,例如凌晨或晚上等时间段内进行完成转实收的税优保单的税优信息的获取,一方面避免了在客户需求时,才实时获取税优信息,耽误客户时间,另一方面还可避免在工作窗口时间获取税优信息,和其他必须在工作窗口时间才能处理的业务抢占系统资源,拖慢业务办理进程。除此之外,在非工作窗口时间内同样需要完成一系列业务逻辑和数据的同步,例如资金转实收、银行代扣等,此类数据的处理通常采用数据库Job的方式进行,给数据库带来较大的负担,随着数据量的持续增长,数据库批处理需要处理的时长持续增长,可能增长到工作窗口时间时,数据还未处理完成,从而又影响工作窗口时间的业务处理,本方案调用Java端的批处理框架执行Java端的批处理指令获取完成转实收的税优保单的税优信息,将数据库端的批处理迁移到Java端进行,因Java端为通过购买服务器进行批处理,不会影响到系统数据库本身的处理流程,从而减轻数据库服务器的负担。
步骤S20,将税优信息分为多个税优信息组,并按照税优信息组的分组映射对税优信息执行Java端批处理任务,以按组生成税优保单对应的电子文档。

可理解地,税优保单凭证作为个人所得税的抵扣凭证,需要加盖有效的印章作为凭证。本方案中税优保单采用电子凭证的方式,相应的印章也采用电子签章的方式,电子签章是利用图像处理技术将电子签名操作转化为与纸质文件盖章操作相同的可视效果,同时利用电子签名技术保障电子信息的真实性和完整性以及签名人的不可否认性。从而使加盖电子签章的电子文档具有和加盖印章的纸质文档相同的法律效应。同样的可调用Java端批处理框架中的批处理指令对电子文档加盖电子签章,生成具有法律效应的税优保单凭证,因电子文档为按照税优信息组生成,从而税优保单凭证也按照相应的分组生成,避免了系统资源的消耗,提高了数据处理的效率。同时生成的时间为非工作窗口时间,当客户在工作窗口时间提出查询、打印等需求时,直接调用生成的税优保单凭证即可,避免了客户的等待时间,提高客户满意度。
本实施例的税优保单凭证生成方法通过在非工作窗口时间调用Java端的批处理框架中的指令对完成转实收的税优保单的税优信息进行获取并分组,并按照分组映射关系对每组中的税优信息执行Java端的批处理任务,加盖电子签章,从而实现税优保单凭证的生成。避免在工作窗口时间根据客户的需求通过数据库批处理实时获取税优信息,生成税优保单凭证,一方面可释放出数据库服务器资源,让数据库处理数据存储、数据管理等本职工作;另一方面可减少客户等到时间,提高用户满意度。

在分组过程中涉及到先后的顺序关系,此分组的先后顺序关系即是分组映射,根据此分组映射,调用Java端批处理任务将各个税优保单的税优信息封装。具体地,每一税优信息组中包含多个税优信息,根据分组的先后顺序关系,对在先的税优信息组进行Java端批处理。每一单税优保单均有其唯一的保险单流水号,此保险单流水号即为保险单号,每一单税优保单为单个税优保单,即单个税优保单对应一个唯一的保险单号。获取此单个税优保单的保险单号,因税优保单的税优信息包括投保人、保费以及投保险种等信息,根据保险单号,将与保险单号对应的税优保单的税优信息,即投保人、保费以及投保险种信息封装成单个税优信息包。一个税优信息包包括一份税优保单办理税优保单凭证所需要的全部信息内容。在税优信息组的税优信息根据保险单号封装成一个个对应的税优信息包之后,调用电子凭证打印系统(EVP系统)生成税优保单对应的电子文档。EVP系统为生成PDF文件的系统,通过此系统按税优信息组生成税优保单的对应PDF电子文档。

memory),例如磁盘存储器。存储器1005可选的还可以是独立于前述处理器1001的存储装置。
可选地,该税优保单凭证生成装置还可以包括用户接口、网络接口、摄像头、RF(Radio
Frequency,射频)电路,传感器、音频电路、WiFi模块等等。用户接口可以包括显示屏(Display)、输入单元比如键盘(Keyboard),可选用户接口还可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口。网络接口可选的可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口(如WI-FI接口)。
本领域技术人员可以理解,图3中示出的税优保单凭证生成装置结构并不构成对税优保单凭证生成装置的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。
如图3所示,作为一种计算机存储介质的存储器1005中可以包括操作系统、网络通信模块以及税优保单凭证生成程序。操作系统是管理和控制税优保单凭证生成装置硬件和软件资源的程序,支持税优保单凭证生成程序以及其它软件和/或程序的运行。网络通信模块用于实现存储器1005内部各组件之间的通信,以及与税优保单凭证生成装置中其它硬件和软件之间通信。

目前,国家为了减轻居民投保负担,扩大保险公司的承保面,实行了购买特定保险所缴纳的保费可用于抵扣个人所得税的政策,此类保单即为税优保单。客户在购买了此类税优保单后,需要收集缴纳的凭证信息,到相应的税务部门进行个人所得税的抵扣。可理解地,客户在购买了税优保单付款后,资金不会立即到账,此时尽管付款方已经完成付款,但是由于系统差异或延时等原因,收款方实际上并没有收到此笔款型,当资金到账,收款方实际收到款项时,则称税优保单完成为转实收。当完成转实收后,客户可进行查询、打印税优保单凭证操作,以进行个人所得税抵扣。考虑电子凭证具有方便查验真伪、降低了假发票的风险,且可随时登陆服务平台查询、下载加盖电子签章的发票信息,以及随用随打,对打印机、纸张以及打印次数没有限制等方面特性,将税优保单以电子凭证和电子发票的PDF格式的方式提供,以避免纸质凭证的不环保性及易遗失性。PDF格式的电子凭证需要经过数据抓取、封装、传输以及生成流程,当客户提出查询打印税优保单凭证的需求时,才进行电子凭证的生成流程,一方面需要客户花费时间等待电子凭证的生成,另一方面,通常客户在白天时间段提出此查询打印需求,因保险系统的业务均集中在白天办理,从而导致系统的资源消耗大,增加了电子凭证的生成时间,进一步增加了客户的等待时间。
本实施例在非工作窗口时间获取完成转实收的税优保单的税优信息,其中税优信息包括税优保单的投保人、保费以及投保险种等投保信息,窗口时间为在这一时间段内,可以对事件或事物进行处理或者反应。从而非工作时间窗口即为在这一时间段内,不进行工作事物处理,即休息时间。在此休息时间,例如凌晨或晚上等时间段内进行完成转实收的税优保单的税优信息的获取,一方面避免了在客户需求时,才实时获取税优信息,耽误客户时间,另一方面还可避免在工作窗口时间获取税优信息,和其他必须在工作窗口时间才能处理的业务抢占系统资源,拖慢业务办理进程。除此之外,在非工作窗口时间内同样需要完成一系列业务逻辑和数据的同步,例如资金转实收、银行代扣等,此类数据的处理通常采用数据库Job的方式进行,给数据库带来较大的负担,随着数据量的持续增长,数据库批处理需要处理的时长持续增长,可能增长到工作窗口时间时,数据还未处理完成,从而又影响工作窗口时间的业务处理,本方案调用Java端的批处理框架执行Java端的批处理指令获取完成转实收的税优保单的税优信息,将数据库端的批处理迁移到Java端进行,因Java端为通过购买服务器进行批处理,不会影响到系统数据库本身的处理流程,从而减轻数据库服务器的负担。
将税优信息分为多个税优信息组,并按照税优信息组的分组映射对税优信息执行Java端批处理任务,以按组生成税优保单对应的电子文档。
进一步地,因每天的转实收业务量很多,从而相应的转实收的税优保单的税优信息也很多,若大量数据同时处理,在当中某一数据出现异常时,异常点难以发现,且所有数据可能需要重新处理,耽误整体处理进度。本实施例中每一单税优保单的税优信息作为单个税优信息,将获取的所有单个税优信息分为多个税优信息组,每个组中包括多个税优信息,按照税优信息组的分组映射关系对每组中的单个税优信息执行Java端批处理任务,当一组的所有税优信息处理完成后,将这一组的税优信息提交,完成税优保单的电子文档的生成,再进行下一税优信息组的税优信息处理。通过分组处理提交的方式,组与组之间互不影响,避免Java服务器一次性处理所有的税优信息数据,提高了处理效率。
将所述电子文档加盖电子签章,以生成税优保单凭证。
可理解地,税优保单凭证作为个人所得税的抵扣凭证,需要加盖有效的印章作为凭证。本方案中税优保单采用电子凭证的方式,相应的印章也采用电子签章的方式,电子签章是利用图像处理技术将电子签名操作转化为与纸质文件盖章操作相同的可视效果,同时利用电子签名技术保障电子信息的真实性和完整性以及签名人的不可否认性。从而使加盖电子签章的电子文档具有和加盖印章的纸质文档相同的法律效应。同样的可调用Java端批处理框架中的批处理指令对电子文档加盖电子签章,生成具有法律效应的税优保单凭证,因电子文档为按照税优信息组生成,从而税优保单凭证也按照相应的分组生成,避免了系统资源的消耗,提高了数据处理的效率。同时生成的时间为非工作窗口时间,当客户在工作窗口时间提出查询、打印等需求时,直接调用生成的税优保单凭证即可,避免了客户的等待时间,提高客户满意度。
本实施例的税优保单凭证生成装置通过在非工作窗口时间调用Java端的批处理框架中的指令对完成转实收的税优保单的税优信息进行获取并分组,并按照分组映射关系对每组中的税优信息执行Java端的批处理任务,加盖电子签章,从而实现税优保单凭证的生成。避免在工作窗口时间根据客户的需求通过数据库批处理实时获取税优信息,生成税优保单凭证,导致系统资源的占用,影响数据库对工作窗口时间业务的批处理,同时客户等待时间长,用户满意度低。
进一步地,所述将税优信息分为多个税优信息组,并按照税优信息组的分组映射对税优信息执行Java端批处理任务,以按组生成税优保单的电子文档的步骤包括:
按照预设规则,将所有的税优信息分为多个税优信息组。

进一步地,在获取所有转实收的税优保单的税优信息后,需将此所有的税优信息分为多个税优信息组,以便Java端按照分组的映射关系对税优信息执行批处理任务。本实施例预先设定有预设规则,以进行税优信息的分组。分组规则可以是将获取的所有税优信息均分为几个组,例如当获取的税优信息有1000条时,可均分为4组,每组包含250条税优信息;也可以均分为5组,每组包含200条税优信息。具体分为几个组,可由Java端的处理能力,处理资源等因素决定。当Java端可支持处理大量数据时,可将增加每组包含的税优信息,而减少分组数量;反之,减少每组包含的税优信息,增加分组数量。此规则根据每天转实收的税优信息量的不同需要重新计算均分。分组规则也可以是设定每个税优信息组中的税优信息量,而不管分组数量。例如当获取的税优信息有1000条时,设定每个税优信息组中的税优信息量为300条,那么第1、2、3组中均有300条税优信息,地4组中只有100条。此规则将每天转实收的税优信息量分配到组别中,直到分配完成。
在分组过程中涉及到先后的顺序关系,此分组的先后顺序关系即是分组映射,根据此分组映射,调用Java端批处理任务将各个税优保单的税优信息封装。具体地,每一税优信息组中包含多个税优信息,根据分组的先后顺序关系,对在先的税优信息组进行Java端批处理。每一单税优保单均有其唯一的保险单流水号,此保险单流水号即为保险单号,每一单税优保单为单个税优保单,即单个税优保单对应一个唯一的保险单号。获取此单个税优保单的保险单号,因税优保单的税优信息包括投保人、保费以及投保险种等信息,根据保险单号,将与保险单号对应的税优保单的税优信息,即投保人、保费以及投保险种信息封装成单个税优信息包。一个税优信息包包括一份税优保单办理税优保单凭证所需要的全部信息内容。在税优信息组的税优信息根据保险单号封装成一个个对应的税优信息包之后,调用电子凭证打印系统(EVP系统)生成税优保单对应的电子文档。EVP系统为生成PDF文件的系统,通过此系统按税优信息组生成税优保单的对应PDF电子文档。

检测当前执行Java端批处理任务的税优信息组是否发生异常。

可理解地,税优信息组的大量数据在执行Java端批处理任务时,难免出现某个数据处理异常,所以在执行Java端批处理任务过程中,需检测当前正在执行Java端批处理任务的税优信息组是否发生异常。当未检测到异常时,按照正常的Java端批处理任务处理,直接生成税优保单的电子文档。当检测到当前执行Java端批处理任务的税优信息组发送异常时,说明组成税优信息组中包含异常的税优信息,查询发生异常的税优信息在税优信息组中的位置,并分析查看发生异常的原因,从而根据产生税优信息组的异常税优信息的原因,控制税优信息组执行异常处理。根据异常的不同情况,异常处理也不同,可设置为异常重试和单步跳过。异常重试是指对于发生异常的税优信息,重新执行Java端批处理任务;单步跳过为对于发生异常的税优信息,执行跳过指令,不对此异常的税优信息处理。通过对税优信息组中异常位置的税优信息执行异常重试或单步跳过操作,不会影响到组内的其他税优信息的处理,从而不影响整体处理进度。此外,异常处理还包括整批重跑,整批重跑为对于发生异常的税优信息组,整组重新执行Java端批处理任务。当税优信息组发生的异常通过异常重试和单步跳过指令,均不能排除异常时,可通过此整批重跑操作对税优信息组中的所有数据重新执行Java端批处理任务,重新处理。从而确保按组执行Java端批处理任务,生成税优保单的电子文档。

- 如权利要求14所述的税优保单凭证生成方法,其特征在于,所述将税优信息分为多个税优信息组,并按照税优信息组的分组映射对税优信息执行Java端批处理任务,以按组生成税优保单对应的电子文档的步骤包括:按照预设规则,将所有的税优信息分为多个税优信息组;按照税优信息组的分组映射,调用Java端批处理任务将各个税优保单的税优信息封装,并生成税优保单的电子文档。
- 如权利要求15所述的税优保单凭证生成方法,其特征在于,所述按照税优信息组的分组映射,调用Java端批处理任务将各个税优保单的税优信息封装,并生成税优保单的电子文档的步骤包括;检测当前执行Java端批处理任务的税优信息组是否发生异常;当当前执行Java端批处理任务的税优信息组发生异常时,查询税优信息组发生异常的位置,并根据税优信息组发生异常的位置,控制税优信息组执行异常重试或单步跳过操作,生成税优保单的电子文档;当当前执行Java端批处理任务的税优信息组未发生异常时,生成税优保单的电子文档。
- 如权利要求14所述的税优保单凭证生成方法,其特征在于,所述将所述电子文档加盖电子签章,以生成税优保单凭证的步骤之后包括:调用Java端批处理指令给税优保单凭证分配ID号,并将ID号发送到对接平台,其中所述对接平台为用户注册的可进行税优保单查询的第三方平台。
- 如权利要求15所述的税优保单凭证生成方法,其特征在于,所述将所述电子文档加盖电子签章,以生成税优保单凭证的步骤之后包括:调用Java端批处理指令给税优保单凭证分配ID号,并将ID号发送到对接平台,其中所述对接平台为用户注册的可进行税优保单查询的第三方平台。
- 如权利要求16所述的税优保单凭证生成方法,其特征在于,所述将所述电子文档加盖电子签章,以生成税优保单凭证的步骤之后包括:调用Java端批处理指令给税优保单凭证分配ID号,并将ID号发送到对接平台,其中所述对接平台为用户注册的可进行税优保单查询的第三方平台。
- 如权利要求17所述的税优保单凭证生成方法,其特征在于,所述将ID号发送到对接平台的步骤之后包括:当接收到通过对接平台发送的查询税优保单凭证指令时,根据ID号查询对应的税优保单凭证。
